https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wq92LUG1ek8

[00:00] If you sleep more than 6 hours, you're wasting your life.
[00:02] If you're not being productive every day, every moment of your life, you're wasting the most valuable asset you have.
[00:08] When he prayed Isha, he liked to go straight to sleep.
[00:12] People say I don't have time.
[00:13] They're lying.
[00:13] They don't use their time correctly.
[00:16] How can they use their time correctly?
[00:17] Look, and this is something that's very productive as well.
[00:19] Interesting.
[00:19] That's how they managed to pray at night every day.
[00:23] Yes, but As-salamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh.
[00:33] Welcome to new episode.
[00:35] In this episode, we're talking about routines.
[00:36] Should you take cold showers in the morning?
[00:38] Should you go to Bali and do some meditation?
[00:40] Should you journal?
[00:42] What's the best We're going to be belly dancing out there in Bali.
[00:45] No, no.
[00:46] know.
[00:46] That's what people say online.
[00:47] The best routine is the routine of the best of mankind, the greatest man to exist, the leader of Ibn Adam, the Imam of all of the prophets, the last.
[01:00] Prophet Muhammad, sallallahu alayhi wasallam.
[01:02] Nobody, no folly, no kali.
[01:05] You go out there to the routine of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam.
[01:08] Let's speak about it.
[01:09] What was the routine of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam?
[01:11] We see many ahadith that put together, we see a general skeleton of the schedule of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam.
[01:20] The hadith that first I'll begin with is the morning, right?
[01:23] Because we'll begin with the early.
[01:24] At what time did the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam start his day?
[01:27] So, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam started his day before Fajr.
[01:30] Okay, right?
[01:30] And what he would do is he would wake up before Fajr, and he would pray Qiyamul Layl, he would pray Tahajjud, and we'll talk about this again in the latter part of the of his schedule as well, but Aisha radiyallahu anha mentions a beautiful hadith in al-Bukhari that the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam would get up around the middle of the night or the last third of the night, depending, right?
[01:52] Because there's always going to be some flexibility, cuz there's situations that are going to come up, right?
[01:56] But he would get up, he would start his routine before Fajr.
[02:01] And he would pray in the regular way of Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wasallam in Ramadan and outside of Ramadan is to make 11 rak'ahs of nafl salah at night.
[02:12] And he would make them in segments.
[02:15] So, four, meaning two and two, and then he would rest a little bit, and then four, two and two, and then he would relax, and then two and one, which is three, which is the shaf' and witr.
[02:24] So, this is the regular as is supported by Aisha in Sahih al-Bukhari.
[02:30] So, we know from the hadith of the Prophet the night prayer is done in two and twos, segments of two.
[02:35] So, when four is mentioned here, it's not four together, but it is two and two.
[02:40] And he would recite so long in this that some of the ahadith mention that he finished al-Baqarah and Al Imran and Surat al-Ma'idah and Surat an-Nisa, and sometimes he would switch the order for them as well in the second parts.
[02:54] So, imagine in each rak'ah he would recite that long.
[02:58] So, that's how beautiful and long and relaxed his salah was.
[03:02] And Ibn Umar and others described that his ruku' would be like his qiyam.
[03:09] And his getting up from ruku' would be like his ruku'.
[03:14] And his sujood would be like that so that he didn't just kind of rush through it.
[03:18] Imagine reading surah of the Quran like al-Baqarah and then making your ruku' that long.
[03:25] And he had many adhkar that he would make in the ruku' and the du'a and sujood, making his sujood so long.
[03:31] He would stand in the nights till his feet would crack and swell and bleed.
[03:36] And this is the best of mankind.
[03:38] There is not a sin that he's worried about.
[03:40] There's not a, you know, but but he loved Allah.
[03:44] Aisha told the Prophet, "O Messenger of Allah, you don't have any sins on you, and if you did in the past or the future, they would be forgiven, so why?"
[03:53] He said, "Shouldn't I be Abdun Shakura?"
[03:56] Allahu Akbar, look at this wording.
[03:58] Yeah.
[04:00] The prophet said, "Should I not be a thankful servant?"
[04:02] Shakura by the way is done with the Amal action.
[04:04] Actions, yeah.
[04:06] If you want to thank Allah with the Lisan with your tongue, that's Hamd.
[04:10] Mhm.
[04:10] You don't say that's that's true, yeah.
[04:13] You don't say Shakura Allah like some people today, especially the Ajam that don't know Arabic, they will say Shakura Allah.
[04:20] Many people that are even Arab like after they will say like Alhamd wa Shakura, even though this is not mentioned in Hadith.
[04:28] Like Alhamd wa Shakura is not mentioned in Hadith, rather Rabbana Hamdan Kathiran Mubarak and so on, so many beautiful are mentioned, you should use them.
[04:40] But this word Shakura to thank Allah with the tongue is not mentioned.
[04:45] But the Amal of Shakura, the the the of Daud and his family, they would do actions to thank Allah.
[04:54] Shakura is action.
[04:56] So when shouldn't I be Abdun Shakura?
[04:57] Shouldn't I be Abd, a slave of Allah who does good?
[05:03] Actions to thank Allah?
[05:05] So why are we lacking in that?
[05:06] Yeah Allah.
[05:08] Why is it that only in Ramadan that we stand in the but the rest of the year where is that 11 rest of the year?
[05:15] And is for Ramadan there is no word in Hadith.
[05:20] This is and prayed that meaning in Bukhari he prayed that in Ramadan in Jama.
[05:25] But he prayed the rest of the year as well.
[05:29] Is more emphasis in Ramadan no doubt.
[05:31] We shouldn't forget it so this is the first part of the day he would start his day early with the worship of Allah and that would go on until close to the of Fajr.
[05:42] Okay.
[05:44] So imagine from the middle of the night or the third of the night that is such a long salawat.
[05:48] And if you cannot do all of that, make rak'atain.
[05:50] Yeah.
[05:52] You know, the Rasul did not specific specify a certain number for qiyam al-layl.
[05:55] So, if you make two rak'ah or 36 rak'ah, it's still qiyam al-layl, no problem.
[05:59] Pray it.
[06:00] But, end it with witr.
[06:01] Okay.
[06:02] So, one.
[06:03] Unit.
[06:03] One unit?
[06:04] Yeah.
[06:04] Odd.
[06:04] Whether you make it three with one tashahhud, but the regular way is to make two, make salam, and make one rak'ah witr to end.
[06:09] This is where Aisha said in Bukhari, rak'ah wahidah, I mean, one rak'ah was his end.
[06:16] Then, he would wait as the adhan would happen, and he would sit, and he would put his foot on the other.
[06:21] Yeah.
[06:21] And he would sit there and wait for the adhan.
[06:25] And the adhan would happen, he would go to the masjid.
[06:28] And before even going to the masjid at times, we see ahadith where Sahaba would come and discuss things with him, and he would give them answers and so on.
[06:38] And there's a beautiful hadith because when you talk about Sunnah, there is the fi'l of Nabi what Rasul did, there is the qawl of Rasulullah what he said, and there's iqrar which he saw and approved of.
[06:49] Mhm.
[06:49] It's a beautiful hadith.
[06:51] And I'm going to I'm going to really want you guys to think about this hadith.
[06:52] Like, focus, all right?
[06:55] You got my attention now.
[06:57] You got I got your attention, good.
[06:58] That's what I was going for.
[06:58] One day, the Prophet finished Fajr salah.
[07:01] So, this is Fajr.
[07:04] And he turned around, and he said, "Which one of you to the Sahaba gave sadaqah today?"
[07:10] Today, meaning after the adhan of Fajr until the salah started.
[07:14] They just started, right?
[07:16] From the adhan to the iqamah of Fajr, who gave sadaqah?
[07:19] Abu Bakr said, "Me, ya Rasulullah."
[07:23] He said, "Who visited a sick today?"
[07:28] Imagine.
[07:29] For by Fajr salah.
[07:31] Yeah, that's like 5:00 a.m. 4:00 a.m., 5:00 a.m., 6:00 a.m.
[07:33] And then he explained, he says that Abu Bakr on his way to the masjid heard about a Sahabi that who visit them to remind them to come to the masjid or ask about them on the way.
[07:45] On the way, they said, "Who gave sadaqa today?"
[07:48] He said, "Me."
[07:49] On the way to the masjid, he gave sadaqa.
[07:52] He said, "Who began this day fasting?"
[07:54] Abu Bakr said, "I did, O Messenger of Allah."
[07:56] He said, "Who prayed a janazah today?"
[07:57] He said, "I, O Messenger of Allah."
[07:59] Subhanallah.
[07:59] The Sahaba, radi Allahu anhu, they didn't delay the janazahs.
[08:05] You know, today we somebody dies, "No, no, no, no, his grandfather is not here, and his uncle is not here.
[08:08] We're going to wait 2 weeks.
[08:09] We're going to keep put him in a freezer because his aunt wants to see his body, and she's flying in from this country, and we're going to do a open casket, and people are going to come and do all this bid'ah and and give speeches and things."
[08:20] No.
[08:22] Sahaba were simple.
[08:24] You passed away, dunya is over, wash the body, put the coffin, bury him.
[08:26] So, on the way, in early morning, somebody died in the night, when they woke up, they saw that he was dead, they washed his body, they put the thing, and they buried him, did the janazah before Fajr salah.
[08:38] So, Abu Bakr prayed janazah, woke up fasting, gave sadaqa, visited the sick before Fajr.
[08:46] And the Prophet said, "Whoever combines these in one day, it's going to be from the people of Jannah."
[08:51] Right?
[08:53] So, let's do this, right?
[08:53] So, now look at the productivity there.
[08:56] No slacking.
[08:56] Yeah, so he would go before Fajr, he prayed Qiyam al-Layl, then he would rest a little bit, go to the masjid.
[09:03] Yes, and at times, even before that, he
[09:06] Would solve issues for people.
[09:07] Really, before Fajr?
[09:08] Fajr.
[09:08] Interesting.
[09:08] People would come and see him, and he would answer their questions before Fajr.
[09:13] When he prayed Fajr, alayhi salat wa salam, he would turn around to his companions and teach them.
[09:20] At times, he would ask them, "Has anybody seen a dream?"
[09:23] And when they said they did, he would interpret the dream for them.
[09:26] At times, he would tell them, if nobody else, then he would tell about his own dreams and teach them.
[09:31] And at times, he would turn around and teach them certain masail.
[09:34] We see many ahadith where he would turn around after Fajr and teach the Sahaba something.
[09:38] Very good.
[09:38] Then he would sit in the masjid as mentioned Sahih Muslim until Ishraq.
[09:43] Mhm.
[09:43] Until the shuruq, until the sun has risen.
[09:46] And he would make adkhar and he would make his dua and he would you know, have his personal time as well.
[09:53] And at times Omar said, people would come and they would ask him questions and he would answer them.
[09:58] Mhm.
[09:59] After that, he would go home.
[09:59] Mhm.
[10:01] And he would busy himself with his family matters.
[10:06] Okay.
[10:06] Right?
[10:06] Aisha for example in Hadith mentioned when the Prophet would come from the masjid, he would busy himself in helping around the house.
[10:14] Allah gave us such a beautiful example that he went home, he started helping his wife.
[10:19] He went home, he was giving lessons to his children, his grandchildren, he was teaching Hassan and Hussein a dua and adkhar.
[10:25] We see so many Hadith like this, right?
[10:27] Aisha said when he was in the house, he would help her in the house.
[10:31] If he saw there was dishes or mending mending his own clothes, he would go and do it.
[10:37] Mhm.
[10:38] Right?
[10:38] It doesn't mean that women should tell their husband, go mend your own clothes.
[10:41] No.
[10:42] But if a man out of his own goodness does that, that's a good sign.
[10:46] be rewarded for it.
[10:46] Yeah.
[10:46] But the taking care of the house and taking care of the the woman's responsibility and that was regularly done by the wives of the Prophet Muhammad but out of his goodness, he would help even in that.
[10:57] Mhm.
[10:57] And from there until Dhuhr, there was his time to deal with issues including the issues of the ummah that would come and so on.
[11:05] Then before Dhuhr or after it depending
[11:09] On the season, when it was very, very hot, he would take a nap.
[11:14] Oh, really?
[11:15] It's called qailula.
[11:16] Mhm.
[11:17] Qailula is sunnah.
[11:19] And this is something that's very productive as well.
[11:21] Very good.
[11:22] And I can tell you, my Sheikh told me and I've seen this in my own life that if you don't pray that or if you don't take that rest of qailula, you'll have a hard time with Tahajjud.
[11:32] Interesting.
[11:33] Yes.
[11:34] That's how they managed to pray at night every day.
[11:36] Yes.
[11:36] Okay.
[11:37] And this would be different amounts of times have been given within 20 minutes to half an hour to an hour plus would be a rest.
[11:45] Okay.
[11:45] In the time that it was very hot, they would delay the Dhuhr.
[11:50] So, you would take the Qailulah at the very hot time and then get up, make Wudu, and pray the Dhuhr.
[11:56] Subhanallah.
[11:56] And at times, they would pray the Dhuhr early so then the Qailulah would be after Dhuhr, but he would regularly take the nap.
[12:04] Take a Qailulah first.
[12:05] Yes.
[12:05] Then after that, again, dealing with the situation of the Ummah, for us.
[12:10] It would be like work and so on, and he prayed Asr Salah.
[12:14] Okay.
[12:14] And Asr Salah he prayed early.
[12:16] Mhm.
[12:16] Right?
[12:16] He didn't like to delay Asr.
[12:18] Today, sometimes people pray Asr right before Maghrib, but this is called the Salah of the Munafiq.
[12:23] Yeah.
[12:23] The Prophet did not allow us to delay Asr.
[12:25] Yeah, he says Hafiz Salah al-Wusta.
[12:27] Wusta, so in the Quran as well, Salat al-Wusta, which is Asr.
[12:30] So, he prayed the Asr.
[12:32] Then Maghrib, again, he prayed early.
[12:35] What did he do between Asr and Maghrib?
[12:37] So, these times between Dhuhr and Asr and Asr to Maghrib are work times.
[12:42] Okay, so worldly matters.
[12:44] Worldly matters, Deen matters, teaching matters.
[12:47] As a Khalifa, as a leader of the Muslim Ummah, he would have situations that came up, people that came to the Masjid, you know, sometimes he had to dedicate that time for family matters, sometimes he had to, but usually it was busy with the Ummah at that time.
[13:02] Right?
[13:02] Now, again, at this time the Prophet is not doing Tijarah and stuff as he was in his early life, but these would be the times for business as well.
[13:10] As the
[13:11] Other Sahabah would busy themselves in that time.
[13:13] Up until Maghrib.
[13:15] Okay.
[13:16] Maghrib, he would pray early and at Maghrib after the after he prayed his fard and he made his sunan, he would many times turn around, educate the brothers, educate the people in the Masjid, deal with things, go home after Maghrib, deal with his family matters, help around, again taking care of his daily needs, and he loved to delay Isha.
[13:36] Mhm.
[13:36] So, he loved to pray Isha late, not past the middle of the night.
[13:41] Yeah.
[13:42] But late.
[13:42] And he liked to speak and do all his things before Isha.
[13:46] Between Maghrib and Isha was also a very productive time.
[13:49] Mhm.
[13:50] When he prayed Isha, he liked to go straight to sleep.
[13:53] Interesting.
[13:54] He didn't like to speak after Isha.
[13:56] Right.
[13:57] So, at times the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam had even Sahih Muslim, he would delay the Isha very late, and people Sahaba would be sitting there nodding.
[14:05] And then he told Aisha Radhiallahu Anha that I I would like to pray Isha always late, but I don't want it to be a fitna.
[14:13] On the burden on the people.
[14:15] Otherwise, this is the time for Isha, right?
[14:17] And was that what what what time was that?
[14:18] The first third of the night?
[14:19] Again, because I mean, we cannot say like 9:00 p.m., 8:00 p.m. because of the thing, but it would be in the first third towards the end of it.
[14:25] Okay.
[14:27] But never past the middle of the night.
[14:29] And for people to understand, it's a good point that we mentioned, the night doesn't mean midnight or whatever the time is.
[14:34] It's between the time of Maghrib and the time of Fajr.
[14:35] That's what the night is.
[14:37] But you know what's interesting?
[14:39] I've done a like a kind of case study.
[14:42] Mhm.
[14:43] Almost everywhere, if you take the Adhan of Maghrib and Fajr, you will get almost always the middle of the night is 12:00.
[14:50] Subhanallah.
[14:51] It's kind of interesting.
[14:51] Yeah, interesting.
[14:52] Yeah, because sometimes the day is longer and shorter, but that middle stays, you know, it's interesting.
[14:57] Yeah, because Maghrib and Fajr would stretch both.
[14:58] As in, Maghrib would be later, Fajr is shorter.
[14:59] If Maghrib is earlier, then Fajr usually is there as well.
[15:03] Day is longer, then the Maghrib will be early and the Fajr will be late, but the middle will still be in the middle.
[15:08] Middle, yeah.
[15:08] And sometimes Maghrib will be late and Fajr will be early, but the middle will stay in the middle.
[15:12] But
[15:13] Again, I mean, we're not saying 12:00 exactly, of the night between Maghrib and Fajr.
[15:17] So, if you want to know it, take the Maghrib Adhan, take the Fajr Adhan, get divided, and that's your middle.
[15:22] So, before that but towards the later but again at times he would pray early to make it easy for the people and so on.
[15:28] After Isha regularly he didn't like to speak but there are Sahih like mentioned the authentic Hadith that I I was with the Prophet after Isha and Abu Bakr and we were discussing the important things for the Ummah and I was sitting with them.
[15:44] So there are times in fact there Hadith that mentioned at time the Prophet sat after Isha and gave the Sahaba advice and things till close to the Adhan of Fajr.
[15:55] Okay.
[15:57] So those are occasional times.
[15:57] Right?
[15:59] So there are times where yes you will have to yani spend the night in different because the Ummah is going through a situation or you're teaching a certain series and so on.
[16:07] We're doing literally right now it's it's literally if we if we look at time right now it's 4:29 and we're in the.
[16:13] Middle of Ramadan so literally Fajr is in 1 hour as we're speaking.
[16:17] So again these are certain situations that come up and nothing wrong with that and I'll tell you a beautiful example.
[16:21] Um Imam al-Bayhaqi he mentions in the Manakib of Imam Shafi'i and it's not a Hadith this is a story about one of the Imam which is Imam Shafi'i and Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal.
[16:31] So we're not judging it like a Hadith.
[16:33] So Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal was a student of Imam Shafi'i and he loved Imam Shafi'i and they were very close and Imam Shafi'i loved Ahmad ibn Hanbal and he would tell him you know more about Hadith than me so if you hear a Hadith that I say that's not authentic correct me and so on and tell me the Hadith is Sahih.
[16:48] So I mean had a very beautiful relationship.
[16:50] Even though he was a teacher and student but because Imam Ahmad was more knowledgeable in Hadith Imam Shafi'i would refer to him in many times in issues of Hadith so they had a very like loving relationship as well as a student and teacher.
[17:02] Imam Ahmad would praise Imam Shafi'i to his family.
[17:07] You know the sons of Imam Ahmad were also scholars you know Abdullah and Salih so when they were young to encourage them he would tell them my.
[17:14] Teacher Shafi'i like this and and Shafi'i was a Zahid and a and a person of yani who didn't care about the worldly life.
[17:19] He was a person who prayed a lot.
[17:21] He was a person of knowledge.
[17:23] So, you should encourage your children and your families with the praise of good people.
[17:29] So, you connect their hearts with them.
[17:32] You know, not like, "Oh, this actor was in this movie and this or this politician and this sports guy."
[17:38] Like, fusaq and fujar, don't praise them.
[17:40] Like, I'm sick of that, right?
[17:42] Praise the people of goodness to to get your children to look up to them.
[17:44] Don't be This guy kicked the ball so many times.
[17:46] Who cares, right?
[17:48] So, one day Imam Shafi'i decided to come and visit Imam Ahmad and stay in his house.
[17:53] So, now this was a big deal.
[17:55] And Imam Ahmad yani was a very strict Zahid.
[17:58] Zahid meaning he was he he didn't love the dunya.
[18:01] He was a very strict person for the akhirah.
[18:03] So, every night he had the routine of the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam as well, which is that he would have a bowl and a miswak ready.
[18:11] And he would, as the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam would, get up in the middle of.
[18:14] The night and he would make wudu and he would do the siwak and he would pray and then he would go to the masjid and so on.
[18:19] Imam Shafi'i came.
[18:22] And the children of Imam Ahmad left for him the bowl like they did for their father and a miswak and everything ready.
[18:30] In the morning, Imam Shafi'i went for Fajr without having touched the water.
[18:35] So, now the children of Imam Ahmad were like, "You know, you praised this guy so much."
[18:39] He didn't not only did he not get up for Tahajjud, he didn't even make wudu and he went for Fajr, you know?
[18:44] Like like the water is still there, you know?"
[18:45] But, Imam Ahmad never allowed anybody to have any of these kind of things about anybody.
[18:51] So, he asked Imam Shafi'i.
[18:52] Imam Shafi'i said, "Look, I put my head down and I started to think of masail."
[18:56] In some of the narrations of this story, they mentioned 70.
[18:58] And some mentioned different numbers.
[19:02] And I contemplated on these masail for the ummah.
[19:05] In one of the narrations of this, it's about one hadith.
[19:06] What does masail mean?
[19:09] Masail are the technical issues.
[19:11] You know, what can we benefits we can derive that we for the ummah?
[19:13] He
[19:16] Said I started thinking of benefit for the ummah.
[19:19] In one hadith or one of the narration of the story said 70 and some mention more and so on.
[19:23] Some mention thousand, 7,000 and so on.
[19:25] Whatever it was, but many of them until the adhan of Fajr.
[19:28] I didn't even sleep.
[19:30] That's why he didn't need to make wudu again.
[19:31] He still had his wudu.
[19:33] And he went straight to the masjid, right?
[19:35] So, again, at times, yes, you can stay up all night as Imam Abu Hanifah was famous that he would pray his Fajr with the wudu from his Isha.
[19:43] Imam Muslim, that's how he died.
[19:45] He was researching and eating dates at night hadith and you know, he whether he ate overate or ate something rotten and so on, but he died from it, but he was up all night doing this research.
[19:55] So on.
[19:56] So at times for the ummah, yes, you will stay up, but the regular way of the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam is after Isha, he would go to sleep.
[20:04] Until the middle of the night and then he would get up and he would awake awaken his family members, his wives, his children to come and pray and then he would begin the day from that middle of the night.
[20:14] So, this.
[20:16] is the the routine of the Prophet
[20:18] Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam.
[20:19] And
[20:20] if we can, again, it's a very important
[20:23] thing to utilize your early morning.
[20:26] Really? What's What's so specific about
[20:28] the morning?
[20:28] There's hadith. The Prophet Sallallahu
[20:30] Alaihi Wasallam said, "Oh Allah, put
[20:31] barakah in the early mornings of my
[20:33] ummah." Really? Yeah, so going to sleep
[20:35] after Fajr is not a good idea. At times
[20:38] you have to. I get it, you know, cuz
[20:39] people are up late. Some people work
[20:41] night shifts. I get it. It's not haram,
[20:44] but if you want barakah in your time,
[20:46] don't sleep after Fajr. Stay awake. Very
[20:49] good. So, it seems like from the story,
[20:52] the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam's
[20:53] routine was geared towards the ibadah
[20:56] and also productivity. He would make the
[20:58] most out of his time. How could we
[21:00] replicate that in today's day and age?
[21:01] If people are running a business,
[21:02] working, how could they balance their
[21:04] journey so they both focus on the deen,
[21:06] but also stay productive. First thing,
[21:09] don't doom scroll.
[21:11] Don't sit there and waste 3 hours
[21:13] watching shorts that benefited you
[21:14] nothing.
[21:15] Yes, they may be funny. Yes, there may
[21:18] be funny pet videos or, you know, fails
[21:21] or kid fails and all these things that
[21:24] just entertain you, but you're wasting
[21:26] time.
[21:28] People say I don't have time. They're
[21:29] lying.
[21:30] They don't use their time correctly.
[21:32] Mhm. How can they use their time
[21:33] correctly? Look. First thing what not to
[21:36] do. Okay.
[21:37] Right? Doom scrolling has ruined our
[21:39] generations. Just swipe, swipe. People
[21:43] can't even wait for a 30-second video to
[21:44] be over. They're already bored. How will
[21:46] you learn knowledge? How will you learn
[21:47] Quran if you don't have that attention
[21:49] span?
[21:49] deep. Don't doom scroll. Second,
[21:53] don't waste time with even mubah things.
[21:57] What does that mean? Mubah means maybe
[21:58] they're not haram. Like obviously music
[22:01] and looking at woman indecently dressed
[22:03] or women looking at men indecently
[22:05] dressed. That's haram.
[22:06] Yeah. Right?
[22:08] But even things like sports, right? Even
[22:12] if the awrah's covered and things, what
[22:13] benefit? People sit and watch a 3-hour
[22:16] sports match and
[22:19] they say they don't have time for Quran.
[22:20] They don't have time for dawah.
[22:22] People watch Netflix
[22:24] series for
[22:27] 30 hours that week.
[22:29] They binge watch it, bingeing it, right?
[22:32] And then they don't have time for Quran.
[22:34] People sit and watch
[22:36] Ertugrul and all these and make the
[22:38] excuse as if they're doing this for the
[22:40] deen. Instead of watching Ertugrul, why
[22:42] couldn't you read the Quran? Why
[22:43] couldn't you read hadith? Why couldn't
[22:45] you watch a series on dawah or on fiqh
[22:48] or on hadith? Why couldn't you watch
[22:49] lessons and benefit yourself? For me, I
[22:52] don't even like nasheeds.
[22:54] Even if they're halal, even if they have
[22:56] no music, even if they're I don't like
[22:57] nasheeds. What did I benefit from a
[22:58] nasheed? Right? Now, I'm saying all
[23:01] this,
[23:03] but I want to make a caveat. Cuz some
[23:05] people then go to an extreme.
[23:07] At times, you need to
[23:10] invest your time with your family,
[23:14] which is not a waste of time.
[23:16] The Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam
[23:18] had that balance.
[23:20] At the Eid, there were people that came
[23:23] and they were performing in the masjid
[23:25] and outside. And they were people who
[23:28] were acrobats, who were throwing
[23:29] weapons, you know, throwing knives and,
[23:31] you know, kind of catching them. Like
[23:32] like entertainment.
[23:33] Yeah. What did the Prophet Sallallahu
[23:35] Alaihi Wasallam do? Did he Did he stop
[23:36] them?
[23:36] Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam, not only did
[23:37] he not stop them, but he brought Aisha
[23:40] Radiyallahu Anha covered, obviously,
[23:42] sitting behind him, so she could see,
[23:45] but being screened, she could see this.
[23:48] So, he sat with his wife and watched
[23:49] that entertainment.
[23:50] Very good. Why did he do this? Because
[23:51] that's a bonding you need.
[23:53] Right? When I was raising my children in
[23:55] America, it was difficult.
[23:58] A lot of my friends, the way they did it
[24:00] is they were very harsh. No TV, no
[24:03] games, no fun, no nothing, just Quran,
[24:05] Hadith. Their kids rebelled.
[24:08] They ran away from the deen. It was just
[24:10] harshness.
[24:11] For me, I was friends with my sons. My
[24:13] sons and me grew up as friends. At
[24:15] times, we joke. At times, we would play
[24:17] a video game together within boundaries.
[24:20] Right? Why? Cuz if you just take it to a
[24:23] very strict, harsh level,
[24:26] then there's depression. Then, there is
[24:29] lack of product activity because you
[24:30] become paralyzed with
[24:32] with extremes.
[24:33] How could people balance it out? How
[24:34] could they know the balance? The balance
[24:36] is the life of the Prophet Sallallahu
[24:37] Alaihi Wasallam. At times,
[24:39] invest that time of sitting with your
[24:41] wife, sitting with your son, sitting
[24:44] with your daughter, sitting with your
[24:45] mother, and within the halal, not haram,
[24:48] like, you know, within the halal,
[24:50] have some entertainment. You know? Have
[24:53] some things that's fun.
[24:54] What would be the limit?
[24:55] The limit is always
[24:58] if there is nothing haram in it. right?
[24:59] You're going to give people they're
[25:00] going to say this is supposed to be
[25:02] halal let me watch it for 20 hours.
[25:03] Yeah, so this is they know that's wrong.
[25:05] That's that's extreme. Your heart knows
[25:07] that's wrong. Mhm. So, it's what's
[25:08] within reason as long as there's
[25:09] benefit.
[25:10] As long as it's as long as as it is a
[25:13] bonding for you and your family. And
[25:15] there may be some aspects that are not
[25:17] halal in it because that's the world we
[25:19] live in unfortunately, right? Even in a
[25:21] cartoon sometimes, even if you take the
[25:23] music out and all of that stuff and you
[25:25] get you know, it it
[25:26] you have to look at the the balance
[25:28] there, right? I'm not because I'm giving
[25:30] practical advice. I could give you book
[25:32] advice.
[25:33] Yeah. But that's not going to help you,
[25:34] right? You need to have a bond with your
[25:37] wife. You need to have a bond with your
[25:38] children. You need to have a bond with
[25:40] your siblings. And and that at times may
[25:42] be something that is entertaining, but
[25:44] schedule that. Okay.
[25:46] Make that not every day for 6 hours a
[25:49] day, right? Not, you know, like
[25:51] Rasulullah sallallahu alaihi wasallam
[25:53] spent that time with his wife. Spent
[25:55] time with his children. Joked with his
[25:58] children.
[25:59] You know, even subhanallah the hadith
[26:01] that Imam Shafi'i was contemplating upon
[26:04] was the hadith of Anas ibn Malik's
[26:07] younger brother, Umayr. Mhm.
[26:09] So, he had a small bird. So, they called
[26:12] him Numayr. So, his bird died. So, the
[26:15] Prophet joked with this young child to
[26:18] to kind of make him feel better. And ya
[26:20] Umayr, ma fa'ala Numayr? You know what
[26:21] happened to your bird? Like like he
[26:23] would take that time to even speak to
[26:26] children in a kind manner. Yeah. The
[26:28] Prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam would
[26:29] at times play with Hasan and Husayn
[26:32] radiyallahu anhuma
[26:33] even at times when he was making salah
[26:36] and they sat on his neck. Imagine today
[26:38] if some little kid comes and you
[26:39] backhand them, you know? We're mad
[26:41] nowadays, eh? The Prophet stayed in
[26:43] sujud.
[26:44] So, he didn't want to toss them off.
[26:47] You know, until they left themselves.
[26:48] Look at how kind he was. Right? At times
[26:51] he raced with his wife Aisha
[26:54] sahih Hadith Aisha said when I first
[26:56] married the Prophet
[26:58] we raced and I was able to beat him in
[27:00] the race. But then as you know marriage
[27:03] and so on she gained weight and things
[27:04] that we raced and imagine the Prophet
[27:06] was older age but he was that physically
[27:08] fit he beat her in the race, right? So
[27:11] he was having that entertainment with
[27:13] his wife that bonding but that's for a
[27:16] particular time
[27:17] balance But the Prophet would never as
[27:21] and this I'm going to go back to the
[27:22] Hadith of Aisha that said he helped
[27:24] around the house he said but when the
[27:26] Adhan happened his face changed like he
[27:28] didn't know us. Meaning he never
[27:30] compromised on the Deen
[27:33] Cuz brothers nowadays sometimes they get
[27:35] too soft. You know, you're like brother
[27:37] let's go to the Masjid man. I'm I'm
[27:39] trying to help my wife around the house.
[27:41] I'm holding the baby cuz she wants to
[27:43] you know go and learn some
[27:45] Whatever you know make-up class or
[27:47] something like that right? Like like
[27:48] like it's good to bond and help but but
[27:50] don't don't lose your priorities. When
[27:54] it comes time for Dawah it's time for
[27:56] Dawah.
[27:56] When the Prophet
[27:58] had to go out for
[27:59] or for Dawah or whatever he never
[28:01] compromised that.
[28:03] Neither did the Sahaba it wasn't a
[28:05] choice then as the Deen is a priority.
[28:08] But when you have your downtime when you
[28:11] have done your responsibilities to spend
[28:14] some time with your family for bonding
[28:17] you know for things like the Prophet
[28:19] did with Aisha
[28:22] you know whether it's sports whether
[28:23] it's some halal form of entertainment
[28:26] even if some of it will be edgy in the
[28:29] in that sense like like the men playing
[28:31] somebody could criticize that but but
[28:33] this is an exception like in Eid when
[28:36] the little girls were playing the duff.
[28:38] Now Abu Bakr got upset because he knew
[28:41] that musical instruments generally what
[28:43] Haram is something known by the Sahaba
[28:45] no doubt But,
[28:48] the duff, one particular type of drum,
[28:51] when there's celebrations, an exception
[28:53] to the general rule of tahrim was made.
[28:55] The Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam
[28:56] said, "It is their Eid and it's the day
[28:58] of celebration. Leave them."
[29:00] So, at times that entertainment was
[29:02] permissible, but in its place. That
[29:04] doesn't mean now you bring the guitar
[29:05] and you make that halal and you're
[29:07] sitting there, you know, listening to
[29:09] music concert with your family. No.
[29:11] Right? But, it's Eid day, take your
[29:13] children, you know, go and and and and
[29:16] play some sports with them and have some
[29:18] fun entertainment within the halal as
[29:21] best you can. Today, even if we take
[29:23] them to a mall, there's going to be some
[29:24] aspects of haram. I know. Like, I live
[29:26] in this world. I don't live, you know,
[29:28] in another world where I'm just going to
[29:29] give you dry advice. But, minimize that
[29:32] as best you can. Okay. So, that's you
[29:34] mentioned what not to do when it comes
[29:36] to avoiding doom scrolling and so forth
[29:38] and making sure there's always a
[29:39] balance, right? Now, what is it to do to
[29:42] stay productive and also spend some time
[29:44] on the day? First thing, schedule.
[29:47] The Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam,
[29:48] as we went through this, had a schedule.
[29:50] Always. You know, what time he woke up
[29:52] regularly,
[29:53] how he went for Fajr, what he did after
[29:55] Fajr, how he went for Dhuhr.
[29:57] What's the best time for productivity?
[29:59] After Fajr. Always. Or after. For me,
[30:02] right?
[30:03] Personally, I also work best at night.
[30:06] Well, that's like a personal thing,
[30:08] right? And like I said, many of the Imam
[30:10] of the past, they did as well. You know,
[30:12] Ibn Taymiyyah and then Nawawi and others
[30:14] were known to spend their nights in
[30:16] writing and collecting Hadith and so on.
[30:18] And I find therefore personally, I focus
[30:21] at night. But,
[30:23] when I used to study, for example, my
[30:25] schedule used to be like this. When I
[30:27] was in Amarat, for example, before Fajr,
[30:29] I would go to the masjid early for the
[30:32] Adhan and I would sit with a particular
[30:33] Sheikh and revise my Quran with him and
[30:36] do whatever prayer and things. Pray Fajr
[30:38] with him. Then, with a separate Sheikh
[30:40] who was the Imam of the masjid, I would
[30:42] learn my new Quran lesson from there and
[30:44] sit with them till Ishraq. I used to
[30:46] have my sons with me. After from Ishraq
[30:48] to Dhuhr, I used to have a break to
[30:50] spend time with my family. Come home,
[30:52] take your shower, help, go clean,
[30:55] whatever you got to do, right?
[30:57] From Dhuhr to Maghrib, I used to be with
[30:59] my Sheikh.
[31:01] So, I used to go study with Dr. Sadiq
[31:02] Al-Manna in his house in his library.
[31:05] So, Dhuhr to Asr we did Hadith, Asr to
[31:07] Maghrib I'm sorry, Dhuhr to Asr we did
[31:09] Fiqh. And Asr to Maghrib we did Hadith.
[31:12] Right? From Maghrib to Isha I would take
[31:14] a break again. I would go home, spend
[31:16] time with the family, have dinner, and
[31:17] so on. After Isha, I used to have a
[31:20] Sheikh from Azhar used to come and teach
[31:22] me Arabic. So, we did like grammar, Nahw
[31:24] Al-Ajrumiyyah, Qatr Al-Nada, and so on.
[31:25] When would you sleep? So, then after
[31:27] that Dars, I would sleep until the So,
[31:30] meaning usually from around 11:00 p.m.
[31:34] to about 2:00 3:00 a.m. would be my
[31:35] sleep time.
[31:37] That's it. Very little. Yeah. So, Friday
[31:39] was off? Yeah. But, Friday then I would
[31:41] go spend time with the Sheikh just to
[31:42] benefit from him.
[31:43] Masha'Allah. Tabarakallah. So, we can
[31:45] see that from the Sunnah, the best time
[31:47] is in the mornings. And Subhanallah,
[31:49] that's what we hear a lot when it comes
[31:50] to entrepreneurial advice, they say have
[31:51] a good morning routine, and always start
[31:53] early in the morning. And those are
[31:54] non-Muslims. Yeah. They say I'm
[31:56] productive in the morning, I'm fresh in
[31:57] the morning, they start fresh from work.
[31:58] We can see again Subhanallah from the
[32:00] Sunnah of the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi
[32:01] Wasallam, starting early in the morning.
[32:02] for this time. May Allah bless this time
[32:04] for the Muslim Ummah. So, the best time
[32:06] to work and be productive is after Fajr.
[32:08] After Fajr. Okay. Mind is fresh. Yeah.
[32:10] But, get some sleep at night. Don't
[32:13] oversleep.
[32:14] So, sleep after Isha. Yes. Then, wake up
[32:16] before Fajr, pray. Yes. Then, pray Fajr,
[32:19] get to work until Dhuhr, then take a
[32:22] little nap. Yes. Like the Prophet used
[32:24] to do. Beautiful. 20 minutes to an hour
[32:25] plus, if depending on how tired you are.
[32:27] Then, what would you do between Dhuhr
[32:28] and Asr after the nap? Productivity
[32:30] again. This is your time to learn your
[32:32] Deen, whether whether like for me, Mhm.
[32:35] I used to use even later when I was
[32:37] working, I used to work early.
[32:39] Mhm. Any 6:00 a.m. I used to be at work
[32:41] already. 3:00 p.m. I was done. This
[32:43] after that was my time to revise my
[32:45] matoon, revise my Quran, do my personal
[32:48] research, and so on. Then, I would have
[32:50] my family time, dinner together, eat,
[32:53] joke, laugh. I home school my kids, so I
[32:55] would catch them up on their homework,
[32:57] and so on. Then, Maghrib to Isha was my
[32:59] masjid time. Maghrib I would go and stay
[33:01] until Isha. Teaching, learning,
[33:04] revising, sitting, dawah, shura, and so
[33:07] on. After Isha, come home,
[33:09] whatever sit with the family for a few
[33:11] minutes, go straight to sleep. Very
[33:12] good. So, we can see from the Prophet we
[33:14] mentioned wake up before Fajr, pray
[33:16] Qiyam al-Layl, pray Fajr, then get to
[33:19] start being productive, pray Dhuhr, get
[33:22] a little break, get a nap, get back to
[33:23] work, be productive again, whether
[33:25] that's deen or, you know, amalu dunya if
[33:27] you're working. Then, at Asr, what do
[33:30] you do between Asr and Maghrib? So,
[33:32] again, this is a time that you can
[33:34] utilize for being with your family, for
[33:36] catching up on things that you need to
[33:37] get done.
[33:38] if you need to buy some things.
[33:39] Sure. And then, Maghrib to Isha, try to
[33:42] spend that time for the sake of Allah
[33:43] Subhana Wa Ta'ala.
[33:44] What you have to do, masjid, so on. And
[33:47] then, you can delay Isha. I mean, of
[33:49] course, because we pray in the jama'ah,
[33:51] whatever time the masjid prays prays,
[33:52] but if you have control over it, pray it
[33:54] later, so you get everything done. Food,
[33:56] eating, family before Isha. You pray
[33:59] Isha, go to sleep. Very good. And that's
[34:01] the routine of the Prophet.
[34:02] Sallallahu alayhi wasallam. Generally,
[34:04] like you said. Yeah, yeah, of course,
[34:05] there's exceptions, but that's the main
[34:06] routine he would follow. Is that the
[34:07] routine the companions would follow as
[34:09] well?
[34:09] Yes. And this is the general routine of
[34:11] the Sahabah
[34:12] Anhum. Yeah. And again, there are
[34:13] situations that come up, and so on. You
[34:15] need to be flexible on that. But,
[34:17] regularly, you should have a routine.
[34:20] And
[34:21] I'm going to speak to you directly here.
[34:23] If you're sleeping 10 hours a day, what
[34:25] is wrong with you?
[34:26] Why why do you need 10 hours of sleep?
[34:29] Look,
[34:30] personally, if you sleep, in my opinion,
[34:33] and again, this is just a personal
[34:34] opinion, if you sleep more than 6 hours,
[34:37] you're wasting your life. Really? More
[34:39] than 6 hours, you're you're excessive in
[34:41] your sleep.
[34:41] Really? Personally, I'm not a doctor,
[34:43] right? It's personal nasiha. Personal.
[34:45] Right?
[34:46] Get 4 to 6 hours of sleep.
[34:49] Right? Couple that with a qailula nap,
[34:53] Yeah. you're good. Very good. And you
[34:55] know, one advice that that people
[34:56] mention, and I would almost also
[34:57] mention, is the sleeping time is
[35:00] important on your recovery. Yeah. We see
[35:02] that Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam
[35:03] was sleeping after Isha. The scientists
[35:05] who made research and said that the
[35:07] sleep you would get on the early part of
[35:09] the night is better for your recovery
[35:11] than the sleep you get later during the
[35:13] night, which means in if you would take
[35:15] today's time, before Isha, usually Isha
[35:17] is around 7:00, 8:00, or 9:00 p.m., that
[35:20] sleep from 9:00 p.m. to midnight will
[35:22] give you more recovery than the midnight
[35:24] to 3:00 a.m. I've read
[35:26] I've read a research which said the
[35:27] sleep of night is twice the benefit of
[35:31] your daytime sleep.
[35:32] Yeah, subhanallah. So, you can see as if
[35:34] you mentioned you sleep 6 hours, but
[35:35] that's early, let's say you sleep 9:00
[35:36] p.m. to 3:00 a.m., that's your 6 hours,
[35:39] you get a lot of productive sleep, and
[35:41] then you you pray qiyam al-layl, you
[35:43] start your day have a little qailula,
[35:44] your day is so much longer. Like, think
[35:46] about it. Imagine the barakah you can
[35:48] have if you wake up at 3:00, 4:00 a.m.,
[35:50] and you feel fresh. Imagine how much you
[35:53] can achieve. Until Dhuhr, that's 10
[35:55] hours. You can have 10 hours of
[35:57] productivity, and it's just Dhuhr time.
[35:59] Imagine this. Yeah. Then you pray, take
[36:01] a nap, you had a whole day of work, 10
[36:03] hours, that's a complete day of work,
[36:05] plus a nap, and it's not even Asr time
[36:07] yet. Imagine how much you can achieve.
[36:09] And then you get to work again, help
[36:10] your family, it's Asr time, carry on
[36:13] with the dunya and and working on
[36:14] certain things, it's Maghrib time, spend
[36:16] some time on your deen, learn about the
[36:18] deen, it's Isha time, time to go back to
[36:20] your family, go back home, sleep.
[36:22] Imagine the amazing day you had, and
[36:23] then you go to sleep, wake up again the
[36:25] next day. So much productivity.
[36:27] It is beautiful. Look, if you're not
[36:28] getting at least two to four hours of
[36:30] sleep, you might be kind of not harming
[36:33] yourself. So, I'm just saying as a
[36:34] public safety at PSA here, get get get,
[36:37] you know, four to six hours, you're
[36:39] good. But, if you're sleeping 10 Like, I
[36:41] talked to a brother the other day, he
[36:42] said he sleeps 12 hours a day. That's
[36:44] half of the day. I don't know what
[36:45] you're doing with your life.
[36:45] That means he spends Do you realize that
[36:47] means he spends half of his days of the
[36:49] month
[36:50] That's crazy. Imagine half of his life
[36:51] is just sleeping.
[36:53] And then the bathroom, and then
[36:55] whatever. You can't waste life. You got
[36:57] a short life. You have to get
[36:58] accomplished things. Get motivated. Get
[37:00] ready. Get productive. If you're not
[37:03] being productive every day, every moment
[37:06] of your life, you're wasting the most
[37:08] valuable asset you have. And on the last
[37:10] tip, I leave people with this. A lot of
[37:11] people struggle when it comes to how to
[37:13] schedule their day, and how to make sure
[37:15] their day stays productive when it comes
[37:16] to balancing deen and dunya. And we
[37:18] subconsciously
[37:20] mentioned it here. One of the best
[37:21] advice I received and I had till this
[37:23] day I implement is scheduling your work
[37:27] around your prayers. Yes. So, you take
[37:29] your calendar, it's empty. The first
[37:31] thing you slot in there is your prayers.
[37:32] Yes. Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, and
[37:35] Isha. That's the first thing you put in
[37:36] there, and you put your work around it.
[37:38] When I started doing this, number one,
[37:40] everything was so much more structured
[37:42] cuz the time of the prayers makes sense.
[37:43] That's the time when the sun rises, that
[37:45] is the time when the sun sets, etc.
[37:47] And we can see
[37:48] that's how the Prophet was running his
[37:49] day. Yes. And from that, you always have
[37:52] your routine, you never miss your
[37:53] prayer, and you always have a structure.
[37:55] Allah. You know, I had a non-Muslim
[37:57] economics professor.
[37:59] And this was at Mesa College in San
[38:01] Diego.
[38:02] And one time I I used to wear a thobe to
[38:04] school. So, I mean, you know, he knew I
[38:06] was very visibly Muslim.
[38:08] And
[38:09] you know, he said something few times,
[38:11] but one thing that's very interesting.
[38:13] One day he was talking about economics
[38:15] and time management and growing your
[38:19] wealth and so on. And he said, "You know
[38:20] what? One of the best examples I've ever
[38:23] seen." He said, "I used to live in Saudi
[38:24] Arabia." He used to be a professor in
[38:26] Saudi. He was not Muslim.
[38:27] Yeah.
[38:28] And he said, "You know, the Saudi
[38:30] people, they have already an amazing
[38:33] schedule laid out from their prayers."
[38:34] Subhanallah. He said, "You know, That's
[38:36] coming from a non-Muslim.
[38:37] non-Muslim.
[38:38] Allahu akbar. He said, "I would be
[38:39] sitting in meetings and they would say,
[38:41] 'After Fajr, you know, we're going to do
[38:43] this. After Asr and and he would be
[38:45] like, 'What's that?'"
[38:45] Yeah. And he said, "There were five
[38:47] reminders every day Allahu akbar. to be
[38:50] on schedule, you know? Like you were
[38:51] thinking about the Adhan being like a
[38:53] Like you know, he's like, "Okay, if I if
[38:55] if I would tell my Saudi
[38:56] uh yani co-worker, and he would say, 'I
[38:58] want to get this done by Asr.' If he
[39:00] heard the Adhan for Asr, he would
[39:01] realize that he hasn't gotten his task
[39:03] done and you'd get on point." So, he he
[39:06] was like he he goes, "You know, they get
[39:07] these five calendar reminders out on
[39:10] speakers every day." And I was like,
[39:11] "He's talking about the Adhan, you
[39:12] know?" Subhanallah. So, it's beautiful
[39:14] to schedule your day around salawat.
[39:17] Subhanallah. That's amazing. So, if you
[39:19] want to be the most productive,
[39:21] who else than the best human on earth to
[39:23] take example on? The Prophet Sallallahu
[39:25] alayhi wasallam would start his day
[39:26] before Fajr by praying, then pray Fajr,
[39:29] then straight away get to be productive.
[39:31] And he was productive up until Dhuhr,
[39:34] pray Dhuhr, take a little nap, rest,
[39:36] then get back to being productive until
[39:38] Asr, pray again, get back to being
[39:40] productive along with it, pray Maghrib.
[39:43] Between Maghrib and Isha, he would spend
[39:45] time focusing on the deen. Then he would
[39:47] delay Isha up until the first third of
[39:49] the night. Then he would pray and and
[39:51] straight away go back to sleep after
[39:53] Isha. He wouldn't like to speak after
[39:54] Isha. And that's the best routine you
[39:56] can have, the routine of the Prophet
[39:58] Sallallahu alayhi wasallam. So, if you
[39:58] want to be a productive entrepreneur,
[40:00] take example on the Prophet Sallallahu
[40:02] alayhi wasallam and the companions,
[40:04] follow his routine and be productive.
[40:06] Barakallahu feekum for watching the
[40:07] episode. Keep watching the series. May
[40:09] Allah bless you. Salaam alaykum.
