[00:00] hi everyone today the goal is to show you how to double your sales thanks to LinkedIn and in particular thanks to wxi
[00:07] so LinkedIn is the number one social media to for B2B networking um it has millions of users that update their own information um so it's a very powerful database and uh definitely a place to be
[00:20] and wxy is a business prospecting tool that automates the search and contact initiation with prospects on LinkedIn
[00:27] we are the number one tool in the world with over 150,000 users and over one um 1,200 reviews with a 4 4.8 rating on Chrome Store
[00:38] so I'm Hannah my goal today is to show you the best tips and tricks to optimize your results wxy itow you to contact 800 people per month on LinkedIn
[00:49] um you can use wxy for many reasons um mainly for sales but also works great for recruiting finding a job uh conducting a market research networking inviting people to like a webinar uh we
[01:02] are the simplest tool on the market that allows really anyone to um you know without any technical um skills to start prospecting and turn LinkedIn into their number one acquisition Channel um in less than 10 minutes per day.
[01:14] so with that said it's also really important to know how to contact the right person with the right message and not just send out random messages to anyone um so that you can really see the value of LinkedIn and wxy.
[01:27] so that's why today I'm going to show you a general demo so you can see um you know what you can do with wxy how to create also a good quality list of prospects using our tools how to write a high quality message also using our tools and I will also show you different uh our different features.
[01:48] we also have Javier and s in the chat to answer your questions and of course a replay will be available in the next few days so let's get to it.
[01:56] the first step is optim izing your LinkedIn profile so before we even
[02:02] think about prospecting and getting started with wxy.
[02:04] this is the thir thing that we need to look at.
[02:07] so we won't go into too many details here but we have a few main things that we need to check um.
[02:11] so we'll have a look at our use case today um.
[02:14] so this is a profile that we have for example.
[02:16] we want to check out your profile photo so you want to make sure it's a professional photo um.
[02:18] you know no holiday photos it needs to be a nice clear um photo of your face.
[02:24] then we want to look at your banner so the same thing we want it to be a nice professional um Banner with your slogan um definitely keywords and like a call to action and then we want to have a look at your job title and also um your name.
[02:39] so this is the first thing that um people will see when you comment um different um um posts um.
[02:47] so you want to know add you know what you do um at the beginning um of your title so that it makes it clear what you do and what you can bring to the table.

[03:07] so the next step is to find the right person.
[03:10] so there are few ways to find prospects.
[03:12] the first one is from a LinkedIn um by doing a search or or you can also use them sales Navigator.
[03:20] so I'll show you that in a minute and then the second one is our AI Prospect finder feature.
[03:24] I will also show you that and this is really a great feature.
[03:26] so the first way that we're going to do search I will show you with sales Navigator.
[03:30] you don't have to have sales navigator to use wxy but we do highly recommend it because it has more filters than just um LinkedIn.
[03:39] and so you can be more specific and segment your lists um easier.
[03:41] um it's good to know that a standard LinkedIn search returns about 50% of false positives.
[03:50] so for example if you're looking for a business developer it will also show you developers and that's not the same job not the same audience that's not who we're targeting.
[03:57] um so knowing that you can contact 800 people a month uh we don't want to contact 400.
[04:04] people that aren't relevant to us um so.
[04:07] we already know that they don't they won't be interested so we won't be wasting our precious quotas um but no worries with the technique that I'm going to show you today uh you will be able to get really good results.
[04:19] so for this use case we uh that we have today is someone that does um tax um optimization for high income employees.
[04:27] so you want to search for that target audience so let's take for example interior designer.
[04:31] they earn a good living and are not necessarily educated on tax optimization topics um so in our search we want to go.
[04:39] so here we're going on um sales Navigator and here we are going to click on interior designer.
[04:44] we want to add the brackets because otherwise it would just either show us um interior or um designer whereas we want both.
[04:56] as you can see we have many many um results and the idea is that we want to filter them as uh maximum as.
[05:05] possible um so what we can do we can add.
[05:08] for example we want someone with more experience.
[05:10] so we can add um filter fruit with the years.
[05:13] so 3 to 5 years six to 10 years more than 10 years.
[05:18] we can also add for example the location.
[05:22] so here we could choose for example New York.
[05:25] okay so here we can exclude students.
[05:30] so just need to press on that assistant.
[05:37] we can also exclude for example retired people.
[05:41] there you go so as you can see the list has now gone down um a bit.
[05:47] so all we have to do is click on the little wxy um logo and then here you can actually select um a member where You' like to import your prospects.
[05:55] um for the sake of the demo while just um continue with our um use case.
[06:00] um you can also choose how many people you like to um.
[06:06] import so for example we can select 500 people
[06:09] and then here all you have to do is um validate
[06:11] um it's really important to um take the time to exclude and filter your list as much as possible
[06:17] because the better quality um of the list obviously the better results you will get later
[06:20] so I've already imported the list earlier but um once this is important you can uh once again have a look um you know for false positive
[06:32] so here on our list we're going to write interior designer
[06:39] okay so then we can select everyone and then we can create a tag
[06:42] so you can either create one I've already got one done so I'm just going to select it
[06:47] and as you can see everyone has been tagged with interior designer
[06:49] so when we go back to our Prospect list as you can see people that have the name into interior designer have also the tag
[06:59] and all the people that don't obviously don't have this tag
[07:01] so now if we want to exclude these people so we can right so
[07:09] here you just go on tags exclude and I can write interior designer.
[07:21] okay so now we have all the people that do not have the tag.
[07:23] so what I'm going to do I'm going to select them all and we are going to to put them to a black list.
[07:30] so move to and then I already have a prospect list called Blacklist.
[07:34] the reason why we put them into a blacklist is obviously because um we don't want to contact them um with our campaign.
[07:44] but if uh in example in 6 months time we want to import more interior designers we don't want to import them again and go through the filter again.
[07:53] so it just sales um saves time.
[07:55] there's also a new way to clean up your list that's really quick to use.
[07:58] all you need to do is just click on this button here that says clean my list and we want to keep interior designer and then verify my list and
[08:10] then here it will just go through um all the all my list and just keep the interior designers and it will automatically scan through and do it all for you and um it will show you at the end how many false um positives that we have and it's done a terrific job as you can see our list is clean so that is perfect.
[08:28] the second way to find prospects is thanks to AI so this is definitely one of my favorite features.
[08:34] you can either use it on a list of leads like the one that we've just done or you can also have a list of your top clients that you can import into wxy and then use the AI um Prospect finder feature to find more people that are like your clients.
[08:47] so the AI goes through over 200 million LinkedIn profiles to identify the most relevant contacts um so all you have to do is um click on AI Prospect finder.
[08:57] you then write down the number of people that you would like to import so for example we could do 50 and then you just click on launch Ai and then as you can see the list will start to come in.
[09:10] with new prospects um so the difference between a search and the AI is that when we are looking for keywords like interior designer um whereas the AI works with semantics so it'll find relevant um profiles or people that might not have written interior designer but it means the same thing so you tend to find more of oral profiles which are often less contacted as well um and so they are also more likely to answer you um
[09:36] so as you can see in just a few um minutes we have um successfully um imported 14 new new prospects with um really good profiles so now that we've done the first step we can move on to the second step which will be um creating your campaign and writing a good message so you have many different options um 99% of responses occur within the first three messages and only 5% of people respond to invitation notes um if you have a LinkedIn premium we recommend to send um an invite with a note plus two messages and if you don't have LinkedIn premium
[10:12] no problem um we can send one invite without a note and then three messages.
[10:17] um if you send over three messages without getting an answer it's considered spammy so we don't want really want to do that.
[10:22] um so when you send an invitation with a note you're less um so less people will accept the invitation but then they are more likely to be interested in what you are offering.
[10:32] um whereas without a note um people are more likely to accept the invitation but you can't really tell if they are actually interested um in or not in your offer.
[10:41] so anyway what we're going to do we are going to send so our an invite without a note and um and then three messages.
[10:51] so what I'm going to do I'm going to click on all the people I'm going to start a campaign so here we go.
[10:57] so then I'm going to do browse sequences and we're going to use the filter so we're going to do one invite and then we're going to add the messages and we would like three messages so here we go we can select.
[11:14] this one so perfect I'm going to name the campaign because obviously I want to be able to know who I'm sending it to.
[11:25] so I'm going to write interior designer I'm going to click on next.
[11:30] so we're going to not add a note so continue.
[11:33] uh we are going to send a message after one day of um once they've accepted it so we'll just click on next.
[11:42] okay so now that we have chosen our campaign um now the goal is to write a good message and to do that we mainly want to start a conversation with our leads by asking questions about um them.
[11:54] you know to start connecting rather than just trying to directly sell to them um because we all like to buy things but no one actually likes to be sold to.
[12:04] so we have two options we have our new feature called whammy that writes messages for you.
[12:08] so it produces mess messages that will be better than 80% of what people actually write um because it has um.
[12:17] perfected U Mastery of copyright and codes um but the best messages remain um.
[12:23] you know the 20% and they're the most original and you know that require human touch um.
[12:27] so it's already very good as it is but you know you can always optimize it by adding your own personal touch um.
[12:33] so let's write out this message so here we go on the side we have whammy so we want to write interior designer cuz that's who we're targeting then I allow my clients to optimize their taxes.
[13:05] I offer 100% legal optimization optimization and then we can just do like a calendly.
[13:19] link perfect there we go so we can generate the message there you go so as you can see it has respective so are um you know all the copywriting codes.
[13:33] So like um less than you know between 300 and 500 characters uh we have a hook you know for to grab their attention.
[13:41] we also have the value proposition to show them you know how you can help them and there's also a call to action to let them know how to take the next step.
[13:50] um the mistakes that we want to avoid is add in a signature.
[13:54] this isn't an email you don't need all the polite formulas either um you don't want to write a message like an advertisement.
[14:03] um you know using the words I or we more three times or more um you don't want to include like a brochure type attachment for a first message IA um so you need to put yourself into their shoes.
[14:13] what would make you answer someone um by doing the same things as others you just get the
[14:20] same results um so you need to stand out.
[14:23] so here we are going to confirm and then we are going to to The Next Step.
[14:30] then we have the follow-up message so knowing that not everyone answers straight away it's good to have a follow-up message.
[14:36] um a good delay would be around 3 days um so if the person actually does answer your initial message then they will automatically be taken out of the campaign um so they won't receive the follow-up message.
[14:49] um in this follow-up message um you can give more details you want to continue to raise interest and curiosity uh with a call to action and also.
[14:58] so I'm going to use one of our templates that I um created earlier and as you can see on the side we also have our checklist um.
[15:07] so I could add the first name but because I already um sent it earlier um it's okay like that but at least we have the checklist you know to make sure that we're writing out a good message so we can confirm this and then we can go to the next um the next message so the
[15:23] third message is where a lot of people get um it a bit wrong uh we tend to you know right like oh have you already read my last message um you know that's kind of basic so we would like to add you know a message that's um funny or you know add a little bit of spice um so here is a very good example of a message that you could send so here we're going to confirm and so once you've launched your campaign um everything will be sent out automatically um within you know the maximum quotas um per day okay so now I'd like to show you our team feature um so one of the great advantages of Wy is that you can Prospect as a team um so it allows you to manage multiple accounts from a single space um as you can see here um and it offers many advantages so you can save money with Progressive um discount on seats so starting from five seats the more seats you have the less you pay um so you can contact D directly our support chat to benefit from this discount um like I said earlier it also
[16:25] allows you to just have one account on sales Navigator and um you can um use as many wxy accounts as you want um to import your different prospects.
[16:33] it allows you also to avoid contacting the same person twice thanks to the anti-duplicate um feature.
[16:40] and then when a team member joins and they already have some dup duplicates um you can also choose which member keeps the prospect in their list.
[16:50] so as the owner of the team you can also switch up um so going up here you can just directly uh change watch what Pro profile you would like to work on.
[17:00] So You Don't Have To directly connect um to their LinkedIn page um.
[17:06] also what's very handy is that you as like um as U you can manage different accounts as an agency.
[17:10] so for example um if you're looking after clients uh accounts you can make sure your clients um don't see also um the other people um in the team um.
[17:21] so see other members you can also add and remove members you can
[17:27] update um you know different permissions.
[17:29] um you know diff you can also manage the team duplicates and import different um prospects Etc so um you can basically um manage all of that in one place.
[17:37] I'm now going to show you one of my favorite features which is our inbox so LinkedIn messages are not optimized at all so we've created our own inbox that's connected to LinkedIn uh so when all your messages start pouring in from your different campaigns um then this feature is really great to filter these conversations um so you have all the normal um LinkedIn features so like send in a gif you've got voice messages an attachment but you can also have extra features um like saved replies um so these are extremely handy when you have um like um frequently asked questions then for example you can directly send out your calendar link or you know answer your different questions so that's really handy here we also have a reminder feature so this is also very handy so for example um you know if I
[18:29] need to check something out and then I can go back to the convers.
[18:33] and then I can go back to the conversation and it will remind me oh yes I need to send out a message to this person so that's very handy.
[18:41] and then we also have the scheduled message so send out later.
[18:44] so this is really great for example if you're talking to someone and um they are going on holiday and you need to get back to them for example in 3 weeks.
[18:53] you can already write out your message and then program it for later.
[18:57] another thing that I find very very handy is that you can also tag your different conversations.
[19:01] so here for example um if uh this person is like an interior designer or it's like a lead that's interested or like in a different Zone you can really add whatever tags you want.
[19:13] so for example just um we can just like add like canonly.
[19:16] so that would mean like oh I've sent them um you know a plan.
[19:20] um and then here on the side we can use our filters.
[19:23] um so for example I can include tags or I can exclude tags.
[19:30] and that really helps me organize all my different conversations.
[19:35] so the first 500 conversations are free so that is quite a lot of messages that last normally a few months um so it leaves you time you know to learn how to use it and then it's €20 a month.
[19:48] okay so now I'd like to show you our email finder and CRM synchronization.
[19:53] so here we have gone back to our Prospect list and I'm going to uh select them and then up here I can click on start a campaign.
[20:01] I can either choose email finder there are two ways of sending out an email a marketing campaign.
[20:06] so either you can click directly on email finder which um allows you to find your prospect's emails thanks to our tool called um drob contact.
[20:16] UM this feature is accessible for all wxy plans um and so around 50% of emails are found.
[20:21] so we charge for the found emails and not for um the searching of them um or we can directly click on browse sequences and so here we are going to go on filter and we want um
[20:33] so an email finder and we'd also like to
[20:36] um synchronize it with our CRM so here
[20:40] we can directly click on this um
[20:43] sequences and then we can name it so for
[20:45] example I'll continue doing the interior
[20:49] designer and then I'll click on next um
[20:53] so we have you know a matter of credits
[20:55] so we just go on next and so we have two
[20:57] Integrations so one is hops spot and the
[20:59] other one is no CRM the three others are
[21:02] on their way this year so pipe dry
[21:04] Salesforce and Zoho um but otherwise you
[21:07] can also use um zapia to connect with
[21:09] the CRM that you use at the moment we
[21:12] also have an article to help you um with
[21:15] that so those are the main things that I
[21:18] wanted to show you with wxy if you have
