Translation: zh-TW

[00:00] Stop comparing

[00:03] and start growing.

[00:05] Focus on yourself,

[00:07] beloved ones.

[00:09] The moment you begin comparing yourself

[00:12] with another human being,

[00:15] you have already abandoned your own

[00:17] path.

[00:20] And this abandonment

[00:22] creates a subtle suffering

[00:25] that follows you everywhere like a

[00:28] shadow.

[00:30] Because now your life is no longer

[00:33] rooted in your own consciousness,

[00:36] but in the opinions, achievements,

[00:39] appearances, and expectations of others.

[00:44] And naturally this leads to inner

[00:46] division.

[00:48] Because deep within yourself something

[00:51] knows you were not born to imitate.

[00:55] You were not born to become a

[00:57] second-rate version of somebody else.

[01:01] You were born to become yourself completely, intensely, authentically.

[01:10] But society is afraid of authentic people.

[01:14] Because authentic people cannot be controlled easily.

[01:19] They cannot be manipulated through fear and ambition in the same way unconscious people can.

[01:26] And so from the very beginning humanity is conditioned away from its own center and pushed toward comparison, competition, imitation, and conformity.

[01:42] A child arrives in this world innocent, overflowing with natural energy, carrying a unique fragrance that existence has never created before.

[02:00] And almost immediately, the world begins

[02:03] shaping him according to external standards.

[02:09] He is praised when he behaves like others expect.

[02:15] He is criticized when he follows his own spontaneous intelligence.

[02:22] And slowly, the child learns that acceptance comes through imitation, not authenticity.

[02:31] Then comparison enters like poison into the roots of consciousness.

[02:37] He begins wondering whether he is good enough, intelligent enough, attractive enough, successful enough, and spiritual enough.

[02:49] And through these questions, his attention moves away from his own being entirely.

[02:57] Instead of discovering himself, he becomes occupied with measuring himself

[03:03] Against others.

[03:06] And beloved ones, the tragedy is not simply that comparison creates jealousy or insecurity.

[03:14] The deeper tragedy is that comparison prevents self-discovery.

[03:20] A man obsessed with another person's path cannot hear the whisper of his own soul.

[03:28] He becomes so busy looking sideways that he forgets to look inwards.

[03:36] Look at humanity carefully, and you will see that most people are not truly living.

[03:44] They are competing psychologically.

[03:48] Even their pleasures are competitive.

[03:52] A man buys a house not because he loves the house, but because it impresses others.

[04:01] Another buys expensive clothes

[04:05] not because they bring comfort, but because they create a status.

[04:12] Someone pursues a career not because it fulfills his consciousness, but because society praises it.

[04:23] Even relationships become infected by comparison.

[04:28] People compare their marriages, compare their beauty, compare their children, compare their lifestyles, compare their spirituality.

[04:40] And because comparison has no end, peace never arrives.

[04:46] The ego survives through endless measurement.

[04:51] If you feel superior to someone, arrogance arises.

[04:57] If you feel inferior, insecurity arises.

[05:03] But both superiority and inferiority are

[05:07] two sides of the same unconsciousness

[05:11] because both depend upon comparison.

[05:15] The truly aware person is neither

[05:17] superior nor inferior.

[05:17] He simply is.

[05:24] He understands that existence has never

[05:27] created another being exactly like him.

[05:31] And therefore, comparison becomes

[05:33] absurd.

[05:36] Can you compare a rose to a mountain?

[05:41] Can you compare the moon to the ocean?

[05:45] Each has its own beauty,

[05:49] its own purpose,

[05:51] its own rhythm.

[05:54] Existence functions through diversity,

[05:57] not hierarchy.

[06:00] But humanity has forgotten this

[06:02] tremendous truth.

[06:05] Because society depends on creating

[06:10] Hierarchy creates ambition.

[06:13] Ambition creates competition.

[06:16] And competition creates controllable people.

[06:20] A person at peace with himself becomes dangerous to systems built on insecurity.

[06:28] Because such a person no longer needs constant approval from outside.

[06:35] Beloved ones, understand this deeply.

[06:40] Comparison is rooted in self-rejection.

[06:44] The person who truly accepts himself has no need to compare because he is already fulfilled in his own being.

[06:54] Comparison arises only when you secretly feel empty and hope that becoming like someone else will remove that emptiness.

[07:06] But imitation can never fulfill you.

[07:09] because borrowed identities are dead.

[07:14] You may become successful according to society's standards and you still feel hollow inside.

[07:22] Because success achieved through self-betrayal cannot nourish the soul.

[07:28] Have you not noticed how many rich people remain miserable?

[07:34] How many famous people remain anxious?

[07:37] How many admired people secretly feel lonely and false.

[07:44] Outward success means nothing if inward authenticity is missing.

[07:51] A man may conquer the world and still remain a stranger to himself.

[07:57] And beloved ones, to remain a a stranger to oneself is the greatest poverty possible.

[08:07] Society teaches you to ask, "How can I

[08:10] become successful?

[08:13] But existence whispers a far more profound question,

[08:18] "How can I become myself?"

[08:22] These two questions lead in completely different directions.

[08:27] Success is social.

[08:29] Authenticity is existential.

[08:33] Success depends upon comparison.

[08:37] Authenticity depends upon awareness.

[08:41] Success looks outward continuously.

[08:45] Authenticity grows inward like roots entering the earth silently.

[08:52] The ego loves comparison because comparison strengthens psychological identity.

[08:58] The ego feeds on distinction.

[09:02] It wants to feel especial, important, superior, recognized.

[09:09] But this desire itself creates suffering

[09:13] because now your happiness depends on external conditions continuously shifting beyond your control.

[09:22] If your worth depends on being more successful than others, someone else's success becomes your misery.

[09:30] If your worth depends on beauty, aging becomes terrifying.

[09:37] If your worth depends on intelligence, criticism becomes unbearable.

[09:43] The ego creates a life of constant tension because it can survive only through measurement.

[09:52] But, beloved ones, your being has no need for measurement.

[09:59] Consciousness itself is complete.

[10:03] A flower does not bloom anxiously trying to become more beautiful than another flower.

[10:11] It simply blooms according to its own

[10:15] Nature.

[10:16] The stars do not compete for applause.

[10:21] The river does not compare itself with the mountain.

[10:25] Only humanity has become psychologically ill through comparison because only humanity has lost contact with natural being.

[10:36] Animals remain innocent because they do not carry mental images of what they should become.

[10:44] Human beings suffer because they continuously try to become something else.

[10:50] And perhaps this is why modern life has become so exhausting.

[10:58] People are no longer living directly.

[11:02] They are performing constantly.

[11:06] Social media has intensified this madness tremendously because now comparison follows people everywhere.

[11:18] Someone wakes up and immediately begins measuring his life against carefully edited images of other people's lives.

[11:34] He sees another person succeeding, and assumes they are more fulfilled.

[11:40] But, beloved ones, what people show publicly is rarely truth.

[11:46] Humanity has become addicted to image making.

[11:51] People hide their confusion, hide their loneliness, hide their suffering, and present polished masks to the world.

[12:02] Then, others compare themselves to these masks, and feel inadequate.

[12:09] This is collective insanity.

[12:12] Never before has humanity been so connected technologically, while

[12:18] remaining so disconnected inwardly.

[12:22] People know how to create online identities,

[12:30] but do not know how to sit silently with themselves for even few moments.

[12:34] And because they cannot be alone peacefully, they continuously seek distraction through comparison.

[12:43] The ego says,

[12:49] "Perhaps, if I become like that person, then I will finally feel complete."

[12:52] But, completeness cannot come through imitation,

[12:56] because imitation destroys the very uniqueness through which your soul flowers.

[13:03] Beloved ones,

[13:08] stop asking how you measure against others,

[13:13] and begin asking whether you are growing inwardly.

[13:15] Growth is entirely different from comparison.

[13:20] Comparison is horizontal.

[13:23] Growth is vertical.

[13:25] Comparison keeps your attention fixed on other people.

[13:30] Growth brings your awareness back to yourself.

[13:35] Comparison creates jealousy.

[14:09] More aware than yesterday.

[14:13] More authentic than yesterday.

[14:16] And this kind of growth

[14:20] has immense beauty because it is not competitive.

[14:26] One person's awakening does not diminish another's awakening.

[14:32] One person's creativity does not reduce another's creativity.

[14:38] Existence is infinite.

[14:41] There is a space for everyone to bloom uniquely.

[14:48] Have you observed how comparison destroys love itself?

[14:53] A man compares his partner to someone more attractive and dissatisfaction arises.

[14:58] A woman compares her relationship to romantic fantasies and reality begins feeling inadequate.

[15:12] Parents compare one child to another and wounds are created that last decades.

[15:20] Friendship becomes when comparison enters because now hidden competition replaces genuine connection.

[15:31] Comparison makes real intimacy impossible because intimacy requires acceptance while comparison continuously judges.

[15:43] The comparing mind cannot love deeply because it is always calculating value.

[15:50] Love flowers only when comparison disappears.

[15:55] Then you see each person as unique rather than measurable.

[16:01] Then relationship becomes communion instead of competition.

[16:04] Beloved ones, society teaches ambition because ambition keeps people restless.

[16:17] A restless person is useful for economic

[16:20] systems.

[16:23] He keeps consuming chasing competing proving himself endlessly.

[16:33] But no society truly wants inwardly fulfilled human beings because fulfilled human beings become independent.

[16:48] They cannot be manipulated through insecurity.

[16:53] The man who accepts himself deeply does not need excessive possessions to feel valuable.

[17:03] He does not need endless applause.

[17:07] He does not need to dominate others psychologically.

[17:12] He becomes simple natural alive.

[17:17] This simplicity threatens systems built

[17:21] On comparison because comparison fuels consumption.

[17:28] First, society creates insecurity.

[17:32] Then it sells solutions to that insecurity.

[17:36] It tells you that you are not enough, not beautiful enough, not successful enough, not spiritual enough.

[17:46] And then offers products, ideologies, and ambitions to repair this imagined inadequacy.

[17:56] But beloved ones, nothing is wrong with your being.

[18:01] The problem is only that you have been taught to look away from yourself continuously.

[18:09] Meditation becomes tremendously important here because meditation is the art of returning to your own center.

[18:21] In meditation, you stop comparing.

[18:25] You stop trying to become somebody else.

[18:29] You simply watch yourself silently and slowly.

[18:35] Through this watchfulness, you begin rediscovering your original nature beneath layers of conditioning.

[18:45] You begin seeing that much of your suffering was never natural.

[18:52] It was manufactured through comparison.

[18:56] The mind says you should be more successful.

[19:00] Meditation asks, "Why?"

[19:03] The mind says you should become like that person.

[19:07] Meditation reveals the absurdity of imitation because existence has already made you unique.

[19:17] Through awareness, borrowed desires begin falling away.

[19:22] You no longer chase things simply

[19:25] because others value them.

[19:28] You begin listening to your own consciousness more deeply.

[19:32] And this listening is the beginning of intelligence.

[19:37] The truly intelligent person does not ask how to become superior.

[19:44] He asks how to become authentic.

[19:48] Superiority is ego.

[19:52] Authenticity is truth.

[19:56] Ego always depends upon others because ego exists relationally.

[20:04] Without comparison, the ego weakens.

[20:10] But authenticity exists independently.

[20:15] It is rooted in direct experience of your own being.

[20:20] This is why awakened people appear so relaxed.

[20:26] They are no longer competing

[20:28] psychologically.

[20:30] They are not trying to prove themselves

[20:33] continuously.

[20:35] Their energy is not wasted in jealousy

[20:39] and insecurity.

[20:41] They have come home to themselves.

[20:45] And beloved ones, there is no greater

[20:48] peace than this homecoming. The moment

[20:52] you stop comparing, gratitude becomes

[20:55] possible.

[20:57] Suddenly, you begin appreciating your

[20:59] own life instead of condemning it.

[21:03] You begin noticing your own gifts

[21:06] instead of obsessing over what others

[21:09] possess.

[21:11] One person may have the capacity for

[21:13] music,

[21:14] another for silence,

[21:17] another for love,

[21:19] another for leadership, another for

[21:21] meditation.

[21:23] Existence expresses itself differently

[21:27] through every being.

[21:28] The rose is beautiful precisely because

[21:32] it is not trying to become a lotus.

[21:35] The lotus is beautiful precisely because

[21:39] it is not imitating the rose.

[21:42] Diversity creates the richness of

[21:44] existence.

[21:46] Humanity suffers because people reject

[21:49] their own nature

[21:50] in pursuit of borrowed ideals.

[21:54] And borrowed ideals always create

[21:56] conflict because they force

[21:59] consciousness into unnatural forms.

[22:02] Beloved ones, focus on yourself does not

[22:06] mean becoming selfish in the ordinary

[22:10] sense.

[22:12] It means

[22:14] becoming aware of your own consciousness

[22:19] instead of remaining obsessed with

[22:22] others.

[22:24] The selfish person remains ego-centered,

[22:29] continuously thinking about his own

[22:31] desires

[22:33] in relation to others.

[22:36] But the conscious person

[22:38] turns inwards not out of selfishness,

[22:43] but out of understanding

[22:46] that transformation begins within.

[22:49] [clears throat]

[22:50] You cannot discover peace by competing

[22:54] externally.

[22:56] You discover peace

[22:58] by understanding yourself deeply.

[23:02] Once understanding arises,

[23:06] compassion naturally follows because now

[23:10] you no longer feel threatened by others.

[23:15] Jealousy disappears.

[23:17] Competition weakens.

[23:20] You can celebrate another person's

[23:23] success

[23:24] because your worth no longer depends on

[23:28] being superior.

[23:31] This is tremendous freedom. And

[23:33] remember, beloved ones,

[23:36] growth is never about becoming perfect.

[23:41] Perfection is another ego fantasy.

[23:45] Growth means becoming more conscious,

[23:49] more real,

[23:51] more alive.

[23:54] It means dropping masks gradually.

[23:58] It means learning from your own

[24:00] experiences

[24:02] instead of blindly following the crowd.

[24:06] It means having the courage to

[24:09] disappoint society if necessary in order

[24:13] to remain true to your own soul.

[24:17] This requires immense awareness

[24:21] because comparison surrounds you

[24:24] constantly.

[24:26] Advertisements [snorts]

[24:27] compare.

[24:29] Schools compare.

[24:32] Families compare.

[24:35] Religions compare.

[24:37] Politics compare.

[24:40] Everywhere humanity starts

[24:43] to measure itself externally.

[24:47] Therefore, real transformation begins

[24:50] the moment you become alert to this

[24:53] mechanism and refuse to participate

[24:57] unconsciously anymore.

[25:00] One day, if you continue moving inwards,

[25:04] a tremendous silence begins arising

[25:08] within you.

[25:10] Because comparison disappears

[25:13] only when self-acceptance

[25:16] deepens.

[25:17] [music]

[25:18] Then your life gains a completely

[25:20] different quality.

[25:23] Work becomes creative

[25:25] instead of competitive.

[25:28] Relationships become loving instead of

[25:31] possessive.

[25:33] Meditation becomes joyful instead of

[25:36] ambitious.

[25:38] You stop trying to arrive somewhere else

[25:42] psychologically.

[25:43] You begin flowering where you are.

[25:48] And strangely enough, once comparison

[25:51] disappears,

[25:53] authentic growth accelerates naturally

[25:56] because now your energy is no longer

[25:59] divided.

[26:01] The river flows freely

[26:04] once obstacles are removed. Then you no

[26:07] longer ask, "Am I better than others?"

[26:11] You ask, "Am I living fully?"

[26:15] You no longer ask, "How do I appear?"

[26:19] You ask, "Am I awake?"

[26:23] You [snorts] no longer ask, "What will

[26:26] people think?" You ask, "What is true

[26:30] for my being?" [music]

[26:32] And these questions transform

[26:35] consciousness completely.

[26:38] Because now your life is no longer

[26:41] determined by the crowd.

[26:43] It begins arising from your own center.

[26:47] Beloved ones,

[26:49] the deepest revolution is not political.

[26:52] It is existential.

[26:55] It is the revolution from comparison

[26:59] to consciousness.

[27:01] From imitation to authenticity.

[27:05] From competition to [clears throat]

[27:07] growth.

[27:10] The world does not need more copies.

[27:14] The world needs human beings

[27:17] courageous enough to become themselves

[27:19] completely.

[27:22] Existence has already given you

[27:25] everything essential for your flowering.

[27:29] But you must stop looking sideways

[27:32] long enough to discover it. The rose

[27:35] blooms

[27:37] because it focuses on its own growth.

[27:40] The tree grows because it drinks from

[27:43] its own roots. The stars shine

[27:48] because they do not compare their light.

[27:51] And the moment you stop comparing and

[27:54] start growing inwardly, beloved ones,

[27:58] your life also begins blooming with

[28:02] natural grace

[28:04] that no competition can ever produce.

[28:08] Because now you are no longer trying to

[28:11] become somebody else. Now, finally, you

[28:15] are becoming yourself. There is a subtle

[28:18] poison hidden inside comparison

[28:22] that very few human beings ever become

[28:25] aware of. [snorts]

[28:28] And because they remain unaware of it,

[28:32] they continue drinking it every day

[28:35] while wondering why joy disappears so

[28:39] quickly from their lives.

[28:42] Why relationships become heavy.

[28:45] Why love into possession?

[28:49] Why ambition creates exhaustion instead

[28:53] of fulfillment?

[28:55] Why even moments of beauty

[28:58] cannot be enjoyed completely

[29:01] without some shadow of dissatisfaction

[29:04] entering the mind?

[29:07] And the strange thing is that this

[29:10] poison does not arrive from outside you.

[29:14] It is created continuously by the mind

[29:17] itself

[29:19] through the endless habit of measuring,

[29:22] calculating,

[29:23] evaluating, ranking,

[29:26] competing, [music and singing]

[29:28] comparing one life with another

[29:32] as though existence were running some

[29:34] cosmic race

[29:36] where only a few can succeed

[29:40] and the rest must remain inferior.

[29:44] Beloved ones,

[29:46] listen very carefully

[29:49] because this misunderstanding

[29:52] has destroyed [music]

[29:53] more peace than almost anything else in

[29:57] human history. Existence never intended

[30:01] you to become somebody else.

[30:04] The moment you compare yourself with

[30:06] another human being, you have already

[30:09] moved away from your own truth.

[30:12] Comparison is not intelligence.

[30:16] Comparison is confusion.

[30:19] Comparison means you no longer trust

[30:22] your own nature.

[30:25] You no longer listen to your own rhythm.

[30:28] [clears throat]

[30:30] You no longer feel your own soul

[30:32] directly. Instead, your attention

[30:36] becomes hypnotized by other people's

[30:38] journeys, other people's appearances,

[30:42] other people's achievements,

[30:45] other people's relationships, other

[30:47] people's talents,

[30:49] and then slowly,

[30:51] without even noticing it,

[30:54] you begin abandoning yourself.

[30:58] This abandonment creates immense

[31:01] suffering.

[31:02] Because your soul can tolerate almost

[31:05] any hardship except one.

[31:09] The betrayal of its own authenticity.

[31:14] A tree can survive

[31:17] storms,

[31:19] droughts,

[31:21] harsh winters, but if the tree somehow

[31:24] became confused

[31:27] and it started trying to become another

[31:29] kind of tree entirely,

[31:32] it would lose contact with its own

[31:34] roots.

[31:37] Humanity is living exactly in this

[31:40] state.

[31:41] People are no longer rooted in

[31:43] themselves.

[31:45] They are rooted in comparison.

[31:48] And a person rooted in comparison can

[31:51] never feel complete.

[31:54] Because comparison itself creates the

[31:56] feeling that something is missing. Have

[31:59] you observed how competition enters even

[32:03] the most intimate dimensions of life?

[32:07] A man sits beside the woman he once

[32:11] loved deeply,

[32:13] but instead of seeing her directly, he

[32:16] compares her with images created by

[32:19] society,

[32:20] films,

[32:22] fantasies,

[32:23] memories, and immediately gratitude

[32:27] disappears.

[32:29] A woman compares her relationship with

[32:32] somebody else's relationship,

[32:35] and suddenly what was once beautiful

[32:38] begins appearing insufficient.

[32:42] Comparison destroys love because love

[32:45] requires presence.

[32:48] And comparison removes you from the

[32:50] present moment.

[32:52] The moment you compare, you stop seeing

[32:56] what is

[32:58] and begin chasing what should be

[33:00] according to some borrowed idea.

[33:04] Then no person can satisfy you

[33:07] because the mind always imagines

[33:11] a better possibility somewhere else.

[33:15] Beloved ones,

[33:17] this is why humanity remains restless.

[33:22] The mind lives through elsewhere.

[33:25] Somewhere else there is more beauty,

[33:29] more success, more excitement,

[33:33] more love,

[33:34] more recognition.

[33:37] But the problem is not that life lacks

[33:40] beauty. The problem is that comparison

[33:43] blinds you to the beauty already

[33:45] present.

[33:48] The man obsessed with another person's

[33:51] garden

[33:52] forgets to water his own flowers.

[33:56] Then naturally, his own garden begins

[33:59] dying.

[34:00] And this becomes proof for the ego that

[34:04] comparison was correct.

[34:07] But the truth is exactly the opposite.

[34:10] Your life becomes empty not because

[34:14] existence neglected you,

[34:16] but because your attention abandoned

[34:19] your own being.

[34:21] Attention is nourishment.

[34:24] Whatever you continuously focus upon

[34:27] grows psychologically.

[34:30] If you focus continuously on what others

[34:33] possess, dissatisfaction grows.

[34:37] If you focus on understanding yourself

[34:40] deeply,

[34:41] awareness grows.

[34:44] And awareness transforms everything.

[34:47] Beloved ones,

[34:49] growth begins only when comparison ends.

[34:55] Because comparison keeps your

[34:58] consciousness

[35:00] trapped outwardly.

[35:02] Growth is an inward movement.

[35:06] Comparison asks, "How do I stand against

[35:10] others?"

[35:12] Growth asks,

[35:14] "Am I becoming more conscious, more

[35:17] loving, more authentic than yesterday?"

[35:22] These are completely different

[35:24] dimensions of living.

[35:27] The person trapped in comparison becomes

[35:30] mechanical

[35:32] because his direction depends on

[35:34] society's standards.

[35:37] If society praises wealth, he chases

[35:40] wealth.

[35:42] If society praises fame, he chases fame.

[35:46] If society praises spirituality,

[35:49] he turns even meditation into ambition.

[35:53] Such a person never truly discovers

[35:57] himself

[35:58] because his life remains reaction

[36:01] instead of realization.

[36:04] But the conscious person begins asking

[36:07] different questions entirely. He

[36:10] [clears throat] asks, "What gives my

[36:12] soul aliveness?

[36:14] What brings clarity to my consciousness?

[36:18] [music]

[36:19] What allows my inner being

[36:23] to flower naturally?"

[36:25] These questions cannot be answered

[36:28] through comparison.

[36:31] Because your truth is unique.

[36:34] Existence does not mass produce human

[36:38] beings.

[36:39] Every consciousness arrives carrying a

[36:42] different possibility hidden within it.

[36:46] The tragedy is that society teaches

[36:49] people to imitate before they ever

[36:52] discover their own nature.

[36:54] A child who loves painting is pushed

[36:57] toward business because society rewards

[37:01] money. A person with the soul of a poet

[37:04] is trained to become competitive and

[37:06] aggressive because ambition is

[37:09] celebrated more than sensitivity. And

[37:11] slowly people become a strangers to

[37:14] themselves. [music]

[37:15] They achieve things externally while

[37:18] remaining inwardly empty. Then one day

[37:22] they look around and realize they

[37:24] climbed the ladder successfully only to

[37:27] discover the ladder was leaning against

[37:30] the wrong wall. The ego feeds on

[37:34] comparison

[37:36] because comparison creates identity.

[37:41] If you feel superior

[37:43] the ego becomes inflated.

[37:46] If you feel inferior the ego becomes

[37:50] wounded.

[37:52] But both superiority and inferiority

[37:56] are two sides of the same disease.

[38:00] Because both depend on measuring

[38:03] yourself through others instead of

[38:06] understanding yourself directly.

[38:10] The truly awakened person feels neither

[38:14] superior nor inferior

[38:16] because he no longer participates in

[38:19] this psychological game.

[38:22] He understands that comparison itself is

[38:26] absurd.

[38:28] Can you compare a rose with a mountain?

[38:32] Can you compare the moon with music?

[38:35] Can you compare silence with dancing?

[38:39] Each carries its own beauty.

[38:43] Each expresses existence differently.

[38:47] In the same way,

[38:49] every human being carries a unique

[38:52] fragrance, but this fragrance cannot

[38:55] emerge

[38:57] while you are trying to imitate somebody

[38:59] else.

[39:01] Imitation suffocates the soul

[39:04] because imitation demands

[39:07] self-rejection.

[39:10] [music]

[39:11] To imitate another person,

[39:15] first you must conclude unconsciously

[39:19] that your own nature is insufficient.

[39:25] [music]

[39:25] This creates inner conflict.

[39:29] Then life becomes divided.

[39:32] One part of you wants authenticity.

[39:37] Another part wants approval.

[39:41] And because approval usually belongs to

[39:44] conformity,

[39:47] most people betray authenticity.

[39:51] They become actors performing for

[39:54] society.

[39:56] They smile while suffering.

[40:00] They pretend confidence while trembling

[40:03] inwardly.

[40:05] They [snorts] display happiness publicly

[40:08] while carrying loneliness privately.

[40:12] The modern world has become a stage

[40:15] filled with exhausted performers

[40:19] who no longer know who they are [music]

[40:22] beneath their masks. Look carefully at

[40:25] social media and you will see comparison

[40:28] reaching almost pathological levels.

[40:32] Humanity now compares itself every

[40:36] moment with edited illusions.

[40:40] People display only selective fragments

[40:42] of their lives.

[40:44] Beauty without insecurity, success

[40:48] without struggle, smiles without

[40:51] suffering.

[40:52] And those watching begin feeling

[40:55] inadequate

[40:56] compared to these carefully constructed

[40:59] images.

[41:01] But beloved ones, people are comparing

[41:04] their inner reality with another

[41:07] person's public performance.

[41:10] Naturally, misery increases.

[41:13] The ego becomes more anxious because

[41:17] there will always appear to be somebody

[41:19] happier,

[41:21] richer, more attractive, more

[41:24] successful.

[41:25] Comparison creates endless psychological

[41:28] hunger

[41:29] because there is no final point where

[41:33] the ego can rest.

[41:35] Even the richest person fears someone

[41:38] richer.

[41:39] Even the most famous person fears losing

[41:43] attention.

[41:44] The ego survives through endless

[41:47] movement.

[41:49] It cannot relax because comparison

[41:52] itself prevents peace.

[41:55] Peace comes only when consciousness

[41:58] returns home to itself. And remember

[42:01] this deeply.

[42:03] Comparison destroys creativity

[42:07] because creativity requires

[42:09] authenticity.

[42:12] A musician comparing himself constantly

[42:15] with other musicians

[42:17] loses contact with the joy of music

[42:20] itself.

[42:22] A writer comparing herself continuously

[42:25] with famous authors becomes blocked by

[42:29] insecurity.

[42:31] A lover comparing relationships becomes

[42:34] incapable of intimacy. Why? Because

[42:38] comparison divides energy.

[42:41] Instead of flowing naturally into the

[42:44] act itself, consciousness becomes

[42:47] trapped in evaluation.

[42:50] The child playing joyfully does not

[42:54] compare.

[42:55] That is why children possess such

[42:57] freshness.

[42:59] A child paints not to become famous, but

[43:03] because painting itself feels alive.

[43:06] A child dances not for applause,

[43:09] [clears throat]

[43:10] but because energy overflows naturally.

[43:14] Adults lose this innocence because every

[43:18] action becomes connected to achievement,

[43:21] status, recognition.

[43:24] Then spontaneity dies. Life becomes

[43:27] performance instead of celebration.

[43:31] Beloved ones,

[43:33] existence never intended life to become

[43:37] competition.

[43:39] Competition belongs to the ego.

[43:43] Celebration belongs to [music]

[43:45] consciousness.

[43:48] Look at nature.

[43:52] The rivers are not competing with the

[43:54] mountains.

[43:57] The stars are not jealous of the moon.

[44:02] The flowers are not struggling to become

[44:05] superior to one another.

[44:09] Everything simply fulfills its own

[44:12] nature completely.

[44:15] And because of this, there is harmony.

[44:18] Humanity alone has become

[44:21] psychologically disturbed.

[44:24] Because humanity alone has forgotten how

[44:28] to simply be itself.

[44:31] The rose becomes beautiful

[44:34] by becoming fully rose-like,

[44:37] not by trying to become a lotus.

[44:42] The eagle fulfills itself through

[44:45] flight,

[44:46] not through imitation of the fish.

[44:50] Yet, human beings continuously abandon

[44:54] their own nature in pursuit of borrowed

[44:57] ideals.

[44:59] Then they wonder why life feels

[45:02] meaningless.

[45:04] Meaning disappears

[45:07] whenever authenticity disappears.

[45:10] Meditation becomes tremendously

[45:12] important

[45:14] [music]

[45:14] because meditation brings your attention

[45:17] back

[45:19] to your own being.

[45:22] In meditation, you stop looking outward

[45:25] for some time.

[45:27] You stop comparing.

[45:30] You stop competing.

[45:32] You stop seeking validation.

[45:36] You simply sit silently with yourself.

[45:41] And in that silence,

[45:43] a miracle begins happening.

[45:46] It slowly you realize that your worth

[45:49] does not depend on achievement,

[45:52] a status,

[45:54] beauty,

[45:55] or comparison at all.

[45:58] Existence has already accepted you

[46:01] completely. [music]

[46:03] Otherwise, you would not exist.

[46:07] The trees are accepted without proving

[46:09] themselves.

[46:11] The birds are accepted without earning

[46:14] approval.

[46:16] The oceans are accepted without

[46:19] competition.

[46:21] Why do you think only human beings must

[46:23] constantly justify their existence?

[46:27] This need to prove yourself comes from

[46:30] conditioning, not from reality.

[46:34] Reality already embraces you exactly as

[46:38] you are.

[46:40] But the ego cannot trust this because

[46:43] the ego survives through insecurity.

[46:46] [music]

[46:46] If you accepted yourself deeply, the ego

[46:50] would collapse.

[46:52] Then life would no longer revolve around

[46:55] becoming superior.

[46:57] It would become an exploration of

[47:00] consciousness itself. Beloved ones,

[47:04] once you stop comparing,

[47:08] a tremendous amount of energy becomes

[47:11] available for growth.

[47:13] [music]

[47:15] Understand the difference clearly.

[47:18] Comparison

[47:20] drains energy outwardly.

[47:23] Growth

[47:25] gathers energy inwardly.

[47:28] Comparison creates jealousy.

[47:33] Growth creates awareness.

[47:36] Comparison creates impatience.

[47:40] Growth creates understanding.

[47:43] [music]

[47:44] Comparison says,

[47:46] "I must become better than others."

[47:49] Growth says, "I want to become more

[47:53] conscious of my own potential."

[47:57] The person obsessed with comparison

[48:00] remains trapped in superficial ambition.

[48:04] Because his motivation depends on

[48:07] external standards.

[48:09] [music]

[48:10] But the person devoted to growth becomes

[48:13] deeply alive because growth itself is

[48:17] fulfilling.

[48:19] Then even a small moments become

[48:21] meaningful.

[48:23] A little more aware student than

[48:25] yesterday becomes beautiful.

[48:28] A little less unconsciousness becomes

[48:31] victory.

[48:33] A little more love,

[48:35] a little more silence,

[48:37] a little more understanding.

[48:40] These things matter infinitely more than

[48:44] social success

[48:46] because they transform your inner

[48:48] quality of being. And perhaps this is

[48:51] the deepest truth of all.

[48:54] When comparison disappears, gratitude

[48:58] arises naturally.

[49:01] Comparison destroys gratitude

[49:04] because the mind remains fixed on what

[49:07] others possess.

[49:09] But when comparison ends,

[49:12] suddenly you begin seeing the richness

[49:15] already present in your own life,

[49:18] your own experiences,

[49:21] your own talents,

[49:24] your own journey,

[49:27] your own consciousness.

[49:30] Gratitude is impossible for the

[49:32] comparing mind

[49:34] because comparison continuously

[49:36] whispers, "Something is missing."

[49:40] But awareness reveals

[49:42] [music]

[49:43] that life has already given immensely.

[49:47] Even your struggles carry gifts hidden

[49:50] within them.

[49:52] Even your failures shape your

[49:55] understanding.

[49:57] Even your uniqueness

[50:00] with all its imperfections

[50:03] carries beauty impossible to duplicate.

[50:06] [music] Beloved ones,

[50:09] modern society

[50:11] survives

[50:13] by creating dissatisfaction.

[50:17] Because dissatisfied people are easier

[50:20] to manipulate.

[50:23] Advertisements function

[50:26] by convincing you

[50:28] that you are incomplete

[50:30] without something external.

[50:34] Fashion industries

[50:36] survive through insecurity.

[50:40] Social systems survive through status

[50:43] inside.

[50:45] If humanity truly discovered

[50:48] self-acceptance,

[50:50] entire structures built on psychological

[50:53] insufficiency

[50:55] would collapse.

[50:57] A content person cannot be controlled

[51:00] easily

[51:02] because he no longer needs endless

[51:05] external validation.

[51:08] He may still create, work, love,

[51:12] achieve, but his identity no longer

[51:15] depends on these things.

[51:17] Therefore, he remains inwardly free.

[51:22] Freedom begins the moment your worth no

[51:26] longer depends on comparison. Look again

[51:29] at nature

[51:31] and learn.

[51:33] The rose blooms totally for few days

[51:37] and then falls gracefully without

[51:40] regret.

[51:42] The bird sings without concern for

[51:45] applause.

[51:47] The river flows without trying to become

[51:49] another river.

[51:51] Existence functions through

[51:54] authenticity,

[51:55] not competition.

[51:58] Humanity suffers because it has

[52:00] forgotten this simple truth.

[52:03] People have become hypnotized by the

[52:06] crowds.

[52:08] They chase borrowed dreams, borrowed

[52:11] ambitions,

[52:13] borrowed definitions of success.

[52:16] But beloved ones,

[52:18] no borrowed truth can ever satisfy the

[52:21] soul.

[52:23] The soul longs only for authenticity.

[52:27] It wants you to become yourself

[52:29] completely,

[52:30] not somebody else imperfectly. Growth

[52:34] requires spaces

[52:36] because authentic transformation happens

[52:39] organically.

[52:41] Comparison creates impatience

[52:45] because the ego wants immediate

[52:47] superiority.

[52:50] It sees another person's success

[52:53] and demands quick results.

[52:56] But consciousness grows like a tree,

[52:59] is slowly, silently,

[53:02] through seasons.

[53:05] Awareness cannot be forced.

[53:08] Love cannot be manufactured.

[53:11] Wisdom cannot be borrowed.

[53:14] They unfold gradually through

[53:17] experience,

[53:19] meditation,

[53:20] suffering, understanding.

[53:23] The impatient person remains shallow

[53:27] because impatience belongs to ambition.

[53:30] [clears throat]

[53:31] The patient person becomes deep because

[53:34] patience belongs to trust.

[53:37] Trust means allowing your life to unfold

[53:42] according to its own rhythm

[53:44] instead of forcing yourself into another

[53:48] person's timeline. And there is another

[53:51] mystery.

[53:52] The more authentic you become,

[53:55] [clears throat]

[53:56] the less interest you have in comparing

[53:59] yourself with others.

[54:01] Because authenticity itself brings

[54:04] fulfillment.

[54:06] The fulfilled musician

[54:09] does not secretly envy politicians.

[54:13] The fulfilled poet does not feel

[54:16] inferior before businessman.

[54:19] [clears throat]

[54:19] The fulfilled meditator does not compete

[54:22] spiritually. Why? Because fulfillment

[54:26] comes from alignment with your own

[54:28] nature,

[54:30] not from external superiority.

[54:33] The ego seeks superiority because

[54:36] inwardly it feels empty.

[54:40] Consciousness seeks authenticity because

[54:43] authenticity [music] itself is enough.

[54:46] One day, if you stop comparing

[54:48] completely,

[54:51] you will discover an extraordinary

[54:53] freedom.

[54:55] You will walk your own path without

[54:59] needing constant approval.

[55:02] You will fail without feeling worthless

[55:05] and succeed without becoming arrogant.

[55:11] You will appreciate others without

[55:13] jealousy

[55:15] because their gifts no longer threaten

[55:17] your identity.

[55:20] Another person's beauty will inspire you

[55:23] instead of creating insecurity.

[55:26] Another [clears throat] person's success

[55:28] will bring joy instead of competition.

[55:32] Then relationships become lighter

[55:35] because comparison no longer poisons

[55:38] intimacy.

[55:40] Then work becomes creative

[55:42] because ambition no longer dominates

[55:45] consciousness.

[55:47] Then meditation deepens because

[55:50] attention finally returns home. Beloved

[55:53] ones,

[55:54] you stop comparing and you start

[55:57] growing.

[55:59] Comparison will only make you

[56:02] anxious, bitter,

[56:05] exhausted,

[56:07] artificial.

[56:10] Growth will make you

[56:12] [music]

[56:13] peaceful,

[56:15] intelligent,

[56:17] authentic,

[56:18] alive.

[56:22] Comparison [clears throat]

[56:23] looks continuously at others

[56:26] and misses the treasure within.

[56:30] Growth turns inwards

[56:33] and discovers hidden possibilities

[56:36] patiently.

[56:38] [music]

[56:39] Comparison belongs to the crowd.

[56:43] Growth belongs to individuality.

[56:47] Comparison is noise.

[56:50] [music]

[56:50] Growth is silence.

[56:54] Comparison creates performance.

[56:58] Growth creates truth and perhaps the

[57:01] greatest miracle happens

[57:04] when you finally understand that your

[57:07] life was never meant to be a copy.

[57:11] [music]

[57:12] Existence needed your unique

[57:15] consciousness.

[57:16] Otherwise, you would not have been born.

[57:20] The moment you accept this deeply,

[57:24] immense relaxation enters your being.

[57:29] Then there is no hurry to become

[57:31] somebody else.

[57:33] Then your energy begins flowering

[57:36] naturally according to your own nature.

[57:40] Then life is stops feeling like

[57:42] competition.

[57:45] And it starts feeling like discovery.

[57:47] Then awareness flowers silently. Then

[57:51] authenticity becomes joy. Then existence

[57:54] moves through you without conflict. And

[57:58] that beloved ones is [music] true

[58:00] success.
