[00:32] lord may we hear your word

[00:51] hear our cries
[00:53] hear our needs
[00:55] we trust by faith that it shall be done according to that faith

[01:04] we give you thanks jesus name and all of us say amen
[01:06] let's give the lord praise in this place come on

[01:14] we are starting a new series this month that is very sobering
[01:19] a difficult series to talk about
[01:20] we're actually going to speak about hell for this entire month
[01:24] so you might say pastor why do we want to talk about hell
[01:29] in the age we live in you know we need a lot of good news
[01:33] but it's one of those things whereby heaven is wonderful news
[01:39] and hell is very bad news
[01:42] and sometimes to really appreciate the good news that we are saved by grace through faith in christ right
[01:47] and that leads us to a life in this earth of living for him and then seeing him for all eternity in heaven that's the
[02:02] wonderful news but that's also bad news you see it's not like heaven and nothing it's heaven and hell.
[02:13] it's not heaven and nothing it's not just heaven and earth there's actually the other place called hell.
[02:20] now the truth is you know even on sundays we try to touch a bit on hell and allude to it at times but we don't really want to go deep into it and there's a reason for that i'll be frank like even for me if i was not the preacher what i want to hear about hell on a sunday i'll tell you the truth no i obviously want to hear more happy things.
[02:45] but i tell you the reason for a conviction why we need to recover this conversation of the biblical understanding of hell is that time is really short folks and we need to have fresh evangelistic zeal.
[03:02] this is a statistic that's been happening like even just a couple days of days ago uh i was in the love singapore meeting and again the statistics came out you know in the last decade or so we're talking about less than one percent
[03:19] one percent less than one percent new christians not not in lighthouse you know in all of singapore
[03:26] so with well it's come to a stage friends that new people coming to christ is is is getting very few
[03:37] if we continue this trend the truth is that every year it goes down
[03:43] so from 0.6 we're looking at maybe 0.4 0.2 and then we become like europe if it's negative
[03:54] instead of more people coming to christ we have more people leaving the faith and you say pastor i don't have to be worried about that you know i'm
[04:03] thankful i'm saved.
[04:05] but i think we want to be a people that love god and his commands.
[04:08] we want to be a people that we understand the gospel and the commission.
[04:15] like jesus saves us right but not to just save us for a happy life.
[04:20] but he saves us for a purpose for good works ephesians 2 10.
[04:23] he saved us to prepare us to be missionaries not necessarily full-time but we're on a mission to be sought in light to share the gospel to evangelize the disciple and so on.
[04:36] this is something we know already and and again i understand that we can hear it till we it's over jarring i get that.
[04:45] but my hope for this health series is not to frighten you.
[04:49] the christian but rather to bring us to that place of sobering conviction that if we do not spur our evangelistic zeal we're talking about many people we know.
[05:04] everywhere we turn there are people that are not in faith.
[05:06] that are lost.
[05:08] that are away from eternal hope.
[05:14] and my prayer for us not just you for me is that god will stir us to say i want to make it my life's ambition for the last remaining of my life 10 20 50 years remaining of my life to make sure i make it a point to share the gospel.
[05:33] why because heaven is so real but hell is also real.
[05:35] so today's question is is hell real.
[05:38] you know about 50 years ago this doesn't even have to be us in the church.
[05:43] but there are recent you know polls and studies like you know the gallup poll and barnes poll and all that kind of thing and it shows that more and more christians don't believe there's a hell.
[05:53] more and more christians believe that god is love and therefore hell cannot be real.
[05:57] god is love so everyone gets saved in the and that's the universalist position.
[06:07] years ago there's this person that kind of defected from the faith.
[06:08] he was a pastor called rob bell.
[06:10] he wrote the book about you know love wins.
[06:12] where his contention is god is love and therefore there's no hell.
[06:16] i'm coming up to you here to tell you that i in a part of me wishes there's no hell.
[06:18] obviously like i can recall personal journey is like when i was a young boy.
[06:20] my parents actually gave me some of those christian comics very thin book comics.
[06:22] and each book was uh evangelism.
[06:23] so it's like sharing life stories and it was so vivid the drawings i recall the stories you know.
[06:27] and then at the end it talks about things like heaven and hell and judgment.
[06:29] it was it freaked me out when i was a young boy like i'm like i can't believe there's a hell.
[06:32] i understand people's rhetoric that hell can be a way for people to control people in religion.
[06:35] i i understand all.
[07:07] that but let's say we leave out the misuse of hell as in people using hell to force people to be in their church let's just take that away.
[07:19] what if hell is real?
[07:22] what if it's really eternal?
[07:24] what if when a soul dies and he doesn't have Christ what if he he or she is really thrown into a pit of eternal everlasting damnation.
[07:41] that can leave us speechless and for days we might not have good sleep.
[07:49] he was just thinking about people we love not in the faith.
[07:56] it is this is very painful.
[07:59] it's a very painful thing.
[08:02] so as your pastor and as your spiritual brother i want to journey with you in this next five weeks okay and and i want you to understand my
[08:08] heart on this one last thing before we get into it my heart on this is not to spread the spirit of negativity or destruction that's not even it
[08:17] but it's to come to the biblical understanding of what god said about hell
[08:24] how should we as believers interact with this thing called hell
[08:29] and hopefully how does it spurs to a call of action you see like we can hear something but if it doesn't stir us to do something after a while it kind of lacks you know
[08:39] we need to exercise faster of course but you know we don't exercise it's just the same like this whole health thing we can hear about hell we can say i believe there's a hell and all that but at the end if it doesn't push us towards a personal conviction to share the faith then quite frankly i i think this health series will not make much of a of a dent

[10:17] how real the first thing i want to write down is what is hell.
[10:21] many definitions on hell i found a simplest one that i think kind of composites what hell is write this down.
[10:28] hell is the place where sinners are punished eternally by god.
[10:37] now we have a whole five weeks to deal with this so just follow along okay.
[10:40] i know you have questions i also had a lot of questions about that and the passage i'll show you is just one of many but just one second thessalonians 1 9 check it out.
[10:52] this one it says they will suffer the punishment of eternal destruction away from the presence of the lord and from the glory of his might.
[11:03] by the way just this verse gives a love description already.
[11:07] it's one of many verses in the bible that speaks about hell but just this verse we could talk a lot.
[11:12] about this verse suffering is there?
[11:14] right punishment is there right?
[11:17] the word there is eternal destruction.
[11:20] eternity is is not based on time because time there's a point where three days done.
[11:24] five days done three years done.
[11:29] eternity is the concept of that ever continuous existence.
[11:35] so you never cease to exist.
[11:38] on earth we have a finite timeline.
[11:41] our bodies decay and die we grow o and we pass on.
[11:47] in the next life you are soul you are not body.
[11:48] you are soul you are not flesh.
[11:53] and so the soul exists on and on and on and on.
[12:01] and hell is a place that there's eternal destruction where people are suffering.
[12:06] the punishment of god the wrath of god you say why.
[12:09] for their sin.
[12:11] for their refusal to come to jesus for.
[12:13] their desire to live by their own ways and their own methods.
[12:19] their desire to keep their sin the bible is very clear.
[12:22] it's a rebellion against god.
[12:24] things we don't want to hear but it's true.
[12:26] transgression against god.
[12:28] these are words in the old testament.
[12:30] the word abomination comes out hurts of times.
[12:32] it's abomination against god's.
[12:33] abomination against god is abomination against god.
[12:37] these are things that not only god frowns upon.
[12:38] sin is something that god really hates.
[12:42] that's why he sent his son right for us.
[12:45] and many people do not know the son of god.
[12:49] they heard about him but they have not interacted.
[12:52] and not evaluated and not examined the claims of jesus and not entered in.
[12:58] when jesus said come to me they did not come to him on his terms in his way.
[13:04] they came as a curiosity seeker.
[13:08] they they came to critique but they didn't come to engage.
[13:12] friends there are also many others that
[13:14] are completely ignorant of jesus
[13:17] if you say jesus
[13:19] he's no different to them as you say
[13:21] mike tyson
[13:23] michelangelo
[13:24] donatello you know you can name
[13:26] famous people in history to them is okay
[13:29] jesus
[13:30] is just a famous personality in the
[13:33] midst of a sea of famous people but they
[13:35] are wrong
[13:37] they're wrong
[13:39] jesus stands alone as the only unique
[13:42] particular supreme son of god he came
[13:45] with a spectacular mission a divine
[13:48] purpose and no one is able to mimic
[13:51] because they can't die for our sins
[13:54] only jesus
[13:56] but i understand you know like i i i in
[13:58] the past i used to engage with
[14:00] non-christian friends and the way they
[14:03] saw jesus
[14:04] is so different from how i saw jesus
[14:07] and perhaps it's the same as you right
[14:09] you're talking to people in the
[14:10] marketplace and you find out like jesus
[14:13] is not
[14:14] it's not someone they respect or they can say i respect jesus but it doesn't go further than a mere speculative.
[14:23] i respect him because he's a public figure he did something good for humanity.
[14:28] period.
[14:30] they will suffer the punishment of eternal destruction let's go through some biblical proof all right so biblical proof write down the first one is hell is referenced in the bible more than a hundred times.
[14:42] i went to open up my bible looked at every reference i could find old testament and new testament.
[14:50] second point write this down hell is translated as shio hades tataris or gahanna in the bible.
[14:59] right shio i think that's the wrong spelling the s-h-e-o-l shield.
[15:05] shield hades tataris gehenna in the bible so these are interchangeable words especially in the old testament these are words that come
[15:14] out in the greek and all that.
[15:16] to describe bottomless pit to describe hell and his horrors and the third point.
[15:22] write this down.
[15:23] jesus taught more about hell than anyone in the bible.
[15:28] this might surprise some of you.
[15:30] if you go through the gospels you would see jesus referencing about hell.
[15:35] now sometimes he doesn't use the word hell though.
[15:38] sometimes he describes it as outer darkness or the bit.
[15:42] he describes it whipping and gnashing of teeth.
[15:47] he describes in different ways at times he uses the word hell.
[15:51] but at times he just referenced the place without the mention of hell.
[15:55] but yeah it is the same thing.
[15:57] so these are some simple biblical proofs and we're going to go deeper this whole month so just stay tuned of what is going to come.
[16:05] let's go into the next point this one is crucial like this was something that was in my heart when i was young.
[16:11] why did god create hell?
[16:15] right like we can go endless debates on original sin.
[16:20] and even want to go further like original sin is adam and eve sinning right at the garden but there was even something before that original original sin.
[16:28] you say what is that bastard how did lucifer fall?
[16:35] so before the garden of eden actually there was another fall that happened in the heavens before there was a fall on earth there was a fall in the heavens.
[16:43] that the bible doesn't make a spectacular passage on that.
[16:47] genesis 3 shows the fall of men but in different places in the old testament it references to satan falling like stars.
[16:55] like he fell from the heavens and a third of the angels followed him and became demons right so before original sin happened in the god of eden there was original original sin which happened in the heavens.
[17:09] where lucifer one of the beautiful angels one of the more special unique
[17:16] angels decided to plan a rebellion against god.
[17:20] spoke to many angels and a third of them said yep we'll join you.
[17:24] and they did.
[17:26] and of course god won and they were kicked out.
[17:28] you see what happens when rebellion happens against god.
[17:32] when lucifer and the demons tried to attack god they were kicked out.
[17:37] when adam and eve sinned against god they were kicked out of the garden.
[17:42] this is a god that is all-powerful he's loving but he's all powerful and he does take the necessary actions.
[17:51] but still it didn't satisfy a situation.
[17:53] when i was i record like maybe 28 years old i was starting to ask a lot of questions about hell and it's not for preaching.
[17:59] and i mean like preaching is like sometimes as preachers we need to deliver the word but it's not the same as you as an individual wrestling and struggling and and burdened by it.
[18:13] i was very burdened i think at 28 or 30 years old about hell i was burdened by
[18:17] It like I, I read it in the Bible, I'm like, there's hell.
[18:23] I know it's true.
[18:24] I believe that since I was five years old, but I can't accept it or I don't like it.
[18:29] I don't know how to make sense of it.
[18:34] You get my point, like it's still a very hard truth.
[18:40] You know, when our kids are growing up, uh, maybe PSLE is a hard truth.
[18:43] You know what I'm saying, and then at all levels is a hard trip, right?
[18:45] Eight levels is a hard trip, right?
[18:47] Oh man, I gotta pay my own deals as a hard truth.
[18:50] Okay, those are hard truths.
[18:51] And the hardest truth is hell, though.
[18:55] Like even sickness is not the hardest truth.
[18:58] Because however we are sick on this earth, it's finite.
[19:02] If we are really in the Lord, we can be sick and die.
[19:06] And we're with Jesus.
[19:08] By the way, you don't have to stay sick.
[19:09] Come from America services, but you get my point.
[19:10] Like even if you stay sick, you have hope in Christ.
[19:17] but hell is a very hard thing to wrestle.
[19:19] because when you go through pain and you think about it times infinity and multiplied by the intensity right so we're talking about length and depth and breadth of suffering i like my mind can't compute.
[19:34] i'm talking about espacie time not past the pace it's pace of time like my mind can't accept.
[19:40] it just blows my spirit and you can take it from hell to lead to its despondency because it's hopeless or it can lead to a fresh zeal you say what's the zeal pastor.
[19:57] i want to go to god i want to be in heaven and i want many to come with me.
[20:04] i don't want them to perish.
[20:07] i've been teaching so much about people on career for some of us i've been teaching people how to cook if you're a chef i've been teaching people and helping people in different spheres of life.
[20:17] but i want to teach them now how to
[20:20] receive jesus
[20:22] i want to teach them now how to avoid
[20:24] and shun hell i want to teach people
[20:26] that life is really short i want to show
[20:28] them the way to jesus
[20:32] so hell really freaked me out why did
[20:34] god create hell now first point write
[20:36] this down
[20:38] originally it was created to punish
[20:40] satan and his demons so this is the
[20:42] original original sin
[20:44] so that was the first intent and the
[20:45] bible is clear in matthew 25 41 check it
[20:48] out it says
[20:50] and then god will say to those on his
[20:52] left
[20:54] depart from me
[20:55] you curse
[20:57] into the eternal fire prepared for the
[21:00] devil and his angels
[21:02] now this this passage we'll deal with
[21:04] another time right but
[21:06] it's one of those things whereby on the
[21:08] judgment day
[21:10] those on the left side to jesus will be
[21:12] those that will be damned
[21:15] and sent and thrown to hell
[21:18] those on the right are those that are
[21:20] saved
[21:21] that are made righteous in christ that
[21:23] are born again that are transformed that
[21:26] they met jesus that they turned their
[21:28] life to christ those on the right enter
[21:31] into the master's rest
[21:33] those on the left they will hear the
[21:35] words depart from me
[21:37] so in this verse it's not talking to the
[21:41] demons
[21:42] it's talking to
[21:44] people
[21:45] that refuse to turn to jesus
[21:48] but notice the original intent is found
[21:51] in the last part it says this eternal
[21:53] fire was prepared
[21:55] for the devil and his angels you say
[21:58] then then where is why does men have to
[22:00] go to hell
[22:02] the second point write this down
[22:03] when men sin
[22:06] god's promise
[22:07] of death
[22:08] was activated
[22:10] this is a very important point
[22:12] because timelines do matter in the bible
[22:14] creation everything is perfect 4 genesis
[22:18] 3
[22:19] redemption jesus comes for us to save us
[22:23] restoration all things make new
[22:26] new heavens new earth
[22:28] creation for redemption restoration four
[22:31] primary timelines in this universe
[22:34] by god's decree
[22:37] now when men sin god's promise of death
[22:39] was activated you know the verse but
[22:41] let's look at it together genesis 2 17
[22:44] it says
[22:46] but of the tree of the knowledge of good
[22:47] and evil you shall not eat for in the
[22:50] day that you eat of it
[22:52] you shall surely die
[22:55] adam and eve did not fully believe it
[22:57] especially eve
[22:59] by the way if you read properly the
[23:01] first three chapters of genesis
[23:03] when god said these words eve was not
[23:06] yet alive
[23:09] this was before
[23:11] so he said it to adam
[23:13] and then next timeline is eve
[23:16] came from adam so to speak because god
[23:18] used the rip of adam to breathe life
[23:21] right and create eve
[23:23] and then we have the temptation
[23:26] that eve accounted
[23:29] and the bible is very clear that adam
[23:30] was not deceived eve was deceived
[23:33] by adam rebelled
[23:36] so adam knew like he knew that god said
[23:38] to him hey you know what if you eat this
[23:40] fruit you will die
[23:43] well he rebelled i think there's a part
[23:45] of him that was seduced by it i think
[23:47] there's a part of him that honestly
[23:49] didn't fully believe that god meant what
[23:51] he said
[23:54] because if i ask you right now if you
[23:56] eat that fruit you would die you will
[23:57] not eat it
[23:59] because of self-reservation so there's a
[24:00] part of adam that i don't think he fully
[24:02] understood the whole import
[24:06] that he was created perfect
[24:09] he and eve was supposed to populate and
[24:11] multiply the land no sickness you know
[24:14] guys no disease now you need to
[24:16] understand at that stage no wrinkles
[24:18] that ladies happy right
[24:19] like no pimples you know some ladies
[24:21] they're saying oh i tell you adam and
[24:22] eva make me jealous you know
[24:24] right
[24:26] no white hair
[24:28] but they didn't quite believe and adam
[24:30] took the fruit after eve
[24:32] first took the fruit so if the bible
[24:34] says was deceived
[24:36] adam rebelled
[24:37] once that happened the fall of men took
[24:38] place
[24:40] we see that the whole world spirit into
[24:42] destruction
[24:44] as in mankind becomes corrupt perverse
[24:47] crooked wicked
[24:48] these are all biblical terms to describe
[24:50] mankind the seed of adam and eve turned
[24:54] sour turns sinful
[24:57] and then we became sinners not by
[24:59] anything we did but just merely by birth
[25:03] we're sinful at birth bible is clear
[25:05] even in the psalms i was born
[25:07] a sinner david says in my mother's womb
[25:10] i was born a senator i came out
[25:12] as a sinful person
[25:15] that's why we need grace
[25:17] now look at revelations 21 8 all right
[25:19] check it out it says
[25:21] but as for the cowardly the faithless
[25:23] the detestable
[25:25] as for murderous sexually immoral
[25:27] sorceress idolaters and all liars now we
[25:31] say wow pastor you know what
[25:32] i
[25:33] am not hopefully a murderer i'm not
[25:35] immoral i'm not
[25:37] doing witchcraft and sorcery you know i
[25:39] don't worship other gods
[25:41] but all liars
[25:43] do christians lie
[25:45] you get my point it's like when you see
[25:47] the whole garment and this is just one
[25:49] verse of many in the bible that warns
[25:52] people
[25:53] including the church
[25:55] of this place called
[25:57] hell
[25:58] and what qualifies a person for hell
[26:04] and it says
[26:05] they will be in the lake that burns with
[26:08] fire and self check out the last line
[26:10] which is
[26:12] the second death horrendous right first
[26:14] death
[26:16] when we
[26:17] cease to
[26:18] exist or when we
[26:20] no longer can breathe our brain matter
[26:23] our brain activity shuts off our heart
[26:24] stops pumping clinically dead
[26:28] first death
[26:29] all of us will go through
[26:30] at one point
[26:32] in time
[26:34] i hope we're prepared though
[26:36] the second death is worse
[26:38] the second death includes
[26:41] going into a lake that burns
[26:44] with fire
[26:46] and sulfur
[26:49] who qualifies the holy there
[26:54] and of course you know many people
[26:57] around us would try to say you know i'm
[26:59] not cowardly and i'm not faithless and
[27:01] because
[27:02] the tendency for humanity is to think
[27:04] better of ourselves than we really are
[27:10] we need to know where we really are
[27:14] lord i know without you i'm in trouble
[27:17] not just hell
[27:18] but i want to be set upon i want to be
[27:21] consecrated lord change me i want to be
[27:23] holy i
[27:24] i don't want to have unrighteous
[27:25] thoughts i want to live
[27:28] right
[27:28] help me god
[27:30] save me jesus
[27:32] change the trajectory of of how i am
[27:35] lord you know my propensities you know
[27:37] you know a christian clings on to god
[27:40] martin luther in his first of 95 thesis
[27:43] is the christian man or woman is always
[27:46] repenting you're always turning from sin
[27:49] and turning to christ you're always
[27:51] it's a daily process that's why you deny
[27:53] yourself and you take up the cross daily
[27:56] it's a daily thing
[27:58] and even though we slip we want to get
[27:59] back on and say god i i don't want to
[28:02] live how i used to live
[28:05] i want to live a fresh brand new
[28:07] transparent
[28:09] transformed life
[28:12] you know this year's but we
[28:14] commit as the year of transformation
[28:17] the hope is
[28:18] we want to be transformed
[28:20] now you might say pastor i'm still in a
[28:22] very bad place i want to tell you
[28:24] there's hope though i'm not going to
[28:25] condemn you because why should i condemn
[28:27] you
[28:28] i myself would have enough condemnation
[28:30] if i if i condemn you right
[28:32] i don't want to condemn you but we have
[28:34] the will of god
[28:36] to lead us to its hopefully that
[28:39] wonderful space
[28:41] that the holy spirit can do or work in
[28:43] us that we say i i i don't want to be a
[28:45] coward
[28:48] i don't want to be faithless
[28:50] now in the past i used to think this
[28:52] verse
[28:53] cannot be used for the general
[28:56] population in church
[28:58] i was wrong
[28:59] because the bible has many places that
[29:01] it warns the church
[29:05] of these things including the book of
[29:07] revelations
[29:08] the warning came to seven churches
[29:11] in asia minor
[29:13] and many times the warning is if you do
[29:15] not repent
[29:17] i will take away the right remember one
[29:19] of the church that god actually said
[29:21] you're so lukewarm
[29:22] if you stay look warm i wish your heart
[29:24] a cold if you're hot or cold at least
[29:26] you could be moved if you're hot you're
[29:27] on fire for me if you're cold at least
[29:29] you're making a definitive stem but
[29:30] because you look warm
[29:33] i will spill you out of my mouth
[29:38] i know people have tried to say no you
[29:40] know yeah don't worry
[29:42] jesus spit a person out of the mouth
[29:44] it's not a signal for
[29:48] rejection
[29:50] then what is what is it though when you
[29:52] spit things out of your mouth
[29:54] no one does this again guys i go to the

[30:06] when you spit out you flush it out
[30:11] because you look warm jesus says i was
[30:13] spitting out of my mouth i've heard
[30:15] sermons that did this injustice
[30:18] you know why because preachers want to
[30:20] make it more nice to hear i get that i
[30:22] every preacher wants to be well loved
[30:24] and like i get that but i i can't do
[30:27] jesus the injustice i can't say you know
[30:30] jesus said he'll spit it out of the
[30:31] mouth and then no la no la actually he
[30:33] doesn't spit you
[30:35] out

[55:33] our close loved ones are in a hospice
[55:35] and hospitals literally some of them are
[55:37] just at a final
[55:38] final final chapter of their life oh god
[55:41] that is the moment to cease we don't
[55:42] want to look back with regret but lord
[55:44] will you release a fresh anointing for
[55:47] us to evangelize to tell them hey you
[55:49] know i want to tell you that jesus
[55:51] really is the son of god
[55:53] i want to tell you about heaven and hell
[55:55] i want to tell you
[55:56] how god is so good and i want you to to
[55:59] believe on him
[56:01] brothers and sisters some of you are
[56:02] actually crying before the lord i can
[56:04] sense it i can see it
[56:06] you know what may the lord give you
[56:07] fresh you
[56:08] and fresh life
[56:10] and fresh love in jesus name amen
[56:12] look at me for a moment the rest of the
[56:15] month we're still entering into the
[56:16] health series but look at me
[56:18] some of your close loved ones are really
[56:20] on their last lap
[56:22] in this life and i don't want to use
[56:24] guilt guilt doesn't work but i'm telling
[56:25] you
[56:26] quickly go and meet them
[56:28] tell them about jesus i'm telling you
[56:31] i've heard one one amazing story in the
[56:33] states it really made me cry right there
[56:35] was this little girl true story man
[56:37] little girl that she was like a
[56:39] christian at about six or seven
[56:41] and then she heard about heaven or hell
[56:42] and then she said i have a granddad is
[56:44] about to die
[56:46] so the parents brought her to the
[56:47] hospital because she said to the parents
[56:49] i got to go and see grandpa i got to see
[56:51] you see grandpa and
[56:53] i i wish there was a video to show but
[56:55] she was
[56:56] basically pleading the grandpa and
[56:59] saying grandpa grandpa i don't want you
[57:02] to go to hell i don't want you to go to
[57:04] hell i want you to hear about jesus six
[57:06] years old
[57:09] now you might you might you might make
[57:10] fun of it i hope you don't you might
[57:11] look at it and say is it going to work
[57:13] it's not the point whether it's going to
[57:14] work it shows whether you care
[57:18] time is short friends and time is moving
[57:20] so fast
[57:21] and every single month we hear of people
[57:23] we're losing loved ones left and right
[57:25] every single year every single few years
[57:27] we we have people that we know that are
[57:29] no longer here with us
[57:31] and while this time is still right for
[57:34] new people to come to christ you know
[57:36] friends i i can force you as your pastor
[57:37] but i can lovingly
[57:39] encourage you and admonish you this is
[57:41] something you got to do before the lord
[57:42] and say god give me strength so i hope
[57:45] the next few weeks we are going to visit
[57:46] people
[57:48] in hospitals and and you know someone
[57:49] that's really sick and maybe at the last
[57:52] lap
[57:53] please please
[57:54] go out to them okay call to them and
[57:56] tell them
[57:58] jesus really is the son of god and he
[58:01] loves you
[58:03] how many of you believe that we're gonna
[58:05] see more and more of our loved ones
[58:07] coming to know christ amen
[58:10] how many of us are excited to share
[58:12] jesus with people we know amen come on
