[00:04] Note-taking apps, task managers, habit trackers, journaling applications, and they all helped me to become more productive.
[00:12] It was all about orchestrating these tools and combining them in the right way to take the most out of it.
[00:19] And this is what my i Cor is all about and the i Cor methodology helping you with exactly this.
[00:24] Based on all this experience, I knew what I wanted out of these tools.
[00:29] It was usually just one or two features that I really appreciated.
[00:33] Example, in Hepta base, I had the whiteboarding tools that was great.
[00:38] In Tana, I had a outlining experience, what was great.
[00:40] In Day One, I had a serendipity seeing what happened on the same day a year before.
[00:45] With Clood, I had the opportunity to search through my knowledge in no time and make connections that I would have never done.
[00:52] Using Apple Health and different health trackers to combine all my data, this is now all in this local folder.
[01:00] Having a planner application like Sunsama, that's now inside this folder.
[01:04] I can connect this folder to my external task and project management tools.
[01:09] I can plan out my week inside this folder.
[01:12] What I need to focus on, what do I need to get done, and that's where AI constantly helps me with.
[01:19] I have all my scanned documents, contracts, invoices, everything inside this folder.
[01:25] If I get a new paper invoice, I scan it with my external document scanner, it drops it directly into the team inbox, into scanned documents.
[01:31] AI organizes it, connects the dots to any relevant contracts, connects to my money money app here, which allows AI to see the transactions, extracts the transaction, sees if I paid the invoice, and reminds me that I still need to pay any invoices there right on my dashboard.
[01:52] Guys, this is insane.
[01:55] I can access this folder from my mobile phone using remote control on my cloud app.
[01:58] Perfect.
[01:59] I can go outside
[02:02] and I can keep working inside this folder.
[02:04] So, all this is now available for free.
[02:07] And in this video, I want to show you the installation process.

[03:20] But now let's get started how all this works.
[03:22] Here I just downloaded this fresh and I just right click on it and say new terminal at folder.
[03:28] So, here I'm on a Mac.
[03:30] You can do the same on Windows.
[03:32] It works perfectly, already tested it.
[03:34] And here I can open up the folder and that's what you see, that's what you get out of the box.
[03:37] If you open up the team, you see here you get 12 agents with this scaffold for free already out of the box.
[03:45] And in the expansions here we see my PKA cockpit and this is the interface that you saw in more detail in the other video.
[03:52] So, all I do now, I launch Claude as you would usually do inside a terminal.
[03:57] You can do this also on your Claude desktop if you prefer this one.
[03:59] I always prefer to do this type of work in
[04:04] The terminal.
[04:06] No need for me to go into a separate tool for this.
[04:09] And here, I opened now this terminal this Claude code inside this folder as you can see here desktop pka version 33.
[04:17] What I don't recommend is using this in it because in Claude, this will create a new Claude MD file.
[04:25] And in this latest version, we have a pre-made Claude MD file already here.
[04:27] This will initialize the whole installation process.
[04:32] If you open this up, it perfectly understands what this is.
[04:36] So, you instead of doing this, you can just say "Who are you?"
[04:40] And it will now read this Claude file and trigger all that.
[04:42] It already out of the box understands I'm Larry your team orchestrator.
[04:46] Later on, you can rename your agents to whatever you like.
[04:48] This is just my own team that I use on a daily basis plus the interface that I'm using on a daily basis made available for the public.
[04:59] So, you can actually get the same things that I'm using to build not only fancy folders like this,
[05:04] built my iCore membership platform just using this folder setup and Claude.
[05:11] So, Claude works inside this folder much more efficient compared using it something out of the box.
[05:17] So, what it does now here, it understood uh okay, he does know who I am.
[05:20] Good almost there.
[05:22] It understands that there is already a Git repo.
[05:27] So, again out of the box, Git is already installed here which just means if you have no idea what this is, that there's versioning in there.
[05:33] So, if you make any changes, it will actually have versioning so you can roll back things if anything breaks along the way.
[05:39] Also, the SQLite database is in this new folder pre-installed.
[05:45] So, everything is based on markdown files.
[05:47] You know it from Obsidian.
[05:49] You can perfectly open this folder inside Obsidian, as I showed you in another video, too.
[05:53] It doesn't matter.
[05:55] It has the markdown, it uses wiki links, but another layer on top is a fully fledged SQLite database that makes it even more efficient to connect things together and visualize this in the interface that we've built here.

[06:06] now he's asking what's my first name,
[06:08] and I just answer Tom.
[06:08] And once set up consent, he will organize this and so on, and I'll just say yes.
[06:13] So, keep in mind, he's just working inside a folder.
[06:15] He's not doing anything on my machine.
[06:17] There are no He's just organizing these things, and there is no data from you inside there yet.
[06:22] So, if you're getting started and you never used this before, this would be your starting point.
[06:27] Here, he says, for example, the close session {slash} command is missing.
[06:28] I create it.
[06:31] The close session {slash} command means that you can hit {slash} and say close session, and this is something I highly recommend that you do on a regular basis, and the team even will remind you the more you use it to do this, because this will regenerate your SQLite database.
[06:44] It sets everything up, the connections are done properly, everything is cleaned up, your inboxes get archived, and and many things that go into this close session.
[06:57] And if there's anything missing, you can always say add this to the close session.
[07:01] The moment we close the session, you should do X and Y, and that's how this works.
[07:07] Now, he installs the interface that we can actually visualize the content from our folder much easier with all the things that I showed you in the beginning.
[07:15] So, this scaffold will install everything in mind, your workouts, your health data, and so on, but it will not connect to anything in your private folder.
[07:25] It will just set it up in a way that you could connect it now to your folder and start extracting in any way and form into this folder, so you fill up this database with more and more context that you find relevant for your use case.
[07:37] As I'm using all this, I considered it might be useful for others to get the full version that I'm using and no longer a stripped-down version that is generalistic.
[07:49] Now you see it is the basic agents that we had before plus the two live expansion packs that were they were behind a paywall.
[07:56] They are now all included in this free scaffold too.
[07:59] So now it's ready so I can open up this interface.

[08:06] I go to expansions my PK cockpit and here it is start

[08:10] And here you could make a shortcut to start this easy many things.
[08:13] You could even let I know build a proper local application if you want.
[08:17] But this is what you get out of the box.

[08:21] It launches now the server which is running your PK cockpit.
[08:24] And here we are.
[08:26] This is now the cockpit out of the box.
[08:28] As you can see there's nothing here.
[08:30] That's the new hub that shows me then today's actions, today's calendar, open invoices, recently scanned all the documents and here my projects, key elements all based on the my life concept in I core, my goals, my habits.
[08:43] So this is all based on our I core methodology.
[08:47] We have to pin fleeting notes, the whiteboards and so on.
[08:49] Everything is here but obviously it's empty.
[08:51] So I can go here to fleeting notes.
[08:53] I can start a new whiteboard.
[08:56] I can check what connection it should be.
[08:58] Is it a key element or topic?
[09:00] I create this whiteboard.
[09:03] I can create a new note inside this whiteboard as you would know from up the base and I can start typing.
[09:07] This is a test inside this note itself
[09:11] and then here I can actually do the outlining with collapsing.
[09:16] I can use markdown commands to collapse even the headers and many things that I won't cover in this video today.
[09:22] I can create another note.
[09:22] I can connect these notes.
[09:24] I can give this a connection name.
[09:27] All the things that you would expect from a whiteboard.
[09:29] And when we go now back to the hub, you see now here is the test whiteboard.
[09:33] I can go to fleeting notes, add a new note, make even more tests, and I can here I can pin, I can change the color of these things.
[09:40] And if I go back, now I have my pinned note here.
[09:45] And if you don't like the order of this, you can go now to settings, and here I can re-these things.
[09:48] I can bring up the pinned notes.
[09:50] I can switch to light mode, and boom, there you are with all the fleeting notes, everything working the same.
[09:57] Also, I prefer dark mode.
[09:59] And also, if you go to health, obviously, this is all empty when you start.
[10:03] So, how do you connect these things now?
[10:05] Well, this is the moment where you just interact with your team.
[10:06] You say what you want.
[10:08] You say, "I'm tracking health data in my Samsung Android device or
[10:13] iPhone.
[10:15] It's so different that it makes no sense at this point to provide any more instructions because AI will be there to help you to connect these things.
[10:22] How do you get the health information out of it?
[10:24] Where do you get this from?
[10:27] Maybe you even have a connection to your doctor's uh insights and all these things.
[10:31] Yeah, that's the habit tracker, therefore you need to create habits.
[10:35] You just talk to your team to create these things, workouts, and so on.
[10:38] So, you know, I showed you this already before.
[10:40] Then you have also the deliverables inbox.
[10:42] When AI starts delivering something, it shows it here.
[10:45] You can open this up.
[10:47] Team inbox, here I can even drag and drop anything in here like this.
[10:51] And now I can ask AI to talk about this.
[10:54] And again, it's all just your local folder.
[10:57] Let me go back to desktop, that's the folder.
[10:58] We go down to team inbox, here it is.
[11:01] The thing that I just dropped in.
[11:03] So, all this interface does, it's just visualizing folders that are part of this local folder in here in a more fancy way that I can focus on.
[11:10] And then I can actually write proper notes like
[11:15] you would know from Obsidian.
[11:16] Now, we also have this new outer world section.
[11:18] I can now drop things into my AI and say, "Save this as outer world."
[11:23] What is outer world?
[11:25] Well, again, we teach this inside the AI methodology.
[11:27] Outer world is everything that you get on X, on YouTube, things that don't come up from your own brain and ideas and they are usually noise and you need to figure out the signal and this is where is the place where you you usually would use something like a read later app.
[11:41] I wanted to have it in here and I have it in here.
[11:43] And the planner application will allow you to organize all your work.
[11:47] So in order to connect this, you have your connections and here is what what do you want to connect?
[11:51] Let's say to do is and I just need to provide the API key from to do is and it connects it directly for the calendar.
[11:58] It also explains to you how to connect it and this is where you get going.
[12:02] So something I wanted to is when I'm inside a note, I can click on discuss with AI.
[12:07] I can say what is it that I want to discuss?
[12:09] What is this?
[12:11] And then I can even pick a model.
[12:13] Let's use a very fast
[12:16] one because it's just a quick question in reference of this note.
[12:19] Open in terminal, it will open terminal, launches Claude pre-prompted and with your question that you had related to this file as you found here.
[12:29] And now it says essentially empty fleeting note with a heading.
[12:33] See it recognized perfectly what's going on and that's how I can navigate through my interface and instantly start discussing something and stay on track then with my AI.
[12:42] You also have databases for the people, topics, goals.
[12:46] These are the databases so I can go here.
[12:49] Dr. Schmidt, so you see embedding and then you also see the connections like you would know from Obsidian.
[12:55] I'm not diving too deep into this.

[13:05] These are all the AI agents that you get out of the box.

[13:21] So this is where you really can dive deep and see how all these agents are actually set up.
[13:24] And again, all this is just your local files that you can also open inside your finder.
[13:29] That's something that you've been able for months already, going here, opening up charter, and here's the agents MD.
[13:36] I can open this up, but look the reading experience of it in comparison to what you get now here.
[13:40] And this applies to any notes that you even take and so on.
[13:44] So now it's not only talking with AI and hoping for the best to retrieve it.
[13:49] Now you have full access and control over this.

[14:22] So these are This is my private folder, but that make wouldn't make sense to share all these agents with you because most of them that go beyond what you get now for free, 48 agents are in this folder, okay?
[14:33] So nearly 50 agents, but most of them are highly specialized to my workflows, to my work streams that I do on a daily basis.
[14:40] And therefore it makes no sense to share them with you, but you can perfectly build your own 50 agents just telling Larry, "I need to do this.
[14:50] Hire somebody who is able to do this.
[14:52] This is what this folder is all about.
[14:54] And now I want to open this folder up.
[14:56] I launch it in a terminal here.
[14:58] And so you can see in my folder here in the expansions, there is no cockpit.
[15:02] There are just some self-made apps that I installed.
[15:04] And now I will activate this interface for my own private stuff.
[15:07] So therefore I opened up the terminal.
[15:10] I will launch now Claude here.
[15:12] And now I say, that's important now, this is the new scaffold that I You just So you
[15:19] download the full thing again.
[15:21] I just drag and drop this into the terminal.
[15:23] It may It gives the path to this folder and I say, "Look at this folder and tell me what is different that we can use for our own folder."
[15:33] I'm especially interested in the interface, the MyPK Cockpit, to get over and wired up with my personal setup that I have here.
[15:41] Just ensure there are no breaking changes or regressions along the way and give me a full plan on how you would bring this over.
[15:48] If you're worried about breaking changes or anything like this, always back up your folder before you do any of these things.
[15:54] Then you can just play around, see how it works, keep your backup there, and just keep working with the new version.
[16:00] But it's all the things that you have in here, this is nothing breaking in a sense that it deletes all your data or anything like this.
[16:09] You will see now how it looks into this.
[16:11] See, it recognizes this and that's now my personal Larry talking to me here that I personalized for over 6 months now.
[16:18] So obviously, he will probably now
[16:20] understand that this is the cockpit that we've created, right?
[16:24] So he will probably make the connection that this is the new scaffold and what's uh what not.
[16:29] But for you, this would be the approach.
[16:31] I'm pretty sure most of you want to have the interface there.
[16:33] However, I really recommend if you don't have any developer agents yet, security agent, designer agent, also ask your team to extract these agents, too.
[16:43] That was usually done through the expansion packs.
[16:45] Now you have it all in this folder because with these additional agents, you will be able to modify this interface easily.
[16:51] So it recognizes See, I had our old cockpit there and this was actually uh a testing version that I did with my own interface that I I was using and then I finalized now the version three cockpit to publish for you guys and decided then to make this outside.
[17:07] So now I can show you in this video how I backfill this into my own setup.

[17:14] That's also one of the developers that you get with the new pack and he compares now the cockpit web interface with my old version and

[17:24] But I can say just ditch the old cockpit and replace with new one.
