[01:51:19] five fingers are not powerful. One fist

[01:51:23] is powerful.

[01:51:28] When there is one part of you thinking

[01:51:31] one thing, another part feeling another

[01:51:33] thing, another part projecting another

[01:51:36] thing

[01:51:37] and another part fearing another thing.

[01:51:40] Naturally life becomes heavy.

[01:51:44] This heaviness is what you are calling

[01:51:47] stress.

[01:51:48] This heaviness is what you are calling

[01:51:51] confusion.

[01:51:52] This heaviness is what you are calling

[01:51:54] delay. This heaviness is what you are

[01:51:57] calling lack of flow.

[01:52:00] Understand very clearly.

[01:52:05] The problem is not action. The problem

[01:52:08] is conflict carried into action.

[01:52:13] Once the conflict drops,

[01:52:15] suddenly the same life is experienced in

[01:52:20] totally different way.

[01:52:22] You attract different situations.

[01:52:26] You respond in a different way. You

[01:52:29] carry a different energy signature. You

[01:52:33] carry a different energy structure.

[01:52:39] This is why dharma is not theory. Dharma

[01:52:43] is the most practical intelligence.

[01:52:46] The person established in dharma

[01:52:50] does not merely behave better. The

[01:52:54] person established in dharma sees

[01:52:57] better, feels better, decides better and

[01:53:01] manifests better.

[01:53:04] The moment inner conflict drops,

[01:53:07] life stops feeling like a burden. The

[01:53:11] moment inner conflict drops, existence

[01:53:15] starts feeling like a romance.

[01:53:18] This is one of the most important truth.

[01:53:22] Listen,

[01:53:27] when the conflict inside ends,

[01:53:31] the romance with life begins.

[01:53:35] Dharma is the end of inner civil war.

[01:53:42] Once this civil war ends,

[01:53:45] your energy becomes available for

[01:53:49] creation,

[01:53:50] completion,

[01:53:52] compassion,

[01:53:53] courage and manifestation.

[01:54:01] So end the civil war inside

[01:54:08] because Krishna did not have the civil

[01:54:10] war happening inside. He was able to

[01:54:13] handle the whole Mahabharata war

[01:54:17] from the energy of creation, completion,

[01:54:21] compassion, courage and manifestation.

[01:54:34] I'll reveal

[01:54:39] next important truth. Listen,

[01:54:42] conflictfree inner space is romancing

[01:54:45] with the light.

[01:54:49] Understand this word very deeply.

[01:54:55] Romance with the life does not mean

[01:54:58] escaping life.

[01:55:00] Romance with the life does not mean

[01:55:03] avoiding responsibility.

[01:55:06] Romance with life does not mean denial

[01:55:09] of challenge.

[01:55:11] Romance with life means being so

[01:55:14] conflict free inside. You are available

[01:55:18] to life in every form.

[01:55:23] Whether life comes as a play, you are

[01:55:26] available. Whether life comes as a

[01:55:28] leadership, you are available. Whether

[01:55:31] life comes as a strategy, you are

[01:55:33] available. Whether life comes as a war,

[01:55:36] you are available.

[01:55:38] This is the real flow of state.

[01:55:43] Flow is not merely the absence of

[01:55:46] workload.

[01:55:48] Flow is the absence of selfconlict in

[01:55:51] workload.

[01:55:52] Flow is not the reduction of life. Flow

[01:55:55] is the unclutched participation in life.

[01:56:00] That is why I am saying dest

[01:56:03] manifestation is not a struggle with

[01:56:07] reality. It's a romance with reality.

[01:56:13] Understand these few truths very deeply.

[01:56:17] Do not struggle with the life when you

[01:56:20] can romance with the life.

[01:56:22] The one established in dharma does not

[01:56:25] carry life as a load but lives as a love

[01:56:30] of fire with existence.

[01:56:33] Flow state is not the speed of action.

[01:56:38] It's a purity of inner space behind the

[01:56:41] action.

[01:56:44] When you are unclutched

[01:56:46] life becomes music. When you are in

[01:56:49] conflict, even blessings feel heavy.

[01:56:54] When you are in dharma, even challenges

[01:56:57] become choreographed. Listen.

[01:57:04] Krishna declares

[01:57:06] in Bhagavat Gita.

[01:57:26] Established in yoga perform action

[01:57:31] abandoning attachment and remaining

[01:57:34] equal in success and failure. This

[01:57:38] equanimity is called yoga. I want to

[01:57:41] tell you one important truth.

[01:57:45] Bishma had Vishwarupadashana three times

[01:57:53] Krishna showed

[01:57:57] Visharupa to Bishma also

[01:58:00] when he showed for Arjuna. Listen

[01:58:04] the Bahabara clearly documents

[01:58:07] when Arjuna was receiving Gita when

[01:58:14] Krishna revealed Bhagavat Gita

[01:58:18] only three people heard and saw fully

[01:58:27] Sanjaya

[01:58:29] Arjuna

[01:58:31] Bishma

[01:58:34] Four persons heard,

[01:58:37] three persons saw.

[01:58:43] Those who heard and saw is Arjuna,

[01:58:48] Sanjaya, Bishma.

[01:58:51] The person who only heard but did not

[01:58:54] see is Draarashtra.

[01:58:59] Mahabharata documents very clearly.

[01:59:02] So when Krishna showed Visharupa, Bishma

[01:59:07] also saw

[01:59:09] and

[01:59:11] when

[01:59:12] Krishna took the

[01:59:15] chariot wheel

[01:59:18] to directly face Bishma

[01:59:21] that time he showed Visharupa.

[01:59:25] So Bishma dropped all the weapon

[01:59:27] everything and

[01:59:30] decided to collapse

[01:59:32] to surrender.

[01:59:36] And third

[01:59:38] third time when

[01:59:42] Bishma was fully liberated on Uttarayana

[01:59:46] Bishma Parva

[01:59:48] when Bishma was taken to moka that time

[01:59:52] Krishna showed Visharupa

[01:59:56] The sun

[02:00:08] all three different situation.

[02:00:14] The reason why Krishna has to get into

[02:00:18] the war directly picking up the chariot

[02:00:21] wheel.

[02:00:22] Bishma was going overboard and he was

[02:00:24] even

[02:00:26] planning for brahastra to pick up the

[02:00:29] brahastra

[02:00:32] finish up the war

[02:00:36] then Krishna has to enter into the scene

[02:00:39] noi

[02:00:42] no

[02:00:44] that cannot happen

[02:00:51] cannot be lost

[02:00:53] destroyed right

[02:00:55] for your

[02:01:06] feelings are

[02:01:09] the side you have adopted.

[02:01:14] The last before liberating

[02:01:19] Krishna so shows visor rupa

[02:01:24] Then

[02:01:26] Vishma

[02:01:27] from the

[02:01:29] death bed the bed of arrows he sings.

[02:01:43] The whole wishes

[02:01:47] that was the time Krishna tells Dharaja

[02:01:52] to receive all the lessons

[02:01:56] of dharma from Bishma.

[02:01:58] So Dharma and Pabandhavas and Draati all

[02:02:03] of them received the lesson. Suddenly

[02:02:05] Draati started laughing

[02:02:09] and Krishna asked

[02:02:13] Draati when did you laugh?

[02:02:17] She said such dharmic lessons.

[02:02:21] This man Bishma is delivering such great

[02:02:25] truths and lessons.

[02:02:27] Then why did he kept quiet?

[02:02:31] Why this dharma

[02:02:33] did not function in him in the raja

[02:02:37] sabha when my clothes were pulled when I

[02:02:41] was literally physically abused

[02:02:48] beautifully. Vishma answers

[02:02:52] the food I ate

[02:02:55] that became

[02:02:58] muscle memory and stopped my bio energy

[02:03:03] functioning fully.

[02:03:05] But now due to the Arjuna

[02:03:10] all that blood has left all that muscles

[02:03:13] are gone and those muscle memories are

[02:03:15] also gone. So my pure bio energy is

[02:03:19] awakened

[02:03:21] and now especially with this visharupa

[02:03:24] dashana

[02:03:25] I am in that pure conflictfree dharma

[02:03:29] state.

[02:03:32] So understand

[02:03:41] established in dharma

[02:03:48] makes you manifest the ultimate. Even

[02:03:52] for

[02:03:55] you, you need to be established in

[02:03:57] dharma to manifest the best.

[02:04:03] Understand this verse Krishna is saying

[02:04:08] established in yoga perform action.

[02:04:11] Oanchaya

[02:04:13] abandoning attachment and remaining

[02:04:16] equal in success and failure. This

[02:04:19] equanimity is called yoga.

[02:04:37] Understand the verse. Krishna is not

[02:04:40] saying avoid action.

[02:04:42] Krishna is not saying postpone action.

[02:04:45] Krishna is not saying withdraw from

[02:04:48] life. Krishna is saying first

[02:04:50] established in yoga dharma

[02:04:55] then act.

[02:04:58] That means first be established in the

[02:05:02] right inner space then move.

[02:05:05] This is exactly what I am calling

[02:05:08] dharma. As the conflictfree inner space

[02:05:14] from that space action becomes pure

[02:05:21] again

[02:05:23] 50th verse of second chapter Krishna

[02:05:25] says

[02:05:38] yoga

[02:05:42] Actually this is the this verse I

[02:05:45] received as a guru walk from Swami

[02:05:48] Rangaratan.

[02:05:50] He gave me the mantra dika when I had

[02:05:54] initiation in Ramachrishna sraaya.

[02:05:57] He gave me the mantra dika.

[02:05:59] Usually the brahmacharis

[02:06:02] means who are the ashamavasis, matavasis

[02:06:08] who live inside the mud.

[02:06:12] After the initiation they will have one

[02:06:14] interview with the guru.

[02:06:19] The public will not have that

[02:06:20] opportunity. They can have initiation

[02:06:22] and blessings and they will have to

[02:06:24] leave.

[02:06:25] But all the

[02:06:27] ashamawasis will have one interview. So

[02:06:30] after my initiation I went and

[02:06:33] shared. Actually I had a wonderful

[02:06:36] experience before

[02:06:38] Swami G. Ranganatan gave the mantra. The

[02:06:41] mantra appeared in me in my dion and had

[02:06:45] the dash of Dvi and mantra appeared and

[02:06:48] d of shari.

[02:06:50] I expressed all these dions and he said

[02:06:53] all this is true.

[02:06:55] These dions what you had is true. They

[02:06:58] are not dreams or imagination or

[02:07:00] illusion or delusion. They are true.

[02:07:03] Then

[02:07:05] I asked him give me one truth,

[02:07:09] one satya. I'll take it as your prasada

[02:07:13] and live. He gave this verse exactly.

[02:09:34] Perfection in action does not mean

[02:09:39] manipulation.

[02:09:40] Perfection in action does not mean

[02:09:44] overthinking.

[02:09:46] Perfection in action does not mean

[02:09:49] tension.

[02:09:50] Perfection in action

[02:09:53] means action flowing from clarity.

[02:09:59] Perfection in action means action

[02:10:02] flowing from alignment.

[02:10:05] Perfection in action means action

[02:10:09] flowing from nonfragmented

[02:10:12] consciousness.

[02:10:15] The person with inner conflict cannot

[02:10:18] sustain perfection in action.

[02:10:22] The person in dharma naturally expresses

[02:10:27] perfection in action. The flow is dharma

[02:10:33] expressing itself as perfection in

[02:10:37] action.

[02:10:40] So is dharma expressing itself as

[02:10:45] perfection in action.

[02:10:54] Listen.

[02:10:56] Freedom from mental fever

[02:11:02] and the source of flow.

[02:11:11] The next pana

[02:11:14] is one of the most important for this

[02:11:16] whole satssung.

[02:11:20] It's from 30th verse and third chapter

[02:11:23] of Bhagavat Gita.

[02:11:40] Surrendering all actions to me

[02:11:45] with consciousness centered on in the

[02:11:48] self,

[02:11:49] free from expectation and possessiveness

[02:11:54] and free from mental fever. engage in

[02:11:59] action.

[02:12:04] I wanted to highlight one word from this

[02:12:07] verse

[02:12:11] means free from mental fever.

[02:12:16] This is one of the strongest scriptural

[02:12:19] definition of flu.

[02:12:24] Action without mental fever is flow.

[02:12:30] Manifestation without mental fever is

[02:12:34] flow.

[02:12:36] Decision without mental fever is flow.

[02:12:40] Leadership without mental fever is flow.

[02:12:45] Most people are not acting. They are

[02:12:49] acting with fever.

[02:12:53] Most people are not manifesting. They

[02:12:56] are manifesting with anxiety.

[02:13:00] Most people are not deciding. They are

[02:13:03] deciding with the psychological heat.

[02:13:06] This verse means act free from jara,

[02:13:11] free from fever. This is the foundation

[02:13:14] of effortless action.

[02:13:17] Effortless action does not mean no

[02:13:21] intensity. It means no fever.

[02:13:26] Effortless action does not mean no

[02:13:28] responsibility.

[02:13:30] It means no psychological burning.

[02:13:33] Effortless action does not mean no

[02:13:36] action. It means action from the center.

[02:13:41] This is why I want to tell you lesson.

[02:13:45] Do not manifest with fever. Manifest

[02:13:48] with centered fire.

[02:13:52] Pressure is not power.

[02:13:55] Mental fever is not sincerity.

[02:13:59] The more unclutched you are, the more

[02:14:02] effective your action becomes.

[02:14:07] Listen

[02:14:22] man

[02:14:26] unclutching

[02:14:28] returning to conflictree space.

[02:14:35] We need to understand the source from

[02:14:38] which this flow flowers.

[02:14:43] The source is inner silence. The source

[02:14:46] is mana.

[02:14:48] The source is unclutching. The exact

[02:14:52] foundation is given in the second verse

[02:14:54] of yoga sutra. Yoga.

[02:15:00] When you are unclutched, you are

[02:15:02] paramas.

[02:15:04] When you are with the source you are

[02:15:06] paramacha.

[02:15:08] When your chitta

[02:15:10] happens you are paramacha.

[02:15:17] The fruit of that state is given in the

[02:15:20] third verse.

[02:15:33] Then the seer abides

[02:15:37] in its own true nature.

[02:15:43] Understand that means

[02:15:48] when the fluctuations of mind settle,

[02:15:52] you return to your original space.

[02:15:56] The original space is not confusion.

[02:16:00] Original space is not fear. That

[02:16:03] original space is not contradiction.

[02:16:06] That original space is conflict free.

[02:16:09] That original space is dharma. That

[02:16:12] original

[02:16:13] space is paramasa.

[02:16:16] That original space is samadi.

[02:16:21] From there flow becomes natural.

[02:16:28] Says beautifully

[02:16:44] When the five senses stand still

[02:16:47] together with the mind and the intellect

[02:16:51] does not move that they call the supreme

[02:16:55] state.

[02:16:57] This verse directly shows the space

[02:17:01] beyond inner agitation.

[02:17:06] Unclutching is the practical bridge

[02:17:10] to this space.

[02:17:12] Whenever fear comes, unclutch.

[02:17:17] Don't argue with fear. Don't try to

[02:17:19] quench the fear. Don't try to put the

[02:17:21] fire off. Don't try to do firefighting

[02:17:24] with fear. No.

[02:17:26] Unclutch, disone.

[02:17:34] Whenever overthinking comes, unclutch,

[02:17:37] disone, divine

[02:17:45] peace treaty with fear.

[02:17:47] Don't try to sign peace treaty with

[02:17:49] overthinking.

[02:17:54] Complete divorce unclutch.

[02:17:58] Whenever overchecking comes unclutch,

[02:18:02] whenever inner pressure comes, unclutch.

[02:18:06] Whenever mental fever comes unclutched.

[02:18:12] Whenever you remember, return

[02:18:18] to the source. You don't have to create

[02:18:21] dharma. You only have to stop clutching

[02:18:25] conflict.

[02:18:28] The moment clutching stops, the conflict

[02:18:32] inner space starts revealing itself.

[02:18:36] This is why I wanted to give this truth

[02:18:39] in one sharp line. You are not as to

[02:18:43] manufacture flow. You are as to unclutch

[02:18:46] friction.

[02:18:50] Final essence conclusion.

[02:18:56] Let me give you the essence of whole

[02:18:58] satssung

[02:19:00] once more in one complete conclusion.

[02:19:05] The flow state of manifestation is

[02:19:08] dharma in action.

[02:19:12] Dharma means conflictfree inner space.

[02:19:17] Conflictfree inner space. expresses as

[02:19:21] unclutched awareness.

[02:19:24] Unclutched awareness expresses as manon

[02:19:29] ma.

[02:19:31] Manon mana expresses as clarity.

[02:19:36] Clarity expresses as perfection in

[02:19:41] action and in inaction.

[02:19:45] Perfection in action expresses as

[02:19:50] powerful manifestation.

[02:19:53] Powerful manifestation

[02:19:55] expresses as reality responding.

[02:20:00] This is the whole science.

[02:20:05] Do not waste your life trying to force

[02:20:09] manifestation through anxiety.

[02:20:13] Do not waste your life trying to create

[02:20:16] results through inner argument.

[02:20:20] Do not waste your life trying to move

[02:20:22] the world while being split within

[02:20:25] yourself.

[02:20:27] First end the split.

[02:20:30] First return to dharma.

[02:20:33] First romance with life.

[02:20:37] Then action will carry power.

[02:20:40] Then timing will carry intelligence.

[02:20:44] Then manifestation will carry

[02:20:46] inevitability.

[02:20:49] Flow is not speed.

[02:20:53] Flow is freedom from inner friction.

[02:20:57] Dharma is not a command.

[02:21:00] Dharma is your conflictfree original

[02:21:04] space.

[02:21:06] Manifestation is not pressure applied to

[02:21:09] life. Manifestation is life responding

[02:21:13] to your inner alignment.

[02:21:18] The one who lives in dharma does not

[02:21:22] fight existence.

[02:21:24] The one who lives in dharma romance

[02:21:30] romances existence.

[02:21:35] When you stop clutching confusion,

[02:21:39] consciousness starts flowing as

[02:21:42] intelligence.

[02:21:45] Be established inside

[02:21:49] then act outside.

[02:21:54] I'll put a whole message in one line.

[02:21:59] Dharma is conflictfree inner space.

[02:22:05] Flow is its movement and manifestation

[02:22:09] is its result.

[02:23:24] very dark space, very pessimistic. But

[02:23:27] now there's this love inside of me.

[02:23:29] There's this joy inside of me. And the

[02:23:33] belief systems are changing. So all of a

[02:23:36] sudden opportunities are everywhere.

[02:23:38] >> I've been learning the yoga from other

[02:23:40] sources previously but the Swami's yoga

[02:24:54] felt deep healing experiences. Also I

[02:24:57] kind of manifested different powers. For

[02:24:59] example, I could do remote vision.

[02:25:02] Another thing that I manifested was body

[02:25:04] scanning. I would say the last thing

[02:25:06] that really touched me was how

[02:25:09] everything is so kind of personal. The

[02:25:12] whole experience like people really

[02:25:13] attend to you. They care about you.

[02:25:15] You're not just a number in a program,

[02:25:16] but you're treated like a real being.

[02:25:19] So, I really appreciate that.

[02:31:28] The meaning goes paramasha says having

[02:31:31] fixed one's eyes on a particular object

[02:31:33] was one should slowly withdraw the sight

[02:31:36] from the object and successfully

[02:31:39] eliminate the knowledge of that object

[02:31:41] along with the thought and impressions

[02:31:43] of it. Then O Davi one abides in sha the

[02:31:48] state where there is nothing other than

[02:31:50] this exists which is the state of all

[02:31:53] inclusiveness or infinity.

[02:31:56] The next of the pana which is taken from

[02:31:59] the leelas of paramasha.

[02:32:06] So according to the Shiva purana

[02:32:09] the city of Maduray was once ruled by

[02:32:12] the pandan king abishan

[02:32:17] who was the great devotey of paramea. It

[02:32:20] is recorded that parisha chose to bless

[02:32:23] the king by appearing to city in a form

[02:32:26] of a siddhar as alam siddhar.

[02:32:30] The sitter was said to perform many

[02:32:33] extraordinary acts such as making

[02:32:35] elderly people appear young, turning

[02:32:38] iron into gold and curing illnesses.

[02:32:40] Because of these acts, the news of the

[02:32:42] miracle performing um siddha which is a

[02:32:46] siddha spread widely among the people of

[02:32:49] mad.

[02:32:50] The king desired to see the siddha and

[02:32:53] sent gods to bring him to the palace.

[02:32:56] However,

[02:32:58] refused stating that anyone wishing to

[02:33:00] see him should tempt to him as he had

[02:33:04] nothing to gain from the king. Later

[02:33:07] when the king encountered him at a

[02:33:09] temple, everyone stood in respect except

[02:33:12] the siddhar. Feing challenged the king

[02:33:15] tested him by asking him to feed sugar

[02:33:17] can open statue

[02:33:21] accepted the challenge. He called to

[02:33:24] offer the sugarcane to the stone

[02:33:26] elephant which stood astonishment of all

[02:33:29] present came to life trumped stretch the

[02:33:32] trunk and ate the sugarcane before

[02:33:34] turning back into and this event was

[02:33:38] late understood as a divine leela of

[02:33:41] Shiva. So you can see very beautifully

[02:33:46] man the sp of conscious of matter the

[02:33:48] stone elephant which is actually till

[02:33:51] date that swami g revealed a stone

[02:33:53] elephant there in the temple of mad

[02:33:55] which is actually a pillar and this came

[02:33:58] to life and take the sugar from the king

[02:34:02] and of course the king understood that

[02:34:04] it's paramacha himself who had come and

[02:34:07] and this leela

[02:34:09] and next is swami's own experience

[02:34:50] physical contact with that rock boulder.

[02:34:52] Just that feeling one with that.

[02:34:56] Then he moved my hand and the bowler

[02:34:58] started rolling. I started shouting,

[02:35:00] "Oh, what happened? Stop." Then he

[02:35:03] stopped my hand and the bowler stopped.

[02:35:05] I think from that time only I started

[02:35:07] shaking people. that to the first object

[02:35:10] responded to my movement. So you can

[02:35:13] share very beautifully. Swami G manifest

[02:35:17] his power of conscious of matter where

[02:35:21] felt oneness with the nature simply the

[02:35:24] bold listen to Swami G and last is the
