[00:00] [music]

[00:15] To understand the moon in the first

[00:16] house, let's begin with a quick review

[00:18] of what the moon symbolizes and what the

[00:20] first house symbolizes. Then we can get

[00:23] into the theory of what the moon in the

[00:25] first house represents, how you would

[00:27] interpret it. Then we'll put that theory

[00:29] into practice for actual charts and see

[00:33] how it actually works in real cases and

[00:35] we'll use the charts of famous people

[00:38] Krishna, Rama, Oprah and Priyanka. So

[00:42] let's start off with a review of the

[00:45] first house. You can see here what the

[00:47] first house physically is. The first

[00:49] house is literally the area of sky

[00:52] around the eastern horizon. And the

[00:54] eastern horizon is what? It's where the

[00:58] sun rises. That's the root of everything

[01:00] the first house represents. Sunrise has

[01:03] to do with beginnings.

[01:05] So the first house represents the

[01:07] beginning of the thing that's being

[01:09] described by the chart. So let's say

[01:12] your birth. The beginning of what? The

[01:14] birth of what? The birth of your body.

[01:17] And what does the body do? It

[01:20] establishes and reinforces a center for

[01:23] our sense of self. The sunrise also

[01:27] represents things becoming visible. So

[01:30] it's all about things becoming more

[01:33] manifest, more expressed and more

[01:35] tangible. And hence it represents the

[01:38] traits, the real qualities of a thing.

[01:41] What it looks like, what it tastes like,

[01:43] what it smells like, what it acts like

[01:45] etc. Now let's have a review of what the

[01:48] moon represents. It's a little bit more

[01:50] complicated than the first house. Think

[01:53] about the moon. What are three obvious

[01:55] characteristics about it? It comes out

[01:57] at night. It's very very bright

[02:01] and it changes a lot.

[02:04] Those are the three foundations of what

[02:06] the moon represents.

[02:09] So let's talk first about the fact that

[02:11] it is the planet which dominates the

[02:12] [music] night compared to the sun which

[02:14] dominates the day. The night is what

[02:16] compared to the day? It's private. It's

[02:19] unseen.

[02:20] The day is public. You go out and you

[02:22] see things. The night is private. You

[02:24] stay inside and you don't see things. So

[02:26] the knight has to do with unseen things.

[02:29] And that's why the moon represents

[02:31] privacy, private things. It has a

[02:34] shyness to it. It's about personal

[02:37] things,

[02:39] things which you don't necessarily share

[02:40] with others. It's about domestic things

[02:43] or things which happen inside a private

[02:44] space.

[02:48] And hence the moon is a feminine planet

[02:50] and represents feminine things because

[02:52] the female sex organs are unseen. They

[02:55] go in compared to the male sex organs

[02:57] which are seen. They come out. Now to

[02:59] evolve the concept of the night being

[03:01] unseen a little bit. Unseen things exist

[03:04] but they're not seen. That means they

[03:07] are internal. They're on the in inner

[03:10] part of something beyond what you see.

[03:12] Right? So because the moon dominates the

[03:15] night, it has to do with things which

[03:16] are unseen, which means it has to do

[03:18] with things which are below the surface

[03:20] or internal.

[03:22] This is why the moon symbolizes the

[03:24] mind. And it's probably the most

[03:26] important thing to understand about the

[03:27] moon. By the mind, we don't mean the

[03:30] part of you that gets tested on an IQ

[03:32] test. That's a separate thing. That's

[03:34] intellect and that's Mercury.

[03:37] Mind means what we often call your heart

[03:41] where you experience life, what you feel

[03:43] etc. And this is why the moon is the

[03:45] planet of emotions because emotions are

[03:47] the currency of the mind.

[03:50] And furthermore, the root cause of

[03:53] emotion is desire. We feel happy or sad

[03:56] based on whether we fulfill or don't

[03:58] fulfill desires.

[04:00] And so the moon has to do with our

[04:02] desires and desires are based on

[04:05] opinions.

[04:07] We want what we think is good and we

[04:09] don't want what we think is bad. So the

[04:11] moon has to do with opinions,

[04:13] subjectivity and bias.

[04:16] Now all of that symbolism is simply

[04:18] because of the basic fact that the moon

[04:20] comes out at night and it's very

[04:21] prominent at night. Now let's look at

[04:24] some important symbolism derived from

[04:25] the fact that the moon is super bright

[04:27] compared to anything else that's out at

[04:29] night.

[04:31] So this is why the moon symbolizes

[04:33] beauty, something which is eye-catching,

[04:37] stunning.

[04:38] And this is also why the moon represents

[04:41] authority. Like the sun, the sun and

[04:44] moon represent authority figures, but

[04:47] the sun represents masculine archetype

[04:50] authorities and the moon represents

[04:52] feminine archetype authorities.

[04:55] So like archetypically, who's that? mom

[05:00] compared to the sun who's dad. Finally,

[05:03] let's derive some meaning from the fact

[05:04] that the moon changes a lot and that is

[05:06] simply that the moon represents change

[05:08] or flux, cyclic change. So things having

[05:12] a rhythm or pulse and things being

[05:15] fluid.

[05:17] Now that we understand clearly the moon

[05:19] and the first house, we can put them

[05:21] together and dive into the subject of

[05:23] what happens when the moon goes into the

[05:25] first house. There's a pretty big issue

[05:28] here is that the first house is about

[05:30] sunrise, but the moon is about the

[05:33] night.

[05:34] And so the first house has to do with

[05:37] things becoming more visible and more

[05:39] seen. And the moon has to do with things

[05:42] becoming less visible, more hidden, more

[05:44] private. And that also comes to do with

[05:46] the privacy of the moon versus the

[05:47] manifestability

[05:49] of the first house. And also the fact

[05:51] that the moon is the mind whereas the

[05:53] first house is the body. And so we can

[05:56] derive an interpretation of the moon in

[05:58] the first house from this basic fact.

[06:00] And that interpretation is if you have

[06:02] the moon in the first house, you have a

[06:05] complex way of manifesting yourself.

[06:10] It's not an obvious simple way that you

[06:14] express, show, and manifest your being.

[06:19] It will be difficult to understand

[06:23] your emotions. For example, as an

[06:25] observer watching your behavior,

[06:28] you may have completely different

[06:30] emotions than what you're showing.

[06:33] Conversely, it may be difficult for you

[06:36] to figure out a way to express your

[06:37] actual emotions. So, there's a

[06:40] complexity between the hidden thing and

[06:43] the manifest thing where the manifest

[06:45] thing there's like a disconnect between

[06:47] the two.

[06:48] So the moon and the first house kind of

[06:50] conflict in the sense that the moon is

[06:52] very private but the first house is very

[06:54] visible. However, the moon is also very

[06:55] bright. This is what makes the moon very

[06:58] complex itself.

[07:01] It's the nighttime planet but it's super

[07:02] bright.

[07:05] So

[07:07] we have to at the same time consider the

[07:10] fact that the moon and the first house

[07:12] get along [music] and that the moon is

[07:14] bright and the first house likes bright

[07:16] things because it's the sunrise.

[07:20] So this also has to do with the fact

[07:24] that the moon represents the mother

[07:28] and the first house represents the body.

[07:30] And if you know a little bit about um

[07:33] metaphysics, you might know that

[07:34] actually the mind is the mother of the

[07:36] body.

[07:37] So maybe it's not a hard dichotomy

[07:40] [music] body mind because also it's

[07:42] mother child and they're in harmony on

[07:46] that topic but they're out of harmony on

[07:48] the topic of private public. So it's

[07:51] quite complex and the important

[07:53] interpretation to bring forth from the

[07:56] harmony between the moon and the first

[07:57] house is that this person is

[07:59] wellnourished

[08:02] like symbolically speaking the mother

[08:04] takes care of this child moon and the

[08:06] first house. So the person gets good

[08:08] food they get a lot of food. They eat

[08:10] well. Therefore they're strong.

[08:12] Therefore they look good.

[08:15] They're beautiful. Their body is

[08:17] healthy. They're beautiful. They get

[08:19] support.

[08:20] They have a mom, let's say, symbolically

[08:22] speaking. So, they get support. So, the

[08:25] result is they're physically strong,

[08:28] they're physically attractive, and

[08:29] they're emotionally strong and

[08:30] confident.

[08:32] Now, that's a very clear theory of what

[08:34] the moon in the first house. But until

[08:37] represents or how you would interpret

[08:41] you really look at it in actual charts,

[08:44] the nuances and the reality of it won't

[08:47] really become too evident. So let's take

[08:48] the time [music] to look at at least

[08:50] four charts. We have Krishna, Rama,

[08:54] Oprah and Priyanka Chopra.

[08:57] We'll start off with Krishna. So the

[09:00] dichotomy between the moon and the first

[09:01] house is manifest versus not manifest.

[09:03] Is that makes sense with Krishna? Yes,

[09:06] very much. He's pur Brahman as a person.

[09:13] Bman is this abstract undefinable

[09:18] basis of reality consciousness in an

[09:22] abstract form but this is Krishna

[09:27] a actual person

[09:31] with eyes ears nose m you know a defined

[09:34] person with a body a manifest person a

[09:37] manifestation of the unmanifest thing

[09:39] and the second thing about the moon in

[09:41] the first house is the harmony between

[09:43] them producing a person that's very

[09:45] beautiful and very confident is that

[09:47] Krishna for sure that's his trademark

[09:49] that's what makes the manifestation

[09:51] versus unmanifestation so dramatic it's

[09:54] not just the typical manifestation this

[09:56] is the apex of physical beauty and

[09:59] sensual enjoyment

[10:01] so what's going on with this chart

[10:04] if you look at the moon in the first

[10:06] house you'll notice that it's in Taurus

[10:08] that means it's exalted

[10:11] so whenever you have a planet it exalted

[10:13] in a house, you should downplay the

[10:16] negative possibilities and upplay the

[10:18] positive. Upplay the beautiful and

[10:21] confident interpretation. And we would

[10:23] downplay a complexity

[10:26] of manifest versus not manifest, but

[10:30] kind of spin it into a positivity.

[10:33] So we wouldn't say Krishna has a hard

[10:35] time expressing [music] his emotions

[10:37] which we might say with somebody else

[10:38] with the moon in the first house but we

[10:41] would say Krishna is very difficult to

[10:45] understand just by looking at him. On

[10:48] top of that you'll notice that right

[10:50] next to his moon is Ketu.

[10:53] Ketu itself also represents invisible

[10:56] and unmanifest and internal.

[11:00] So you have a harmony between K2

[11:03] and the moon entering the first house.

[11:07] Like Ketu is harmonious with the moon in

[11:09] the sense that they both withdraw

[11:12] and they both are internal and unseen.

[11:15] So in other words, the fact that his

[11:17] moon is with K2 also helps put a

[11:21] positive spin on the manifest versus

[11:24] unmanifest dichotomy between the moon

[11:26] and the first house because Ketu is on

[11:28] the moon's side of favoring the

[11:31] unmanifest.

[11:33] So you wouldn't think here's a person

[11:35] who loses themsself

[11:38] by trying to express themselves to the

[11:40] world or gets confused about themsel by

[11:45] world. Rather you would think here's a

[11:46] person who the world cannot understand.

[11:50] Even when this person comes right in

[11:52] front of their face and says hi I'm XYZ

[11:56] they won't understand and they'll think

[11:57] he's ABC.

[12:01] One final thing that's very important

[12:03] about this chart. If you're going to

[12:05] interpret a planet in a house, you

[12:07] should always think about the nature of

[12:08] the house itself. So in other words, you

[12:10] should really look at the lord of the

[12:11] house. So since we're interpreting the

[12:14] moon in the first house, we would want

[12:15] to know about the first lord. His first

[12:17] lord is in a raja yoga

[12:20] with the ninth and the 10th lord Saturn

[12:23] in its own sign Libra. So it's in a

[12:25] fantastic raja yoga. So that is going to

[12:30] do the same exact thing. It's going to

[12:32] mean this person has a lot of self, very

[12:35] strong self. They're not confused about

[12:38] themselves as as it might be with

[12:40] somebody else's chart with the moon in

[12:42] the first house.

[12:44] Let's take a look now at Ramchandra's

[12:46] chart. So manifest versus unmanifest

[12:49] again. Yes, because he's a Vishnu

[12:51] avatar. So he's Brahman in a tangible

[12:52] form. Brahman is supposed to be

[12:54] intangible.

[12:55] But it's not as dramatic as Krishna

[13:00] because Krishna isn't just breman in a

[13:02] tangible form. Krishna's breman

[13:05] re like as the most tangible form the

[13:08] most beautiful the most sensual the most

[13:11] magnificent

[13:13] where Rama is more about his actions and

[13:15] his duties rather than his actual form

[13:18] is Rama however beautiful and confident

[13:20] super of course but again compared to

[13:22] Krishna it's actually a little bit more

[13:24] in the confidence thing and a little bit

[13:26] less in the beauty Ram is

[13:29] the avatar of Krishna as a king

[13:34] um showing dharma and how [music] to be

[13:37] a king and follow principles and morals

[13:39] and things like that.

[13:42] So it's his emphasis is more on the

[13:45] confidence and a little less on the

[13:47] beauty although they're both super high

[13:48] off the charts. So having a look at his

[13:51] chart [snorts]

[13:53] his moon is not in Taurus like Krishna

[13:55] his moon is in cancer.

[13:58] So that means his moon is dharma style.

[14:01] So again it's in a very good dignity and

[14:03] then that also takes care of the first

[14:04] lord but that means the first lord is in

[14:06] the first house. So his first house is

[14:08] doing great but it's not as dramatic.

[14:13] It's more stabilized than Krishna's.

[14:16] Exaltation is more of a dramatic thing

[14:18] and doicile is more of a stabilizing

[14:19] thing.

[14:21] Furthermore, his first lord is also in a

[14:23] rajoga like Krishna, but right there in

[14:25] the first house with Jupiter

[14:28] that explains wrong. So this protects

[14:32] the seen unseen dichotomy against any

[14:35] kind of deception. Right? The moon in

[14:38] the first house could be very deceptive.

[14:40] It's not showing what it really is. It's

[14:42] hiding what it really is. So a person

[14:44] can be very good at telling lies for

[14:45] example. And Krishna is really on that

[14:50] deemed very deceptive, tricky, very

[14:52] playful. But Ram is not. That's because

[14:56] Krishna's moon in the first house is

[14:58] with Ketu and exalted while Rahms is

[15:02] with Jupiter exalted. Now coming to more

[15:06] conventional people, how about Oprah

[15:08] Winfrey?

[15:10] Oprah Winfrey, how does that manifest

[15:12] versus unmanifest dichotomy work out for

[15:14] her? You can see it actually now it

[15:16] gives it a a more concrete sense. It

[15:19] becomes a little bit less of an

[15:21] amorphous idea what that means because

[15:23] Oprah Winfrey is extremely famous. Yes.

[15:26] But why?

[15:28] She's extremely famous for giving other

[15:31] people

[15:33] the spotlight. She runs she ran or runs

[15:36] a talk show

[15:38] where it's her guests that she brings on

[15:42] that are really the focus and she's the

[15:45] facilitator of it. So she's getting fame

[15:50] by taking herself out of center stage.

[15:53] That's very illustrative of the

[15:56] complexity of the moon in the first

[15:58] house and the dichotomy of manifesting,

[16:02] becoming famous, becoming visible, but

[16:04] not manifesting.

[16:07] Is Oprah beautiful and confident? I say

[16:09] yes to both, especially in the

[16:10] confidence thing. Taking a look at her

[16:13] chart, it also looks quite special.

[16:17] Her moon is in Sagittarius in the first

[16:19] house. So, let's look at the first lord.

[16:21] The first lord is Jupiter. The Jupiter

[16:23] is opposite.

[16:25] It's out there in Gemini. So the first

[16:27] lord is aspecting the first house and

[16:31] the moon in the first house. So the

[16:34] first house again is getting more

[16:35] stabilized, more confident. You're going

[16:38] to bring out the positive spins of the

[16:41] interpretation rather than the potential

[16:44] negative spins. The other thing is

[16:47] the only thing in the kendra or the

[16:49] central houses those pink squares in the

[16:50] middle the only thing is the moon and

[16:53] the first lord.

[16:56] So the person is very very self-reliant

[17:00] and the person is actually very very

[17:02] visible and famous because the only

[17:05] thing that's in the center stage of her

[17:06] chart is the moon in the first house and

[17:09] her first lord and the first lord is in

[17:11] the seventh house which also describes a

[17:13] person that has fame by giving fame to

[17:16] others.

[17:18] And finally let's have a look at the

[17:20] chart of priyanka chopra manifest verse

[17:23] not manifest. Here's another way that it

[17:26] becomes very real. Finally, when you see

[17:28] it in a real person, she's an actress.

[17:30] So, she's not famous

[17:33] for being Priyanka Chopra.

[17:36] She's famous for the roles that she

[17:38] played. Of course, it's her playing the

[17:41] role, but you can see that kind of

[17:43] complexity.

[17:44] Who's famous? The character in the movie

[17:46] or Priyanka? She's not showing her real

[17:49] self. She's playing a different person,

[17:52] but that person is highly highly

[17:54] visible. It's on a movie screen

[17:56] somewhere. It's broadcast to people's

[17:58] television sets and so forth. So, moon

[18:00] in first house is a good candidate for

[18:02] somebody like an actor or an actress,

[18:03] especially if it's in an artistic sign

[18:05] like Gemini, which this is in her case.

[18:06] Is she beautiful and confident? Super.

[18:09] Extremely extremely both confident and

[18:11] extremely beautiful.

[18:14] So, what's going on in her chart? First

[18:16] of all, look, the moon is in the first

[18:18] house with Venus.

[18:21] So you have the two female planets, you

[18:23] have the two beautiful planets in the

[18:25] first house. So that's really going to

[18:27] enhance the beauty interpretation. It's

[18:31] also in a good sign for beauty, Gemini,

[18:34] which is in general just good for

[18:35] beauty, attractiveness, likability,

[18:39] and mutability, actually changeability.

[18:41] So it's very good for an actress, a

[18:44] famous actress, a beautiful actress.

[18:47] One other thing you want to look at is

[18:49] where is the first lord and you find out

[18:51] the first lord is in cancer and then

[18:53] that should all of a sudden ring a bell

[18:55] because the moon is the lord of cancer.

[18:57] We have an exchange between the first

[18:59] house and the second house. This is

[19:02] going to help

[19:05] all the interpretations and not put a

[19:08] negative spin on any of the

[19:09] interpretations. Especially, it's going

[19:10] to give some solidity

[19:13] and a lot of health and beauty.

[19:17] If you want to actually have my

[19:19] interpretations for all of your

[19:20] placements in your chart, you can go to

[19:23] my website and order that from the

[19:26] charts page. It's uh victor.comr2.

[19:33] Thank you so much. [music]

[19:40] The moon in the second house is a very

[19:42] interesting [music] placement and to

[19:44] understand it we should begin by

[19:45] reviewing what the second house

[19:47] represents. Here it is. The second house

[19:50] is the area of sky that is directly

[19:53] below the eastern horizon. That's the

[19:56] basis for everything that it symbolizes.

[19:59] It's below the eastern horizon. So it

[20:01] symbolizes everything that supports

[20:04] whatever the eastern horizon represents.

[20:06] What happens in the east? The sunrises.

[20:10] So the second house supports sunrise.

[20:15] What is sunrise all about? Sunrise is

[20:17] the start of the day. So supporting the

[20:20] sunrise means supporting the start of

[20:22] things, supporting the birth of things,

[20:24] supporting the creation of things.

[20:27] This is why it is the house of

[20:29] foundations.

[20:31] The support of the building is its

[20:34] foundation.

[20:36] The thing that something else is built

[20:37] upon is the second house.

[20:41] And the thing that you build something

[20:43] else upon really affects the stability

[20:45] of the thing that you build. And that's

[20:46] why the second house is very crucial for

[20:48] understanding the stability of things.

[20:52] If you ask yourself, what am I built

[20:55] upon? Practically,

[20:58] you would probably hopefully remember

[21:00] your mom

[21:03] cuz you come from your mom, right? So,

[21:05] this why the second house represents

[21:07] your parents

[21:09] and your family.

[21:11] Not only are they you're the foundation

[21:14] of your birth, but also they're the

[21:16] people that support you.

[21:19] So the second ounce has to do with the

[21:21] family and all sorts of supporters and

[21:23] friends.

[21:26] And you may also think what allows me to

[21:30] perform any of the endeavors that I want

[21:32] to do. Then you would probably remember

[21:34] your wallet or your bank account.

[21:38] And so the second house represents

[21:40] wealth as well.

[21:42] All of the assets that we have that

[21:44] enable us to do other things. including

[21:49] our health.

[21:52] Now when the sun rises, it starts the

[21:54] day and what happens? Things come to

[21:57] light. We see things more clearly when

[21:59] the sun comes out. So the second house

[22:02] therefore is provisibility in everything

[22:04] that it represents. This is why it's a

[22:07] house of knowledge. Knowledge means

[22:10] increasing your awareness of what you're

[22:12] seeing.

[22:15] And this is why it's the house of

[22:17] realism and practicality because it

[22:19] likes things that become more clear,

[22:22] more realistic, more tangible, more

[22:24] definable.

[22:27] That is a good summary of what the

[22:29] second house represents.

[22:33] Before we move on and talk about what

[22:35] the moon represents in the second house,

[22:37] let us first quickly review what the

[22:40] moon represents. When we think of the

[22:43] moon, we think of three qualities.

[22:45] It comes out at night.

[22:49] It's the king of the nighttime world.

[22:52] It's very bright compared to the night

[22:57] which makes it very complicated because

[22:59] it's a night planet but bright

[23:04] and that is also its third quality is

[23:06] that it is dichomous or changing or

[23:09] fluid. It's not really one thing or the

[23:11] other. Is it bright or is it night?

[23:12] Well, it's kind of both. So it's night,

[23:15] bright and changing. These three are the

[23:17] basic things that all of the symbolism

[23:19] of the moon is based upon. So because

[23:22] the moon is so changeable and fluid, it

[23:25] is the planet which symbolizes

[23:26] fluctuation,

[23:28] cycles, rhythms.

[23:31] And because the moon is so bright, it's

[23:32] the planet that represents beauty.

[23:35] Now, because it's the planet of night,

[23:38] the moon therefore has to do with things

[23:40] which are not seen,

[23:42] which seems at odds with the fact that

[23:44] it's bright.

[23:47] But this means it illuminates the things

[23:50] which are unseen.

[23:52] That's the nature of the moon. So, it

[23:54] has to do with private things, things

[23:56] that we experience, but we experience

[23:58] them in private. So, the moon has a shy

[24:01] quality to it. It has a personal quality

[24:03] to it. things that are not exposed to

[24:05] the whole world, things that are [music]

[24:06] kept private or personal, things that

[24:08] are domestic within the home.

[24:12] And therefore, the moon's nature is

[24:14] feminine because feminine nature is

[24:16] internal. The sexual sexual organ of the

[24:19] female goes in.

[24:22] Now, on that theme of unseen being equal

[24:26] to internal, the moon being the planet

[24:28] of the night also represents things

[24:30] which are internal. It's not unreal, but

[24:32] it's internal.

[24:34] And so the internal aspect of our self,

[24:37] which is our mind,

[24:41] not exactly the intellectual functions

[24:44] within [music] ourselves, but our

[24:45] emotional functions. So the moon is the

[24:47] planet of emotions and our emotions are

[24:50] based on whether or not we are

[24:51] fulfilling our desires. So the moon

[24:54] represents desires and our desires are

[24:56] based on our opinions. what we think is

[24:59] good, what we think is bad, what we

[25:00] think is desirable and undesirable.

[25:03] So the moon is the planet of opinions

[25:05] and this is why it's a subjective

[25:08] biased planet.

[25:12] One final thing about the moon which is

[25:14] very interesting.

[25:16] It's nighttimey. So [music] it's

[25:17] internal and unseen. So it's feminine

[25:20] but it's bright.

[25:22] So feminine brightness is beauty but

[25:24] also brightness indicates authority or

[25:26] dominance over other things. So the moon

[25:29] also represents authority and dominance

[25:31] but in a feminine way.

[25:34] So it represents the female authority

[25:37] which is archetypically described as the

[25:39] mother.

[25:41] Now that we took the time to review what

[25:42] the moon and the second house

[25:44] represents, we can put them both on the

[25:45] same page

[25:47] and figure out what the moon symbolizes

[25:50] when it goes into the second house.

[25:54] So first of all the moon sign signifies

[25:57] fluctuation and change but the second

[25:59] house is about foundation and stability.

[26:02] So this is a clash.

[26:05] So if the moon is in the second house it

[26:08] represents big changes changes often

[26:12] happening

[26:13] significant changes.

[26:20] Secondly, the moon is all about

[26:22] opinions, which means my subjective

[26:24] viewpoint and my bias. But the second

[26:27] house likes things that are objectively

[26:28] clear.

[26:30] So the moon is subjective and the second

[26:32] house is objective and that's a clash.

[26:35] So when the moon is in the second house,

[26:37] we get people who

[26:40] their objective world is very

[26:41] subjective. So they get into fantasies,

[26:45] they get very into imagination.

[26:49] They get very bored by practical things

[26:54] or they have low regard for tangible

[26:56] things.

[27:00] Thirdly,

[27:03] the moon is the unseen night planet, but

[27:07] it's very bright. So it's unseen bright

[27:09] planet. So it's like unseen, but the

[27:12] second house is about supporting the

[27:13] [music] sunrise, right? So it's pro

[27:14] visibility.

[27:17] So this is another clash, but it's

[27:19] actually not quite a clash because the

[27:21] moon is also so bright. So it's a very

[27:23] complex relationship. The moon is unseen

[27:26] bright and the second house likes things

[27:28] that are bright because it likes

[27:29] sunrise. So when the moon is in the

[27:31] second house,

[27:34] people are famous for being invisible.

[27:39] famous for not being too visible, famous

[27:42] for not being too materialistic, etc.

[27:47] Now, let's take this concept of the moon

[27:50] in the second house and compare it with

[27:52] three people with known documented well

[27:55] doumented birth times who are well known

[27:58] [snorts]

[27:59] with the moon in the second house. Renee

[28:03] Gueno,

[28:05] Walt Disney, and Sudguru.

[28:09] So, how about on this first thing of

[28:11] changing often and significantly? Renee

[28:14] going was like a constant

[28:17] ch changer of religion,

[28:20] always changing his religion. I mean

[28:22] very dramatically changing religions

[28:26] sampling from all the religions

[28:28] fluctuating between them trying to make

[28:30] them all integrated into one thing.

[28:33] Walt Disney how does this constant

[28:35] change or these big changes his

[28:37] childhood is extremely different from

[28:39] his adulthood

[28:41] and his child his childhood was very

[28:43] child negative and his adulthood was

[28:45] very child positive.

[28:49] Sudguru very different life before his

[28:53] enlightenment and after his

[28:54] enlightenment

[28:57] non-vegetarian vegetarian and so forth

[29:00] and so on. So you can see three

[29:02] practical examples of the moon in the

[29:04] second house representing a life that

[29:06] has like constant change or a lot of

[29:10] change or important changes to it.

[29:17] The second point was the clash between

[29:19] subjectivity and objectivity. So the

[29:22] interpretation is these people are

[29:23] really into fantasy or imagination and

[29:25] they're a little bit bored by

[29:27] conventional material things. Rene going

[29:30] super of course he's the metaphysics.

[29:33] Metaphysics is his big thing. He always

[29:34] talks about metaphysics and

[29:36] spirituality.

[29:37] He's in his imagination and creativity

[29:39] and bored with conventional worldly

[29:41] things.

[29:43] Walt Disney imagine. Believe those are

[29:47] his big slogans. Believe imagine.

[29:50] Sudguru what's his thing? Spirituality.

[29:52] Spirituality. Spirituality.

[29:55] So again here you can see three concrete

[29:57] examples of the clash between

[29:59] subjectivity of the moon and objectivity

[30:02] of the second house. Producing a person

[30:04] that's not very

[30:07] thrilled with objective things and is

[30:09] way more interested in subjective

[30:11] things. fantasy, illusion, perception,

[30:13] spirituality, so forth, philosophy.

[30:18] The third point, famous for being

[30:21] invisible or famously invisible or

[30:23] famous for their invisibility or famous

[30:25] about things which are not visible

[30:27] tangible things. We'll get a better

[30:28] concrete idea of this by looking at

[30:30] these three examples. Renee Gon, what's

[30:32] he famous for? Is he famous for how

[30:33] beautiful his face is? Is he famous for

[30:37] how many cars he has or how much money

[30:38] he made or what inventing the light

[30:40] bulb? He's famous for his ideas

[30:43] about spirituality.

[30:46] So he's famous for these intangible

[30:48] things. Walt Disney, what's he famous

[30:51] for? He's famous for creating fantasy

[30:52] stories and fantasy characters and

[30:54] helping people to believe and imagine.

[30:59] What's Sudguru famous for? Famous for

[31:01] his ideas. Famous for his spirituality.

[31:05] So now you get a concrete concept of

[31:07] what we mean by the moon in the second

[31:11] house indicating a person who is famous

[31:13] for invisible things, visible for

[31:16] visible invisible things. But there's

[31:19] something about each one of these three

[31:20] that doesn't really seem to be connected

[31:22] to the moon in the second house, but is

[31:24] quite significant

[31:26] in their individual lives.

[31:29] For example, Renee Gon is very ill, has

[31:32] very poor health. Walt Disney he's very

[31:35] wealthy and very artistic and Sudguru is

[31:39] very wealthy also and very powerful like

[31:42] very influential very dominant very

[31:44] commanding

[31:47] but that doesn't seem to have anything

[31:48] to do with this moon in the second

[31:50] house. So let's take a look at their

[31:52] individual charts to see what's going on

[31:55] on those topics.

[31:57] Does the moon in the second house play

[32:00] any role whatsoever in the ill health of

[32:03] Renee Greyol?

[32:06] Well, no. Actually, it should be the

[32:08] opposite.

[32:09] Theoretically, speaking as a theoretical

[32:12] astrologer, we would say no. It should

[32:13] have been the opposite because the moon

[32:16] represents the mother, the creator of

[32:18] the body. Therefore, it represents

[32:20] health and beauty. And the second house

[32:22] represents the the mother, [music] the

[32:24] father, the creator of the birth. So why

[32:27] should R reneun have terrible health

[32:29] when he has the moon in the second

[32:30] house?

[32:32] Well, first thing I want to bring to

[32:34] your attention is if something is very

[32:36] important to health,

[32:39] then things which affect it have a

[32:41] direct effect upon health.

[32:44] So since the moon in the second house is

[32:47] pretty important to health, if there are

[32:50] negative effects on that moon, they will

[32:51] directly affect the health. When you

[32:53] talk about health, the areas that draw

[32:56] your attention are the second house, the

[32:59] house of health,

[33:02] the sixth house, the house of illness,

[33:05] the eighth house, the house of our

[33:07] vitality,

[33:09] and the 12th [music] house, the house of

[33:11] our antivitality, right? The the house

[33:13] of our fatigue.

[33:16] And the planet representing health is

[33:19] the sun.

[33:20] So let's look at how these factors are

[33:23] playing out in Renee Guinon's chart.

[33:26] He has the eighth lord in the second

[33:29] house with the second lord in bad

[33:33] dignity. The second house itself is

[33:35] being affected by the eighth lord and

[33:37] the second lord is also being affected

[33:39] by the eighth lord and the eighth lord

[33:40] is not in a happy condition because it's

[33:43] in a sign that it doesn't like with the

[33:46] ruler of that sign that it doesn't like.

[33:49] Secondly is that the sixth lord

[33:53] aspects that whole thing. The sixth lord

[33:57] is aspecting the first and second house

[34:02] and the second lord.

[34:06] And you might say but that's exalted

[34:09] sixth lord but it's on a very difficult

[34:11] degree. It's in sunundi. It's on zero

[34:13] degrees.

[34:17] Finally, when you take a look at the

[34:19] sun, the sun is in the house of illness,

[34:21] the sixth house, which could be okay,

[34:24] but it's there with the 12th lord, the

[34:28] lord of fatigue.

[34:30] So, all things considered, this is the

[34:32] chart of a person who has significant

[34:34] health problems. That is it because they

[34:37] have the moon in the second? Not really.

[34:40] The next question that we had was Walt

[34:41] Disney. Why is he so artistic? Is the

[34:44] moon in the second house artistic?

[34:48] Not necessarily artistic, but the moon

[34:50] in the second house really loves

[34:52] imagination.

[34:54] And now think about Walt Disney. Is he

[34:56] Picasso?

[34:57] He's not Picasso, but he is very good

[35:00] with imagination and he draws pictures

[35:02] well enough to convey his ideas. So when

[35:05] you think about art, you should draw

[35:08] your attention to these places. the

[35:11] third house, the fifth house and the

[35:14] 11th house

[35:16] as well as the moon and Venus.

[35:19] If we look at these in his chart, his

[35:22] moon is in the second house which we

[35:24] talked about. But what sign is it in?

[35:26] It's in Libra, an artistic sign. Venus's

[35:28] sign.

[35:31] His Venus is where? In the fifth house,

[35:33] an artistic house. And while it is there

[35:37] is with the seventh and fourth lords. So

[35:38] it is in raji yoga which means it's very

[35:41] powerful there. So the very artistic

[35:44] planet Venus is in the very artistic

[35:46] fifth house in a very powerful

[35:48] combination.

[35:52] His first lord furthermore is in the

[35:53] third house which means he likes to

[35:55] draw, likes to use his hands.

[35:58] And his third lord is in the fifth house

[35:59] which means he doesn't just like to

[36:01] write or use tools with his hands or

[36:03] play sports with his hands. He likes to

[36:05] do artistic things with his hands.

[36:07] And his fifth lord

[36:11] is in the fifth house means his fifth

[36:15] house creative house is blessed in raji

[36:18] yoga.

[36:20] So it is really not hard to see at all

[36:22] that this is a very artistic person that

[36:25] is very imaginationdriven.

[36:27] So in other words does the moon in the

[36:29] second house make you very artistic? No.

[36:32] But it makes you very imaginative. And

[36:34] then if you have a chart like Walt

[36:35] Disney where you also are very artistic

[36:38] then you will express your imagination

[36:39] very effectively through art.

[36:45] Another thing about Walt Disney is it's

[36:47] incredibly or was incredibly wealthy.

[36:51] So does the moon in the second house

[36:53] make you incredibly wealthy?

[36:56] It doesn't go against it. Right? The

[36:59] moon is about wanting things and the

[37:02] second is about having things. So

[37:04] wanting plus having equals finding.

[37:08] So you know the moon in the second house

[37:10] is not necessarily an indication of

[37:13] wealth but it's not wealth negative,

[37:14] it's wealth positive, wealth favorable.

[37:17] What are the important points related to

[37:19] wealth? 2nd house and 11th house those

[37:24] are the positive indications and 12th

[37:27] and sixth are negative for wealth.

[37:32] But when it comes to wealth you just

[37:34] want to see negative meaning outflow or

[37:36] expense and positive meaning income. But

[37:38] you can't make income without making

[37:40] expense. So even the negative financial

[37:43] houses are positively important in a

[37:46] chart. Anyway, let's look at what he's

[37:48] got. He's got the first lord in the

[37:50] second house. Well, the second house is

[37:52] important for wealth and the first lord

[37:53] is the most important lord.

[37:56] But more importantly,

[37:59] the second lord

[38:01] and the sixth lord

[38:04] are both in raja yoga. Both of them are

[38:08] in raji yoga. So does the moon in the

[38:10] second house make you wealthy? No. But

[38:12] if it's in a chart like this where

[38:13] there's other things that indicate

[38:16] wealth then certainly the moon in the

[38:17] second house helps.

[38:21] Sudguru is also very very wealthy. So

[38:24] for Sudguru his 11th lord is in the 11th

[38:28] house with the first lord bof. And that

[38:30] 11th lord is also the sixth lord.

[38:34] We said the 11th house is important. The

[38:35] sixth house is important. The 11th and

[38:37] the sixth lord are in the 11th house

[38:40] with the first lord making them very

[38:42] important.

[38:44] We said the second house is important

[38:46] for wealth. His moon is in his second

[38:48] house and his second lord is in his

[38:50] first house.

[38:53] We said the 12th and the second lords

[38:55] and houses are very important.

[38:58] So his 12th lord is in two raji yogas.

[39:02] It's like like walt Disney. Now Sudguru

[39:06] has another quality that seems very

[39:08] interesting is that he's fairly

[39:10] dominant. He's very dominating and

[39:13] commanding when he walks in.

[39:16] You notice it and it's not just because

[39:18] people have nominated him to be the

[39:20] guru. He has its natural sense of

[39:23] command. Does that is that part of what

[39:26] it means to have the moon in the second

[39:28] house? Sort of.

[39:32] The moon in the second house does

[39:33] support being a a prominent or a

[39:36] dominant individual

[39:38] but it isn't really on itself

[39:41] enough to indicate a person who really

[39:44] is [music] very prominent like Sagguru.

[39:45] So what else is going on with this

[39:48] quality of being very very commanding or

[39:50] very dominant? You would look at the

[39:52] 10th house in the sun.

[39:55] So what's going on in his case? Well, he

[39:57] has the 10th lord [music] in the 10th

[39:59] house.

[40:02] with the ninth lord and the fifth lord.

[40:07] So he's got two

[40:10] raji yogas

[40:12] in his 10th house with the 10th lord in

[40:15] his 10th house. If you look carefully at

[40:17] his 10th house, it's so masculine

[40:22] but it's very intellectually masculine.

[40:25] Why is it so masculine is because he's

[40:27] the sun and Mars in the 10th house.

[40:30] That's masculine. Masculine means like

[40:33] sudguru commanding dominant.

[40:36] You must obey.

[40:40] But it is very his dominance is not

[40:43] brutal or barbaric. It's very

[40:45] intellectually dominant because it's

[40:48] Virgo and the 10th lord Mercury the lord

[40:51] of intelligence the planet of

[40:52] intelligence is here.

[40:55] Finally, the other planet which is

[40:57] important for the dominance factor is

[40:59] the sun itself and there it is right

[41:00] there in the 10th house.

[41:02] So does this moon in the second house

[41:05] indicate a very dominant commanding

[41:07] person? Not in and of itself although

[41:10] it's not antagonistic towards that

[41:12] interpretation. The reason why sudguru

[41:13] is so commanding is because of his 10th

[41:15] house. If you want to actually have my

[41:19] interpretations for all of your

[41:20] placements in your chart, you can go to

[41:23] my website and order that from the

[41:26] charts page. It's uh victor.com/r2.

[41:32] [music]

[41:32] Thank you so much.

[41:39] In this video, let's explore what the

[41:41] moon means in the third house. And let's

[41:44] take a look at what it actually looks

[41:46] like in three real birth charts. We'll

[41:48] use Boy George, Will Ferrell, and George

[41:52] W. Bush.

[41:56] In order to equip ourselves with the

[41:59] intelligent ammunition that we need to

[42:01] understand the moon in the third house,

[42:03] [music] let's take a moment to first

[42:06] review what the third house symbolizes

[42:09] and what the moon symbolizes.

[42:12] Here you see what the third house

[42:14] physically is. It's the area of sky

[42:17] that's on the eastern side of the

[42:20] underground quadrant.

[42:23] That's why the third house represents

[42:26] whatever it represents.

[42:28] The underground quadrant represents the

[42:31] interior of our being and the east

[42:34] represents sunrise and visualization and

[42:37] [music] tangibility.

[42:39] So the [clears throat] third house being

[42:42] on the eastern section of the

[42:44] underground sky represents the

[42:47] expression

[42:49] of what's inside of us.

[42:53] Expressing the internal will have both

[42:55] an effect on your external and your

[42:58] internal. The third house is the house

[43:00] of strength. Strength is the expression

[43:03] of your power. Power is an internal

[43:05] thing. Expression of power also means

[43:08] that the third house represents skill

[43:11] and expression of your power gets you

[43:14] into conflict with other things that are

[43:19] expressing their power. So the third

[43:21] house represents conflict or the use of

[43:23] power, the use of force. And so it has

[43:26] to do also with the people with whom we

[43:28] contend, our siblings and our equals,

[43:33] our peers.

[43:35] On the internal side, the internal

[43:37] dimension of strength is confidence,

[43:40] decision making and discipline. sticking

[43:44] by decisions. Also, [music] internal

[43:47] power and strength means ambition.

[43:51] So, the third house has to do with our

[43:53] lusts, our drives, our motivations, our

[43:56] hunger. And the third house therefore is

[44:00] about what we want. It's a self-focused

[44:03] house. And so, it's a house of

[44:06] independence,

[44:07] individuality.

[44:11] Now we understand what the third house

[44:13] is all about. Let's take a look at the

[44:14] moon. The moon is a complicated planet.

[44:17] Because if you think about the moon, the

[44:20] obvious things about it is that it comes

[44:22] out at night, not like the sun,

[44:26] but like the sun, it's very bright. So

[44:30] it has this complicated nature of being

[44:32] bright, but night.

[44:35] And that's the third thing about the

[44:36] moon is that you can't really tell what

[44:38] it is. It keeps changing. The shape of

[44:41] it always changes in everything. So it's

[44:43] a night bright and a changing planet.

[44:45] [music] Changing planet. This is why the

[44:47] moon represents flux and fluctuation.

[44:49] This is why it has to do with cycles,

[44:52] rhythm, timing

[44:55] and fluids.

[44:58] The brightness of the moon. That's why

[45:00] the moon represents beauty, things that

[45:02] catch your eye, things that attract your

[45:03] eye.

[45:06] The nightiness of the moon. This is why

[45:09] it has to do with things that are

[45:10] unseen. So the moon represents private

[45:13] things, things that people are shy about

[45:15] that they don't really want to show,

[45:17] things that are personal that you keep

[45:19] to yourself or things that happen within

[45:21] your private space. So domestic things.

[45:24] The moon is therefore feminine because

[45:28] femininity is an inward power. It moves

[45:31] inward. It moves in. Unseen means in

[45:36] inward internal.

[45:38] And so the moon also represents the

[45:40] internal aspect of anyone. So the mind

[45:43] instead [music] of the body. The mind is

[45:46] the tool by which we experience emotion.

[45:48] It's not [music] intellect by which we

[45:49] figure things out. The moon represents

[45:50] the mind, the thing that experiences

[45:52] emotions. So the moon represents

[45:54] emotions. Emotions are based on some

[45:58] permutation of happiness or sadness

[45:59] [music]

[46:00] in past, present or future. So happiness

[46:03] and sadness results from fulfilling or

[46:05] not fulfilling your desires. So the moon

[46:07] is the planet of desires

[46:09] and desires are based on opinions. What

[46:13] you want and what you don't want is

[46:15] based on what you think is [music] good

[46:16] and what you think is not good. So the

[46:18] moon is the planet of opinion

[46:21] subjectivity bias.

[46:25] Finally, the moon is a lot like the sun

[46:27] in terms of how bright it is. So like

[46:29] the sun, it's also an authority figure

[46:31] and it represents authorities.

[46:34] But because it's an internal feminine

[46:36] [music] planet, it represents the

[46:38] feminine archetype

[46:40] of a authority. Whereas the sun

[46:42] represented the masculine archetype of

[46:43] authority and therefore the father. The

[46:46] moon being the feminine archetype of

[46:48] authority is therefore the mother.

[46:51] Now we understand the players, the moon

[46:53] and the third house. Let's put them

[46:55] together. The moon [music] in the third

[46:57] house. What kind of interpretation do we

[46:59] come up with? Well, first of all, the

[47:02] moon is female, but the third house is

[47:07] masculine.

[47:09] The third house is about externalizing

[47:12] the internal thing. So, if anything,

[47:14] it's about the conversion of femininity

[47:16] into masculinity because masculine

[47:18] [music]

[47:18] means external comes out and feminine

[47:20] means internal goes in. So, it's a clash

[47:24] between the moon being female and the

[47:26] third house being male.

[47:28] The interpretation is

[47:32] that means that you are close with your

[47:35] competitors

[47:38] or close with your peers or it also

[47:40] means you're assisted by your peers or

[47:43] your [music] siblings and so forth.

[47:46] So it's a complex situation with how one

[47:50] [music] competes. When the moon is in

[47:52] the third house,

[47:55] one isn't too competitive and

[47:59] aggressive.

[48:02] Rather, they tend to get what we would

[48:05] call coddled

[48:07] by their peers. The peers will kind of

[48:10] like them and not treat them so much as

[48:13] a threat

[48:15] and hence they kind of have this sort of

[48:18] entitlement. The moon in the third house

[48:20] is sort of an entitled interpretation.

[48:24] They get spoonfed or they get coddled by

[48:28] the people that you would think would be

[48:30] aggressive towards them

[48:32] or competitive with them.

[48:36] And the reason why is because they're

[48:38] krypana

[48:40] which here basically means it evokes

[48:43] your krypa

[48:44] which means it evokes your sympathy. The

[48:47] moon in the third house tends to evoke

[48:50] sympathy. We can say it means you're

[48:52] pathetic because the word pathetic means

[48:54] evoke sympathy.

[48:57] So people with the moon in the third

[48:59] house, they tend to be people that we

[49:02] can sort of feel for, we can

[49:06] sympathize with. They don't seem that

[49:10] aggressive.

[49:12] So therefore, we don't take that much of

[49:14] a competitive stance towards them.

[49:18] Secondly,

[49:20] the moon is very private, but the whole

[49:22] nature of the third house is to

[49:24] externalize and express the private

[49:26] thing.

[49:28] So, it's sort of a clash and the result

[49:30] is what's described as bala shaurya

[49:34] which means they have strong bravery or

[49:38] they're strong on the inside. They're

[49:40] internally strong. And this again is

[49:43] just another permutation of the female

[49:45] male dichotomy between moon [music] and

[49:47] third house internally female strong

[49:50] male.

[49:52] What happens if you're internally strong

[49:55] or if you have strength or bravery on

[49:57] the inside it means that you are not

[50:01] scared to express.

[50:04] You like to express. You like to show

[50:08] per say. You don't hold things back.

[50:12] The third thing about the moon in the

[50:14] third house is that the moon is the

[50:16] planet of desire and the third is the

[50:17] house of ambition. So this is a nice

[50:19] thing. They're on the same page finally

[50:20] exactly on the same page. And so we

[50:22] describe this as prooda

[50:25] which basically [music] means a lot of

[50:27] desires. They're desirous or we could

[50:30] say wanting

[50:32] lustful.

[50:35] And again this word shy also pertains

[50:37] here because shy also means [music]

[50:38] ambitious.

[50:40] Now our theory about this moon in the

[50:43] third house is pretty clear but let's

[50:46] take it out of the theory stage and come

[50:48] and see it in actual practice in some

[50:51] charts of well-known people. So we have

[50:53] boy George will ferrell George Bush.

[50:59] Let's examine these three

[51:01] interpretations and how it relates to

[51:03] them. Is boy George entitled and coddled

[51:08] and pathetic or sympathetic? Maybe not.

[51:10] But if you look at the raw source of

[51:12] this interpretation, it's very shocking.

[51:17] Boy George, the moon in the third house

[51:19] is the female male dichotomy working

[51:22] together.

[51:24] That's Boy George.

[51:26] Will Farrell is obviously not Boy

[51:29] George, but Will Farrell is very

[51:31] entitled and coddled.

[51:34] He says of himself that he's an Orange

[51:36] [music] County suburban child with no

[51:39] danger or drama ever in his life. And so

[51:42] the reason that he turned to comedy was

[51:44] just to break up the [music] boredom.

[51:49] George W. Bush super entitled, super

[51:52] coddled, just handed things by his dad

[51:55] basically.

[51:58] on the second thing of being expressive

[52:01] right boy George again very very

[52:06] clear illustration of this principle of

[52:08] [music] the moon in the third house

[52:09] making somebody that's very expressive

[52:12] will ferrell yeah very expressive look

[52:14] at the face that he's doing

[52:17] um George Bush maybe I'm not so sure it

[52:21] doesn't really seem like it's a strong

[52:23] match there

[52:25] and this third thing about the moon in

[52:27] the third house is we expect these

[52:28] people to be very ambitious or lusty or

[52:31] wanting boy George. Sure. Sure. That's

[52:33] obvious. Will Frell, I don't know.

[52:36] Maybe. I don't know. And Bush

[52:41] really not sexually, but maybe extremely

[52:44] so politically.

[52:46] So, Boy Church wants to know some more

[52:47] detail about this chart, and he wants to

[52:49] know, why am I such a fit for this first

[52:51] bit? Why am I such a gender bender? What

[52:53] is it about the moon in the third house

[52:55] that made me a gender bender that didn't

[52:57] make Will Ferrell or George W a gender

[53:00] bender?

[53:02] Well, first thing I want you to look at

[53:03] is the planet in his first house.

[53:07] It's Venus.

[53:09] And what is his first house? It's

[53:10] Taurus.

[53:13] So, here you have an example of the

[53:15] first lord in a female sign. And guess

[53:18] what? It's also in Pisces namia

[53:22] which means it's exalted exalted Venus

[53:24] and also it means it's in a female

[53:26] numpamia.

[53:28] So here's an example of the first lord

[53:29] in a female sign and female numpchia as

[53:32] we were learning in Paulipika. Now we

[53:35] want to look at the moon and see if it's

[53:36] also in female sign of namia.

[53:39] This moon yes is in the female sign

[53:41] cancer and it's numpta is also cancer.

[53:44] So here's the perfect example of that

[53:46] principle from Paul Deepipa that we

[53:48] recently learned in our live streams.

[53:50] Here's a male person with a very strong

[53:54] female yoga.

[53:56] That's why his moon in the third house

[53:58] is really showing its colors in terms of

[54:01] female male dichotomy.

[54:04] Furthermore, his moon in the third house

[54:05] is with Mercury who's a transgender

[54:07] planet.

[54:09] [snorts] But boy George has another

[54:11] question. and he says, "I think I'm a

[54:13] lot more artistic and expressive than

[54:15] these other two guys, especially George

[54:16] W. Bush. So why is it that I'm so

[54:19] artistic and expressive?

[54:21] Bush also has moon in the third house

[54:22] and he's not."

[54:26] Well, for this you just see what we just

[54:28] described about gender bender because

[54:30] it's basically the same thing because

[54:32] female is internal, [music] male is

[54:34] external. If you're bending or blurring

[54:36] the line between male and female, then

[54:38] you're allowing the internal to get

[54:40] expressed. Then you're artistic and

[54:42] expressive.

[54:43] So besides that you just have an exalted

[54:46] nama doicile rashi Venus in the first

[54:52] house

[54:54] and you don't expect to be artistic of

[54:56] course right

[55:00] besides that I always explain that

[55:02] artistic person will have very prominent

[55:04] connections [music] between houses 3 5

[55:06] and 11

[55:08] his moon in the third house is his third

[55:12] lord

[55:13] And that transgendered Mercury that's

[55:15] right next to it is the fifth lord. So

[55:18] have you connected the [music] third and

[55:20] the fifth house? Certainly. You put the

[55:22] third lord and the fifth lord together

[55:24] in the third house.

[55:27] And what about the 11th lord? That would

[55:29] be Jupiter. And where is it? It's in the

[55:31] 10th [music] house. Very dominant.

[55:35] Now Will Frell pushes George aside and

[55:39] he says, "George is very sexy, but I'm

[55:42] not. How come I'm not?"

[55:45] First thing is look at your eighth

[55:47] house.

[55:50] Mr. Ferrell has a debilitated Saturn

[55:52] there and that Saturn is his fifth lord.

[55:54] Fifth lord is also pretty important in

[55:56] terms of sexuality, sexiness, and sex

[55:58] drive.

[56:00] Second thing is go ahead and look at the

[56:03] moon itself because the interpretation

[56:05] of the moon is it could make you very

[56:06] wanting but

[56:09] will feral's moon is debilitated in the

[56:11] third house and even more importantly

[56:12] it's with Ketu who's asexual.

[56:18] Finally [music]

[56:19] take a look at Frell's first house. It

[56:21] also has Venus in it but it's

[56:24] debilitated Venus. Now George W. Bush

[56:28] comes late to the party and he says,

[56:30] "Hey, I'm not sexy, but

[56:33] I am artistic and I was the president.

[56:38] So, how come these I am artistic like

[56:40] these other fellas and these other guys,

[56:42] they they didn't become the president of

[56:44] the United States. So, how come?" So,

[56:46] for artistic again, let's take a look at

[56:48] three, five, and 11 and see if those

[56:51] houses are combining or not. What's

[56:52] going on with those houses? Well, right

[56:55] next to right next to his moon in the

[56:57] third house is Jupiter. Jupiter is the

[57:01] fifth lord. So, the fifth lord is in the

[57:05] third house. And what sign is it in?

[57:07] Libra. Venus's sign, an artistic sign.

[57:11] So, that covers the third and the fifth,

[57:14] especially the fifth. What about the

[57:15] other two? Thirddrird house and 11th

[57:16] house. H third lord is Venus and the

[57:19] 11th lord is Mercury. Take a look at the

[57:22] first house.

[57:24] The third and the 11th lord have

[57:25] combined in the first house.

[57:29] So yeah, George W. Bush is not exactly

[57:32] Picasso, but pretty damn good. Way

[57:35] better than I would have expected as a

[57:37] painter.

[57:39] And also this little K2 that's sitting

[57:41] there in his fifth house has something

[57:43] to tell us as well. It says, "I'm a Raj

[57:45] Yoga. I'm a secret little Raj Yoga.

[57:47] probably didn't notice

[57:49] because I'm getting a super strong

[57:51] aspect from Mars and [music] Mars is the

[57:52] yoga kara and if if a node gets a strong

[57:56] aspect

[57:58] from a yoga

[58:01] while that node is in a kendra aona then

[58:03] that constitutes a raj yoga so the raj

[58:06] yoga in the fifth house also increases

[58:08] artistic

[58:10] capacity

[58:13] okay that explains why this guy's

[58:15] unexpectedly

[58:17] somewhat artistic.

[58:19] But how about why he became the

[58:21] president of [music] the United States?

[58:23] Usually when we see people who have a

[58:25] great deal of political power or social

[58:28] influence, we find a lot of Rajogas. We

[58:30] do find that one Raj Yoga in his fifth

[58:32] house. But um Bush's chart is not

[58:35] writing on Raj Yogas.

[58:38] It's writing on a parvat yoga.

[58:41] And this is not any run-of-the-mill

[58:44] parva yoga. This is a very very very

[58:47] [music]

[58:48] clear strong parva yoga. I would call it

[58:50] a double ultra

[58:53] parveta yoga. So definition of parveta

[58:56] yoga basically is if you have a bonific

[58:58] in the central houses 1 47 and 10

[59:01] without malefific being in sight

[59:05] like typically if you can't have

[59:07] malefific aspecting the ascendant. So

[59:09] especially if you don't have maleific

[59:10] across from the ascendant in 6 7 and 8

[59:13] but you do have bonific in the kendra

[59:16] then you qualify for this thing called

[59:18] parvet yoga. Par [music] means like a

[59:20] mountain so it means you know superior

[59:23] having a high position.

[59:27] In Bush's case he has two bonificics and

[59:29] they're not just in the kendra they are

[59:31] in the first house and he has malefific

[59:34] nowhere

[59:36] able to look at them at all. There's no

[59:39] maleifics in the Kendras. There's no

[59:41] maleifics [music] in 6, seven, and 8.

[59:43] The maleific are completely out of the

[59:44] way in 2 and 12. You know, his

[59:47] outstanding social status, ability to

[59:49] become president of the United States is

[59:51] riding on this parva yoga plus the

[59:55] entitlement factor

[59:57] granted by the moon being with Jupiter

[01:00:01] in the third house.

[01:00:03] If you want to actually have my

[01:00:05] interpretations for all of your

[01:00:07] placements in your chart, you can go to

[01:00:09] my website and order that from the

[01:00:12] charts page. It's uh victor.com/r2.

[01:00:19] Thank you so much.

[01:00:21] [music]

[01:00:27] To understand the moon in the fourth

[01:00:29] house, we will begin by reviewing the

[01:00:31] moon and the fourth house. And it'll be

[01:00:33] brief but very important. Here you can

[01:00:36] see what the fourth house physically is.

[01:00:38] It's literally the ground [music]

[01:00:40] beneath your feet or more accurately the

[01:00:43] sky in the direction of the ground

[01:00:45] underneath your feet.

[01:00:48] So it represents everything that is

[01:00:50] below ground. So it has to do with

[01:00:52] things that are invisible or internal.

[01:00:53] [music]

[01:00:55] This is why it has to do with emotions

[01:00:57] and that's why it's the house of

[01:00:58] happiness or in other words the quality

[01:01:00] of our emotions.

[01:01:04] Also, this is why it's the house of love

[01:01:06] or devotion because emotions are based

[01:01:09] on what you like or don't like, love or

[01:01:11] hate and whether or not you achieve or

[01:01:13] don't achieve those things. The

[01:01:15] underground also signifies the things

[01:01:17] that [music] you don't see. It's the

[01:01:18] part of the sky that's completely

[01:01:20] invisible.

[01:01:22] So the fourth house has to do with all

[01:01:24] things that are private or unseen.

[01:01:26] This is why it has to do with the

[01:01:28] quality of shyness of keeping yourself

[01:01:30] unseen.

[01:01:33] It has to do with the home or the place

[01:01:36] where you are not visible. The place

[01:01:38] where you can shut the doors, shut the

[01:01:39] windows and be invisible, not seen. It

[01:01:42] has to do also with your private space,

[01:01:44] your private property, and the ability

[01:01:48] to just kind of shut down and rest and

[01:01:50] not be active and not be visible.

[01:01:56] Furthermore, the fourth house is a very

[01:01:58] feminine house. It has to do with

[01:01:59] femininity because femininity

[01:02:01] essentially is internality [music] and

[01:02:02] that's what the fourth house is all

[01:02:03] about. Finally, what's in the ground

[01:02:06] below your feet, all the roots of the

[01:02:08] trees and the plants and everything.

[01:02:11] So the fourth house represents the root

[01:02:14] from which we come. And this is why it

[01:02:17] has to do with whether or not we are

[01:02:19] rooted and grounded and stable and also

[01:02:23] has to do with ancestry that we come

[01:02:26] from.

[01:02:28] And since it's the feminine house, this

[01:02:30] is why it has to do with our mother

[01:02:33] particularly. That was a nice review of

[01:02:36] the fourth house. Let's do the same

[01:02:37] thing quickly for the moon before we

[01:02:39] jump into asking what the moon in the

[01:02:41] fourth house represents. So when we

[01:02:44] think of the moon, we think of something

[01:02:47] that's very bright at night

[01:02:51] and therefore we think of something that

[01:02:53] is very dipolar.

[01:02:56] Night and bright at the same time.

[01:03:00] That dipolarity of the moon is why it

[01:03:03] symbolizes fluctuation. And [music] it's

[01:03:06] also expressed in the physical reality

[01:03:08] of it fluctuating in its size so

[01:03:10] dramatically. So it symbolizes

[01:03:12] fluctuation and change or cycle or

[01:03:15] fluidity.

[01:03:16] The moon also represents beautiful stuff

[01:03:19] because it's bright and bright things

[01:03:21] catch your eye.

[01:03:24] The moon

[01:03:25] because it's associated with night then

[01:03:27] it also has to do with unseen things.

[01:03:30] And that should also

[01:03:33] ring a bell because we just talked about

[01:03:34] the fourth house which is all about the

[01:03:36] unseen thing. The moon also is a planet

[01:03:38] that symbolizes private things [music]

[01:03:40] and so it has all of those things in

[01:03:42] common with the fourth house including

[01:03:44] the whole thing about being internal and

[01:03:47] including the mind being the internal

[01:03:49] part of our self. The mind being [music]

[01:03:51] the tool with which we experience

[01:03:53] emotions.

[01:03:55] emotions being based on our desires, our

[01:03:57] likes, dislikes, our loves, hates and

[01:04:00] our likes and dislikes being based on

[01:04:02] our opinions of things and hence also

[01:04:05] the moon is very very feminine because

[01:04:06] femininity [music] is always internal.

[01:04:09] Interesting thing about the moon and

[01:04:11] this dichotomy of it being bright and

[01:04:13] night at the same time is [music] that

[01:04:14] the brightness indicates that it's an

[01:04:16] authority. It's so much brighter than

[01:04:17] any star. But the nightiness of the

[01:04:20] moon, it's nighty and it's brighty. The

[01:04:23] ntiness of it makes it feminine. [music]

[01:04:24] So, we're dealing with feminine

[01:04:26] authority. And that means the mom. Now,

[01:04:28] let's take the bold leap and try to

[01:04:29] interpret the moon in the fourth house.

[01:04:31] And now that we did a little bit of work

[01:04:33] and reviewed the fourth house and the

[01:04:35] moon separately, it's not that much of a

[01:04:38] bold leap. We're pretty ready to do it

[01:04:40] intelligently.

[01:04:41] We have three things really on the

[01:04:43] table.

[01:04:44] We have the fact that the moon is

[01:04:46] feminine and the fourth house is also

[01:04:48] feminine [music] and hence all the

[01:04:51] things that are associated with the

[01:04:52] internality of femininity are going to

[01:04:55] be the same with the moon as the fourth

[01:04:58] house. So the second thing on the table

[01:05:01] is the privacy of the moon and the

[01:05:04] privacy of the fourth house I'm sure is

[01:05:06] going to go really [music] well

[01:05:06] together.

[01:05:08] But the third thing on our plate to

[01:05:11] interpret is the fluuality or the

[01:05:14] fluidity or instability of the moon

[01:05:16] versus the rootedness and stability and

[01:05:19] groundedness of the fourth house. So

[01:05:21] let's take these one at a time and turn

[01:05:23] them [music] into actual

[01:05:24] interpretations.

[01:05:26] The femininity of the moon going along

[01:05:28] with the femininity of the fourth house

[01:05:30] gives us the interpretation of what we

[01:05:33] would call suki

[01:05:35] which is a Sanskrit word that means

[01:05:37] pleasant

[01:05:40] feminine. So feminine is suki feminine

[01:05:43] is nice. Feminine is gentle. Feminine is

[01:05:45] pl pleasant. Feminine is beautiful.

[01:05:47] Feminine is attractive. Feminine is

[01:05:49] sensually pleasing

[01:05:52] soft etc.

[01:05:54] So the moon in [music] the fourth house

[01:05:56] indicates a person who's pleasant or

[01:05:58] attractive or sensual

[01:06:04] feminine and feminine also means you

[01:06:07] have a lot of wealth because femininity

[01:06:09] produces wealth.

[01:06:11] So the home the private property and

[01:06:13] everything that whole strand of meaning

[01:06:16] the fourth house and the moon is coming

[01:06:18] out here.

[01:06:20] And the third thing about female and

[01:06:23] female means suridif. So surit means

[01:06:26] good heart and it also means good mind.

[01:06:28] So with the moon in the fourth house we

[01:06:30] expect the person to be good-hearted

[01:06:33] means like a loyal friend. Loyal in

[01:06:35] their friendships

[01:06:37] and good mind in the sense of they have

[01:06:40] a lot of imagination. They think a lot.

[01:06:43] They dream a lot. They plan a lot. They

[01:06:46] come up with ideas. The second thing

[01:06:48] about the moon in the fourth house is

[01:06:49] that they're both private. And this is

[01:06:51] very interesting. This generates the

[01:06:54] interpretation of yasha, which means

[01:06:57] fame.

[01:06:59] So, how do you get fame

[01:07:02] from a private planet [music] being in a

[01:07:04] private house? It might seem weird, but

[01:07:06] if you watch my videos about planets and

[01:07:08] houses or planets and science, you see

[01:07:10] that this is a very consistent thing

[01:07:12] that happens in interpretations.

[01:07:15] If the moon is the planet of privacy and

[01:07:18] it's in the house of privacy, that means

[01:07:19] your privacy is going fine. You don't

[01:07:22] have any worries about privacy.

[01:07:25] You don't have needs for privacy. Your

[01:07:26] privacy is already taken care of. So,

[01:07:29] you feel confident. You don't feel like

[01:07:31] you have to hide anything. You don't

[01:07:32] feel ashamed of anything.

[01:07:34] And that gives you the ability to

[01:07:36] disclose and be

[01:07:39] out there and visible.

[01:07:44] The third thing about the moon in the

[01:07:46] fourth house was this clash between the

[01:07:48] moon being fluctuating and the fourth

[01:07:51] house being stable. This is what we

[01:07:53] would call bog tiag.

[01:07:57] So that means sometimes up, sometimes

[01:08:00] down, sometimes enjoying, sometimes

[01:08:02] suffering, sometimes happy, [music]

[01:08:03] sometimes sad, dramatic changes,

[01:08:08] not a lot of stability,

[01:08:11] an an unstable person, a fluctuating

[01:08:14] person. So dramatic changes in how they

[01:08:16] feel about things, dramatic changes in

[01:08:18] what they do, dramatic changes in their

[01:08:19] life. They try to make dramatic [music]

[01:08:21] changes and so forth.

[01:08:24] So, I have a modest database of

[01:08:26] well-known people who I use as examples

[01:08:29] in these videos of planets and signs and

[01:08:31] planets and houses. When I check that

[01:08:34] database for people with the moon in the

[01:08:35] fourth house, a whole lot of names come

[01:08:38] up considering that I have pretty

[01:08:41] modestly sized database. And that makes

[01:08:43] sense because one of the expectations is

[01:08:46] the privacy of the moon with the privacy

[01:08:47] of the fourth house makes you have no

[01:08:49] concerns about privacy.

[01:08:51] And hence you go out there and you can

[01:08:54] become famous.

[01:08:56] So there happens to be quite a lot of

[01:08:58] famous people with the moon in the

[01:08:59] fourth house. It's not hard to find

[01:09:00] example charts.

[01:09:03] Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo,

[01:09:07] Mozart, Jim Marson, Russell Brand, Candy

[01:09:10] Bar, Anias Nin, Caitlyn Jenner,

[01:09:13] and then some very big politicians like

[01:09:15] Adolf Hitler, Karl Marx, and Malcolm X.

[01:09:19] And there's even two very terrible

[01:09:22] well-known criminals, David Burkowitz

[01:09:25] and Richard Ramirez. So now let's take

[01:09:27] one person from each group and look at

[01:09:30] their chart in detail and see what role

[01:09:34] the moon in the fourth house is and is

[01:09:35] not playing in making them who they are.

[01:09:38] Let's take Mozart, Malcolm X, and David

[01:09:41] Burkowitz.

[01:09:43] So Mozart says, "Am I imaginative and

[01:09:48] sensual?" I sure am. I am a great

[01:09:52] composer of music.

[01:09:55] But if we ask Malcolm X if he's

[01:09:58] imaginative and sensual, he might say,

[01:10:01] "I guess you could say I have a good

[01:10:02] imagination cuz I'm envisioning a

[01:10:05] different reality,

[01:10:08] but I don't know. I say I'm sensual. And

[01:10:12] if we ask David Burgitz, if he's very

[01:10:15] imaginative, sensual, etc.

[01:10:18] He kind of is in the most perverted and

[01:10:23] crazy way like very lost in fantasy,

[01:10:28] very lost in his imagination.

[01:10:32] It's a big kind of question mark from

[01:10:33] him of why is it such a negative thing

[01:10:36] for him, but such a positive thing for

[01:10:38] Mozart? That's something that we'll look

[01:10:40] at when we look at his [music] chart

[01:10:41] specifically.

[01:10:43] If we ask Mozart how he feels about the

[01:10:45] famous thing and whether he's unashamed,

[01:10:47] he's going to say, "You bet your

[01:10:48] breaches."

[01:10:50] Very much like that. And same thing

[01:10:52] Malcolm X would say, "Yeah, I am not

[01:10:54] scared.

[01:10:56] I'm bold and I'm going to go out and

[01:10:58] speak."

[01:10:59] And even David Burke would say, "That's

[01:11:01] right. I'm famous. I became famous for

[01:11:03] doing horrible things and I liked it.

[01:11:10] If we ask them all about the third thing

[01:11:12] about this dramatic change, we will get

[01:11:14] some more clarity actually about what

[01:11:16] this really means with Mozart.

[01:11:19] Mozart was an extremely impractical

[01:11:21] person.

[01:11:25] He could have been extremely wealthy,

[01:11:30] but he didn't care very much about

[01:11:33] money.

[01:11:36] So that's That is one of the facets

[01:11:38] that's should be brought out about this

[01:11:41] dichotomy [music] of the moon being

[01:11:43] fluid and the fourth house being solid.

[01:11:47] It's going to present the dichotomy also

[01:11:49] of idealism versus practicality.

[01:11:54] So Mozart is a very good example of a

[01:11:56] person that's really sacrificing the

[01:11:58] practicality [music]

[01:11:59] for the sake of their imagination and

[01:12:02] idealism. Also Mozart had a very

[01:12:04] unstable body.

[01:12:06] have very unstable health.

[01:12:09] So when we look at his chart, we'll

[01:12:11] figure out why.

[01:12:13] Malcolm X, is he very dramatic? He is so

[01:12:17] dramatic. He's very, very volatile.

[01:12:21] And David Burkowitz, is he's extremely

[01:12:24] unstable.

[01:12:26] Extremely unstable.

[01:12:28] David Burkowitz wants to know, "How come

[01:12:31] I got none of the good stuff of the moon

[01:12:33] in the fourth house, but all the bad

[01:12:35] versions of everything?"

[01:12:39] Well, the moon says hello.

[01:12:43] He says, "Look at where I am. I'm at 4°

[01:12:46] and look who is right on top of me at

[01:12:50] also at 4°. Rahu."

[01:12:53] And if you are not familiar with that

[01:12:56] signature, you must be new to my video.

[01:12:58] So please subscribe to the channel

[01:13:00] because this signature comes up in all

[01:13:02] the serial killers, almost all of them.

[01:13:06] Very tight conjunction with Moon and

[01:13:07] Rahu.

[01:13:11] So what Moon and Rahu is not going to

[01:13:14] it's going to really exaggerate the

[01:13:16] [music] instability,

[01:13:18] unrealness, impracticality that's

[01:13:20] possible with the moon in the fourth

[01:13:21] house.

[01:13:23] Furthermore, his moon is in the fourth

[01:13:25] house with something called the kayuma

[01:13:26] [music] yoga. It's one of the more

[01:13:28] important yogas for the moon whether or

[01:13:30] not it has neighbors

[01:13:32] or anybody with it in its house. So,

[01:13:34] it's all alone. It has no it's in

[01:13:36] Aquarius. It has nobody in Capricorn. It

[01:13:38] has nobody in Pisces

[01:13:40] except Rahu that is not even a planet.

[01:13:42] It's just a force.

[01:13:46] So it's very lonely out there and it is

[01:13:48] even all alone in the kendras [music]

[01:13:50] and its own kendras are also empty. So

[01:13:53] it has 100% superpowered [music] cayman

[01:13:55] droo yoga which makes the moon extremely

[01:13:58] unreliable and unstable.

[01:14:01] That's why David Burkowitz has all the

[01:14:03] unstability

[01:14:05] that's really kind of just a [music]

[01:14:06] background potential of the moon in the

[01:14:08] fourth house and his chart brings that

[01:14:10] background potential out to the

[01:14:11] foreground. And it also doesn't help

[01:14:14] that his first lord is in the eighth

[01:14:16] house with the eighth lord.

[01:14:20] Now Malcolm X also has a question. He

[01:14:22] says, "Step aside David Burkowitz. I got

[01:14:23] a question for the astrologer." He says,

[01:14:25] "You said the moon in the fourth house

[01:14:27] was surit nice, gentle. I'm tough.

[01:14:33] I'm tough and I'm serious. I'm not

[01:14:35] gentle and sensual. So why is that?"

[01:14:39] So, Mars goes, "Hello, look at me. I am

[01:14:42] at 6° of Cancer and your ascendant is at

[01:14:45] 5° [music] of Capricorn." That means

[01:14:48] your ascendant is under the full

[01:14:49] influence of Mars. Mars is anything but

[01:14:53] surit. Mars is anything but gentle and

[01:14:56] feminine and and sensual and so forth.

[01:15:01] Also Saturn says I'm over here too and I

[01:15:04] am about 60° away from the ascendant

[01:15:07] [music] and I have about 100% aspect on

[01:15:09] 60°.

[01:15:11] So Saturn is also immensely influential

[01:15:14] from Scorpio.

[01:15:20] And then the moon says yeah I'm in the

[01:15:22] fourth house but zing I'm in a I'm in

[01:15:24] Aries in the fourth house a Marshall

[01:15:28] sign. So there's nothing about Malcolm

[01:15:30] X's chart which is soft and gentle even

[01:15:34] as Jupiter in the first house is in

[01:15:36] Capricorn.

[01:15:38] And so that's why the potential of the

[01:15:40] moon in the fourth house to produce a

[01:15:42] feminine surit nice person isn't really

[01:15:45] there in Malcolm X. Instead he becomes a

[01:15:47] very serious

[01:15:49] intense hardcore person.

[01:15:53] Mozart now walks up to the stand and

[01:15:56] says I was really obsessed with work. I

[01:15:59] could not stop working. [music] How

[01:16:00] come?

[01:16:02] So, Virgo says hi. Virgo is your rising

[01:16:05] sign. Virgo likes to work. Also, your

[01:16:09] first lord says hi because it's in the

[01:16:11] sixth house and the sixth house is all

[01:16:13] about work.

[01:16:16] But then Mozart says actually I didn't

[01:16:18] really care that much about that. I have

[01:16:19] a more serious question.

[01:16:22] I noticed you were talking about David

[01:16:23] Burkowitz and he had this kaduma yoga

[01:16:26] that you know was very terrifyingly deep

[01:16:30] but um I have the same thing don't I

[01:16:34] have the moon in Sagittarius with nobody

[01:16:37] else in Sagittarius and nobody in the

[01:16:39] sign after it Capricorn and nobody in

[01:16:42] the sign before it Scorpio

[01:16:46] and furthermore I have nobody in any of

[01:16:48] the kendras or angles to my moon and I

[01:16:50] have nobody in any of the kinders or

[01:16:52] angles to my ascendant except for Rahu

[01:16:56] who's not even a planet. So I have

[01:17:00] almost I have the exact same thing that

[01:17:01] David Burkowitz has. How come I'm not

[01:17:04] like him? I'm not a mass murderer. I'm

[01:17:07] not a lunatic.

[01:17:09] The main thing the biggest difference is

[01:17:12] the distance between Mozart's moon to

[01:17:16] the notes compared to the distance

[01:17:18] between Burkowitz's moon to the notes.

[01:17:20] This is very important in interpreting

[01:17:23] the moon anywhere it is to look at his

[01:17:26] distance from the nodes from its nodes

[01:17:29] that will show you the moon's

[01:17:30] declination.

[01:17:31] Mozart's moon is just about 90° away

[01:17:35] from the nodes which is just about as

[01:17:38] far as you can get away from the nodes

[01:17:40] which means it's at the apex of its

[01:17:42] declination

[01:17:44] which means it's very strong and

[01:17:46] powerful.

[01:17:47] Burkowitz on the other hand is exactly

[01:17:50] conjoined with the node. That means it's

[01:17:52] at no declination and that makes a big

[01:17:55] difference in determining what kind of

[01:17:57] relationship the moon has with Rahu, the

[01:17:59] destabilizing [music] force.

[01:18:01] Furthermore, there's a lot of other

[01:18:02] important clues. Mozart's moon is in a

[01:18:05] Jupiter sign and Burkowitz's moon is in

[01:18:09] a Saturn sign. Mozart's first lord

[01:18:13] is with the ninth lord

[01:18:16] aspected by Jupiter.

[01:18:20] But Burkowitz's first lord is with the

[01:18:23] eighth lord aspected by Saturn.

[01:18:28] So you see the huge difference between

[01:18:30] the ninth versus eighth influence,

[01:18:32] Jupiter versus Saturn influence. Mozart

[01:18:35] is ninth in Jupiter. Burkowitz is eighth

[01:18:37] in Saturn. Those are not the same.

[01:18:42] Furthermore, what you see with Mozart

[01:18:44] really and this is the clue to why he

[01:18:46] had such bad health

[01:18:49] because the moon in the fourth house can

[01:18:50] give a lot of instability

[01:18:52] and that comes out in Mozart's health

[01:18:54] because he has the node right on his

[01:18:56] ascendant

[01:19:00] and the ascendant represents the body

[01:19:02] whereas Burkowitz has a node right on

[01:19:04] his moon and the node repres and and the

[01:19:07] moon represents [music] the mind. So we

[01:19:08] can say you both have difficulty

[01:19:11] indicated by this cam room yoga. For

[01:19:13] Mozar it's a difficulty with [music]

[01:19:14] your body. You died at in your mid-30s.

[01:19:18] For Burkowitz is difficulty with your

[01:19:19] mind. You went nuts. If you want to

[01:19:22] actually have my interpretations for all

[01:19:24] of your placements in your chart, you

[01:19:27] can go to my website and order that from

[01:19:30] the charts page. It's uh victor.comr2.

[01:19:38] >> [music]

[01:19:44] >> In this video, we will explain what the

[01:19:46] moon symbolizes when it's in the fifth

[01:19:48] house. And in order to make it clearer

[01:19:52] in the end and also to give you a better

[01:19:55] intuition for the nuances of it, we'll

[01:19:58] begin that by explaining what the fifth

[01:20:00] house itself is. Here's a visual that

[01:20:03] lets you see exactly what the fifth

[01:20:06] house literally is. It's the sky that's

[01:20:10] below the ground but on the western

[01:20:13] border of that section. That is the

[01:20:15] basis for what it symbolizes. The

[01:20:18] undergroundness of the fifth house makes

[01:20:20] it symbolize internal things and the

[01:20:22] westness of the fifth house makes it

[01:20:25] symbolize other people. So it symbolizes

[01:20:28] the way that our internal being

[01:20:31] interacts with the external world and

[01:20:34] other people. So that means two things

[01:20:36] basically.

[01:20:38] One is the way we interact with the

[01:20:41] world and the other is the way we

[01:20:43] empathize with or digest the world. And

[01:20:46] this is why the fifth house is the house

[01:20:48] of intelligence

[01:20:50] because intelligence is the ability to

[01:20:52] make sense out of the data that comes

[01:20:55] into your mind from the external [music]

[01:20:57] world. And the fifth house is also the

[01:21:00] house of compassion.

[01:21:02] The things that are happening to the

[01:21:04] other people, you can relate to that.

[01:21:07] You bring it in and make it a part of

[01:21:08] yourself. That's compassion. That's the

[01:21:10] nature of the fifth house. And it's the

[01:21:12] house of love cuz that's the basis of

[01:21:14] love. of love means caring about other

[01:21:16] people. The fifth is also the house of

[01:21:19] communication.

[01:21:21] The ability to utilize languages and

[01:21:24] symbols to express

[01:21:27] our inner feelings and our inner

[01:21:30] concepts to other people. The fifth

[01:21:33] house is the house of expression,

[01:21:36] creativity and art

[01:21:38] because that's exactly what expression

[01:21:40] and art is. It's communication.

[01:21:43] And the fifth is the house of children

[01:21:46] because what higher form of creativity

[01:21:48] and expression is there than to produce

[01:21:50] another living being. Now that we know

[01:21:53] what the fifth house is, let's quickly

[01:21:55] review what the moon is. Then we'll be

[01:21:57] really well equipped to interpret the

[01:21:58] moon in the fifth house. The moon is a

[01:22:02] very bright planet yet it's only bright

[01:22:05] at night because it is it embodies these

[01:22:08] two opposites in one thing being both

[01:22:10] bright and dark.

[01:22:13] It symbolizes fluctuation or change,

[01:22:15] fluidity, simplicity. Because it's

[01:22:18] bright, it signifies being very

[01:22:20] attractive, being beautiful, attracting

[01:22:22] the eye. And because it's nighty, it

[01:22:26] signifies unseen things or private

[01:22:28] things. Because it's unseen, it

[01:22:32] signifies the internal things. The

[01:22:35] internal part of the self is the mind.

[01:22:38] The mind is the tool for perceiving

[01:22:40] emotions. Emotions are reactions to

[01:22:42] desires. The outcome of our desires

[01:22:44] produces emotions. Desires are reactions

[01:22:47] to our opinions. So the moon symbolizes

[01:22:49] our opinions and subjectivity itself.

[01:22:52] And the moon being an internal and

[01:22:54] beautiful symbol [music] therefore

[01:22:56] symbolizes femininity and being a bright

[01:23:00] symbol signifies authority or power. And

[01:23:05] combining the two, femininity with

[01:23:07] authority, the moon symbolizes the

[01:23:10] maternal [music] figure, the matriarch,

[01:23:12] the mother.

[01:23:14] Now to understand the moon in the fifth

[01:23:16] house, it's not so difficult. Now all we

[01:23:18] have to do is call [music] to mind the

[01:23:20] things about the fifth house that have

[01:23:22] something very obvious to do with

[01:23:25] something about the moon. So for

[01:23:26] example, the moon represents mother and

[01:23:29] the fifth house [music] represents

[01:23:30] children. So that's something that's

[01:23:32] going to be very key to focus on to

[01:23:36] understand and intuit it and get a very

[01:23:38] rich picture of what the moon in the

[01:23:40] fifth house represents.

[01:23:42] Another example is that the moon

[01:23:44] represents the mind and the fifth house

[01:23:46] is basically about the mind because it's

[01:23:48] about the intellect. It's a portion of

[01:23:50] the mind. And the third thing is that

[01:23:52] the moon is feminine

[01:23:54] and the fifth house is loving and

[01:23:56] compassionate which is a feminine asset.

[01:23:59] So if we're very familiar with how

[01:24:02] symbology works, we might keep it at

[01:24:04] just these three [music] points. And

[01:24:06] that would give us a lot of unspecified

[01:24:09] but intuitive understanding of what the

[01:24:11] moon symbolizes in the fifth house. But

[01:24:13] let's spell it out a little bit more to

[01:24:16] help you get used to how to use

[01:24:18] symbolism. So for example, the fact that

[01:24:21] the moon is the mother and the fifth

[01:24:22] house is children, that indicates that

[01:24:25] the moon in the fifth house represents

[01:24:26] something in Sanskrit called suputra.

[01:24:30] Supra basically means you are a good

[01:24:34] parent.

[01:24:35] You get along well with children.

[01:24:38] But it also means you're a good creator

[01:24:41] because put means to put or to ex

[01:24:44] express. So you're a good creator,

[01:24:47] you're a good expresseror. So there's an

[01:24:49] artistic slant to it as well. [music]

[01:24:53] On the topic of the moon being the mind

[01:24:55] and the fifth house being the intellect

[01:24:56] in Sanskrit we would call this sumeda.

[01:24:59] Sumedha means you have a good essence.

[01:25:03] Your internal is good. You have a good

[01:25:06] heart.

[01:25:08] You have a good intellect.

[01:25:10] Your focus. Your concentration is good.

[01:25:12] Your imagination is good. Concentration

[01:25:15] is good. And then on the topic of the

[01:25:18] moon being feminine and the fifth house

[01:25:21] being compassionate in Sanskrit we would

[01:25:23] call this miduga

[01:25:26] which means [music] your way of behaving

[01:25:29] is very gentle, elegant,

[01:25:33] soft, affectionate

[01:25:36] or amata.

[01:25:38] People who have the moon in the fifth

[01:25:39] house feel more relatable to more

[01:25:43] people. They feel familiar and therefore

[01:25:46] they feel trustable.

[01:25:48] Now, in my small database of maybe 20 or

[01:25:51] [music] 30 well-known people with

[01:25:54] verified birth times, there's an awful

[01:25:57] lot of people who have the moon and the

[01:25:58] fifth house. And this is because it's a

[01:26:02] very desirable placement. It's a very

[01:26:04] synergistic [music] placement. You can

[01:26:05] see there's no real clashes between the

[01:26:07] moon and the fifth house. And so, it

[01:26:08] tends to help people become very

[01:26:11] successful. So, who has the moon in the

[01:26:13] fifth house in my small database of

[01:26:16] people? Barack Obama

[01:26:19] and Donald Trump. And what does that

[01:26:22] really

[01:26:24] exemplify about the moon in the fifth

[01:26:26] house? It represents the principle of

[01:26:30] femininity and compassion together

[01:26:32] making an amatea person, person who's

[01:26:35] relatable.

[01:26:37] Donald Trump, Barack Obama, especially

[01:26:39] Donald Trump is very, very relatable.

[01:26:42] to the common person.

[01:26:47] Barack Obama very felt very [music] very

[01:26:49] trustworthy. The differences between

[01:26:51] these people of course are based on the

[01:26:53] differences in the rest of their chart

[01:26:55] and the different things that affect

[01:26:57] their moon in the fifth house.

[01:27:00] Another group of people, there's a lot

[01:27:03] of artists. Pablo Picasso, Charles

[01:27:07] Picowski, Steven Spielberg, [music]

[01:27:09] Ernest Hemingway, Stephen King, Ellen

[01:27:12] Keller. Very expressive people, very

[01:27:14] creative people. What is this all about?

[01:27:16] Supra,

[01:27:18] good creator, very good at expressing.

[01:27:20] Sumeda,

[01:27:22] good imagination, good creativity. And

[01:27:24] then one more name which is particularly

[01:27:27] interesting in how [music] kind of

[01:27:28] disturbing it is to find on this list.

[01:27:30] Ted Bundy.

[01:27:33] What the hell is Ted Bundy, a serial

[01:27:36] rapist, murderer, doing on this list,

[01:27:40] the moon in the fifth house?

[01:27:44] Is he also a mata

[01:27:47] like Donald Trump and Barack Obama? Is

[01:27:50] he also has his feminine compassion

[01:27:54] resonance

[01:27:55] making him very relatable, familiar,

[01:27:58] trustable? Unfortunately, yes.

[01:28:02] That was how he was able

[01:28:05] to accomplish the horrific things that

[01:28:07] he accomplished.

[01:28:09] But as I said, the differences between

[01:28:11] these people

[01:28:13] are all due to the different conditions

[01:28:16] in the rest of the chart besides the

[01:28:18] fact that they have the moon in the

[01:28:18] fifth house. So [music] why don't we

[01:28:20] take a close look at Ted Bundy's chart

[01:28:23] to figure out what makes him so

[01:28:25] different than the rest of these. So

[01:28:27] here is Ted Bundy's birth chart,

[01:28:29] verified birth time, and he is

[01:28:32] complaining, of course, that we are

[01:28:33] calling him falsely trustworthy,

[01:28:37] but the evidence of him definitely being

[01:28:40] falsely trustworthy

[01:28:42] is very obvious in this chart.

[01:28:47] Look at his moon in the fifth [music]

[01:28:48] house. It's with Mars conjoined K2.

[01:28:55] If you're familiar with astrology at

[01:28:57] all,

[01:28:58] that is a huge red flag on two points.

[01:29:02] Just to have the moon near very near to

[01:29:05] a node is a red flag,

[01:29:09] but to have it very near a node with a

[01:29:12] maleific

[01:29:13] is a big red flag. And this moon is very

[01:29:17] close to the sun with K2 and Mars, which

[01:29:22] means that his moon in the fifth house.

[01:29:24] It's fine. He's got the moon in the

[01:29:25] fifth house, so he's very feminine,

[01:29:28] good-looking,

[01:29:29] relatable,

[01:29:32] but it's right after an eclipse

[01:29:35] with Mars, the violent planet.

[01:29:38] Now, I recently released a new

[01:29:42] nakshhatra report, which is now

[01:29:44] available. You can get it for your own

[01:29:45] birth chart. It's on my website,

[01:29:47] victor.com.

[01:29:49] If we use the information that that

[01:29:51] report gives to take a look at Ted

[01:29:53] Bundy's nakshhatras, it will also

[01:29:56] explain [music] why he he although has

[01:29:58] the moon in the fifth house supposed to

[01:30:00] be a nice person isn't a nice person.

[01:30:02] This report tallies up his prominence of

[01:30:05] nakshhatras and we find out that jta is

[01:30:08] overwhelmingly

[01:30:12] the most prominent nakshhatra followed

[01:30:15] by [music] anurha and busha meaning that

[01:30:19] he's going to use the qualities of

[01:30:20] anurha and pusha which are very loving

[01:30:24] affectionate

[01:30:26] feminine appearing

[01:30:29] those are going to be utilized by jesta

[01:30:31] which is very selfish.

[01:30:35] The report also tallies up the

[01:30:37] nakshhatra types. Ted Bundy has an

[01:30:40] extreme dominance of the tikna type.

[01:30:44] Tishna is the type that is very volatile

[01:30:48] and very [music] kind of cutting.

[01:30:53] And then the report also tallies up the

[01:30:55] pairs of the types into three groups

[01:30:59] which are basically masculine, feminine

[01:31:01] and dextrous.

[01:31:04] So as you can see he has an extreme

[01:31:05] predominance of masculinity.

[01:31:08] So that's the context in which the moon

[01:31:11] in the fifth house exists for this

[01:31:13] person.

[01:31:15] This report by the way also gives you

[01:31:17] interpretations [music] per planet in

[01:31:19] nutra. The things that it says about Ted

[01:31:21] Bundy are very interesting.

[01:31:23] The moon and jesta all about intrigues

[01:31:26] subtrafuge

[01:31:28] Mars and jesta a strategist and an

[01:31:32] opportunist. Now he doesn't just have

[01:31:34] the moon in jesta and he doesn't just

[01:31:36] have mars and jta he has moon and mars

[01:31:38] and jestta

[01:31:40] plus ketu and jashta subtrifuge mis

[01:31:44] misdirection lying overthrowing taking

[01:31:47] advantage of other people.

[01:31:51] On top of this deadly trio in Jesus has

[01:31:54] the sun in Anurrada.

[01:31:58] The sun in Anurradha is

[01:32:02] not very great for romantic

[01:32:04] relationships.

[01:32:06] So that sets the tone for all of his

[01:32:09] intrigue and espionage and opportunism.

[01:32:15] Furthermore, he has Saturn in Pusha,

[01:32:17] which means that he's at odds with those

[01:32:20] who establish what's right and wrong.

[01:32:21] He's at odds with the law.

[01:32:24] Rahu and Rohini. Put Rahu in Rohini and

[01:32:29] the sun in Anu Radha.

[01:32:31] Rahu and Rohini basically is the same

[01:32:33] thing. It's like difficulty controlling

[01:32:37] your passion, difficulty controlling

[01:32:39] your arousal, intense compulsion for

[01:32:42] romance or sexuality.

[01:32:44] That's fine if if you just have Rahu in

[01:32:47] Rohini, but if you have Rahu in Rohini

[01:32:49] and the sun in Anorada and Saturn in

[01:32:51] Pusha, it's trouble.

[01:32:55] On top of all this is Jupiter and Swati.

[01:32:59] Jupiter and Swati in the same chart that

[01:33:01] Saturn is in Pushia, they both indicate

[01:33:04] the same thing. Being distant from the

[01:33:08] law, being at odds with the lawgivers.

[01:33:12] >> [snorts]

[01:33:12] >> So this really explains why you can on

[01:33:15] one hand have Barack Obama with the moon

[01:33:18] in the fifth house and on the other hand

[01:33:20] have Ted Bundy or Donald Trump or Helen

[01:33:24] Keller. All sorts of different people

[01:33:26] can have one placement be the same

[01:33:29] because the rest of their chart

[01:33:32] may be completely different and even the

[01:33:34] rest of the things about their moon may

[01:33:36] be completely different. If you want to

[01:33:39] actually have my interpretations for all

[01:33:41] of your placements in your chart, you

[01:33:44] can go to my website and order that from

[01:33:47] the charts page. It's uh victor.com/r2.

[01:33:54] Thank you so much.

[01:33:57] [music]

[01:34:00] Let's talk about the moon in the sixth

[01:34:02] house.

[01:34:04] Here you can see what the sixth house

[01:34:07] is. Literally speaking, it's the portion

[01:34:10] of the sky that's below the western

[01:34:13] horizon. And that is why it symbolizes

[01:34:16] everything that it symbolizes, which we

[01:34:19] could summarize on the phrase supporting

[01:34:22] the west. So what's the west all about?

[01:34:24] The west is where the sun sets. So it

[01:34:26] symbolizes disappearance and it also

[01:34:28] symbolizes other people because the sun

[01:34:30] represents the self.

[01:34:33] If the sixth house supports that stuff,

[01:34:35] that means the sixth house is supportive

[01:34:37] of disappearance and [music] supportive

[01:34:40] of other people.

[01:34:42] Being supportive of disappearance

[01:34:45] is why it's the house of uncertainty.

[01:34:48] Uncertainty is what allows you to lose

[01:34:50] things or not recognize things, not

[01:34:53] understand things, not be able to see

[01:34:55] things clearly. Now, that's a kind of

[01:34:57] mental or intellectual sense of

[01:34:59] disappearance, but there's also a real

[01:35:00] physical sense of disappearance like

[01:35:02] dying.

[01:35:04] And so, the sixth house being supportive

[01:35:05] of dying is why it's the house of

[01:35:08] illness and has a lot to do with how

[01:35:10] well you digest.

[01:35:12] The sixth is also the house of enemies

[01:35:14] because enemies are people that don't

[01:35:16] support you. They're supportive of other

[01:35:18] people. It's the house of duty because

[01:35:21] duty is how we support other people.

[01:35:25] Finally, it's also the house of debt

[01:35:28] because that's what we owe other people.

[01:35:31] And so, it concerns matters of being

[01:35:34] indebted to and indentured to and in

[01:35:37] servitude to other people.

[01:35:41] Now, let's discuss the moon. The moon is

[01:35:45] a bright planet that you see at night.

[01:35:49] And because of this dichotomy between

[01:35:51] being bright but night, it's a [music]

[01:35:54] dichomous or dipolar planet. Because of

[01:35:57] that dipolarity that's inherent in the

[01:35:59] moon, it symbolizes fluctuation or

[01:36:02] change or cyclicity.

[01:36:05] Because of the brightness of the moon,

[01:36:07] it symbolizes beauty and attractiveness.

[01:36:11] Because of the nightness of the moon, it

[01:36:13] symbolizes what is unseen or private.

[01:36:16] Also it symbolizes the unseen portion of

[01:36:19] the self which is the internal self. So

[01:36:21] it signifies the mind. The mind is the

[01:36:24] thing that experiences emotions.

[01:36:26] Emotions are based on desires. Desires

[01:36:28] are based on opinion and subjectivity

[01:36:31] and bias. So the moon symbolizes all

[01:36:34] these things. And also because it's

[01:36:37] internal it symbolizes the internal

[01:36:39] gender femininity. And finally one more

[01:36:42] thing about it being bright. Because

[01:36:43] it's bright that symbolizes being

[01:36:45] powerful but because it's internal it

[01:36:48] symbolizes being feminine or internal

[01:36:50] power. So it symbolizes the feminine or

[01:36:54] maternal authority figure.

[01:36:58] Now to understand the moon in the sixth

[01:37:00] house all we have to do is think what is

[01:37:03] it about the moon that really resonates

[01:37:06] with something about the sixth house. So

[01:37:08] for example, the moon has to do with

[01:37:10] health because beauty comes from health.

[01:37:13] So what does health resonate with? Well,

[01:37:16] health resonates with illness. The sixth

[01:37:18] house is about illness, but it resonates

[01:37:20] with it in a negative way, right?

[01:37:23] So that is something that is going to

[01:37:26] describe or allow us to intuit it what

[01:37:28] the moon represents in the sixth house.

[01:37:33] Another thing is that the moon is a

[01:37:35] peace planet because it's shy.

[01:37:37] So it's tranquil and it's calm,

[01:37:41] but the sixth house is not peaceful.

[01:37:43] It's problematic and it's about dealing

[01:37:45] with problems. So again, these things

[01:37:48] resonate with each other, but in a

[01:37:49] disharmonous way.

[01:37:51] And finally, the moon is a maternal

[01:37:54] planet and the sixth house is a house of

[01:37:57] enemies. So in a sense, that's a clash

[01:38:01] because the mother is supposed to be the

[01:38:03] friend, but the sixth house has to do

[01:38:04] with enemies. But in a sense, it's not

[01:38:08] entirely a clash because the mother is

[01:38:09] authority and power.

[01:38:12] And putting power where the enemies are

[01:38:14] is pretty good. So these three

[01:38:16] resonances between the moon and the

[01:38:18] sixth house are the keys to intuiting

[01:38:20] what the moon symbolizes in the sixth

[01:38:22] house. I'll show you now how to unpack

[01:38:24] it a bit, how to expand it a bit and put

[01:38:26] it into words. Let's go up to the first

[01:38:28] one where the moon is health, but the

[01:38:30] sixth house is illness. This is why the

[01:38:32] moon in the sixth house signifies alpa.

[01:38:35] Alaou means disease or shortlived short

[01:38:38] lifespan. And remember disease means not

[01:38:42] easy. So the moon in the sixth house

[01:38:44] besides this basic physical problem of

[01:38:47] illness or short life. It also signifies

[01:38:51] the sense of not being easy, not being

[01:38:53] an easy person and not being at ease.

[01:38:57] Not really [music] able to find comfort

[01:38:59] very easily.

[01:39:01] Now let me show you how you can unpack

[01:39:03] the second issue. The moon being peace

[01:39:05] but the sixth house being problems. This

[01:39:08] one we would call amati.

[01:39:11] Amati means disagreeable

[01:39:14] and conflict not able to find peace.

[01:39:18] Not very oriented towards consiliation.

[01:39:23] And now the third thing about the moon

[01:39:25] in the sixth house which is really

[01:39:26] [music] the main thing about the moon in

[01:39:28] the sixth house is the issue of

[01:39:29] maternity and enmity.

[01:39:32] So again amati is an important word here

[01:39:36] because we mentioned it's argumentative

[01:39:39] but we're talking about being competent

[01:39:41] at fighting competent at dealing with

[01:39:44] [music] problems.

[01:39:46] So we could say that the moon and the

[01:39:48] sixth house signifies somebody who's

[01:39:49] argumentative in a brilliant way.

[01:39:52] [snorts] Another word we can use to

[01:39:54] [music] describe this particular

[01:39:55] resonance between the moon and the sixth

[01:39:57] house is putty puffy.

[01:39:59] Putty puffy means somebody who conquers

[01:40:03] others, someone who lays siege to

[01:40:06] others,

[01:40:08] someone who surrounds others, doesn't

[01:40:11] let others go, someone who belittles

[01:40:14] others.

[01:40:16] puts others down. So that also means

[01:40:18] someone who's very great, someone who's

[01:40:21] superior to others. So the moon in the

[01:40:23] sixth house as a result of it being the

[01:40:26] maternal figure in the house of enemies

[01:40:29] has the sense of

[01:40:32] just fighting others and defeating them

[01:40:34] and pushing pushing the problems down,

[01:40:37] solving the problems, belittling others

[01:40:40] and having kind of a superiority air to

[01:40:42] it. And finally, one interesting phrase

[01:40:45] describing this particular dynamic

[01:40:47] isogi.

[01:40:50] Now, in a sense, udogi is just another

[01:40:52] way of saying alaius, which means they

[01:40:54] get sick.

[01:40:57] But it also means they have something

[01:41:00] called the generosity disease.

[01:41:03] And this is a very interesting thing

[01:41:05] about the moon in the sixth house.

[01:41:07] Motherhood in the house of problems.

[01:41:09] [music] Motherhood is generous, but now

[01:41:11] it's in a place where it has to deal

[01:41:13] with problems.

[01:41:16] So there's problems with generosity.

[01:41:20] The individual is either

[01:41:23] overly generous,

[01:41:26] giving way too much,

[01:41:29] or overly harsh,

[01:41:32] [music] not being generous at all. Now

[01:41:34] that we're kind of clear or hopefully

[01:41:37] getting clear about these three issues

[01:41:39] with the moon in the sixth house, we

[01:41:41] could look at some charts that have the

[01:41:44] moon [music] in the sixth house and

[01:41:48] use those charts to clarify [music]

[01:41:49] these ideas. So let's use Einstein,

[01:41:53] Vincent Van Go and Sria Prabupad.

[01:41:55] [music]

[01:41:56] Einstein is up first.

[01:42:00] Is Einstein a person who really

[01:42:04] illustrates the alias concept?

[01:42:07] Definitely

[01:42:09] half of his life was battling chronic

[01:42:12] diseases.

[01:42:14] Why does this aspect of the moon in the

[01:42:16] sixth house come through so vividly for

[01:42:18] Einstein? Well, what helps that a lot is

[01:42:20] the fact that it's his first lord in the

[01:42:23] sixth house. And not only does his first

[01:42:25] lord go to the sixth house, but his

[01:42:27] planet of disease Saturn is debilitated

[01:42:30] in a prominent place. Let's look at the

[01:42:33] next term, Amati. The first aspect of it

[01:42:36] is to be very argumentative,

[01:42:38] successfully argumentative, brilliantly

[01:42:40] argumentative. Is he very brilliant. Why

[01:42:44] does Einstein have such an intellectual

[01:42:45] twist on this argumentative nature of

[01:42:48] the moon in the sixth house? Well,

[01:42:49] that's really because his fifth lord is

[01:42:53] exalted in a very dominant position in

[01:42:56] the chart where it's aspecting the

[01:42:58] ascendant very strongly and aspecting

[01:42:59] all the planets in its own 10th house

[01:43:01] very strongly and where it's in raj yoga

[01:43:03] via house exchange.

[01:43:06] Second facet of amati is just plain

[01:43:08] disagreeable

[01:43:10] and Einstein is an excellent example of

[01:43:13] a very disagreeable person. He's thought

[01:43:16] to have had autism and autism as a whole

[01:43:19] about

[01:43:22] solitariness and disintegration

[01:43:25] with the conventional world and society.

[01:43:30] He's very disagreeable. And [music]

[01:43:34] why does his chart make that aspect of

[01:43:36] the moon come to such an extreme? Well,

[01:43:38] one of the things you should do,

[01:43:40] whatever house the moon is in, is you

[01:43:41] should also look at the fourth house

[01:43:43] because the fourth house symbolizes many

[01:43:45] of the same things that the moon does.

[01:43:47] So in Einstein's case, his fourth lord

[01:43:50] is conjoined the debilitated Saturn. Now

[01:43:54] another thing that we expect from the

[01:43:55] moon in the sixth is

[01:43:59] which means to belittle others and be

[01:44:01] much better than others. Einstein very

[01:44:04] very much so very belittling towards

[01:44:08] others.

[01:44:13] Finally, does Einstein have udar roi the

[01:44:15] generosity disease? Super. And certainly

[01:44:18] in the sense of being very very harsh

[01:44:23] and not gentle [music]

[01:44:25] with family and wife and stuff like

[01:44:27] that. And the indicators of that again

[01:44:30] is the same as the indicators for

[01:44:32] disagreeableness. [music] So it would be

[01:44:34] the fourth lord being in such

[01:44:36] conjunction with the debilitated Saturn.

[01:44:40] Now let's take a look at Vincent Van

[01:44:41] Go's chart and see if that helps us

[01:44:43] crystallize these concepts about the

[01:44:45] moon in the sixth house. Aluse

[01:44:49] for Vincent Van Go extremely Alba he

[01:44:52] only lived to be 37

[01:44:55] and his cause of death is suicide. So

[01:44:58] was he not an easygoing person? Was he

[01:45:00] not at ease? Was he not comfortable?

[01:45:02] Extremely.

[01:45:04] So why so? Well, just like Einstein, his

[01:45:07] moon in the sixth house is also the

[01:45:09] first lord.

[01:45:11] But unlike Einstein, look at that

[01:45:13] combination [music] that he has in the

[01:45:14] sixth house. His K2 is right on top of

[01:45:18] that moon and his sixth lord is right on

[01:45:21] top of that K2. So that's really a

[01:45:24] heavyduty

[01:45:26] moon in the sixth house.

[01:45:31] How about the quality of amati

[01:45:34] being disagreeable?

[01:45:36] Very disagreeable, very difficult for

[01:45:39] him to deal with people not very well

[01:45:43] integrated into society, not very well

[01:45:45] integrated into

[01:45:48] relationships.

[01:45:49] What really helps this come out besides

[01:45:51] that tremendous combination that he has

[01:45:54] in the sixth house? Saturn being in his

[01:45:57] 11th house which is a house of being at

[01:46:00] ease and sociable and so forth which

[01:46:02] gives a very strong aspect to his

[01:46:04] ascendant

[01:46:06] which is also an indication of not

[01:46:08] liking himself.

[01:46:13] Putty Bvy

[01:46:15] meaning that he should be better than

[01:46:18] other people and belittling of other

[01:46:20] people. Super. He's extremely renowned.

[01:46:24] Why? So look at his 10th house. It has

[01:46:26] the exalted sun in it.

[01:46:29] So you see the point the real point is

[01:46:31] when you have something like moon in the

[01:46:32] sixth house then you have a palette to

[01:46:36] use Van Go analogies. You have a palette

[01:46:38] of colors that you could paint with.

[01:46:41] But not every moon in the sixth house

[01:46:43] will choose to use the same colors in

[01:46:45] the painting [music] of that individual

[01:46:48] depending on what the rest of the chart

[01:46:49] is like.

[01:46:51] And Udori

[01:46:54] the generosity disease for Van Go very

[01:46:56] much. She's a really good illustration

[01:46:58] of the generosity disease, especially in

[01:47:00] how he um took in the prostitute and the

[01:47:04] the pregnant prostitute with her

[01:47:06] daughter and took care of her and then

[01:47:08] she just went on to not love him at all

[01:47:11] and he just moved out. So his life is

[01:47:14] full of this too much generosity,

[01:47:16] generosity to the wrong people, giving

[01:47:18] love and never getting it back [music]

[01:47:20] and then being very grumpy about that

[01:47:23] and very disturbed about that.

[01:47:26] Again, you don't really need too much

[01:47:28] else in a chart to explain how difficult

[01:47:30] this particular moon in the sixth house

[01:47:32] is because it's right next to K2 and

[01:47:34] right next to the sixth lord. But just

[01:47:36] bear in mind that he also has the ninth

[01:47:39] lord in the sixth house with Ketu.

[01:47:44] So the ninth house is kind of like how

[01:47:47] well your generosity will pay off, how

[01:47:50] much result you would get from good

[01:47:52] deeds. And if it's in the sixth house,

[01:47:55] then you don't really get fair

[01:47:58] reciprocation for your efforts.

[01:48:03] Now, of course, Van Go is the great

[01:48:05] painter, and we didn't really see

[01:48:07] anything about him being a great painter

[01:48:08] in any of these issues. It's because

[01:48:11] there's a lot of things about him

[01:48:12] besides him [music] being a great

[01:48:13] painter.

[01:48:15] But since we have his chart up here on

[01:48:17] the screen,

[01:48:19] let's just mention some of the things.

[01:48:21] The classic thing to look for for

[01:48:23] artistic skill is combination of 3rd,

[01:48:26] 5th, and 11th house. And look at Vincent

[01:48:29] Van Go's ninth house where he has Mars

[01:48:32] and [music] Venus together. That's the

[01:48:34] fifth lord conjoining the 11th lord

[01:48:37] while both of them perfectly aspect the

[01:48:40] third house.

[01:48:43] On top of that, the combination of this

[01:48:44] fifth and 11th lord aspecting the third

[01:48:47] house is a raj yoga because they're also

[01:48:48] the fourth and the fifth lords.

[01:48:51] And on top of that, he has another raj

[01:48:52] yoga to his first lord by virtue of it

[01:48:56] joining his ninth.

[01:48:59] Finally, let's look at prabupad.

[01:49:04] Is praad a good example of alpayus? No,

[01:49:08] not really. He lived to 81 and he was

[01:49:11] fairly healthy.

[01:49:14] So why?

[01:49:16] Well, look at his first house. Unlike

[01:49:19] Einstein

[01:49:21] and Van Gogh where their first lord goes

[01:49:22] to the sixth house, instead his first

[01:49:24] lord goes to the 11th where it aspects

[01:49:26] the first. So his first house is strong.

[01:49:29] So you can't really expect his health to

[01:49:30] be difficult or his life to be short.

[01:49:35] How about Amati? Amati praad is a great

[01:49:39] example of Amati.

[01:49:41] Very argumentative and very convincing.

[01:49:45] So that's partly just because he has

[01:49:47] Capricorn rising and therefore his sixth

[01:49:49] house is Gemini and therefore a moon in

[01:49:50] the sixth house is also a moon in Gemini

[01:49:52] and Gemini is an intelligent sign and a

[01:49:54] sign that knows how to communicate. So

[01:49:57] moon in Gemini in the sixth really knows

[01:50:00] how to debate or or present an argument

[01:50:02] or convince you of something.

[01:50:07] and disagreeable.

[01:50:09] Very disagreeable.

[01:50:11] Very disagreeable.

[01:50:13] And again look to the um fourth house

[01:50:16] for that because fourth house is about

[01:50:17] the house of agreement and harmony. And

[01:50:19] here is comes his fourth lord into the

[01:50:22] sixth house. So both his moon and his

[01:50:24] fourth lord are in the sixth house.

[01:50:28] Paribi very he's extremely renowned and

[01:50:32] also very belittling

[01:50:34] or very kind of condescending or

[01:50:36] belittling of things which are inferior

[01:50:38] or subordinate or not worthwhile. And so

[01:50:42] why is he so superior? Well, look at his

[01:50:45] ninth and his 10th house. This is really

[01:50:47] where his power lies is in the mutual

[01:50:50] exchange between his ninth lord and his

[01:50:52] 10th lord creating a raj yoga. And did

[01:50:55] praad have udara roi the generosity

[01:50:58] disease. He's a good example of it

[01:51:00] because on one hand he gave so much of

[01:51:04] himself. He sacrificed everything for

[01:51:07] this cause and there's no way that you

[01:51:10] can get back the reciprocation

[01:51:15] of that amount of sacrifice.

[01:51:18] So in one sense he's very very overly

[01:51:20] generous but in the other sense he's

[01:51:22] extremely strict and very unforgiving

[01:51:25] and very unyielding

[01:51:28] and so those he has both aspects of the

[01:51:30] generosity disease and to look at for a

[01:51:33] reason why this is so well illustrated

[01:51:35] in praad it's first of all just simple

[01:51:38] that his fourth lord is in the sixth

[01:51:41] house with [music] the moon so both the

[01:51:42] moon and the fourth lord being in the

[01:51:44] sixth house but also take a look at

[01:51:46] Jupiter which is kind of The the

[01:51:48] opposite of this by nature Jupiter is

[01:51:51] generous

[01:51:53] and positive

[01:51:56] is Jupiter is in the eighth house with

[01:51:58] K2. Exactly. With K2.

[01:52:00] If you want to actually have my

[01:52:03] interpretations for all of your

[01:52:04] placements in your chart, you can go to

[01:52:07] my website and order that from the

[01:52:10] charts page. It's uh victor.com/r2.

[01:52:16] Thank you so much.

[01:52:20] [music]

[01:52:23] This video will explain the moon in the

[01:52:25] seventh house and I will explain what it

[01:52:28] symbolizes and I'll show you how to

[01:52:31] actually read it in real charts using

[01:52:33] three well-known people.

[01:52:36] But the best place to begin this

[01:52:38] discussion is by understanding what the

[01:52:40] moon itself symbolizes and [music] what

[01:52:42] the seventh house itself symbolizes. And

[01:52:45] here is the seventh house. Literally,

[01:52:47] physically, it is the area of the sky

[01:52:50] that is right around the western

[01:52:53] horizon.

[01:52:54] And that's why it symbolizes what it

[01:52:56] symbolizes because the western horizon

[01:52:58] is where the sunset happens. And the

[01:53:01] sunset represents two things,

[01:53:03] disappearance and other people. The

[01:53:06] reason it represents disappearance is

[01:53:08] obvious. The sun disappears. The reason

[01:53:10] it represents other people is a little

[01:53:11] less obvious. It's again because the sun

[01:53:15] disappears and the sun represents self.

[01:53:18] So if self takes a backseat that means

[01:53:21] other people become prominent. [music]

[01:53:22] So those are the two basic symbolisms of

[01:53:24] the seventh house disappearance and

[01:53:26] other people. That's why the seventh is

[01:53:28] the house of endings and you please be

[01:53:31] clear that it is the house of endings

[01:53:32] and the house [music] of death. [snorts]

[01:53:35] But the sixth and the eighth house are

[01:53:37] more instrumental in bringing about or

[01:53:39] preventing death. Yet the seventh house

[01:53:41] is about the death itself

[01:53:43] and it's also about things just going

[01:53:46] away or dispersing. It's a house of

[01:53:49] travel or even losing things. [music]

[01:53:52] Obviously the seventh house is very

[01:53:54] famous as the house of marriage and

[01:53:56] partners because it's the house of

[01:53:58] others and our relationship with others.

[01:54:01] And this is why it's the house of

[01:54:03] intercourse which has a sexual

[01:54:05] connotation and also just means in

[01:54:07] [music] basic how we relate with other

[01:54:10] people and how we cooperate with other

[01:54:12] people.

[01:54:14] And finally, it's a house of exchange or

[01:54:16] commerce or business because that's one

[01:54:18] of the ways in which we relate with

[01:54:20] other people.

[01:54:22] Now doing the same thing for the moon.

[01:54:24] When you look at the moon, you realize

[01:54:26] that it's bright but you only see it at

[01:54:29] night. And so it has a sort of a

[01:54:31] dichotomy or a dipolarity to it that

[01:54:34] it's bright but it only comes out when

[01:54:36] it's night. So it's bright and dark at

[01:54:38] the same time. And hence it represents

[01:54:41] things which are fluctuating, things

[01:54:44] which are dipolar, things which are one

[01:54:46] thing and the other. They're fluid. They

[01:54:49] go back and forth between [music]

[01:54:50] states. Because it's bright, it

[01:54:52] represents things that attract your eye

[01:54:53] and are beautiful.

[01:54:55] And because it's night, it represents

[01:54:57] things that are unseen and private. So

[01:54:59] things that are shy or personal or

[01:55:01] domestic

[01:55:03] also because it's unseen it represents

[01:55:05] things that are internal. This is why it

[01:55:06] represents the mind. What is the mind?

[01:55:08] The mind is the emotional sense. What is

[01:55:10] an emotion? An emotion is a reaction to

[01:55:14] fulfilling or not fulfilling a desire.

[01:55:16] And what is a desire? A desire is a want

[01:55:18] based on an opinion.

[01:55:20] And so the moon represents all these

[01:55:22] things. subjectivity, bias, opinions

[01:55:24] which generate desires which generate

[01:55:26] emotions which are [music] experienced

[01:55:28] by the mind.

[01:55:31] Also, since it's internal, it represents

[01:55:34] the internal gender which is female.

[01:55:37] And since it's bright, it represents

[01:55:39] power and authority. But since it's

[01:55:41] female, it represents matriarchal or

[01:55:45] maternal power and feminine authority.

[01:55:49] Now we're clear about what the moon

[01:55:51] represents and what the seventh house

[01:55:53] represents. [music] We can go ahead and

[01:55:55] figure out how to mix them and

[01:55:56] understand what the moon represents,

[01:55:57] what is in the seventh house. But the

[01:56:00] seventh house is a bit different than

[01:56:02] the rest of the houses because it's

[01:56:05] exactly around the western horizon. And

[01:56:08] concominant with that planets always

[01:56:10] have a aspect full power to their

[01:56:13] opposition

[01:56:15] to the in other words to the point

[01:56:16] that's 180 degrees across the sky from

[01:56:18] them. So if a planet is in the seventh

[01:56:21] house it therefore very likely affects

[01:56:24] the ascendant by its aspect. The more

[01:56:26] that you see it line up to the ascendant

[01:56:28] you'll get these

[01:56:29] effects from the moon in the seventh

[01:56:31] house which don't really have to do that

[01:56:32] much with the seventh house have more to

[01:56:34] do with the moon [music] affecting the

[01:56:35] ascendant. The physical properties of

[01:56:37] the planet in the seventh house come out

[01:56:40] by affecting [music] the ascendant. So

[01:56:42] in the case of the moon, we expect

[01:56:43] visual beauty. The visual beauty,

[01:56:46] they're [music] beautiful. They look

[01:56:47] good. They attract the eye.

[01:56:50] And while the physical aspects of the

[01:56:54] planet affect the ascendant, the other

[01:56:57] aspects of the planet affect the

[01:56:58] descendant. In other words, the planet

[01:57:00] is

[01:57:02] disappearing.

[01:57:04] that's going down over the western

[01:57:05] horizon.

[01:57:07] So why the physical parts affect the

[01:57:10] ascendant is because the ascendant is

[01:57:12] physical

[01:57:13] but the rest of this stuff sets.

[01:57:16] So in the moon's case it's the setting

[01:57:18] of the mother mostly. So it's a distance

[01:57:21] from mother or it may be like a distance

[01:57:23] from emotionalness.

[01:57:25] Now those are the two unique effects of

[01:57:26] the moon in the seventh house by virtue

[01:57:28] of its relationship to the ascendant

[01:57:30] which you should check by degree to see

[01:57:32] how intense those will be in the

[01:57:34] particular chart. There's another three

[01:57:37] effects that come from the way the moon

[01:57:39] combines with the seventh house. So for

[01:57:41] example, the moon is a very domestic

[01:57:44] planet and the seventh house is a

[01:57:46] marriage house and that's a favorable

[01:57:50] combination of symbolisms.

[01:57:53] Also, the moon is a feminine planet and

[01:57:56] the seventh house is a partnership

[01:57:58] house. That's also a favorable

[01:58:01] combination of symbolism because

[01:58:03] femininity does well with partnership.

[01:58:08] Also, the moon is a very cyclic planet,

[01:58:11] but the seventh house is a very final

[01:58:13] house. So, this is a nonharmonious

[01:58:17] interaction of the symbolism.

[01:58:20] And if we explore these three things

[01:58:23] about how the moon resonates with the

[01:58:26] seventh house,

[01:58:29] we'll get a good intuition for what the

[01:58:31] interpretation of the moon in the

[01:58:33] seventh house should be.

[01:58:35] To spell out a little bit the the part

[01:58:38] about the moon being domestic and the

[01:58:40] seventh house being marriage, that means

[01:58:42] that you probably have a good marriage.

[01:58:44] You have a desirable marriage partner.

[01:58:47] On the second thing, femininity and

[01:58:49] partnership,

[01:58:50] it's a sim similar effect. You're

[01:58:53] attractive to partners. [music] People

[01:58:54] want to marry you. You're a desirable

[01:58:55] partner, but also your partnerships

[01:58:58] function well for you. You have

[01:59:00] prosperous partnerships.

[01:59:04] And then on the non-harmonious resonance

[01:59:06] of cyclicity in the moon, but finality

[01:59:09] in the seventh house, there's this like

[01:59:12] a problem with endings.

[01:59:14] And they want newness. They need the

[01:59:17] cycle to to go around and they need

[01:59:20] [music] stimulation and newness. That's

[01:59:23] a good basic template to work from to

[01:59:27] understand the moon in the 7th house.

[01:59:30] But we should also look at it in real

[01:59:33] charts to see how this basic template

[01:59:35] actually plays out in some specific

[01:59:37] cases. So let's use three high-profile

[01:59:40] people. Marilyn Monroe, U Hefner, and

[01:59:43] Jeffrey Dmer. Marilyn Monroe. If we ask

[01:59:46] her if she's visually beautiful, she's

[01:59:49] going to answer yes, of course.

[01:59:53] Why so much? Well, look at the moon. It

[01:59:56] is quite well aligned with the

[01:59:57] ascendant. It's at 19°

[02:00:00] and the ascendant is at 13.

[02:00:03] So, you can expect a lot of the effect

[02:00:06] of the aspect of the moon to the

[02:00:07] ascendant, which is a lot of beauty.

[02:00:09] [music] In addition to that, her moon is

[02:00:10] joined with Jupiter who is the eighth

[02:00:13] lord.

[02:00:15] The eighth lord is reproductive and

[02:00:16] [music] sexy.

[02:00:18] So the beautiful moon in the seventh

[02:00:21] house aspecting the ascendant is

[02:00:23] conjoined with Jupiter which is a

[02:00:26] reproductive planet owning the eighth

[02:00:28] house the reproductive [music] house. So

[02:00:30] it's a sexy kind of beauty that really

[02:00:32] comes through. And then really

[02:00:36] to make it

[02:00:38] sure that she's very beautiful her first

[02:00:41] lord the sun is [snorts] in the 11th

[02:00:44] house Gemini with the 11th [music] lord

[02:00:48] Mercury. Mercury is very

[02:00:51] goodlooking [music]

[02:00:53] not in the sense of uh sexy but in a

[02:00:56] sense of she's wellformed. So she's

[02:00:59] getting sexiness from the eighth lord

[02:01:00] and she's getting the well-formedness

[02:01:02] from the 11th house and the 11th lord

[02:01:05] and the beauty and attractiveness and

[02:01:06] this kind of sparkle from the moon.

[02:01:11] If we ask Marilyn if she was distanced

[02:01:13] from her mother which is the effect of

[02:01:16] the moon setting she will also say yes

[02:01:18] very much

[02:01:19] [snorts] because um she was raised by

[02:01:21] her grandmother and right so what is

[02:01:24] that? Well, besides having the moon in

[02:01:27] the seventh house, it's supported by the

[02:01:28] fact that her fourth lord is in the

[02:01:30] eighth house. And this is important for

[02:01:33] you to understand about astrology is

[02:01:35] real effects don't come from having just

[02:01:37] one indication in a chart. Real effects

[02:01:39] come from having multiple indications in

[02:01:41] a chart.

[02:01:43] So moon in the seventh house is one

[02:01:45] indication of being distanced from

[02:01:46] mother. It's not going to become a

[02:01:48] reality if that's the only thing in the

[02:01:49] chart that indicates distance from the

[02:01:51] mother. But in Monroe's case, in

[02:01:54] addition to the moon in the seventh, the

[02:01:56] fourth lord is in the eighth and the

[02:01:59] sixth lord, Saturn is in the fourth. If

[02:02:02] we ask Marilyn if she had prosperous

[02:02:04] partnerships,

[02:02:06] she would say kind of financially, but

[02:02:09] not m marily. Her marital partnerships

[02:02:13] didn't work out. And why is that? Well,

[02:02:16] on one hand, it's really nice that she

[02:02:18] has the moon and Jupiter in the 7th

[02:02:20] house, but [music] it's for a Leo

[02:02:21] ascendant. So that means that the moon

[02:02:23] is the 12th lord and Jupiter is the

[02:02:24] eighth lord.

[02:02:26] So her seventh house has the 12th and

[02:02:30] eighth lords in it. And while that is

[02:02:33] very sexy, it [music] doesn't give a

[02:02:35] stable marriage.

[02:02:37] But as far as the financial partnerships

[02:02:40] being good, the first lord being in the

[02:02:41] 11th house, Gemini with Mercury is great

[02:02:44] for that. [snorts]

[02:02:47] And if we ask her if she, you know,

[02:02:49] doesn't like ends or she gets bored

[02:02:52] easy, she needs newness, she'll say yes

[02:02:54] for sure. And that's

[02:02:56] one reason is just having the um first

[02:02:58] lord in the 11th house with Mercury

[02:03:01] while [music] you have moon in the 7th

[02:03:03] house. Now let's take a look at a sort

[02:03:07] of similar person, Yu Hefner.

[02:03:10] Is he visual visually beautiful? Well,

[02:03:13] he's not the worst looking guy in the

[02:03:15] world, but he's very into visual beauty.

[02:03:19] And he says, "Yeah, I really love visual

[02:03:22] beauty. I took a lot of photos of it."

[02:03:25] So, you could see that in his case, his

[02:03:29] moon in the seventh house is his 11th

[02:03:32] lord and it is conjoined

[02:03:35] with his ninth lord who's exalted and

[02:03:38] who is Venus.

[02:03:41] So here he's really profiting from the

[02:03:45] visual beauty of others.

[02:03:48] We ask him if he's distanced from his

[02:03:50] mother, he will also say yes. He's very

[02:03:53] unlike his mother and his whole move

[02:03:55] towards being the Hugh Hefner that we

[02:03:58] know was kind of as a reaction against

[02:04:02] the puritanical nature of his mother and

[02:04:04] father. So we would say yes and again

[02:04:07] like Monroe it has to do with his fourth

[02:04:09] house. supporting that his fourth lord

[02:04:12] is in the sixth with Mars. Does he have

[02:04:16] prosperous partnerships? He would say,

[02:04:19] "Yeah, I really had great partnerships

[02:04:22] with many people [music] and financially

[02:04:24] as well as romantically,

[02:04:28] not marally,

[02:04:30] but off only after a divorce did that

[02:04:33] happen."

[02:04:35] So one thing about his chart is you

[02:04:36] could see the seventh lord is also

[02:04:38] Jupiter. So the seventh lord is also in

[02:04:40] the sixth house with Mars. And if we

[02:04:43] asked if he needed newness and got bored

[02:04:46] easily [music] and stuff like that. Yes.

[02:04:49] I mean

[02:04:51] look at him. And I think what would

[02:04:54] really um support that besides his moon

[02:04:57] in the seventh house setting is Rahu in

[02:04:59] the 11th. Moving on to the third and

[02:05:02] final chart. Jeffrey Dalmer. If we ask

[02:05:05] if he's visually beautiful, he's not bad

[02:05:08] looking for a serial killer. Was he

[02:05:11] distanced from his mother? This is the

[02:05:12] oh my god point.

[02:05:15] This is the thing that really defines

[02:05:17] Jeffrey Dmer is the distanced mother,

[02:05:21] the missing mother,

[02:05:23] the missing parental affection, and

[02:05:25] especially the missing maternal

[02:05:26] affection.

[02:05:28] What's going on in his chart is really

[02:05:32] that his fourth house

[02:05:36] has the debilitated sixth lord Jupiter.

[02:05:39] So that debilitated sixth lord in the

[02:05:41] fourth house with the fourth lord is

[02:05:44] really wrecking [music] it. Why?

[02:05:47] Because his moon in the seventh house is

[02:05:50] a ravatimoon. That's the combo. The a

[02:05:53] ravati moon is very susceptible to the

[02:05:56] quality of its parenting. That's the

[02:05:59] nature of ravati. The indication about

[02:06:01] his parenting is that his mother has

[02:06:04] severe problems because both [music] the

[02:06:06] fourth lord

[02:06:08] and the fourth house have debilitated

[02:06:11] Jupiter in contact with them and the

[02:06:14] moon as Mars in contact with it.

[02:06:18] If we say, "Did you have prosperous

[02:06:20] partnerships?" He would probably answer

[02:06:22] no. And really the problem is the

[02:06:26] seventh lord is staying in the seventh

[02:06:28] house. If the seventh lord doesn't leave

[02:06:31] the seventh house, how does it form

[02:06:32] partnerships?

[02:06:35] By staying in the seventh house, what

[02:06:37] does it do? It causes a maleific planet

[02:06:39] to influence the moon.

[02:06:42] And what is the nature of that maleific

[02:06:44] planet? It's Mars and Aries. And what

[02:06:48] nakshhatra it's in utraadraada.

[02:06:51] What is Mars in utra bada all about?

[02:06:53] Well from my nakshhatra report which is

[02:06:56] a new report that I offer. You can get a

[02:06:58] link to it below. You can get your own

[02:07:00] nakhatra report.

[02:07:03] It explains his mars and utraabad as an

[02:07:05] indication of dissatisfaction with

[02:07:07] conventional [music] pleasures. Not

[02:07:09] being able to find happiness in regular

[02:07:11] things and feeling of anger

[02:07:14] about being unhappy. That's what's

[02:07:17] really affecting his moon. And then the

[02:07:19] very interesting thing with him is that

[02:07:21] he's obsessed with death. And when we

[02:07:23] ask him if he needs newness and remember

[02:07:25] this question comes from the clash of

[02:07:27] the cyclicity of the moon versus the

[02:07:29] finality of the seventh house

[02:07:32] and if he does he need newness. He says

[02:07:35] I need endings. I am obsessed with

[02:07:37] death. And if you look at his first lord

[02:07:41] is in the eighth house which is very

[02:07:43] connected with death.

[02:07:45] And again look at the nakshhatra of that

[02:07:47] first lord. It's in critica as Venus.

[02:07:51] So what does Venus and critica

[02:07:53] represent? According to the nakhatra

[02:07:55] report that I offer,

[02:07:57] it represents that you probably like art

[02:08:00] and you might be good at art, but your

[02:08:04] relationships of love

[02:08:07] are very challenged. There's a cutting.

[02:08:11] A critica is an axe.

[02:08:13] That's a blade. and Venus is love. So

[02:08:17] the two symbols don't go well together.

[02:08:19] But unfortunately these two symbols are

[02:08:21] so vivid

[02:08:24] or Jeffrey Dmer the cannibal the

[02:08:26] homosexual cannibal rapist.

[02:08:29] Besides that for Jeffrey Dmer to really

[02:08:31] understand him it's quite important

[02:08:33] [music] to bear in mind what Rahu is

[02:08:36] like when it's utra paluni.

[02:08:40] According to my nakshhatra report, Rahu

[02:08:42] and Utra Paluni signifies unusual

[02:08:44] projects and partnerships and often

[02:08:47] voracious needs.

[02:08:50] If you combine all those things,

[02:08:54] it really defines Dhmer well. And really

[02:08:58] the key thing with this chart is the

[02:09:01] debilitated Jupiter. the debilitated

[02:09:04] Jupiter in the house of the mother with

[02:09:06] the lord of the mother screwing up

[02:09:08] everything else because of the [music]

[02:09:10] dependency upon his mother because of

[02:09:14] having the moon and ravit. If you want

[02:09:17] to actually have my interpretations for

[02:09:19] all of your placements in your chart,

[02:09:22] you can go to my website and order that

[02:09:25] from the charts page. It's uh

[02:09:27] victor.comr2.

[02:09:32] [music] Thank you so much.

[02:09:38] In this video, we'll discuss what the

[02:09:40] moon symbolizes in the eighth house. And

[02:09:42] we will begin by making sure we

[02:09:44] understand what the eighth house

[02:09:46] symbolizes. So here you can see what it

[02:09:49] is physically.

[02:09:51] Literally, it's the area of the sky

[02:09:54] that's immediately above the western

[02:09:56] horizon. And that is the reason why it

[02:09:59] symbolizes everything that it

[02:10:00] symbolizes. The [snorts] area of sky

[02:10:02] that's above the horizon is the area

[02:10:04] that contains the erosive weather.

[02:10:07] And so it symbolizes things that will

[02:10:09] erode or detract from the horizon below

[02:10:11] it. The symbolism of the western horizon

[02:10:13] derives from the fact that the sun sets

[02:10:15] there. And so the eighth house

[02:10:18] fundamentally symbolizes

[02:10:21] erosion of the west or in other words

[02:10:24] the erosion of the sunset.

[02:10:28] Sunset particularly symbolizes two

[02:10:31] things. Disappearance and other people.

[02:10:35] Disappearance is obvious. Other people

[02:10:37] is because the sun also symbolizes self,

[02:10:39] the central focus point. And so when it

[02:10:42] disappears, it means not the self, the

[02:10:44] other people.

[02:10:47] So since sunset represents disappearance

[02:10:50] and other people and since the sky

[02:10:52] that's immediately above the western

[02:10:54] horizon is erosive of those themes.

[02:10:56] That's where we get the eighth house

[02:10:58] themes from.

[02:11:00] For example, the eighth is the house of

[02:11:03] mysticism because it's erosive of

[02:11:05] disappearance. It's anti-disappearance.

[02:11:08] It's taking invisible things and making

[02:11:11] them known or bringing them into view.

[02:11:14] So [snorts] this is why the eighth house

[02:11:15] has everything to do with occult,

[02:11:17] astrology, psychology, psychicness,

[02:11:20] intuition, all that kind of stuff. The

[02:11:22] eighth is also the house of insight and

[02:11:25] that's just the other side of the same

[02:11:27] coin of mysticism. Insight, the ability

[02:11:30] to see things which are hidden, the

[02:11:32] ability to see things which are

[02:11:33] difficult to know. So this is why it's

[02:11:35] the house for analyzing things,

[02:11:37] analytics, researching things,

[02:11:39] discovering things, inquiring into the

[02:11:41] unknown.

[02:11:45] Also disappearance means death. And so

[02:11:48] the eighth house being erosive of

[02:11:50] disappearance means that it's also

[02:11:51] erosive of death. This is why it's the

[02:11:53] house of life force or aayush puff.

[02:11:58] So it's the source of vitality and this

[02:12:00] is why it has to do with sex and

[02:12:02] reproduction because that's the source

[02:12:03] of life, right? That's the way you

[02:12:04] defeat death is by having new life.

[02:12:08] However, the eighth house isn't really

[02:12:11] famous as the anti-death house is it's

[02:12:13] more famous as the death house. And the

[02:12:15] reason for that is although the eighth

[02:12:17] house symbolizes vitality and the the

[02:12:20] reproduction and the forces that work

[02:12:22] against death, the planet that's

[02:12:23] entering into the eighth house is going

[02:12:26] to be disappearing

[02:12:28] both by the fact that soon it's going to

[02:12:30] go over the western horizon and also by

[02:12:32] the fact that the eighth house by its

[02:12:34] angle to our eye is very difficult to

[02:12:36] see. This is when you get blinded by the

[02:12:38] sun when it's in the eighth or the 12th.

[02:12:42] So although the eighth house represents

[02:12:44] anti-deaths, usually when we put a

[02:12:46] planet in it, the planet symbolism sort

[02:12:50] of disappear.

[02:12:52] To make sure that we have a complete

[02:12:53] understanding of the eighth house, let's

[02:12:55] also look at this concept that the

[02:12:57] sunset signifies other people. So

[02:13:00] therefore, the eighth house is about

[02:13:02] erosion of other people or what we

[02:13:03] extract from other people. That's why

[02:13:05] it's the house of personal gains and

[02:13:08] gaining things or being given things by

[02:13:10] other people. So like inheritances,

[02:13:12] gifts, donations or just the ability to

[02:13:15] earn or extract money from others like

[02:13:17] salespeople can do. Also the eighth

[02:13:19] house has a very clear character of

[02:13:22] being individualistic

[02:13:24] or not really cooperating with the

[02:13:27] group. Now that is what we need to know

[02:13:29] about the eighth house. Let's do a

[02:13:31] similar analysis for the moon so that

[02:13:33] we're totally equipped to understand the

[02:13:34] moon in the eighth house. The moon when

[02:13:37] you think about what it is, what it

[02:13:39] literally is is it's a really bright

[02:13:40] thing that comes out at night and hence

[02:13:43] it's a very dichomous or dipolar thing

[02:13:46] because it's bright but you only see it

[02:13:48] at night.

[02:13:50] Because of this dichotomy that's

[02:13:51] inherent in the moon's nature which is

[02:13:53] even reflected in its shape constantly

[02:13:55] changing. It therefore represents

[02:13:57] fluctuation,

[02:13:59] fluidity, cyclicity, and rhythm.

[02:14:03] Because of it being bright, it

[02:14:05] represents beauty and things that

[02:14:06] attract your eye and hold your

[02:14:08] attention.

[02:14:09] Because of it being unseen, it has to do

[02:14:12] with private things.

[02:14:14] So that means it has to do with shyness

[02:14:16] and domestic things. And it also means

[02:14:18] that it has to do with invisible things

[02:14:19] like the occult. What do we mean by the

[02:14:22] unknown, the occult, the unseen thing?

[02:14:24] That's the inner dimension of things.

[02:14:26] This is why the moon symbolizes the

[02:14:27] inner dimension of self which is the

[02:14:29] mind. The mind is the sense or the tool

[02:14:33] by which we experience emotions.

[02:14:36] And emotions are the result of our

[02:14:39] desires being fulfilled or unfulfilled.

[02:14:42] And desires are the result of our

[02:14:44] opinions about what's desirable and

[02:14:46] what's undesirable.

[02:14:49] So the moon symbolizes our subjectivity

[02:14:52] and our bias that forms our opinions

[02:14:54] which motivate our desires and therefore

[02:14:57] produce our emotions all of which is

[02:14:59] experienced and subsumed in this one

[02:15:01] simple word mind.

[02:15:04] Furthermore, because the moon is

[02:15:07] internal, it represents the internal

[02:15:10] gender which is female. So the moon is

[02:15:12] feminine

[02:15:14] and because it's bright like the sun,

[02:15:17] it's like the sun of the night. So it

[02:15:19] represents authority, the thing that

[02:15:20] commands you and demands your attention.

[02:15:24] But it's female authority. So that's why

[02:15:26] it's the mother figure. Now that we

[02:15:28] clearly know what the eighth house

[02:15:29] represents and what the moon represents,

[02:15:31] we can dive into exploring what the moon

[02:15:35] in the eighth house signifies.

[02:15:37] All that we have to do is look for

[02:15:39] things about the moon that directly have

[02:15:41] something to do with stuff about the

[02:15:43] eighth house. You may have already

[02:15:45] noticed this one.

[02:15:47] The moon has to do with internal so

[02:15:50] unseen things and the eighth house is

[02:15:53] great with that because it has to do

[02:15:54] with bringing invisible things to light.

[02:15:57] So the moon is all about the unseen and

[02:15:59] the eighth house is all about the occult

[02:16:01] and that's a very good combination.

[02:16:04] If you want to understand the moon in

[02:16:05] the eighth house, you just have to think

[02:16:07] about the fact that the moon and the

[02:16:09] eighth house both have to do with

[02:16:12] occult, unknown, internal,

[02:16:15] psychological, mysterious things.

[02:16:19] Another thing that you should realize is

[02:16:21] that the eighth house has to do with

[02:16:22] sex. And what does that have to do with

[02:16:24] the moon? The moon has to do with

[02:16:26] desire,

[02:16:27] right? It's about the mind, which is

[02:16:29] based on emotion, which is based on

[02:16:30] desire.

[02:16:33] So that's another thing where the moon

[02:16:34] and the eighth house are very

[02:16:36] synergistic. They work well together. If

[02:16:39] you want to understand the moon and the

[02:16:40] eighth house, you just have to imagine

[02:16:43] the ramifications of that synergy

[02:16:45] between desire and sexuality.

[02:16:50] The third and final important thing

[02:16:52] about the moon in the eighth house is

[02:16:54] that the moon is very domestic but the

[02:16:57] eighth house is very defiant. So in

[02:16:59] other words, the moon is sort of

[02:17:01] compliant and cooperative,

[02:17:03] but the eighth house is sort of defiant

[02:17:05] and uncooperative.

[02:17:08] And so to understand the moon in the

[02:17:10] eighth house, you just have to imagine

[02:17:12] and envision the ramifications of that

[02:17:16] disharmony.

[02:17:17] So let me give you some concrete

[02:17:19] suggestions about how to imagine these

[02:17:21] things. For example, the moon being

[02:17:23] unseen and the eighth house being a

[02:17:24] cult. If you have the moon in the eighth

[02:17:26] house, therefore expect the native to be

[02:17:29] an esoteric type of individual.

[02:17:33] Some type of esoterism will be their

[02:17:36] forte or be what their minds get

[02:17:38] attracted to naturally. Probably the

[02:17:40] occult or something cosmic or something

[02:17:44] spiritual,

[02:17:45] maybe psychological, something like

[02:17:47] that. On the topic of the moon being

[02:17:49] desire and eighth house being sex,

[02:17:51] what's the implication of that? This

[02:17:53] individual is sexual and lust is a

[02:17:56] synonym for ambition.

[02:17:59] So these individuals are ambitious and

[02:18:01] also sexual is a synonym for sexy which

[02:18:05] is a synonym for charismatic.

[02:18:07] So expect moon in the eighth house

[02:18:09] people to be sexually active, ambitious,

[02:18:14] desirous and charismatic,

[02:18:17] convincing, seductive, attractive.

[02:18:20] Finally, on the issue of the moon being

[02:18:22] kind of compliant and domestic versus

[02:18:25] the eighth house being defiant, well,

[02:18:27] expect these natives to be rebellious

[02:18:31] and a bit uncooperative. Let me give you

[02:18:34] some names of well-known people who have

[02:18:37] the moon in the eighth house in the

[02:18:39] correct system. So in other words, in

[02:18:41] the system which I recommend in a whole

[02:18:43] sign house system using tropical signs

[02:18:47] with verified birth times because that's

[02:18:49] important when you're giving examples

[02:18:51] for houses.

[02:18:53] So Anton Leave Osho aka Bhagwan Rajnes,

[02:19:00] Carl Sean,

[02:19:03] Steve Jobes, OJ Simpson, and Benito

[02:19:07] Mussolini. Let's look at three of these

[02:19:10] very carefully. We definitely want to

[02:19:12] look at Osho

[02:19:15] because he's such a great example of the

[02:19:19] moon in the eighth house. Take a look at

[02:19:21] his chart.

[02:19:23] It's not just the moon in the eighth

[02:19:24] house. It's like everything in the

[02:19:26] eighth house.

[02:19:28] So, we don't really even have to point

[02:19:31] out any specific [music] thing. He's

[02:19:32] just such an eighth househeavy person

[02:19:34] and hence the he really

[02:19:37] is a good example of the effects of the

[02:19:39] eighth house with the moon in it. So

[02:19:42] he's the sex guru and he's he's the sex

[02:19:44] guru. There you go. That sums up a lot.

[02:19:47] That sums up the whole thing

[02:19:50] of everything that we just said about

[02:19:51] what the moon in the eighth house should

[02:19:52] represent.

[02:19:55] A second example that's really really

[02:19:57] really archetypical is Anton Ley.

[02:20:01] >> [snorts]

[02:20:02] >> the defiant Satanist

[02:20:05] occultist. Now, his eighth house isn't

[02:20:08] packed up like Osho's, but look what is

[02:20:11] going on with him. His first lord is in

[02:20:14] the 12th house, so his focus is on

[02:20:15] spiritual or occult or mysterious

[02:20:18] things. He has Mercury with very close

[02:20:21] to Rahu. So, his intellect is not going

[02:20:24] to function in a normal way. That

[02:20:26] Mercury is the lord of his fifth house.

[02:20:28] swords forming a raj yoga with Rahu

[02:20:30] along with Venus which is the lord of

[02:20:32] the ninth forming another ra um raj yoga

[02:20:35] with rahu so he has a very very uniquely

[02:20:37] strong intellect for weird stuff

[02:20:42] rahu indicating weirdness but the real

[02:20:44] kicker is look at what is packed up in

[02:20:48] his chart most of the focus is on his

[02:20:52] fourth house and then his 12th house by

[02:20:55] virtue of the first lord being there and

[02:20:56] then his eighth house by virtue of the

[02:20:58] moon being there. So look at the TR

[02:21:00] that's formed in the houses of

[02:21:03] spirituality

[02:21:05] 48 and 12.

[02:21:08] Thirdly, let's also look at Carl Sean's

[02:21:11] chart. Carl Sean isn't a Raj Nish nor an

[02:21:16] Antony, but he's super cosmic.

[02:21:20] He's the man behind the television

[02:21:22] series Cosmos.

[02:21:24] He's the scientist

[02:21:26] who was attractive to the public. So

[02:21:29] there you can see how he that is sort of

[02:21:31] sexy or ambitious or charismatic

[02:21:34] and you can see how his intellect is

[02:21:36] really focused towards research and

[02:21:38] understanding the unknown.

[02:21:42] And you can see how he's actually

[02:21:44] defiant

[02:21:45] both of the scientific community in

[02:21:47] terms of how he kind of bridged out from

[02:21:50] the typical stuffiness of it and defiant

[02:21:53] in terms of the superstitions and the

[02:21:57] common ways of thinking wanting to bring

[02:22:00] scientific thought processes into the

[02:22:03] home.

[02:22:05] So take a look at his chart. The key

[02:22:08] thing in his chart is the house exchange

[02:22:10] between five and seven

[02:22:13] by virtue of Mercury the fifth lord

[02:22:15] being in the seventh house and Mars the

[02:22:17] seventh lord being in the fifth house.

[02:22:20] What that does is you could see it's

[02:22:22] mostly his seventh house which is packed

[02:22:25] which is why he's so relatable and why

[02:22:27] he can communicate with people very

[02:22:29] well.

[02:22:30] But you can see how now this by virtue

[02:22:33] of this house exchange all of that

[02:22:35] seventh houseseness is tied up to his

[02:22:37] house of intellect in Raji yoga which

[02:22:40] makes it very successful. Moreover,

[02:22:42] his ninth lord is in raj yoga in the

[02:22:44] 10th house making him very successful

[02:22:47] and powerful. If you want to actually

[02:22:50] have my interpretations for all of your

[02:22:52] placements in your chart, you can go to

[02:22:55] my website and order that from the

[02:22:58] charts page. It's uh victor.comr2.

[02:23:04] Thank you so much. [music]

[02:23:11] Understand the moon in the 9inth house.

[02:23:13] First, understand the 9inth house. Here

[02:23:17] is the 9inth house. It's the area of sky

[02:23:21] that is just to the west of what's

[02:23:24] directly over our heads.

[02:23:27] And that is the reason why the ninth

[02:23:30] house symbolizes whatever it symbolizes.

[02:23:33] Above us symbolizes our external

[02:23:36] actions, our active life and to the west

[02:23:39] signifies other people.

[02:23:42] So therefore the 9inth house basically

[02:23:43] symbolizes our actions pertaining to

[02:23:46] other people or the way we affect

[02:23:48] others.

[02:23:50] This has two primary implications.

[02:23:53] our values and our integrity,

[02:23:58] what we believe is the right way to act

[02:24:00] and our ability to act the right way. So

[02:24:03] this is why the 9inth house is the house

[02:24:05] of philosophy and that encompasses all

[02:24:08] sorts of words like religion, ethics,

[02:24:11] morals and so on. The 9inth house is

[02:24:14] also the house of education

[02:24:17] because education is the way that we

[02:24:19] receive philosophy. Education is the way

[02:24:22] that we receive morals, ethics, etc.

[02:24:26] And the ninth house is the house of

[02:24:28] educators,

[02:24:30] teachers, parents,

[02:24:33] family, elders, gurus, priests.

[02:24:36] Also, the ninth is the house of good

[02:24:38] deeds. That's the basis of what it is

[02:24:40] really. The philosophy is the conception

[02:24:43] of the good deeds. The good deeds is the

[02:24:45] action.

[02:24:46] So how we act towards others whether we

[02:24:48] are proper or improper in our actions

[02:24:51] that's the subject of the ninth house.

[02:24:53] So [music] you find a person being

[02:24:54] dharmic or responsible

[02:24:57] and you find a person [music] being

[02:24:59] generous or charitable. Those traits are

[02:25:02] of a positive 9inth house. Good deeds

[02:25:06] create good success. If you do things

[02:25:09] right you succeed. If you do things good

[02:25:11] you get good results. And so the 9inth

[02:25:14] house not only represents good deeds, it

[02:25:16] also represents good results. That's why

[02:25:17] it's the house of prosperity and

[02:25:20] fortune.

[02:25:22] Now to understand the moon in the 9inth

[02:25:23] house, the next thing we need to [music]

[02:25:25] do is understand the moon. The moon is a

[02:25:29] bright planet that comes out at night.

[02:25:32] Hence, it's [music] dichomous because

[02:25:34] it's both bright and dark. And so it

[02:25:37] represents that kind of dichotomy,

[02:25:40] fluctuation, cyclicity, a change of

[02:25:42] [music] state, not being only one thing,

[02:25:44] being two things at once, etc.

[02:25:48] Because the moon is bright, it

[02:25:49] represents beautiful things, attractive

[02:25:51] things, things [music] that capture your

[02:25:53] eye. But because the moon is associated

[02:25:56] with night, it symbolizes unseen things.

[02:25:59] So it's a private planet which is shy,

[02:26:02] domestic, or has to do with things that

[02:26:04] are occult or hidden.

[02:26:06] Because of that it has to do with

[02:26:08] internal things and this is why it

[02:26:10] represents the mind because the mind is

[02:26:12] the internal aspect of the person.

[02:26:16] So the mind is a tool for experiencing

[02:26:18] emotions. It's the sense for emotions.

[02:26:22] Emotions are a result of desire whether

[02:26:24] or not we get what we want. Desire is an

[02:26:27] outcome of opinion. [music] What we

[02:26:28] think is good and what we think is bad.

[02:26:31] And so the moon by saying that the moon

[02:26:34] symbolizes the mind is a nice little

[02:26:36] capsule for saying all those things. The

[02:26:38] moon represents subjectivity. The moon

[02:26:41] represents bias. The moon represents

[02:26:43] opinion.

[02:26:45] The moon represents desires,

[02:26:46] desirousness. It represents emotion.

[02:26:50] Another ramification of being internal

[02:26:52] is that it's the internal gender. So the

[02:26:54] moon represents femininity and female

[02:26:57] things.

[02:26:59] And that has a ramification on the

[02:27:01] brightness of the moon. Since the moon

[02:27:03] is bright, it should represent

[02:27:04] authority. But since it's night, it

[02:27:07] represents female. So you [music] put

[02:27:08] two and two together and it represents

[02:27:10] female authority like queens, mothers,

[02:27:13] and so on.

[02:27:15] Now that we are up to speed on what the

[02:27:18] moon symbolizes and what the 9inth house

[02:27:20] symbolizes, it's not that difficult to

[02:27:22] explain what the moon symbolizes when

[02:27:24] it's in the 9inth house. All that we

[02:27:26] have to do is look for things that are

[02:27:28] very obviously in common or in contrast

[02:27:31] between the planet and the house that it

[02:27:33] occupies. For example, the moon

[02:27:36] represents the mother. The 9inth house

[02:27:38] represents parents. And so the moon in

[02:27:40] the 9inth house represents having good

[02:27:42] parents or at least having the outcome

[02:27:44] of good parents, being well raised. So

[02:27:47] it means having integrity, having

[02:27:48] ethics, having morals, etc.

[02:27:52] The moon symbolizes the mind and the

[02:27:55] 9inth house symbolizes education. So the

[02:27:57] moon is the planet of opinions [music]

[02:27:58] and the 9inth house is about the

[02:28:01] informing or development of opinions.

[02:28:04] So the moon in the 9inth house

[02:28:05] represents being well educated,

[02:28:07] wellinformed. [music]

[02:28:08] So we find intelligent people or

[02:28:10] philosophical people associated with

[02:28:12] moon and 9inth house. Finally the moon

[02:28:15] symbolizes prosperity

[02:28:18] and so did the 9inth house. Why did the

[02:28:21] moon symbolize prosperity?

[02:28:24] Because it's female.

[02:28:27] So femininity is productive and fertile.

[02:28:30] And so the moon in the ninth house

[02:28:32] represents prosperity which means wealth

[02:28:35] which also means creativity or

[02:28:37] fertility.

[02:28:39] Now let's look at three known people

[02:28:41] well-known [music] people who have the

[02:28:42] moon in the 9inth house with confirmed

[02:28:44] birth times. And we will do this with

[02:28:46] the whole sign house system and tropical

[02:28:48] signs. First of all, smanuel

[02:28:53] and I recommend that people learning

[02:28:54] astrology use a chart like this one for

[02:28:58] study because it's very obvious and

[02:29:00] clear.

[02:29:02] This is very very obviously a nun's

[02:29:05] chart.

[02:29:08] So from many things we can see that

[02:29:10] she's very spiritual. For example, the

[02:29:13] moon in the 9inth house is also the

[02:29:15] eighth lord. So the eighth lord in the

[02:29:17] ninth house tends to bring spirituality

[02:29:18] [music]

[02:29:19] into one's morality and religious

[02:29:21] outlook.

[02:29:23] The ninth lord and the 10th lord are

[02:29:26] together in the 12th house.

[02:29:30] So she has the ninth and the 10th lord

[02:29:31] forming raj yoga in her 12th house. The

[02:29:33] 12th house is very important for

[02:29:34] spirituality.

[02:29:36] And she has Jupiter alone in the 10th

[02:29:38] [music] house. So she has not one but

[02:29:41] three very big signatures of a spiritual

[02:29:44] person. In addition, a nun is not just

[02:29:46] spiritual, but a nun is very like

[02:29:48] celibate or renunciative.

[02:29:51] So the signs of that inner chart are

[02:29:52] also quite clear. The 12th lord is in

[02:29:55] the 11th house with the 11th lord. The

[02:29:58] 11th house is all kinds of pleasures and

[02:30:00] enjoyment,

[02:30:01] but it's connected to the 12th house. So

[02:30:04] it becomes reduced.

[02:30:07] Furthermore, her seventh lord is in the

[02:30:10] 12th house reducing sexual activity and

[02:30:12] marriage. and her second lord is

[02:30:15] debilitated in the fifth house aspecting

[02:30:18] the seventh. So that would get rid of

[02:30:22] family and kids.

[02:30:25] So

[02:30:26] sister Emmanuel as far as the textbook

[02:30:29] interpretation of moon in the 9inth

[02:30:31] house she looks a lot like the first

[02:30:33] two.

[02:30:34] She's very very philosophical religious

[02:30:37] she's very very intelligent.

[02:30:40] She's an author, but she doesn't look

[02:30:43] like the third one. She's not very

[02:30:45] fertile. She's not very creative and

[02:30:48] opulent and attractive like that. So

[02:30:50] that's why a very very important thing

[02:30:53] not to overlook, which is very easy to

[02:30:55] not overlook is Ketu in her first house.

[02:31:00] So that is very obviously a spiritual

[02:31:03] signature. But what's particularly

[02:31:05] interesting about this is you might look

[02:31:07] to see how close it is to the ascendant.

[02:31:10] Her ascendant is at six degrees and her

[02:31:11] K2 is at 26°. So you might think it's

[02:31:14] not particularly effective in the first

[02:31:15] house. That's kind of the only trick,

[02:31:18] the only unusual thing that's in her

[02:31:20] chart is that her main planets are not

[02:31:24] really lining up with the ascendant, but

[02:31:26] they're exactly lining up with the moon.

[02:31:28] So remember that her moon is at 27° and

[02:31:30] the K2 is at [music] 26° which is

[02:31:33] putting her K2 exactly enshrined to her

[02:31:35] 9inth house moon which is giving it a

[02:31:38] very spiritual slant on the

[02:31:41] philosophical religious nature of

[02:31:42] [music] the moon.

[02:31:44] Now let's compare sister Emanuel with

[02:31:47] another moon in the 9inth house native

[02:31:49] Jack Black. Jack Black's whole appeal is

[02:31:53] his intelligent integrity and his

[02:31:56] sincerity. That's what Jack Black is.

[02:31:58] That's why he's unique because he

[02:32:00] doesn't try to imitate anybody else and

[02:32:02] he's just himself and he's just raw. So

[02:32:04] you could see the sincerity, the

[02:32:07] integrity of the moon in the 9inth house

[02:32:09] very clearly in in him. [music] You can

[02:32:12] also see the intelligence of the moon in

[02:32:14] the 9inth house. Like he talks about

[02:32:17] sophisticated significant things like

[02:32:19] politics and social issues even though

[02:32:22] they're so simple and straightforward.

[02:32:24] But most of all, most obvious with Jack

[02:32:26] Black is that he's an artist and an

[02:32:27] entertainer. Quite different than Sister

[02:32:30] Emanuel. Why is it so

[02:32:33] 11th [music] lord Venus

[02:32:36] is in the first house on the ascendant?

[02:32:40] Regarding his moon in the 9inth house,

[02:32:42] you'll notice that it's very, very tight

[02:32:44] with Rahu.

[02:32:46] And if you think about Jack Black's

[02:32:48] integrity and philosophy and so forth,

[02:32:51] he's not Sister Emanuel. He's not

[02:32:53] Catholic. He's not religious. He has a

[02:32:55] boisterous, outgoing, unreserved, not

[02:32:58] conventionally religious

[02:33:00] integrity and philosophy and morality.

[02:33:04] And that's very well expressed in that

[02:33:06] tight conjunction between Rahu and the

[02:33:08] moon. It also explains many other things

[02:33:10] about his character and his body.

[02:33:13] Finally, a third person with the moon in

[02:33:15] the 9inth house is Artha Franklin.

[02:33:18] Integrity is a very big thing for Artha.

[02:33:21] respect.

[02:33:23] But again, like Jack Black, mostly it's

[02:33:25] the third in her case. The thing about

[02:33:27] being artistic and creative and fertile.

[02:33:30] Why is that for her? Well, she has a

[02:33:33] house exchange between the fifth and the

[02:33:35] eighth houses.

[02:33:37] So,

[02:33:39] here comes the fertility, here comes the

[02:33:41] sensuality, here comes the art. But what

[02:33:44] really makes this special is that her

[02:33:47] eighth and her fifth lords are special

[02:33:49] planets in terms of the other houses

[02:33:51] that they rule. Her eighth lord is also

[02:33:53] the 11th lord. Just like Jack Black had

[02:33:56] to have the 11th lord on the ascendant,

[02:33:58] the 11th lord has to be active and

[02:34:01] dominant in an entertainer's chart.

[02:34:05] So sure enough, she has the house

[02:34:07] exchange between the fifth and eighth

[02:34:09] where the eighth lord is the 11th lord

[02:34:11] and it's exactly in the fifth house

[02:34:13] meaning it's right on the ascendant

[02:34:15] degree in the fifth house and it's

[02:34:17] exactly conjoined ketu meaning it's

[02:34:19] super intensified

[02:34:22] which means that it exactly aspects

[02:34:26] rahu which is exactly in the 11th house.

[02:34:31] So she has a huge 511 axis

[02:34:35] with the 11th lord which is really

[02:34:38] really important [music] for an artist

[02:34:41] and a musician especially.

[02:34:44] Furthermore, the fifth lord, the fifth

[02:34:46] lord exchanges with the eighth lord. The

[02:34:48] eighth lord is also the 11th. The fifth

[02:34:50] lord is also the second.

[02:34:53] The second lord has to do with voice.

[02:34:56] And this second lord is exactly in the

[02:34:58] eighth house with the first lord exactly

[02:35:01] aspecting the second house.

[02:35:05] So while sister Emanuel's chart was very

[02:35:07] good in general for anybody studying

[02:35:08] astrology just cuz it's so clear and

[02:35:10] simple Franklin's chart is a very good

[02:35:12] chart to have on hand when you're

[02:35:14] learning just to show you the importance

[02:35:16] of degrees compared to the ascendant

[02:35:18] degree. If you want to actually have my

[02:35:22] interpretations for all of your

[02:35:24] placements in your chart, you can go to

[02:35:26] my website and order that from the

[02:35:29] charts page. It's uh victor.com/r2.

[02:35:36] Thank you so much. [music]

[02:35:42] If you want to understand the moon in

[02:35:44] the 10th house, I suggest brushing up on

[02:35:46] what the 10th house symbolizes and what

[02:35:48] the moon symbolizes cuz then you'll be

[02:35:51] able to interpret their combination with

[02:35:52] much greater ease.

[02:35:55] Starting with the 10th house, here it

[02:35:57] is. 10th house is anchored to the part

[02:36:00] of the sky which is up over your head.

[02:36:04] That is the root of everything that it

[02:36:05] symbolizes. It's the open sky.

[02:36:09] Therefore, it symbolizes things which

[02:36:11] are very very visible.

[02:36:15] This is why it's the house of the

[02:36:17] extroverse,

[02:36:18] not the internal aspects of reality, the

[02:36:21] external aspects of reality.

[02:36:24] So, it's all about society, the visible

[02:36:26] [music] world, public. And that in turn

[02:36:30] is why it is the house of fame. So it

[02:36:33] has to do with what we do in the world

[02:36:37] aka our career,

[02:36:39] how much we achieve

[02:36:42] here in the world, aka our status or

[02:36:44] success aka fame.

[02:36:48] And this is why it's the house of

[02:36:51] influence, power, authority. How much

[02:36:56] can you control that world out there?

[02:37:00] The open sky is also a very windy place

[02:37:03] and it's not very solid.

[02:37:05] So the 10th house signifies movement,

[02:37:10] travel, change.

[02:37:13] It's not rooted and it's not stable. So

[02:37:16] it's a house of instability where things

[02:37:19] get dispersed, spread out or where they

[02:37:22] evaporate.

[02:37:25] Well, that's the 10th house. Now, how

[02:37:27] about the moon? Most obvious thing about

[02:37:29] the moon is that it's the brightest

[02:37:30] thing in the sky at night.

[02:37:33] So it's bright at night, which means

[02:37:36] that it has this dichotomy between being

[02:37:38] both bright and dark. And so the moon

[02:37:41] represents bipolarity or dichotomy,

[02:37:45] cyclicity, rhythmicness, change,

[02:37:48] fluidity.

[02:37:50] Since it's bright, it represents

[02:37:51] beautiful things, things that catch our

[02:37:53] eye. Since it's night, represents

[02:37:57] seen things. So, it's all about privacy,

[02:38:00] private things, shyness, keeping things

[02:38:03] unseen, things that are inside the home,

[02:38:06] unseen by the public, domestic things,

[02:38:08] and also mysterious things, esoteric

[02:38:11] things, occult things. Now, since it's

[02:38:14] about the occult or [music] the internal

[02:38:15] world, it's therefore about the internal

[02:38:17] part of our self, which is the mind.

[02:38:20] Mind is a word we use for the part of

[02:38:22] the self that experiences emotions.

[02:38:28] ions. Emotions are based on desires.

[02:38:31] Whether or not you get what you want

[02:38:32] makes you either happy or sad.

[02:38:35] Desires are based on opinion. What you

[02:38:37] want and what you don't want. So the

[02:38:39] moon by symbolizing the mind symbolizes

[02:38:41] all of these things. Opinion,

[02:38:43] subjectivity,

[02:38:44] bias, which leads to desire, which leads

[02:38:48] to emotion.

[02:38:50] Also, since the moon represents internal

[02:38:52] things, it represents the internal

[02:38:53] gender, which is the feminine gender.

[02:38:57] And now taking that back to the moon

[02:39:00] being bright. It's very dominant in the

[02:39:02] sky at night.

[02:39:05] It represents authority, but is also

[02:39:07] internal and feminine. So, it represents

[02:39:10] feminine authority, the archetype of

[02:39:12] which is the mother.

[02:39:17] Now, I believe we're ready to talk about

[02:39:18] the moon in the 10th house without

[02:39:20] getting too confused. What may have

[02:39:22] caught your mind and jumped out to you

[02:39:24] already, as it's pretty obvious, is the

[02:39:27] dichconomy between the moon being

[02:39:29] internal, the 10th house being external.

[02:39:33] So, there's a clash between the planet

[02:39:37] of privacy

[02:39:39] versus the house of publicity. So

[02:39:44] generally speaking, we should expect

[02:39:46] negative results from clashes in

[02:39:48] symbolism.

[02:39:50] But I want to show you an interesting

[02:39:51] principle and important principle. This

[02:39:54] is the principle of the importance of

[02:39:56] accumulation of synergy. If all of the

[02:39:59] synergy between the planet and the house

[02:40:00] is positive except for one,

[02:40:03] then that one which is negative or

[02:40:06] clashing tends to get away from being

[02:40:08] negative.

[02:40:10] So, let's hold off on interpreting this

[02:40:13] one

[02:40:15] and let's see what else there is about

[02:40:18] the moon and the 10th house. Let's see

[02:40:19] if it's all clashes or if there may be

[02:40:22] some positivity to it. And also, let's

[02:40:25] think about this internal versus

[02:40:27] external. Another way of saying this is

[02:40:30] it's female versus male. But remember,

[02:40:33] the archetype male for the 10th house is

[02:40:35] father. The archetype female for the

[02:40:37] moon is mother. So it also is

[02:40:40] translating to a clash of the symbolism

[02:40:42] of mother versus father. But that's not

[02:40:44] much of a clash, is it? Because they're

[02:40:46] both parents. So the moon represents

[02:40:48] authority and the 10th house represents

[02:40:51] authority.

[02:40:52] Another thing is that the moon

[02:40:54] represents beauty and the 10th house

[02:40:56] represents fame. Remember why is it that

[02:41:00] the moon represents beauty? It's because

[02:41:03] it's very bright

[02:41:05] and the bright things catch your eye.

[02:41:08] So it's the same thing as [music] fame,

[02:41:10] being noticeable, being looked at, being

[02:41:12] seen. And finally, another thing to take

[02:41:15] into account is that the moon is a

[02:41:17] change or fluxy planet. And that goes

[02:41:21] very well with the 10th house, which is

[02:41:22] a movement house. It's a windy house. So

[02:41:25] now let's go back and give some

[02:41:27] interpretations for these basic

[02:41:30] signatures that we found, these

[02:41:31] fingerprints that we found of the

[02:41:33] symbolism. Let's think now about this

[02:41:35] difficult one of the privacy of the moon

[02:41:37] clashing with the publicity of the 10th

[02:41:39] house.

[02:41:41] The expected result from this is called

[02:41:44] sat priya kara

[02:41:47] very very interesting. It means that

[02:41:49] they do good.

[02:41:52] It's the symbolism of the mother acting

[02:41:55] in the father's role.

[02:41:58] the symbolism of the internally

[02:42:00] sensitive person acting as an externally

[02:42:04] active person.

[02:42:06] So what kind of deeds will they do?

[02:42:09] They'll do motherish deeds. They'll do

[02:42:12] kind deeds.

[02:42:15] So when people have the moon in the 10th

[02:42:18] house, one of their expected

[02:42:19] characteristics is sat priyakara.

[02:42:23] They do things which a saint would

[02:42:26] approve of.

[02:42:28] Literally what the phrase means, they do

[02:42:30] things that are kind and generous and

[02:42:32] loving.

[02:42:35] Do they have a problem with

[02:42:39] expressing [music] themselves and being

[02:42:41] authoritative?

[02:42:43] Not really.

[02:42:45] But why not? We have a clash between

[02:42:46] internalism and externalism. It's

[02:42:48] because we don't have a clash on

[02:42:49] authority, which is the next principle.

[02:42:54] The moon represents authority and the

[02:42:55] 10th house represents authority. So we

[02:42:59] aren't going to interpret the previous

[02:43:00] thing to mean that they're weak.

[02:43:03] Instead, we're going to say that they're

[02:43:04] ji they tend to win. They tend to

[02:43:07] succeed. They tend to be better than

[02:43:09] others.

[02:43:11] Now how about this third principle of

[02:43:13] the moon being the planet of beauty and

[02:43:14] the 10th house being the house of fame.

[02:43:16] So both of them are attractive and

[02:43:17] beautiful. Effect of this is shupacert.

[02:43:22] They do things well. They do things

[02:43:25] beautifully. And people look at their

[02:43:28] deeds.

[02:43:30] Look at what they do.

[02:43:32] They're known.

[02:43:35] Moon in the 10th house symbolizes

[02:43:37] somebody who appears nicely.

[02:43:41] They look well. They express well. They

[02:43:45] do things well, beautifully.

[02:43:48] They're expert in how they do things.

[02:43:50] They do things with refinement.

[02:43:53] The final principle is the planet of

[02:43:54] change in the house of movement sidar.

[02:44:00] It means that they make changes,

[02:44:02] able to be different. They're able to

[02:44:04] set trends. They set new things in

[02:44:07] motion, bend new things. They come up

[02:44:10] with new ideas. Let's look at some

[02:44:12] well-known people with confirmed birth

[02:44:14] times who have the moon in the 10th

[02:44:17] house using tropical signs and the whole

[02:44:20] sign house system.

[02:44:23] Bill Gates, Salvador Dolly, Rita Kalo,

[02:44:27] Angelina Jolie, Edgar Casey, Ramana

[02:44:31] Maharshi,

[02:44:33] Swami Vivikananda, Elron Hubard, Charles

[02:44:37] Manson and Bernard Maidolf. Bill Gates

[02:44:41] really shows the inventiveness sidar

[02:44:45] also he's known controversially perhaps

[02:44:48] but he's known as a very charitable

[02:44:49] person gives a lot of money away so that

[02:44:51] it exemplifies the first principle that

[02:44:53] we looked at very strongly

[02:44:58] then you have Dolly Ko great painters

[02:45:03] so here's how you have doing things well

[02:45:07] very expert or refined and how they do

[02:45:10] things. They bring beauty into the 10th

[02:45:11] house. Bring beauty out to the world.

[02:45:14] Angelina Jolie could be considered in

[02:45:16] the same group because she's physically

[02:45:19] beautiful and also she's an artist

[02:45:21] actress. She's bringing emotions etc.

[02:45:23] out. And then we have this group of four

[02:45:27] kind of a cultists. Edgar Casey, Ramen

[02:45:30] Maharashi, Swami Vivikananda, Elran

[02:45:32] Hubard.

[02:45:34] So here you also can see the effect of

[02:45:37] taking the internal planet and putting

[02:45:38] in the [music] external house. Putting

[02:45:40] the occult planet in the house of

[02:45:43] exposure.

[02:45:45] Exposed things are revealed. There are

[02:45:47] secrets. The esoteric is revealed

[02:45:49] through these people.

[02:45:52] Also this shows a very literal aspect of

[02:45:57] the first principle sata which literally

[02:46:01] meant they do things that sadus do. They

[02:46:03] do things that saints do. But then you

[02:46:06] have two people

[02:46:08] who are like the opposite. Charles

[02:46:10] Manson and Bernie Maidoff, two

[02:46:12] criminals. That makes you wonder.

[02:46:16] Um

[02:46:17] they did things that are approved by

[02:46:19] Sadus. They did kind deeds.

[02:46:23] So let's take a look at one chart of

[02:46:27] type of these persons. Let's look at

[02:46:29] Freda Kalo for an artist. Ramina

[02:46:32] Maharshi for the occultist spiritualist

[02:46:34] and Charles Manson for the criminal.

[02:46:36] Let's start with Freda Ko. She really

[02:46:39] really exemplified the ability to bring

[02:46:42] beauty and fame out from the

[02:46:47] why is it how come Ram Raman Maharashi

[02:46:50] wasn't an artist? Well, Fria has the

[02:46:53] moon in Taurus in the 10th house. So

[02:46:57] it's bringing out

[02:47:00] the artistic creativity. Furthermore,

[02:47:03] she has Venus in the 11th house. The

[02:47:06] 11th house is for the expression of

[02:47:08] beauty, the showing of art. And Venus is

[02:47:12] the planet of beauty and art.

[02:47:15] Not only that, but Venus is the third

[02:47:17] lord in the 11th house, which means the

[02:47:20] ability to create art using the hands.

[02:47:24] And not only that, but it's in the third

[02:47:26] sign. So again, the ability to create

[02:47:29] art using hands. Top of that, still 11th

[02:47:34] lord is dominant because it's in the

[02:47:36] first house. 11th house is a huge focal

[02:47:40] point in this chart. So we have a lot of

[02:47:42] what we need in terms of the

[02:47:44] astrological DNA code to get a great

[02:47:46] artist. The third lord in the 11th house

[02:47:48] in the third sign as Venus, but we're

[02:47:51] missing the fifth lord. So what's going

[02:47:53] on with their fifth lord? Well, their

[02:47:54] fifth lord is exalted in a raji yoga. So

[02:47:57] that does explain why Freda Kalo is a

[02:48:00] person whose [music] moon in the 10th

[02:48:02] house is in the context of somebody who

[02:48:04] becomes an artist.

[02:48:06] Let's look at Ram Ram and Maharshi.

[02:48:09] Ramen Maharshi is more exemplifying

[02:48:12] potential of the moon in the 10th house

[02:48:14] to make you behave like a saint. So his

[02:48:17] moon in the 10th house is in cancer.

[02:48:20] Look at what it's with. It's with K2.

[02:48:24] K2 is the single most spiritualizing

[02:48:27] factor in astrology.

[02:48:29] So basically speaking, Freda Kalo's

[02:48:32] chart is contextually very artistic

[02:48:36] as the moon in the 10th house. Raman

[02:48:39] Maharashi's chart is contextually very

[02:48:41] spiritual and has the moon in the 10th

[02:48:43] house. That's why the moon in the 10th

[02:48:44] house supports being an artist for

[02:48:47] freeo. It supports being spiritualist or

[02:48:50] an occultist for Roman Maharshi.

[02:48:53] Now, how about Charles Manson? How does

[02:48:56] it support being a criminal and a

[02:48:58] murderer? Well, his moon is exactly

[02:49:03] Rahu.

[02:49:06] That is a signature that we very often

[02:49:09] find in criminals. Also it is conjoined

[02:49:13] Saturn in Saturn's sign with Ra. So that

[02:49:17] means that it's an enimical dignity.

[02:49:19] It's a negative dignity.

[02:49:22] Charles Manson's moon in the 10th house

[02:49:24] with Raman and Maharashi and with Freda

[02:49:27] Kalo using just the most simplest basic

[02:49:29] principles of astrology like dignity.

[02:49:32] Freda is exalted. Maharshi's is doicile.

[02:49:36] Charles Manson's is enimical.

[02:49:40] It's an enemy sign, a very strong enemy.

[02:49:43] Just using that basic principle, you

[02:49:45] wouldn't expect the same kind of results

[02:49:48] in these three charts, would you? Then

[02:49:50] getting a little more sophisticated, you

[02:49:51] can see that it's with Saturn and

[02:49:54] exactly with Rahu.

[02:49:56] So, it's going to be destabilized.

[02:49:58] Yes, he tried to be an artist. Yes, he

[02:50:00] made big changes in the world. Yes, he

[02:50:02] was a trendsetter. But mostly, he's a

[02:50:04] very unstable person.

[02:50:07] If you want to actually have my

[02:50:09] interpretations for all of your

[02:50:10] placements in your chart, you can go to

[02:50:13] my website and order that from the

[02:50:16] charts page. It's uh victor.com/r2.

[02:50:23] Thank you so much.

[02:50:27] [music]

[02:50:29] Understanding the moon in the 11th house

[02:50:31] begins by understanding the moon and the

[02:50:35] 11th house. So let's review real quick.

[02:50:38] Here's the 11th house. It's the area of

[02:50:41] sky and that's overhead but to the east

[02:50:45] and that's why it signifies what it

[02:50:46] signifies. Being overhead it signifies

[02:50:49] public social things, external things.

[02:50:52] And being to the east it indicates how

[02:50:55] those external things affect us or how

[02:50:58] we benefit from it.

[02:51:01] So you could summarize everything about

[02:51:03] the 11th house by saying it's the

[02:51:05] benefits that we get from society.

[02:51:08] We can categorize these into two types

[02:51:10] of benefits, social and cultural. So now

[02:51:13] we can understand why the 11th is the

[02:51:15] house of friends. So how we benefit

[02:51:18] socially from society is there's people

[02:51:21] that we can play with. There's people

[02:51:23] that we can do stuff with. And these

[02:51:24] friendships don't just benefit us

[02:51:26] recreationally but also financially. So

[02:51:28] it's also the house of contacts and

[02:51:30] networks. And this is why it's the house

[02:51:32] of income, profits, assets because the

[02:51:35] networks that we have, the contacts that

[02:51:37] we have increase our access to markets

[02:51:39] and resources.

[02:51:41] Culturally speaking, the 11th is the

[02:51:44] house of arts because that's what we

[02:51:47] benefit from in society. There's movie

[02:51:49] theaters, there's concert halls, there's

[02:51:52] museums, there's libraries, there's

[02:51:54] restaurants. So the 11th house has to do

[02:51:57] with the arts and entertainment. It also

[02:52:00] has to do with talent

[02:52:03] which is the stuff that populates the

[02:52:04] theaters and populates the museums and

[02:52:06] populates the restaurants. So talent,

[02:52:10] taste,

[02:52:11] refinement, the ability to enjoy what's

[02:52:14] in the museum

[02:52:16] and pleasure in general, just enjoyment

[02:52:19] in general.

[02:52:21] >> [snorts]

[02:52:22] >> So this is a good very thorough yet very

[02:52:25] quick summary of everything that the

[02:52:27] 11th house is all about. Let's have a

[02:52:29] look at the moon. Now essentially the

[02:52:32] moon is the brightest thing at night and

[02:52:35] therefore it's kind of a dichotomy in

[02:52:37] that you don't really see it during the

[02:52:39] day too much but you see it at night yet

[02:52:41] it's very very bright.

[02:52:43] So it represents bipolarity or kind of

[02:52:46] split personality. And that's why it's a

[02:52:48] planet for changeableness or

[02:52:50] uncertainty, fluidity, fluctuation, and

[02:52:53] cycle.

[02:52:55] And because it's so bright, it is

[02:52:56] certainly very attractive. [music] It

[02:52:58] attracts the eye. Therefore, it

[02:52:59] symbolizes beauty. And because it only

[02:53:01] shows its brightness at night, it's

[02:53:03] therefore associated with the unseen

[02:53:05] half of the day. So, it has to do with

[02:53:07] private unseen things, internal things,

[02:53:09] domestic [music] things, occult things,

[02:53:11] hidden things, secret things. This also

[02:53:14] means it has to do with the internal

[02:53:16] part of the self. This is why it

[02:53:18] symbolizes the mind. And what is the

[02:53:20] mind?

[02:53:22] The mind is the tool that we use to

[02:53:24] experience emotions. Emotions are based

[02:53:28] on desires. What we want and what we

[02:53:31] don't want. Desires are based upon

[02:53:33] opinions. What we think is good and what

[02:53:35] we think is bad.

[02:53:36] So the moon represents opinion [music]

[02:53:40] which results in desire which results in

[02:53:42] emotion. All of which is summarized in

[02:53:44] the term mind.

[02:53:48] Also the moon being internal represents

[02:53:51] the internal [music] gender which is the

[02:53:53] feminine gender. So the moon is a

[02:53:54] feminine planet and also since it's a

[02:53:56] bright feminine planet it represents

[02:53:59] authority in a female way. Feminine

[02:54:02] authority mother figures. Now, that's

[02:54:05] everything important to know about the

[02:54:07] moon. And now that we know about both

[02:54:09] the moon and the 11th house, we're ready

[02:54:11] to look at how we should interpret the

[02:54:13] moon when it's in the 11th house. As

[02:54:15] always, you look for a spot where

[02:54:17] something about the planet has something

[02:54:19] directly to do with something about the

[02:54:21] house. For example, the moon is the

[02:54:24] planet of desire and the 11th is the

[02:54:26] house of pleasure.

[02:54:29] So, if you put the moon in the 11th

[02:54:31] house, it gets along with the 11th

[02:54:32] house. And so the interpretation of the

[02:54:34] moon in the 11th house is what we would

[02:54:38] call bayou. It means lively.

[02:54:42] They're alive. They're eager. They're

[02:54:44] ambitious and they're healthy. They're

[02:54:46] invigorated. They're ready to enjoy.

[02:54:49] They have a lust for life.

[02:54:52] Also, the moon being the planet of

[02:54:54] desire [music]

[02:54:55] has a lot to do with the 11th house

[02:54:57] being the house of profit. And so we

[02:55:00] describe the moon in the 11th house as

[02:55:02] tana. And ta da means wealthy,

[02:55:06] productive. What I want gets along well

[02:55:09] with what I get.

[02:55:12] So moonly 11th house signifies the

[02:55:14] ability to get what you want. So wealth,

[02:55:18] productivity, the ability to produce

[02:55:20] tana, creativity, fertility.

[02:55:25] Moon being so bright is the planet of

[02:55:26] beauty [music] and the 11th is the house

[02:55:28] of arts.

[02:55:30] So that's also really synergistic. Hence

[02:55:33] the moon in the 11th house signifies

[02:55:36] manusvi

[02:55:37] which means a refined

[02:55:41] person, person with good tastes, an

[02:55:44] intelligent person, a sophisticated

[02:55:47] person, a highass person, a person who

[02:55:51] knows beauty and knows how to be

[02:55:53] beautiful.

[02:55:55] Finally, one interesting thing about the

[02:55:57] moon and the 11th house which isn't

[02:55:59] quite on the same page. The moon is an

[02:56:01] authority figure

[02:56:04] and the 11th house is about peers,

[02:56:07] friends.

[02:56:09] So that's sort of not getting along but

[02:56:11] it's [clears throat] sitting in the

[02:56:12] context of all these other ways in which

[02:56:14] the moon does get along with the 11th

[02:56:16] house. So it's not going to produce an

[02:56:18] entirely bad result. Also the moon is an

[02:56:21] authority but a feminine authority.

[02:56:25] So it's not entirely antithetical to

[02:56:27] peers and cooperation.

[02:56:30] But what you find with the moon in the

[02:56:33] 11th house isa

[02:56:36] the person tends to acquire followers

[02:56:39] rather than friends.

[02:56:41] They tend to be leaders and they don't

[02:56:45] really sit on the same level with their

[02:56:48] friends. They are kind of above they

[02:56:50] become the leader figure in their group.

[02:56:52] Now, let's put some faces and names on

[02:56:54] the moon in the 11th house and see if

[02:56:56] some of these interpretations can

[02:56:58] [music]

[02:56:58] come to life and become a little bit

[02:57:00] more tangible, make more clear sense to

[02:57:02] us. Kamla Harris has the moon in the

[02:57:05] 11th. So does John Lennon, Maad Gandhi,

[02:57:09] LeBron James, Martin Luther King,

[02:57:12] [music] and Agatha Christie. Now, all of

[02:57:15] these people actually really well

[02:57:18] illustrate all of these aspects that we

[02:57:21] mentioned for the moon in the 11th

[02:57:22] house.

[02:57:24] But if we could pick out one archetype

[02:57:28] for each of these four interpretations,

[02:57:30] I would say Kamla Harris, let's use

[02:57:31] Kamla Harris as an example of a person

[02:57:34] who's very ambitious.

[02:57:36] She's going to become a vice president

[02:57:38] of the United States as a woman in a

[02:57:41] country which hasn't really politically

[02:57:43] accepted women very well. I would say we

[02:57:45] could use John Lennon as an example of

[02:57:48] the creative

[02:57:51] wealthy person

[02:57:53] and Agatha Christie for the refined

[02:57:56] intelligent person and Martin Luther

[02:58:00] King the example of a leader. Now taking

[02:58:04] a close look at Kamla Harris.

[02:58:07] Her moon in the 11th house is in Aries.

[02:58:10] That alone is enough to explain the

[02:58:12] difference. But there's of course more

[02:58:14] than that in this chart.

[02:58:17] Another important thing will become

[02:58:18] clear if you look at the aspects that

[02:58:20] this moon receives.

[02:58:22] First of all, it's getting aspected by

[02:58:25] Saturn

[02:58:27] from a great dignity in its own sign

[02:58:30] Aquarius

[02:58:32] in a great house, the 9inth house as the

[02:58:35] ninth lord.

[02:58:37] So, [music] in and of itself, we might

[02:58:39] not know what to make of that except

[02:58:40] that she's probably got some political

[02:58:42] ambition and she's probably got a whole

[02:58:45] lot of tenacity and strength. But

[02:58:47] besides this aspect from Saturn, her

[02:58:49] moon also has the aspect from the third

[02:58:51] lord, the sun

[02:58:55] from the fifth house in Libra.

[02:58:58] So now again, it's really clarifying

[02:59:00] political ambition and it's the third

[02:59:03] lord which is the lord of ambitiousness.

[02:59:06] And then on top of that, she has a

[02:59:08] significant aspect from her sixth lord

[02:59:12] Mars from the third house. The third

[02:59:16] house is the house of ambition. Mars is

[02:59:18] the planet of ambition and the sixth

[02:59:19] lord is a lot of political power and

[02:59:22] [snorts]

[02:59:22] ambition to fight.

[02:59:25] So taking all these three aspects to her

[02:59:29] moon together and considering the fact

[02:59:30] that that moon itself was in Aries, it's

[02:59:33] quite easy to see how she would most of

[02:59:37] all exemplify this ambitious aspect of

[02:59:41] the moon in the 11th house and that that

[02:59:43] ambition would have a political slant to

[02:59:45] it.

[02:59:47] Above and beyond all this, she has Rahu

[02:59:50] exactly on her ascendant which is fairly

[02:59:51] [music] important for being a very

[02:59:53] uncommon person.

[02:59:55] Now, let's take a look at John Lennon

[02:59:57] and see why he exemplifies the creative

[03:00:00] type that is possible with the moon in

[03:00:03] the 11th house.

[03:00:05] Well, his moon in the 11th is not an

[03:00:07] Aries, it's an Aquarius,

[03:00:10] which is an air sign.

[03:00:13] And [clears throat]

[03:00:14] following up on that clue, you'll find

[03:00:16] that not only is his moon in an air

[03:00:17] sign, but so is his son and so is his

[03:00:20] first lord. The air is the element which

[03:00:23] is very ingenious and creative in an

[03:00:25] artistic or sensual sense.

[03:00:29] It's [snorts] not really enough to

[03:00:31] explain

[03:00:33] why he's an artist most of all out of

[03:00:35] all these things. [snorts] So look a

[03:00:37] little further

[03:00:39] for artists. We like to see combinations

[03:00:42] between houses 3, [music] five and 11.

[03:00:45] Most of all three and 11 or five and 11

[03:00:47] something with 11.

[03:00:49] >> [snorts]

[03:00:50] >> So in his case, his 11th lord is in

[03:00:54] mutual aspect with his third lord. His

[03:00:56] 11th lord is Saturn and there it is in

[03:00:58] Taurus

[03:01:01] and his third lord is Mercury and there

[03:01:04] it is in Scorpio exactly [music]

[03:01:06] opposite to his 11th lord. So there you

[03:01:09] find the artistic skill and it does

[03:01:14] describe John Lenon. He's a folk artist

[03:01:17] most of all, not a fine artist. And

[03:01:20] actually, he's more of a political

[03:01:22] activist

[03:01:24] in the role of a musician.

[03:01:27] And that's really well described by his

[03:01:29] moon being in Aquarius in the 11th

[03:01:32] house.

[03:01:33] Now, let's take a look at Agatha

[03:01:35] Christie.

[03:01:36] Her moon in the 11th house is in Libra

[03:01:40] and with Mercury.

[03:01:42] So, Libra is another air sign. So, she's

[03:01:45] going to be an artistic type of 11th

[03:01:46] house moon, but it's Venus's air sign.

[03:01:49] So, it's more purely artistic than

[03:01:52] Aquarius.

[03:01:54] And then it's with Mercury,

[03:01:56] and we're using her as the example, not

[03:01:59] for artistic so much as refined and

[03:02:01] highly intelligent. So, her moon is in

[03:02:04] an air sign with Mercury, who's very

[03:02:06] intelligent, refined, and very good with

[03:02:08] words. Of course, in case you're one of

[03:02:10] the few human beings around who doesn't

[03:02:12] know what Agatha Christie is, she's

[03:02:14] prolific, highly successful author.

[03:02:17] Besides this, her first lord Jupiter is

[03:02:20] in the third house.

[03:02:23] Third house being art and talent, but

[03:02:25] especially writing or manual talent. And

[03:02:29] finally her fifth lord which is the

[03:02:31] other creative important house is in the

[03:02:35] first house dominant in a raji [music]

[03:02:37] yoga by its conjunction with a node.

[03:02:40] Finally let's take a look at Martin

[03:02:42] Luther King and see why he makes such a

[03:02:44] good example of a leader type of person

[03:02:47] and why is it that his moon in the 11th

[03:02:49] house made a leader not an author or an

[03:02:52] artist.

[03:02:54] Well his moon in the 11th is in Pisces

[03:02:56] which is very interesting. Reverend Mar

[03:02:59] Martin Luther King, philosophical

[03:03:01] leader, spiritual leader,

[03:03:04] and it's with Venus. So maybe he should

[03:03:07] have been an artist, but actually Venus

[03:03:09] gives you a lot of power, gives you a

[03:03:10] lot of charisma, attractiveness. It's an

[03:03:13] exalted Venus. And what's really going

[03:03:15] on here is that his first lord therefore

[03:03:19] is in the 11th house while his 11th lord

[03:03:22] Jupiter is in the first house creating a

[03:03:25] parata between the 11th and 1st which

[03:03:28] strengthens the first house tremendously

[03:03:31] which is what it takes to be a leader.

[03:03:35] So in other words his moon is in the

[03:03:37] 11th house with the first lord

[03:03:41] while the 11th lord is in the first. So

[03:03:43] all of the nature of the moon in the

[03:03:45] 11th house is focused towards the first

[03:03:48] which means being an outstanding person

[03:03:50] being an outstanding individual being a

[03:03:52] person who's seen more than others and

[03:03:54] in support of that he has a very strong

[03:03:56] raja yoga because his ninth [music] lord

[03:03:59] Saturn is exactly opposite to his

[03:04:01] seventh lord Mars

[03:04:04] and so this gives a lot of power

[03:04:07] influence over the people. So now I

[03:04:10] think it's clear what the moon in the

[03:04:12] 11th house represents and also why

[03:04:15] different charts, different people would

[03:04:17] bring out different aspects of what the

[03:04:20] moon in the 11th house represents. If

[03:04:22] you want to actually have my

[03:04:24] interpretations for all of your

[03:04:25] placements in your chart, you can go to

[03:04:28] my website and order that from the

[03:04:31] charts page. It's uh victor.comr2.

[03:04:38] Thank you so much.

[03:04:44] Let's explore the meanings of the moon

[03:04:46] in the 12th house and have a look at how

[03:04:48] it actually works in the charts of two

[03:04:51] interesting [music] and very different

[03:04:52] people. The rebellious porn star Tracy

[03:04:55] Lords and the Parmansa Yogananda.

[03:04:59] So let's start by remembering what the

[03:05:01] 12th house represents. Here you can see

[03:05:04] that the 12th [clears throat] house is

[03:05:06] the area of sky that's above the eastern

[03:05:09] horizon. So it symbolizes things [music]

[03:05:12] which erode whatever the east signifies.

[03:05:16] So the east is the place of sunrise

[03:05:18] which also means that it's the place

[03:05:19] [music] of manifestation or self. And

[03:05:21] the 12th house gets all of its meanings

[03:05:24] from the fact that it is erosive of the

[03:05:27] sunrise and erosive of the self.

[03:05:29] [clears throat]

[03:05:31] This is why the 12th is the house of

[03:05:33] invisible things. When the sun rises,

[03:05:35] you can see things clearly. If we're

[03:05:37] erosive of visibility, [music]

[03:05:39] then we have an idea of what the 12th

[03:05:41] house signifies. It deals with things

[03:05:43] which can't be seen. Things that are

[03:05:46] abstract, [music] amorphous, untangible,

[03:05:49] unreal,

[03:05:51] fantastic, dreamy, spiritual,

[03:05:54] psychological,

[03:05:56] occult, and so forth. Another

[03:06:01] way to say this is it's the house of the

[03:06:03] unknown.

[03:06:05] Like things that are outside of our

[03:06:07] vision, things that are in different

[03:06:09] rooms, [music] things that are in

[03:06:10] different countries, things that are far

[03:06:12] away, things that are alien, things that

[03:06:13] are foreign.

[03:06:15] And finally, because [music] it's a rose

[03:06:17] of the sunrise, it means it's a rose of

[03:06:20] rising. So, it's more towards falling.

[03:06:22] The 12th house has to do with the

[03:06:23] decline of things and it has hence it

[03:06:26] has to do with a lowering of energy,

[03:06:29] decline of profits, the expenditure of

[03:06:31] things, expense.

[03:06:34] It's also the house of humility and we

[03:06:37] can put this under the category of it

[03:06:38] being erosive of self. Humility has a

[03:06:41] lot to do with not showing off and not

[03:06:44] showing off has a lot to do with not

[03:06:46] showing

[03:06:47] or keeping yourself separate from

[03:06:49] others. The 12th house has the flavor of

[03:06:51] isolation, separation, humility, [music]

[03:06:54] quietude, so forth. It is also the house

[03:06:57] of enemies because if it's erosive of

[03:07:00] self, it represents the people that

[03:07:02] erode the self, the people that detract

[03:07:04] from us, people that criticize us, the

[03:07:06] people that take our stuff. And finally,

[03:07:09] it's the house of weakness,

[03:07:11] the decline in the physical body. It has

[03:07:14] to do with fatigue and giving up [music]

[03:07:17] or letting go of things. Now that we've

[03:07:20] remembered what the 12th house is all

[03:07:21] about, if you want to know what the moon

[03:07:23] in the 12th house represents, let's take

[03:07:25] a quick walk through what the moon

[03:07:26] represents.

[03:07:28] The moon is [music] a dichomous planet.

[03:07:32] It's very bright, but it's only bright

[03:07:34] at night. [music]

[03:07:35] And because of that dichotomy, it

[03:07:37] represents dichotomy, bipolarity,

[03:07:40] uh fluctuation between [music] extremes,

[03:07:44] the rhythm which comes with fluctuation

[03:07:46] and the cyclicity which comes with

[03:07:48] fluctuation.

[03:07:51] Because it's bright, it represents

[03:07:53] things that catch our eye, things that

[03:07:54] are beautiful, things that are

[03:07:55] attractive.

[03:07:57] And because it's only bright at night,

[03:07:59] it represents nighty things. So it

[03:08:01] represents things which are not

[03:08:03] displayed, things which are kept in the

[03:08:05] dark, private things. So it's a shy

[03:08:08] planet, a domestic planet, and it has to

[03:08:11] do with secret things like occult things

[03:08:12] and so forth. Since it has to do with

[03:08:14] the stuff that we don't see, it has to

[03:08:16] do with the internal part of a person.

[03:08:18] The internals [music] of a person is the

[03:08:20] mind. The moon represents the mind.

[03:08:23] The mind is a collection of emotions.

[03:08:27] Emotions are based on desires. [music]

[03:08:30] Desires are based on opinion. So that's

[03:08:32] all included in the concept of moon

[03:08:34] representing the mind. It means it

[03:08:36] represents emotion, desires and opinion.

[03:08:38] And that subjectivity and bias that

[03:08:40] comes with emotions, [music] desires and

[03:08:42] opinions.

[03:08:44] Also since it's internal by its nature,

[03:08:46] it represents internal gender which is

[03:08:49] feminine. And also since it's bright, it

[03:08:51] represents power and authority. And

[03:08:54] combining the two, the internal

[03:08:55] femininity versus the outgoing power,

[03:08:59] we come to understand why the moon

[03:09:00] represents the mother [music] figure.

[03:09:02] It's the feminine authority. Now that we

[03:09:05] are refreshed about what the moon

[03:09:07] symbolizes and what the 12th house

[03:09:08] symbolizes, we're ready to put the

[03:09:10] [music] two of them together and think

[03:09:11] about what the moon means when it's in

[03:09:14] the 12th house.

[03:09:16] So, as you probably noticed, the moon is

[03:09:18] about internal things, things which are

[03:09:21] nightish, things which are not seen,

[03:09:23] and so is the 12th house. So, that's

[03:09:26] going [music] to become a major chord

[03:09:28] that sounds out when you put the moon in

[03:09:30] the 12th house. The moon is occulty and

[03:09:33] secret and so is the 12th house. It's

[03:09:35] about invisible things.

[03:09:38] But you may have noticed that the moon

[03:09:40] is very bright, but the 12th house is

[03:09:43] invisible things.

[03:09:45] And finally, you may have noticed

[03:09:47] [music] that the moon has really our

[03:09:50] ambition or motivator in it because it

[03:09:53] has our opinions and [music] our

[03:09:54] desires. But the 12th house is about

[03:09:58] giving up things, letting go of things.

[03:10:01] are having weakness [music] or fatigue,

[03:10:03] not having strong motivation.

[03:10:06] So these are the three important [music]

[03:10:09] resonances between the moon and the 12th

[03:10:11] house which you'll have to bear in mind

[03:10:14] when you're trying to [music] visualize

[03:10:15] the meaning of the moon in the 12th

[03:10:17] house. Let's explore these three in more

[03:10:19] detail. So the harmony between the moon

[03:10:22] being a cult and the 12th being

[03:10:23] invisible means people with the [music]

[03:10:25] moon in the 12th house, they have strong

[03:10:27] inclinations towards being spiritual.

[03:10:29] Maybe that means they're [music] into

[03:10:30] outer space or cosmic or far out things.

[03:10:33] Or maybe it means they're into religious

[03:10:34] things. Maybe it means they're into

[03:10:36] occult things.

[03:10:38] Or maybe it just means that they're very

[03:10:40] mysterious, that they're very difficult

[03:10:42] to understand. They're very deep. The

[03:10:44] other thing represented by this harmony

[03:10:46] is that people with the [music] moon in

[03:10:47] the 12th house are probably very

[03:10:49] intelligent or perceptive

[03:10:53] because they're attuned to things which

[03:10:54] are normally invisible. They're attuned

[03:10:57] to things which most people miss.

[03:11:02] And finally,

[03:11:04] since they're attuned to things which

[03:11:05] are usually invisible, [music]

[03:11:07] then they probably deal with things that

[03:11:10] most people don't,

[03:11:12] which can also mean that they probably

[03:11:14] get into taboo things. They get into

[03:11:15] areas which are forbidden. Then on the

[03:11:18] disharmony between the moon's brightness

[03:11:21] versus the 12th house's invisibility,

[03:11:24] we can say that people [music] with the

[03:11:25] moon in the 12th house tend not to be

[03:11:27] famous. Or maybe we [music] can say that

[03:11:30] they're infamous. In other words, famous

[03:11:33] for something which is normally not

[03:11:34] considered that great.

[03:11:37] Or maybe we can say that they're unhappy

[03:11:40] with fame. They don't want fame. Fame is

[03:11:43] not their motivator. Or we can say that

[03:11:46] the fame that they have is unusual.

[03:11:48] [music] It's in unseen areas though they

[03:11:51] have like an underground following or

[03:11:53] they have a culty kind of a fame. And

[03:11:55] then the final thing about the moon in

[03:11:56] the 12th house was another disharmony

[03:11:58] and that the moon is motivating or

[03:11:59] invigorating and the 12th house is

[03:12:02] fatiguing and [music] demotivating.

[03:12:05] So when the moon is in the 12th house,

[03:12:07] people's determination [music] tends to

[03:12:09] be unsteady.

[03:12:12] Their desires for things tend to fall

[03:12:15] off before they get them.

[03:12:19] So they have inconsistent motivations

[03:12:21] and desires.

[03:12:24] Hence they often go a little bit towards

[03:12:27] one thing and then [music] lose interest

[03:12:29] in it and then go towards something

[03:12:30] else. They change course in life often,

[03:12:33] change direction often or we can say

[03:12:35] that they [music] simply just don't have

[03:12:36] very strong

[03:12:39] desires.

[03:12:41] Here are six well-known people with the

[03:12:44] moon in the 12th house using tropical

[03:12:46] signs, whole sign houses and double A

[03:12:49] rated confirmed birth times.

[03:12:52] Nicholas Capernicus, Neils Boore,

[03:12:55] Elizabeth Taylor, Tracy Lords,

[03:12:58] Paramahansa Yogananda [music] and

[03:13:00] Emanuel Kant.

[03:13:02] Now Kant and Yogananda are very

[03:13:04] obviously

[03:13:06] spiritualists.

[03:13:07] Capernicus and Fermy are not

[03:13:10] spiritualists, but they're extremely

[03:13:13] smart scientists. And then three of the

[03:13:16] people out of these six also really

[03:13:18] match the taboo [music]

[03:13:20] breaking nature of the moon in the 12th

[03:13:22] house. Capernacus,

[03:13:24] Tracy Lords, and Elizabeth Taylor like a

[03:13:27] sexy polyandress woman. If we look at

[03:13:31] the issue of how fame works for a person

[03:13:33] with the moon in [music] the 12th house,

[03:13:34] Tracy Lords is a good example of someone

[03:13:37] who's famous for something that most

[03:13:38] people don't want to be famous for or

[03:13:40] most people hide. So, it's kind of like

[03:13:43] [music] infamy.

[03:13:45] All the other people on this list except

[03:13:48] Elizabeth Taylor are extremely famous

[03:13:52] but in very niche or small circles.

[03:13:56] [music] And then Elizabeth Taylor is the

[03:13:58] only actual pop star in this list. And

[03:14:02] she's also the only one out of these

[03:14:03] people whose first house ascendant

[03:14:07] is aspected [music] exactly by her first

[03:14:09] lord. About the motivation and fatigue

[03:14:12] issue. So people [music] in the 12th

[03:14:15] house are expected to have unsteady

[03:14:16] desires.

[03:14:18] Taylor, Elizabeth Taylor, very good

[03:14:21] example of that. She can't keep her

[03:14:24] desire from one man steady more than a

[03:14:27] few months.

[03:14:29] Tracy Lord's also big changes, big

[03:14:31] reversals, big switches in direction.

[03:14:36] And then Kant and Pararmahansa, they're

[03:14:38] the renunciates. They're the

[03:14:39] spiritualists. So they show the [music]

[03:14:41] potential for the moon in the 12th house

[03:14:43] to indicate no desires. Now, as you can

[03:14:46] see, it's [music] actually very

[03:14:48] important not just to rely on one planet

[03:14:51] and one house or one planet and one

[03:14:53] sign, but to look at the whole chart.

[03:14:55] So, let's take two of these people and

[03:14:58] see why they both have moon in the 12th

[03:15:00] house, yet they're both quite different.

[03:15:03] So, Tracy Lords, one of the most obvious

[03:15:07] things [music] is that in her chart, all

[03:15:09] the planets are above ground and none of

[03:15:11] them are below ground.

[03:15:14] So that indicates [music] a lot of

[03:15:16] extraversion or showing us. Then we find

[03:15:20] that the fifth lord is in the seventh

[03:15:24] house with Rahu.

[03:15:27] So this makes a Raja yoga in the seventh

[03:15:30] house.

[03:15:32] But it's a very interesting Raji yoga

[03:15:34] because it's formed by a [music]

[03:15:35] debilitated Saturn as the fifth lord.

[03:15:38] So this shows us some very unusual

[03:15:42] [music]

[03:15:42] but powerful sexual behavior

[03:15:46] and that debilitated Saturn as the fifth

[03:15:48] lord aspects the ascendant very strongly

[03:15:51] at the same [music] time that Ketu

[03:15:55] conjoins the ascendant very closely.

[03:15:59] So that shows us rebelliousness and

[03:16:02] subversiveness [music]

[03:16:05] connected to that unusual sexual

[03:16:07] behavior.

[03:16:10] Furthermore, the lord of the fifth house

[03:16:13] is in the eighth house as the eighth

[03:16:16] lord in its own sign [music]

[03:16:18] with these very strong masculine planets

[03:16:22] including [music] the 11th and seventh

[03:16:26] lords.

[03:16:28] So this chart shows [music] a very

[03:16:31] sexually powerful,

[03:16:34] confident

[03:16:35] and attractive

[03:16:37] person for sure. On top of that, she has

[03:16:41] Jupiter in the 11th house. Now this

[03:16:43] indicates that she's a performer because

[03:16:46] Jupiter is the third [music] lord. Third

[03:16:48] lord in the 11th house indicates a

[03:16:49] performer. And then on top of that, she

[03:16:51] has Rajio in the seventh house and she

[03:16:53] has all her planets above ground. It

[03:16:55] also shows that she's attractive.

[03:16:57] Jupiter in the 11th house means you will

[03:16:59] [music] win people over and it also

[03:17:02] means that she'll be successful in her

[03:17:04] plans and she'll achieve her desires.

[03:17:07] And also you see that she has Mercury

[03:17:09] the ninth lord in the ninth house which

[03:17:10] indicates that she's intelligent [music]

[03:17:13] lucky and also shows or confirms that

[03:17:16] she's heterodox

[03:17:18] acting with the Saturn debilitated and

[03:17:21] K2 [music]

[03:17:21] influencing the ascendant having the

[03:17:23] 12th lord in the 9inth house just

[03:17:25] heterodoxy doing stuff which is

[03:17:27] forbidden.

[03:17:30] Now in that context interpret the moon

[03:17:33] [music] in the 12th house. So then we'll

[03:17:35] see these three dynamics of the moon in

[03:17:37] the 12th house and we'll easily be able

[03:17:38] to pick which one of the possible

[03:17:40] outcomes is most appropriate [music]

[03:17:42] to pronounce as the interpretation

[03:17:44] for her. It's taboo breaking, cult fame

[03:17:47] or infamy and strong course changes, not

[03:17:51] weak desires, very strong desires but

[03:17:55] big changes and surprises in how she

[03:17:59] behaves. Now let's compare this chart

[03:18:02] with Parmani Yoga Nandas. The main thing

[03:18:05] here is the ninth [music] lord joins the

[03:18:08] first lord in the fourth house in

[03:18:12] Jupiter's sign Sagittarius.

[03:18:14] So this shows a very moral person

[03:18:19] who's got morals very deep and holds

[03:18:21] them very sincerely in their heart.

[03:18:25] They're very dedicated devoted to

[03:18:29] goodness.

[03:18:31] On top of that you find he has exalted

[03:18:33] Saturn compared to lords who has

[03:18:36] debilitated Saturn. He has exalted

[03:18:38] Saturn and that Saturn is exactly in a

[03:18:41] position perfectly almost aspect

[03:18:45] that ninth lord and that whole raji yoga

[03:18:48] in the fourth house.

[03:18:50] So this whole combo of the ninth lord

[03:18:52] and the first lord joining in [music]

[03:18:54] the fourth house in Jupiter's sign which

[03:18:56] exalted Saturn's aspect

[03:18:59] shows a [music] person who is very

[03:19:01] dedicated to self abnigation for the

[03:19:04] betterment of others. Now the rest of

[03:19:07] the chart it becomes fairly easy [music]

[03:19:08] to interpret now because this thing is

[03:19:10] so strong and it sets the tone for

[03:19:13] everything else. So now when we see K2

[03:19:16] in the third house we think ah that's

[03:19:18] another sign of reduced desires

[03:19:23] when we see the sun in the fifth house

[03:19:25] as the 12th lord then we [music] also

[03:19:28] see a lack of need to procreate and

[03:19:32] rather an aspiration or an intellect for

[03:19:34] things which are intangible [music] or

[03:19:36] spiritual.

[03:19:39] Then on top of that, the moon in the

[03:19:40] 12th house can show weak desires.

[03:19:43] But we might think, what about his

[03:19:45] eighth house? It looks kind of

[03:19:48] significant

[03:19:51] cuz like Tracy Lords, he has the eighth

[03:19:52] lord in the eighth house and then he has

[03:19:54] Jupiter, the seventh lord in the eighth

[03:19:57] house.

[03:19:58] So certainly perman yoga is not

[03:20:00] unattractive.

[03:20:02] He's very attractive and charismatic.

[03:20:04] But in the context of that [music]

[03:20:06] immense raj yoga in the fourth house

[03:20:08] with Saturn exalted Saturn's aspect on

[03:20:10] it. It's not going [music] to indicate

[03:20:14] a highly sexual person rather it goes

[03:20:17] along with the 12th house theme of a

[03:20:19] cult especially because

[03:20:23] that Jupiter in the [music] 8th house is

[03:20:25] an exact practically exact mutual aspect

[03:20:29] with the exalted Saturn in the second

[03:20:31] house which is the source of all his

[03:20:33] self-restraint. and renunciation.

[03:20:37] In this context, when you see [music]

[03:20:39] his moon in the 12th house,

[03:20:42] possibilities of just a generic moon in

[03:20:44] the 12th house become obvious. It's not

[03:20:46] just a generic moon in the 12th house

[03:20:48] anymore, which could be spiritual or

[03:20:50] could be taboo. It's definitely

[03:20:52] spiritual. The moon in the 12th house in

[03:20:54] this chart is definitely supporting the

[03:20:56] spirituality of the person. It's really

[03:20:58] showing a person who's humble.

[03:21:01] That's another possible [music]

[03:21:02] permutation of the brightness of the

[03:21:03] moon contrasting the invisibility of the

[03:21:06] 12th house is humility. And then this

[03:21:09] third thing about the motivating factor

[03:21:12] of the moon versus the demotivating

[03:21:13] factor of the 12th house. [music] And in

[03:21:14] this chart you would see he has low

[03:21:16] desires, no material desires.
