[05:53] भोजन की बर्बादी के कारण भूख मेरी बढ़ रही है जिससे हमारे पर्यावरण को भी नुकसान पहुंच रहा है।

[06:30] देश की महिलाएं खाने की बर्बादी को रोकने में एक अहम भूमिका निभा सकती हैं।

[06:34] अपनी थाली में उतना ही खाना लें जितनी भूख हो।
  Take only as much food on your plate as you are hungry for.

[06:36] खाना जूठा न छोड़ें।

[06:41] ज्यादा न बनाएं और बचा हुआ भोजन किसी गौ या फिर गरीबों को दान दे दिया जाए।
