[04:48] and so when you tell everyone um ideally you want to write out a list of a 100 people who you would love to share and tell about your business.
[05:02] you want to tell them why you starting it you know your why what's your story because that is going to be a story that you're going to have to tell over and over and over.
[05:13] to have to tell over and over and over again believe it or not so get used to again believe it or not so get used to hearing yourself talk about it um.
[05:20] hearing yourself talk about it um because when people are doing business with you they're doing business with you.
[05:27] with you they're doing business with you so they want to know who you are they want to know why you got started it might resonate with them.
[05:34] might resonate with them um um in that way for them to support you I got some stuff going on oh you.

[05:47] disturb because it never fails that somebody will be trying to get a hold of me when I'm in my meeting or online and I'm also Al.

[07:22] stopped at number two I literally did write these down um and they're just write these down um and they're just they're not they're not all written down to the letter they are um they're just talking points so you want to talk about um you want to tell everyone about your business and when you're telling them that the key thing here these people already know like and trust you so you're gonna you're going to be um asking them to support you because maybe they're not your customer that's a you know that's one thing most people start businesses and then they wonder why uh friends and family don't support them well first of all they're not your customer nine times out of 10 you didn't start your business to do business with your friends and your family or your co-workers they're probably not your ideal client so don't.
[08:18] probably not your ideal client so don't hold that against them and don't spend all that energy fretting over that.
[08:23] spend your energy in giving them the talking points about your business to share with somebody else that they know that may be your ideal client.
[08:38] that's where you really want to spend your energy and your time educating educating them why you started your business what problem your business solves.
[08:50] if they know someone that could use your services and sometimes it may be people that you know.
[08:58] my first two clients in my coaching practice are people that I already knew that I had a relationship and you know what it was it was the most affirming and I felt seen.
[09:13] um my gifts were honored they did not try to negotiate price.
[09:21] they did not try to negotiate price um they had questions about you know what
[09:24] they had questions about you know what value they would be getting in um in
[09:29] value they would be getting in um in being a client of mine however they
[09:33] being a client of mine however they didn't um they didn't question the
[09:37] didn't um they didn't question the cost I know for some folks that's a big
[09:39] cost I know for some folks that's a big fear things like that there were there
[09:41] fear things like that there were there were no questioning of the cost because
[09:43] were no questioning of the cost because they know me they already liked me they
[09:45] they know me they already liked me they already trust me and they both said and
[09:50] already trust me and they both said and and here's the
[09:51] and here's the thing I I didn't go checking for them
[09:54] thing I I didn't go checking for them yet I wasn't I wasn't even sure I was
[09:55] yet I wasn't I wasn't even sure I was ready yet to start taking clients and uh
[09:59] ready yet to start taking clients and uh I shared that I was starting the
[10:01] I shared that I was starting the business and I was just telling them
[10:04] business and I was just telling them about my story and different things and
[10:06] about my story and different things and why I was starting the business and all
[10:08] why I was starting the business and all of that and that resonated that oh yeah
[10:12] of that and that resonated that oh yeah this is my co coach she sees me she gets
[10:15] this is my co coach she sees me she gets it so I have an empowerment I have had
[10:18] had an empowerment client she's already
[10:20] had an empowerment client she's already gone through the program graduated her
[10:22] gone through the program graduated her life is soaring I'm so proud of her and life is soaring I'm so proud of her and I think I want to be her when I grow up.
[10:30] I think I want to be her when I grow up seriously and then I have my business client who is just doing phenomenal things.
[10:38] phenomenal things I have this product called the Clear Vision calculator and it's one of the first things that we do with either either um an empowerment client or business client.
[10:53] client or business client is we identify the vision we make it plain we write it and and get at it right and um it defines everything it defines their why it makes things really clear and for her it just opened up the floodgates just open up the floodgates for her she's created over 30 products and services um for her business that she has what I call the dreams to reality plan that's that's what we're doing on the business side that program is called the dreams to reality program.

[14:25] because it's your business your vision your idea unless you are partnering with your idea unless you are partnering with some people and then um if you are partnering with some other people that same thing realistically needs to happen.

[14:50] nine times out of 10 if you're going to partner with someone um it it it probably would work best if you all have different strengths because you need you need people that um that have your weak their your weakness is their strength okay and that's even when you're hiring when you're hiring you want to hire people that have have have your weaknesses as strength that's how you build a team people okay but me stay.

[18:58] some people may be interested in the same things so that so that gives them

[19:15] could create a franchise but you're you're still bringing your secret sauce

[19:20] blueprint you are the vision you are the framework you are the
[19:23] vision you are the framework you are the SOP you are all the things in your
[19:31] SOP you are all the things in your business because you are the one with business.
[19:34] Because you are the one with the vision nobody else knows your vision.

[19:39] They know what you tell them about your business and your vision right.
[19:41] So you're creating it as you go.
[19:45] Now you may get support right.
[19:48] Someone to help you support you so that you um you are meeting your goals.
[19:51] Holding you accountable giving you um insight.
[19:55] Because sometimes stuff that's going on in your head makes sense and then when you say it out loud it don't make no sense right.
[19:57] When other people hear it they can help you strategize and all of those things like me a business coach right.
[20:00] Um and so let's recap that you want to talk about it all the time and the ways that you talking about it is sharing what you're doing um what you learned or what you've already learned how you.

[20:35] help Help the People what problem you solve the results that they're getting
[20:39] solve the results that they're getting and that can be a product and a service

[22:32] kind of doing a half day on Fridays and then Thursdays is my joy day it's a day

[31:12] the paperwork date could be on the same day so that could be that that the theme

[31:17] of that day of the week when you're doing that then uh for social media your
[31:20] doing that then uh for social media your content day I've seen that and then
[31:23] content day I've seen that and then maybe it's a day where you're doing your
[31:25] maybe it's a day where you're doing your your sales calls or any any kind of
[31:28] your sales calls or any any kind of marketing or working on your Tech
[31:32] marketing or working on your Tech anything you know that requires your
[31:35] anything you know that requires your attention um that could be that day so
[31:38] attention um that could be that day so so each day of your work week whatever
[31:42] so each day of your work week whatever that looks like for you you'll have a
[31:44] that looks like for you you'll have a theme for it so you automatically know
[31:47] theme for it so you automatically know and get in the head space that this is
[31:48] and get in the head space that this is what you're working on for that day so
[31:51] what you're working on for that day so you're not all over the place you're not
[31:52] you're not all over the place you're not pro procrastinating and then other
[31:55] pro procrastinating and then other people get to know your Rhythm so that
[31:57] people get to know your Rhythm so that they can honor your time and your energy
[32:01] they can honor your time and your energy right and that and all of that and then
[32:04] right and that and all of that and then you know you do what you want to do with
[32:06] you know you do what you want to do with your off days it's totally up to you but
