# How to Start YouTube Automation in 2026 (Step By Step) NO FACE | FREE COURSE

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J-suhuECjBw

[00:00] Welcome to the free training on how to start a YouTube business in 2026 without ever showing your face or stepping in front of a camera.
[00:09] In this training, I'm going to be going over the five secrets as well as some updates for 2026 for doing this the right way because the best YouTube business that is out there is probably not the one that you think.
[00:20] And a lot of things have changed in this process.
[00:22] So, I want to show you an updated way of doing this in 2026.
[00:27] And I'm going to show you the new way of running YouTube channels where you never have to show your face or step in front of a camera that can potentially become really huge businesses.
[00:36] I'm also going to show you the absolute best niches that are crushing it right now in 2026 in secret 4.
[00:41] Then I'm going to show you the new way of generating content super easily.
[00:45] Again, it doesn't require you to get in front of a camera.
[00:47] You can use AI.
[00:48] And a lot of people right now are concerned about AI commoditizing things and they wonder how am I going to be able to succeed on YouTube if anyone can just generate these AI videos.
[00:58] And I'm going to show you exactly how you can do that and some secrets on how you can
[01:01] avoid your channel ever becoming commoditized.
[01:02] And nobody's doing this.
[01:05] Nobody talks about doing YouTube in this way.
[01:07] So I want to show you what I'm personally doing right now with all of my different YouTube channels and what you can do as well.
[01:11] I'm also going to show you how you can monetize in a brand new way which is going to be incredibly valuable.
[01:17] And then, like I said, some 2026 updates for this because a lot of things have changed throughout my past 12 years on YouTube that I think you should really know about if you're going to be doing this.
[01:27] So, that being said, let's get straight into it.
[01:28] My name is Matt Par.
[01:30] I've been doing YouTube, like I said, for the past 12 years.
[01:31] And I've grown tons of channels to millions of subscribers, and I've helped tons of people do the same as well.
[01:37] But all that being said, I do need to give the disclaimer that my results are not typical.
[01:40] You probably will not make $10 million like I have.
[01:42] you probably will not become super rich just by watching this video.
[01:48] I do have to be upfront about that.
[01:50] But that being said, what I can guarantee is I'm going to show you exactly what I'm personally doing right now and all of my most successful students are doing so you can have the best information that you can possibly
[02:01] get for doing this.
[02:03] And this is going to be potentially life-changing if you implement this information the right way.
[02:10] And today I'm going to show you a slightly different approach for doing YouTube that most creators and most people on the platform completely ignore.
[02:19] And that approach is summed up by virality is vanity.
[02:23] Things like this play button right here do not matter in the least.
[02:25] Subscribers don't matter.
[02:28] Views don't matter.
[02:29] So you might be asking, well Matt, what does matter then on YouTube?
[02:34] And I see some questions here in the chat.
[02:35] We're going to be doing a Q&A, by the way, at the end of this.
[02:39] So feel free to save any questions you have for the Q&A and I'll be more than happy to answer all of these right here.
[02:45] So that being said, let's get into what is really interesting right now in 2026, which is that some of the most profitable YouTube channels right now this year are probably not the ones that you might think.
[02:58] You don't need millions of views to build a real business on YouTube right now.
[03:00] So who is this for?
[03:03] This is for if you currently run a faceless YouTube channel that you want to scale or possibly start more channels and you just want to know what are the best niches right now in 2026.
[03:10] This is also for people who are interested in starting a faceless channel.
[03:15] Maybe they want to start a YouTube channel but they don't necessarily want to step in front of a camera and do everything that goes into that.
[03:22] This is for you as well.
[03:25] This is also for personal brand YouTubers.
[03:27] If you have a personal channel like I personally do with my channel, Make Moneym Matt, and you'd or you'd like to start a personal channel, then these tactics will not only work for you, but any type of channel on YouTube, these tactics work for.
[03:40] And it blows my mind that more YouTube channels are not doing these tactics because I'm going to show you the secret that how I'm blowing up all of my channels, including my personal channel to over 900,000 subscribers, including all of my faceless channels to millions of subscribers.
[03:54] and more importantly than that, how I've made over $10 million from all of these channels.
[03:58] This is also for businesses who want to turbocharge
[04:03] what they're doing with YouTube.
[04:07] Now, I don't want to go over my journey for too long here.
[04:10] I just want to do a quick one minute recap of it because I know a lot of people here might already know who I am and they might already know what I've done.
[04:16] But basically, I started YouTube when I was 14 years old.
[04:17] I had a couple hundred dollar saved up from selling Pop-Tarts at school.
[04:22] And I kind of had an existential crisis at this age as well where I was terrified of going down the traditional path of going to school, going to college, getting a 9 toive job, and then maybe retiring when I'm 65 years old, not even guaranteed.
[04:35] And I felt broken, and I felt like I was meant for something more in this world, but I just didn't know what that was.
[04:44] And at the time, I did try starting several YouTube channels.
[04:46] I would do like backyard stunts with my friends and stuff like that and we'd upload videos and they would get barely any views.
[04:53] I'd be lucky if a video got 50 or 100 views, but I saw people online, you know, living their dream lives from YouTube, being able to travel the world and do what they'd like with their time.
[05:02] So, I knew it was possible.
[05:02] I just didn't know
[05:04] exactly how.
[05:07] And the turning point for me was when I discovered a simple top five video with millions of views.
[05:11] And it was a video just like this one right here, the five strongest signs of aliens and alien life.
[05:17] and it had millions of views on it.
[05:18] And it was literally just a voice over and the video.
[05:21] And I thought to myself, you know what?
[05:23] I could potentially do this.
[05:25] I'm not the most charismatic person in the world.
[05:27] I can't be a daily vlogger, you know?
[05:28] I can't be like all these other people that I saw succeeding on YouTube, but I could do this from my parents' basement, from my room.
[05:37] So, I took my really crappy, broken phone at the time, and I started recording voiceovers.
[05:41] I would actually lower the pitch on them as well because my voice was so high at the time to sound a little bit older and make it sound a little bit more legit.
[05:48] I would edit the videos together on my really bad laptop as well that could barely even run an editing program.
[05:54] And I started making these videos every single day on the platform.
[05:59] Now, this is skipping over a lot, but essentially by 2015, this was
[06:04] About a year into doing this, I reached a point of making about $3,000 per month from my YouTube channel at 15 years old.
[06:12] And the way I got to this point was I uploaded a lot of videos on the channel.
[06:16] Eventually, I had a turning point where a video got over a 100,000 views and I was like, "Wow, I can actually do this."
[06:22] Now, I'm going to actually share with you what that secret was a little bit later in this training as well.
[06:27] But essentially, I then found out about the YouTube partner program where you can put ads on your videos and make money from ads.
[06:32] I'd actually get my parents help for signing up for that.
[06:35] And I got ads turned on on the channel and it was like flipping a light switch.
[06:37] I went from making zero money.
[06:38] I've made almost nothing in my entire life to making $3,000 per month.
[06:42] That was life-changing to me at the time.
[06:45] And I was doing so many things wrong that I'm going to show you how to do it the right way here today.
[06:50] By 2018, then this is when I graduated high school.
[06:52] I grew my income to making around $30,000 per month, which allowed me to skip going down the traditional path of going to college and doing everything related to that.
[07:02] And now in 2026, I make over $100,000 per
[07:06] month with YouTube through multiple different income streams and strategies and everything else.
[07:12] And across all of my businesses related to YouTube, we do $3 to $500,000 per month.
[07:14] Now, I do have to give a disclaimer.
[07:17] Anytime I talk about my own results or any of my students results or anything like that, I do have to give the disclaimer that these are not typical and I cannot promise you'll do the same.
[07:28] But it's safe to say that YouTube has completely transformed my life in more ways than I can even tell you.
[07:32] It YouTube has given me an absolutely incredible life.
[07:34] I was able to, for example, last year in 2025, I brought my parents to both Thailand and Dubai.
[07:39] I flew them first class on a Emirates flight to Dubai and then going to Thailand.
[07:45] I also got them a world-class cruise that they were able to go on.
[07:49] I've been able to dive in submarines, which is a lifelong dream that I've always been wanting to do my entire life.
[07:54] That came true.
[07:56] All of these things.
[07:59] I've met so many friends because of YouTube.
[08:00] I've been blessed enough to got the opportunity to help so many people with this as well.
[08:06] example, this is Kunal right here.
[08:08] He's making over $50,000 a month from his channel.
[08:10] He was running a family business essentially that he absolutely hated and despised.
[08:16] And now he's got his whole family helping him with his YouTube channels as well.
[08:19] And he's absolutely crushing it on YouTube.
[08:21] Again, none of these results are typical.
[08:22] Don't expect to do millions or anything like that.
[08:24] But I've made so many friends.
[08:25] This is a PM and I.
[08:27] He's actually my lead developer for my software companies that I have.
[08:31] Then he's helped coded them.
[08:31] This was us in India at the Taj Mahal right here.
[08:35] Here's my parents on a first class flight.
[08:37] And if it wasn't for YouTube, I would be sitting in a college classroom right now.
[08:41] That's just really what I want to stress with this.
[08:43] And I don't want to, you know, be one of those people who's like, "Never go to college no matter what."
[08:51] There's nothing wrong with the traditional path, but it just wasn't for me.
[08:52] And if you're here on this training right now, that traditional path might not be for you either.
[08:58] So, let's go over what is, in my opinion, the best online business right now in 2026.
[09:02] And to do this, we first need to understand what actually makes a
[09:08] good beginner or advanced friendly business.
[09:10] And I say, yeah, I was just covering up the text right there.
[09:11] I'll move myself out of the way right there.
[09:13] So, let's get into secret number one,
[09:15] which is the best YouTube business,
[09:16] which is probably not what you think.
[09:18] So, there are six key factors that I like to look at when I'm evaluating if a business is beginner friendly or not.
[09:21] Starting with marketing, sales, and fulfillment.
[09:23] These are the three main factors that make up pretty much any business on Earth.
[09:26] Marketing is the cost to acquire customers.
[09:29] Sales is the ease of then converting those prospects to customers.
[09:32] And fulfillment is the difficulty of delivering your product or your service.
[09:34] And then you also have three additional factors such as upfront costs, which is the initial investment required.
[09:35] Profit margins, which is how much you keep after expenses.
[09:38] This is super important.
[09:40] So many businesses out there, you might make a lot of gross revenue, but what does it matter if you're not keeping anything?
[09:42] And then passiveness, which is your ability to potentially keep earning without constantly working.
[10:10] So, here's where most online business models fall short.
[10:14] Most online business models, for example, drop shipping have super high ad costs, poor profit margins, and you have to constantly test new products.
[10:22] Then you have business models like social media marketing agencies where you might run a company social media.
[10:27] Those are very difficult to get clients.
[10:29] Basically creates another nineto-ive job for you and it's not passive at all.
[10:34] And then you have Amazon FBA.
[10:37] You have to put thousands of dollars into inventory risk.
[10:39] You need dozens, if not hundreds of sales per month.
[10:41] Plus, it's basically a race to the bottom.
[10:45] Whoever has the cheapest price with things like drop shipping or Amazon FBA are the one that's going to win.
[10:48] And the cheapest price by definition means the least amount of profit.
[10:52] So, each of these models fills on multiple critical factors that make a business truly beginnerfriendly and sustainable in my opinion.
[10:59] Now, you might be saying, "Okay, Matt, you're just saying these things because you're biased.
[11:05] You know, you've been doing YouTube for a long time.
[11:07] And I fully admit I am.
[11:09] There are people who make millions of dollars with every single
[11:11] business model out there.
[11:12] But looking at all of these, honestly, I honestly do not believe that these are ideal business models.
[11:18] Whereas, when you compare that against running YouTube automation niche channels in educational niches, which I'm going to explain to you what I mean by all that in just a second.
[11:26] Basically, you let YouTube promote your content for free.
[11:28] You're not paying for ads.
[11:30] You're not paying for anything else.
[11:31] And you have multiple monetization streams from the first day you start your channel with completely digital delivery.
[11:38] So, you don't have to be fulfilling products, sending out products out when people buy them and everything else.
[11:42] Also, you literally just need a YouTube account to get started, meaning that you have very high margins and your videos can potentially earn money for years after you upload them.
[11:53] So, they can potentially be super passive.
[11:55] I still make money from videos that I uploaded back when I was 14 years old.
[11:59] What other business model is that potentially possible in?
[12:01] And I think YouTube is only going to grow over the next 10 years, but only for the people who are doing things the right way because AI is changing a lot.
[12:08] So, the
[12:11] only business model that scores on all six of those factors is YouTube automation if you do it the right way.
[12:17] And so many people are doing it the wrong way and focusing on the wrong things when it comes to doing this.
[12:23] Now, here's just a little bit about my credibility.
[12:25] why you should listen to me.
[12:26] I've been doing YouTube for the past decade.
[12:27] I built over a dozen different successful faceless channels.
[12:31] I've helped over 11,000 people do this themselves as well.
[12:33] We have countless case studies and I've helped so many people absolutely change their lives with YouTube.
[12:38] All credit goes to them for actually doing it and putting in the work and everything else.
[12:40] But my tactics work and I'm going to share with you some that you're not going to see anywhere else out there on the internet.
[12:49] So, I've generated millions of revenue, got a millions of subscribers across my channel.
[12:52] I've made multiple different AI software as well, including Tube Magic, Invidi.
[12:55] These were basically software that I really wanted for myself, so I made it.
[12:59] Then we allowed anybody else to sign up for them if they wanted to as well.
[13:02] So then it's a win-win.
[13:04] I can fund the companies, grow them, and everything else.
[13:06] And as a bonus and as an incentive for sticking with me to the end of this, just to incentivize it as much as
[13:12] possible, I wanted to give you a completely free gift.
[13:15] I'm going to give you a checklist and the SOPs that we're going to be going over throughout this training right here.
[13:20] as well as a replay to this training which is going to be on this actual checklist.
[13:25] And the only way to get that replay and to also get the checklist and the SOPs is to stick with me until the end.
[13:31] I just want to incentivize it as much as possible.
[13:32] But just know that it is in your best interest because I'm going to be giving you so much valuable information as well.
[13:40] Plus, I'm going to also give you some 2026 updates and things you need to know about doing this in 2026 because a lot of things have changed and I want to show you what's changed and how you can take advantage of that.
[13:50] Also, I'm going to be giving you a completely free trial to Tube Magic, which is my AI software, because I will talk about it several times during this training.
[14:00] So, instead of just talking about it, I want to give you the opportunity to use it for completely free if you'd like.
[14:05] So, now let's get into secret number two.
[14:08] Now that you know the absolute best business model out there, which is the new way of
[14:14] doing this business model in 2026.
[14:17] So, what is YouTube automation in the first place?
[14:19] A lot of people assume and so many different, you know, get-richqu scheme people out there, you know, on YouTube and on ads and so many other places, they talk about YouTube automation is just pushing a button and you make money.
[14:31] They're telling you that because they're trying to sell you courses.
[14:33] They're trying to get you in part of their programs and everything else.
[14:36] YouTube automation is not a get-richqu scheme.
[14:38] It's not a push button and everything's just done automatically.
[14:41] It does require effort.
[14:43] This is a real business and real businesses do require effort, but hardly anybody knows how to do it the right way.
[14:49] However, there is such a thing as realistic automation.
[14:53] When you get things set up, you can automate certain things way more than the traditional way of doing YouTube.
[15:00] So, let's talk about that.
[15:03] With the traditional way of doing YouTube, you get behind a camera, you film videos, and you have to edit the videos.
[15:09] And there's nothing wrong with that way.
[15:10] As mentioned, I have a personal YouTube channel as well that does incredibly good, and it's made me
[15:16] millions and millions of dollars.
[15:17] But that being said, it's a lot of work going into that.
[15:20] Anybody who's done this knows that it can be very draining running a channel like that.
[15:24] There's a reason I don't upload on my personal channel as much as I do on all of my Faceless channels.
[15:28] That's because of the amount of work that goes into it.
[15:30] So, that's the traditional way.
[15:32] Nothing wrong with it.
[15:33] The tactics I'm going to show you will work for traditional channels as well, but that's the way that most people think about when they think about being a YouTuber.
[15:40] Then you have faceless YouTube channels where no cameras required, but most faceless channels do not make much money because they don't know how to run a channel the right way.
[15:51] They're running channels in the wrong niches on the wrong subjects which don't allow them to monetize properly.
[15:56] And then you have the new way, which is running strategic channels with proper monetization, content funnels, and scaling systems.
[16:04] You might be wondering, what do any of those things even mean?
[16:07] I'm going to explain it to you right now.
[16:09] So, here's an overview of how this works.
[16:12] Step one is to choose what I consider to be a profitable money
[16:17] niche.
[16:19] Now, money niche is a niche that you can monetize from the first day that you start your channel.
[16:23] And I'll explain to you what I mean by that.
[16:25] Step two then is to set up your monetization first instead of waiting.
[16:29] Don't wait to get 4,000 hours of watch time and 1,000 subscribers like most people have to do when it comes to doing YouTube.
[16:35] You actually don't need to do that.
[16:36] And I'll explain to you in a second.
[16:38] And no, I do not mean buying a YouTube channel or anything else like that.
[16:41] That's just going to get you banned.
[16:42] And I see so many scammy YouTube gurus who are pushing these black hat methods that are just going to get channels banned.
[16:48] Maybe it works in the short term, but it won't long term.
[16:49] I want to show you the real way of doing this in just a second.
[16:54] And then step three is using a proven money video, using a proven script that I can just give you that script and essentially you'll follow it and you make a super long video on your channel that then you build a content funnel too.
[17:07] And that's step number four right here.
[17:09] This is the secret to growing on YouTube like crazy.
[17:14] Nobody else talks about this.
[17:16] The amount of channels that don't do this that would be benefited
[17:17] like crazy [snorts] if they did is enormous.
[17:22] So, I'm going to show you that as well.
[17:24] And then step number five is to then scale with a team and multiple different channels.
[17:29] And this is how you're going to scale to the moon.
[17:33] You can scale to as many channels as you want as long as you have a team that's outsourced doing it for you.
[17:37] This is the way that you can scale beyond just one channel and diversify your content holdings so that you aren't just having all your eggs in one basket.
[17:46] And then step six is to automate and optimize for maximum profit using AI.
[17:50] and I'm going to show you how to do it the right way without getting your channel banned and without facing any of the pitfalls that most AI channels have to face.
[17:57] So, the old way of doing YouTube was choosing a random entertainment niche and making top 10 videos about it.
[18:04] This was the old way of doing YouTube automation.
[18:07] And this is the way that I personally started and I got to be pretty successful doing this.
[18:14] In fact, all of my YouTube channels that have gotten millions of subscribers and everything else, these are channels where I was doing it in this method, creating videos
[18:19] just like these.
[18:21] And while you can get a lot of views doing this, while I got to the point of making $30,000 a month doing this, there are some downsides with it as well, including that it takes millions of views to make any sizable money.
[18:36] Also, you have to wait to get monetized.
[18:39] And you'll realize that all of the channels that make videos like these are bad niches.
[18:43] And when ad rates fluctuate, it'll make you realize that business like this is not sustainable.
[18:50] If you're completely relying on ad revenue on YouTube, you do not have a sustainable business.
[18:54] There is a far better way of doing YouTube, which I want to show you, which is the new way of doing YouTube automation, like this channel right here.
[19:03] And the new way allows you to monetize immediately where you choose a money niche that'll make it a lot easier to grow as well.
[19:10] And then when you do grow, you can make a lot more money as you're growing as well.
[19:14] And you can use AI the right way, not just generating slop, but in a way that actually
[19:20] provides a lot of value to people and you get paid for the amount of value that you give from your channels.
[19:26] So you can use AI the right way for doing this.
[19:28] Plus, you can have a portfolio of channels that all feed each other instead of just one random entertainment channel and then another random entertainment channel and then something happens to that channel.
[19:37] That's the wrong way of going about doing YouTube.
[19:39] I'm going to show you a much better way.
[19:42] Right now, you might be saying, "Okay, Matt, that's great, but what niches are actually working right now in 2026, and which niche should I potentially start in?"
[19:51] I'm going to be showing you those niches in just a second.
[19:53] But first, you need to understand the secret to structuring your channel correctly to actually succeed with YouTube automation right now.
[20:02] And that secret is something that I like to call the symbiotic system.
[20:07] And how it works is essentially you upload a collection of videos in your niche and then all of these videos funnel views to a single money video.
[20:18] and your money video follows a specific conversion script.
[20:20] And basically the way
[20:22] that you're funneling that traffic to
[20:24] that money video is you just simply put
[20:26] links in the descriptions of all your
[20:28] other videos as well as putting end
[20:30] screens on all of your other videos. So
[20:32] after they watch your video, they get
[20:34] redirected to that money video. Now,
[20:36] your money video is a super long video.
[20:38] And this is a secret that nobody talks
[20:40] about on YouTube, which is that the most
[20:42] important metric on YouTube is not
[20:44] views. It's not subscribers. It's not
[20:46] even watch time. It's something called
[20:49] session time, which is how long somebody
[20:52] spends on YouTube after watching one of
[20:54] your videos. And the majority of people,
[20:57] they focus on getting the view, which is
[20:59] important. It's important to have a good
[21:00] thumbnail and everything else and get
[21:02] people to click. But what's way more
[21:03] important is what people do the next
[21:06] hour after watching your videos. Do you,
[21:08] for example, get people onto your video
[21:10] and then send people off to something
[21:11] because you think, "Oh, the way I'm
[21:13] going to make money is by doing
[21:14] affiliate marketing or selling a
[21:15] product, so I'm going to send people off
[21:16] of YouTube." That's the wrong way of
[21:18] going about doing this because when you
[21:20] send people off of YouTube, you are
[21:23] basically losing that view and you're
[21:26] losing that viewer and YouTube's going
[21:27] to punish you because you're sending
[21:29] people off of the platform. So, how do
[21:31] you keep people on YouTube while still
[21:33] benefiting by being able to, for
[21:35] example, sell things with your channel
[21:36] and everything else and being able to
[21:38] monetize? Well, I'll go over that in
[21:40] just a second. I'm going to go over that
[21:41] in the secret when we talk about how to
[21:43] monetize like crazy with this method.
[21:46] However, if you do this method of
[21:48] keeping people on YouTube and sending
[21:50] them to a super long video on your
[21:52] channel, that will turn one view into
[21:54] two views, which is nice. But what's
[21:57] incredible about this is that it
[21:59] increases your session time like crazy
[22:01] while also benefiting your channel
[22:03] because you're keeping people on your
[22:05] channel. So you have a plan and an
[22:07] actual strategy unlike most channels on
[22:09] YouTube for what people are going to do
[22:11] the next hour after they watch one of
[22:14] your videos. You might be saying, "Okay,
[22:16] Matt, but what do I do this one hour
[22:17] video about? Is this going to be
[22:19] applicable to my channel?" It's
[22:21] applicable to any channel on YouTube,
[22:23] whether it's an entertainment channel,
[22:24] an educational channel, literally any
[22:26] channel on YouTube will benefit from
[22:28] having a symbiotic system. And it blows
[22:30] my mind that more channels do not do
[22:32] this. So, this is the secret to growing
[22:35] like crazy. And now, here's the money
[22:38] math that changes everything. So, with
[22:41] traditional YouTube ad revenue, which is
[22:43] how I started making money off the
[22:44] platform, all of my entertainment
[22:46] channels, this is how they made money.
[22:49] I was making about3 to$10 per thousand
[22:51] views. In the majority of niches, this
[22:52] is about how much you can expect to
[22:54] make. And in order to make a $100,000 a
[22:58] month, I would need 10 million views per
[23:01] month from those channels. And you might
[23:04] be saying, "Okay, Matt, I don't need to
[23:06] make a h 100,000 a month. I'd be fine
[23:07] with, you know, 5,000, 10,000 a month."
[23:10] I'm just showing you this example to
[23:11] really stress how amazing it is doing
[23:14] things the new way.
[23:17] So, the new way is monetizing your
[23:20] channel the day that you started,
[23:21] focusing on monetization first. And that
[23:25] means having an educational niche with a
[23:28] product that you sell where you can make
[23:30] $100 to $1,000 per thousand views.
[23:34] Meaning, you only need a h 100,000 to a
[23:36] million monthly views for $100,000 a
[23:39] month. And that is a lot easier to get
[23:41] than 10 million views per month. So, you
[23:44] might be saying, "Okay, Matt, sounds
[23:46] great, but didn't you just say don't
[23:47] sell anything from your channel?" I'm
[23:49] going to explain everything in just a
[23:51] second. And by the way, these are just
[23:53] estimates based on my experience.
[23:54] Everything, everyone, sorry, will be
[23:57] different. You may make nothing at all.
[23:58] This does still take hard work. I do
[24:00] have to be clear about that. But this is
[24:02] the way to run actual great channels,
[24:05] which is brings me rather to the
[24:07] critical choice, which is entertainment
[24:09] channels versus educational channels.
[24:14] And with entertainment channels, you
[24:15] need a lot of views. You don't make much
[24:17] money per view, and it's harder to
[24:19] monetize them effectively. Whereas, if
[24:22] we compare that then with educational
[24:24] channels, you don't need many views. You
[24:27] make a lot of money per view. As we
[24:28] discussed, you make $100 to $1,000 per
[24:31] thousand views, which is unheard of if
[24:33] you've ever ran a YouTube channel, and
[24:36] you can monetize immediately. And I
[24:39] consider educational channels to be
[24:41] money channels. So, whenever you hear me
[24:43] talk about money channels, I'm talking
[24:44] about a channel that's educational in
[24:46] nature that teaches people something
[24:49] because they solve real problems, which
[24:50] means higher value, which means you make
[24:52] more money. So, my recommendation is you
[24:54] start educational and then you
[24:56] potentially if you want to run a
[24:58] entertainment channel, you scale to that
[25:00] later. So, you might be saying, "Okay,
[25:02] Matt, but what if I already have a
[25:04] entertainment channel, for example?" If
[25:06] the channel has potential, keep it. If
[25:10] you see other channels getting millions
[25:11] of views in the same exact niche, then
[25:14] know that that channel has potential.
[25:16] Feel free to keep it.
[25:18] However, my recommendation is to focus
[25:20] on a money channel first and then use
[25:23] the profits from that money channel to
[25:26] then reinvest into the entertainment
[25:27] channel because entertainment channels
[25:30] often require a lot more time to get to
[25:32] the point where they're making a lot of
[25:33] money. So, it makes a lot of sense in my
[25:36] opinion to focus on the short-term money
[25:37] you can make from a money channel and
[25:39] then reinvest that in the longer term
[25:41] play of an entertainment channel.
[25:45] So, now let's get into secret number
[25:46] three, which are the best niches to do
[25:48] right now in 2026. And then we'll get
[25:51] into secret number four and five, which
[25:53] are going to show you how to generate
[25:54] videos and monetize like crazy. And I'm
[25:57] going to explain what I meant by you can
[25:58] still sell products from your channel
[26:00] without sending people off of YouTube. I
[26:02] know it sounds crazy, but I'll explain
[26:04] all of it in a second right here. And
[26:06] so, my criteria for a good niche are
[26:08] niches that have a very high CPM,
[26:11] meaning you're making at least $10 per
[26:12] thousand views. You might be saying,
[26:14] Matt, why do you care about ad revenue
[26:16] CPMs? I thought you said ad revenue
[26:18] doesn't matter at all. The reason is
[26:20] because if you have a high CPM on
[26:22] YouTube, it means that a lot of
[26:24] advertisers are wanting to put ads on
[26:26] your videos. And if a lot of advertisers
[26:28] are wanting to do that, they're doing it
[26:30] because they're making money. So, it
[26:32] stands to reason that if you're within a
[26:35] niche that a lot of advertisers want to
[26:36] put ads on, you can sell something as
[26:38] well. That's my next criteria, which is
[26:40] being able to sell something from your
[26:42] channel and having an audience that is
[26:44] willing to pay for solutions. And also,
[26:48] a topic that can get views forever
[26:51] instead of just relying on trending news
[26:53] and trending topics. Trends die, but
[26:55] evergreen topics do not. So, that being
[26:58] said, here are the absolute best niches
[27:01] right now. Money, travel, health,
[27:05] relationships, technology, and animals.
[27:08] These are all niches that have proven
[27:10] demand, high CPMs, and people willing to
[27:13] pay for solutions. Now, instead of just
[27:16] choosing one of these broad topics and
[27:17] just doing, for example, a travel
[27:19] channel and just doing random videos
[27:20] about random guides and then other
[27:23] videos about the best way to pack and
[27:24] everything else, instead my
[27:26] recommendation is to choose a subniche
[27:28] within one of these niches. So, for
[27:31] example, instead of just doing money, do
[27:33] online business, investing, personal
[27:36] finance. Instead of just doing travel,
[27:38] do travel tips, do travel packing
[27:41] guides, do destination reviews. Instead
[27:44] of health, you can do fitness, weight
[27:46] loss, natural remedies. Instead of just
[27:49] relationships, you can do dating advice,
[27:50] relationship help. Instead of just
[27:52] technology, you can do software
[27:54] tutorials, tech reviews, and instead of
[27:56] talking about, for example, wild
[27:58] animals, which aren't necessarily going
[28:00] to be something that people have common
[28:02] issues in. instead talk about in the
[28:05] context of pets because people have
[28:06] problems with pets that they want to
[28:08] solve and people really care about their
[28:10] pets and they want their pets to live an
[28:11] amazing life. So that is something that
[28:13] we can definitely help people with. So
[28:16] these are all of the best niches in my
[28:17] opinion and now I want to show you some
[28:19] example channels within these niches
[28:21] that are doing incredibly good right
[28:23] now. Starting with this channel called
[28:25] Nick Invests. He does these super simple
[28:28] animated character videos and he uploads
[28:31] pretty often on the channel and gets 1.9
[28:34] million views per month. These are
[28:37] videos that can literally be generated
[28:39] now with AI. I'm going to show you how
[28:41] in just a second. And he's making 29,000
[28:44] a month from ad revenue alone based off
[28:46] my estimates. And he could easily sell a
[28:48] community to make triple, even quadruple
[28:51] that. So this is an incredible channel
[28:54] right now. account. He just does videos
[28:56] like, for example, why everything
[28:57] changes after you save $10,000 and just
[29:00] personal finance videos talking about
[29:01] the best fundamentals for investing and
[29:04] saving money and everything else. Here's
[29:06] another channel right here called the
[29:08] Purring Journal. And this is a channel
[29:10] in the cat niche, and they get 337,000
[29:12] views per month. They're an affiliate
[29:14] for a bunch of products. They never show
[29:16] their face. It's literally just stock
[29:17] footage videos that you can find out
[29:19] there online. Again, I'll show you how
[29:20] to make these videos just like this
[29:22] using AI in just a second. and they
[29:24] could easily sell a course from their
[29:25] channel and their potential earnings
[29:27] would be at least 3K a month from ad
[29:29] revenue. 20K from a potential course, 5K
[29:32] plus from affiliates. That's nearly a
[29:34] $30,000 per month business from a
[29:36] channel making videos like 14 things
[29:38] cats hate. Number one might surprise
[29:40] you. 4 million views. Here's another
[29:43] channel in the travel niche. And instead
[29:45] of just doing videos, for example,
[29:48] talking about, you know, different
[29:49] destinations or anything else, this
[29:52] channel called Cruise Like a Pro talks
[29:54] about only cruise tips and tricks. And
[29:57] they have only 59 videos on their
[29:59] channel, relatively new channel, getting
[30:01] 489,000 views a month, which would be
[30:04] about 5K a month from AdSense alone. And
[30:06] if they made a simple faceless cruise
[30:07] course, they could quadruple that. And
[30:09] they just make videos like serious
[30:11] cruise ship mistakes that you should
[30:13] never make in your cabin. And these
[30:15] videos do incredibly well for people who
[30:16] want to learn more about going on a
[30:18] cruise. So, it's educational in nature.
[30:21] Here's another channel called Zinny
[30:22] Studio. And this channel just does
[30:25] simple YouTube and AI tips and tricks,
[30:27] making videos like how much YouTube paid
[30:29] me as a faceless channel or how to make
[30:31] faceless YouTube videos using AI. She
[30:33] makes at least 3K a month from AdSense
[30:35] alone. But what's crazy about this
[30:37] channel is that she makes a lot more
[30:39] than that. And I'll show you that in
[30:40] just a second. But what's crazy about
[30:42] this channel is that she's an animated
[30:45] character and you can generate these
[30:46] animated characters using AI incredibly
[30:49] easily. But what's really crazy about
[30:51] this channel is that she sells a
[30:53] community which comes with a community
[30:56] and a course from her channel. She has
[30:58] 250 members paying $60 a month, making
[31:01] $15,000 per month from this community
[31:04] right here that she sells from the
[31:06] channel. Here's another channel called
[31:08] Captain Workout. And this channel right
[31:10] here just does super simple animated
[31:12] workout videos that can easily be
[31:14] generated with AI. They get 3.6 million
[31:17] views per month, which would be almost
[31:18] 40 grand a month from ad revenue alone.
[31:21] Not even factoring in they could make
[31:23] triple that if they had a paid community
[31:26] or affiliate marketing that they do from
[31:28] their channel. And I actually looked
[31:30] into this channel. And then there's
[31:31] another channel called Yellow Dude that
[31:32] does similar videos as well. And if you
[31:34] go to their website right here, they
[31:36] actually sell guides and courses. And
[31:38] then also they are affiliated with this
[31:42] company called Gravge Gear which sells
[31:43] like workout gear and stuff. So this is
[31:45] a genius move from the business. I
[31:48] believe that Gravgear business is
[31:49] probably running these channels right
[31:50] here. It's an absolutely genius move for
[31:53] their business. So any businesses or
[31:55] companies that are out there on here
[31:56] with me right now can definitely benefit
[31:58] from having a faceless YouTube channel.
[32:01] Here's another channel called the Stoic
[32:03] Journal. And this one just does videos,
[32:05] for example, like Stoic Principles for
[32:07] immediate life transformation. And
[32:09] again, completely faceless videos. They
[32:11] get almost half a million views per
[32:13] month, which could be a full-time income
[32:14] from ad revenue alone. And you can make
[32:16] tens of thousands more than that if
[32:18] they're selling a course from their
[32:19] channel. Here's another channel. It's
[32:21] kind of similar to the cruise channel,
[32:22] but this one focused on air travel tips
[32:24] and tricks called Jetet Genius. And just
[32:27] talking about different travel news and
[32:29] also flight tips and secrets that you
[32:31] should know and everything else.
[32:33] probably making about 15,000 a month
[32:35] from AdSense alone. And if they made a
[32:37] simple faceless travel course, they
[32:38] could double that.
[32:40] So, the reason that it is the best time
[32:44] ever in the history that I've seen with
[32:46] running YouTube channels and everything
[32:47] else
[32:49] right now in 2026 for starting a
[32:51] faceless channel is due to the fact that
[32:53] audiences care about value, not
[32:56] personality. And that's proven by that
[32:59] channel, Zeni Studio. that's literally
[33:00] just a completely faceless channel with
[33:02] an AI avatar and people trust her enough
[33:04] to pay money for a community. So, it's
[33:07] proven that people care about value
[33:09] instead of just personality and screen
[33:12] recordings and tutorials are dominating
[33:14] now. AI voices are now indistinguishable
[33:16] from human voices as well. There's also
[33:19] less competition in all of these
[33:20] educational niches that I'm showing you
[33:22] right now. While it might be tempting to
[33:24] choose some entertainment niche you're
[33:25] like, "Okay, Matt, but this niche,
[33:27] they're getting millions of views on
[33:28] every single video, what's the purpose
[33:31] of millions of views and, you know,
[33:32] millions of subscribers if you're only
[33:34] making $3,000 a month? You can make
[33:37] substantially more than that from a
[33:39] channel that provides a lot more value
[33:40] to people
[33:42] in an educational niche. Even though
[33:45] most creators are chasing that
[33:46] entertainment and viral content, my
[33:49] recommendation is to do the opposite.
[33:51] the educational space is less saturated
[33:53] and the higher barrier to entry is
[33:55] actually a good thing because there's
[33:57] less competition and plus this is one of
[34:00] the most important parts of this is that
[34:01] you have way better monetization
[34:03] options. You can sell digital products
[34:05] that have no shipping or fulfillment
[34:06] costs. There's so many different AI
[34:08] software that you can promote as an
[34:09] affiliate and you can use AI to generate
[34:12] digital products. So now let's get into
[34:15] secret number four which is the new way
[34:17] of generating content easily using AI.
[34:21] And the system is very simple and we can
[34:24] break it down into the following parts.
[34:26] Video ideas, scripting, video
[34:29] generation, thumbnails and uploading and
[34:32] optimizing. So let's start with finding
[34:35] video ideas. And the biggest key with
[34:37] this, and this is one of the biggest
[34:39] things that changed the entire
[34:40] trajectory of my entire YouTube journey,
[34:43] which was that I learned to stop trying
[34:45] to reinvent the wheel. When I initially
[34:47] started on YouTube, I would try so many
[34:50] different, you know, new video ideas
[34:51] that I thought this one's going to take
[34:52] off. No, this one's going to take off.
[34:54] And I would try to come up with
[34:56] everything off the top of my mind
[34:57] because I thought it had to be a totally
[34:59] new and original idea to do amazing on
[35:01] YouTube. until one day I basically
[35:04] copied a video that already did
[35:05] incredibly good and my video got more
[35:08] views than the original video within the
[35:10] first few months of uploading it. And
[35:12] over time that video now has over 12
[35:14] million views because I decided to stop
[35:18] reinventing the wheel or trying to at
[35:20] least. So most people just guess what's
[35:23] going to work. This is where most
[35:24] creators go wrong honestly. And as I
[35:26] mentioned, I struggled as a teenager
[35:27] until I redid a video that already
[35:29] worked. got 100,000 views in less than a
[35:31] week and that video over time has gone
[35:32] on to do millions and millions of views.
[35:34] So, how can you do this yourself and do
[35:37] this strategy? Well, there's actually a
[35:39] strategy even better than just copying a
[35:41] video, which is what I like to call the
[35:44] combination strategy. And this is to
[35:46] take two ideas that have already worked
[35:48] and then to combine them into a single
[35:50] idea. And now just to show you a
[35:52] practical example of this as well. If we
[35:54] go to I did a video recently on my
[35:57] channel talking about YouTube niches
[35:59] that are now banned. And I got this idea
[36:01] from this lady here who did a video
[36:03] about side hustles that are now legal.
[36:05] So I thought how could I apply this to
[36:06] YouTube and I took an idea that has done
[36:08] incredibly good on my own personal
[36:10] channel which is talking about different
[36:12] YouTube niches and talk about which
[36:14] niches to avoid and which niches to do.
[36:16] And then I combined that with this idea
[36:18] right here talking about side hustles
[36:20] that are illegal by the government and
[36:22] it did incredibly good. This video right
[36:24] here has gotten hundreds of thousands of
[36:25] views because I took a proven concept
[36:28] and I applied it to my niche. And you
[36:30] can do this for almost any niche. You
[36:32] can take concepts that have worked even
[36:33] outside your niche and then combine that
[36:35] with your niche to make brand new ideas
[36:38] that nobody's ever seen before. So,
[36:40] you're getting the benefit of not, you
[36:42] know, copying people's videos word for
[36:44] word, but you can do incredibly well.
[36:46] And this is the absolute best strategy
[36:48] that has absolutely changed everything
[36:50] for me. So, my recommendation is making
[36:53] better versions of successful videos.
[36:55] You can also do keyword research as
[36:57] well. As mentioned, I'm giving you
[36:58] access to Tube Magic uh for this for
[37:01] completely free. I'm going to give you
[37:02] access at the end right here. But
[37:03] basically within Tube Magic, you can go
[37:05] to the tools, you can go to the keyword
[37:06] research, and you can search different
[37:08] keywords that you might be thinking
[37:10] about doing a video on, for example,
[37:11] YouTube automation right here. And then
[37:13] you can sort it by a magic score, which
[37:15] will give you the absolute best keywords
[37:17] with the highest search volume and the
[37:18] lowest competition. And what this can
[37:21] allow you to do then is to not just make
[37:23] a video titled YouTube automation step
[37:26] by step. Instead, you can then search
[37:28] that on YouTube, see the top videos that
[37:30] come up, and then recreate those videos
[37:32] off of YouTube. But this can give you
[37:34] tons of amazing ideas right here. So,
[37:37] that's how you can find absolute god
[37:39] tier ideas on YouTube. The combination
[37:42] strategy is the absolute best. Now,
[37:45] after you've got your idea, it's time to
[37:47] write your script. And as part of
[37:50] watching this, I could go, you know, on
[37:52] for hours about how to write amazing
[37:53] scripts and give you all my strategies
[37:55] and everything else, but that would take
[37:56] hours. Instead, I would just want to
[37:58] give you access to Tube Magic, which has
[38:00] all of my best information when it comes
[38:02] to writing scripts built completely into
[38:04] that. And if I show you it right here,
[38:06] if you go to new script within Tube
[38:08] Magic, and again, you're getting this
[38:09] for completely free if you stick with me
[38:10] till the end right here. Basically,
[38:12] within Tube Magic, what you can do is
[38:14] you can go ahead and add in context
[38:16] YouTube links of other videos that you
[38:18] are recreating. So that way, it's taking
[38:21] all of the best information from all of
[38:23] those videos. And then you can put in a
[38:25] prompt. I recommend just putting in the
[38:27] title of your video. And then what Tube
[38:29] Magic will do is it'll run your idea and
[38:32] all of this context information through
[38:35] our viral hook database, our value loop
[38:37] structure, which is essentially keeping
[38:39] people interested by opening and closing
[38:41] loops throughout your video. Again, I
[38:43] could go over all these tactics for
[38:44] hours, but essentially it uses all the
[38:47] best advanced psychology and everything
[38:48] else to write an absolute god tier
[38:50] script. Plus, it gives you the ability
[38:52] to choose a word count and how long your
[38:54] video is going to be up to 20 minutes
[38:56] long. and it uses Claude as the backend
[38:59] for that right there, which is the
[39:00] absolute best AI script writer. And
[39:03] it'll give you an amazing script. I do
[39:05] always recommend anytime you use AI,
[39:07] whether it's my AI or somebody else's,
[39:09] make sure you overlook everything to
[39:11] make sure that it all makes sense before
[39:13] you go ahead and use it. But that's how
[39:14] you can write a script right there. Once
[39:16] you got your script and you've got your
[39:18] video idea, then it's time to actually
[39:20] generate your actual video. And my
[39:23] recommendation is to do what other
[39:27] channels are doing within the niche that
[39:29] you're in. If you're seeing the majority
[39:30] of channels within your niche are doing,
[39:32] for example, screen recordings, then you
[39:34] can use something like OBS, which is
[39:36] completely free. You can also use Hey
[39:38] Genen for AI avatars if you want to be
[39:40] like that channel Zinny Studio. And my
[39:42] recommendation actually is to use
[39:43] something called Infinite Talk. It's
[39:45] something I recently found, which is
[39:46] actually just as good as Hey Genen from
[39:48] what I've seen for doing AI avatars that
[39:50] you can animate it. And I would
[39:51] recommend generating the avatar using
[39:53] something like Nano Banana through
[39:55] something like Higsfield or Open Art and
[39:57] then taking that character putting it
[39:59] into either Hey Genen or Infinite Talk.
[40:02] Infinite Talk is a lot cheaper. You can
[40:04] make an AI avatar that way and you can
[40:06] make them talking just like that other
[40:07] channel Nick Invest as well. And then
[40:09] you can create these screen recording
[40:11] videos with an AI avatar popping up. And
[40:14] you can do that. You can also even put
[40:16] the avatar on a green screen background
[40:17] and then key it out right there. And
[40:20] then you can use something like Cap Cut
[40:21] to edit your videos if you're using
[40:23] Windows or Mac. But if you're on Mac,
[40:25] you can also use iMovie, which is free.
[40:28] And then if you're doing a channel that
[40:31] primarily uses stock footage, like
[40:33] channels, for example, like that Cruise
[40:34] Like a Pro channel that we went over,
[40:36] that's primarily using stock footage in
[40:38] the background of their videos, then you
[40:40] can get a subscription to Story Blocks,
[40:42] which is like $30 a month. And you can
[40:44] also use something like Capka to then
[40:46] edit those stock videos together and do
[40:48] a voice over with something like 11
[40:50] Labs. By the way, 11 Labs voiceovers are
[40:53] indistinguishable from humans. I
[40:55] recommend either cloning your own voice.
[40:56] You can also use my voice as well. It's
[40:58] on 11 Labs if you want to use it. I just
[41:00] recommend don't use the voices that 99%
[41:03] of people use on there. Try to use one
[41:05] that's a little bit less frequently
[41:06] used. either my own, you can just search
[41:08] Matt on 11 Labs and find it, or sit down
[41:10] for a few hours and just read random
[41:12] Wikipedia pages, which is what I did,
[41:14] and then clone your own voice based off
[41:16] of that. But then, what about AI video
[41:19] generation? What if you just want AI to
[41:21] do all of this for you? Is that
[41:22] possible? Yes, it actually is with my
[41:26] other software called Vid.AI. This will
[41:28] save you thousands on freelancer costs
[41:30] if you'd rather just have AI do
[41:32] everything for you. But there is a big
[41:34] caveat with Vid AI which is that it will
[41:36] only do stock footage and AI visualbased
[41:40] channels. It will not record your screen
[41:42] for you. You know, it will not generate
[41:44] an AI avatar as it stands right now.
[41:46] That's something we might do in the
[41:47] future. So, other types of channels will
[41:50] still require manual editing. But if
[41:52] you're within a niche like any of these
[41:54] channels right here, like the Purring
[41:56] Journal or Cruise Like a Pro or this top
[41:58] travel channel right here or Stoic
[42:00] Journal, all of these channels right
[42:02] here can be done completely using Vid
[42:05] AI. So with Vidai, essentially what you
[42:07] can do is you can just enter your
[42:09] script. I don't recommend using the
[42:10] scripting feature within Vidai because
[42:12] it's not going to be as good as
[42:13] something like Tube Magic because this
[42:15] is trained off all of the best YouTube
[42:17] scripts and the best YouTube script
[42:18] writing formulas. So get your script,
[42:21] either write it yourself or go to
[42:24] something like Tube Magic, generate your
[42:26] script, bring it into Vid AI, generate
[42:29] your video, and then you have a full
[42:31] amazing video that can actually do
[42:32] incredibly good on YouTube that YouTube
[42:34] is okay with that you did completely
[42:37] with AI. So that's how you can generate
[42:40] videos right there. And there's other
[42:42] options as well. For example, if you
[42:43] wanted to do a channel where you were
[42:47] doing, for example, whiteboard animation
[42:49] videos, you can use something like
[42:50] Videocribe to do that. There's many
[42:52] different ways of generating videos. And
[42:54] you can also hire freelancer teams as
[42:56] well, which is what I personally do. And
[42:57] it's honestly the only way that I could
[42:59] ever be running 12 different channels is
[43:02] having a team making my videos for me.
[43:05] Now, we mentioned Vid AI, which is
[43:07] amazing if you're running those stock
[43:09] footage based or AI visualbased channels
[43:12] where the main focus is on what is
[43:14] actually being talked about in the
[43:16] actual videos. And now, as we mentioned,
[43:19] you do want to have something I like to
[43:22] call a money video. And a money video is
[43:25] going to be what I also like to call a
[43:27] flywheel video. This is the video that's
[43:30] going to not only allow you to make tons
[43:31] of money with YouTube potentially, but
[43:33] it will also allow you to get tons of
[43:35] views because you're keeping people on
[43:37] the platform of YouTube the next hour
[43:39] after they watch any of your videos.
[43:42] So, this is essentially a super long
[43:45] video on your channel that follows a
[43:47] specific format that you direct the
[43:49] traffic from all of your other videos
[43:51] to. And this video sells something at
[43:54] the end of it. And if we ever do work
[43:55] together, I can give you my word for
[43:56] word template for that money video. But
[43:58] essentially in it, you just give a ton
[44:00] of value in the video on the direct
[44:02] subject of what your channel is about.
[44:04] For example, if your channel is about
[44:06] cruise tips and tricks, then you would
[44:08] make an ultimate cruise guide
[44:11] essentially. So you might title it
[44:13] something like best cruise guide 2026
[44:16] step by step for booking the absolute
[44:18] best cruise and having the best cruise
[44:19] of your life. and you go over a whole
[44:21] hour worth of information following a
[44:24] very specific formula and then you sell
[44:26] something at the end of it. And we'll
[44:28] talk about that a little bit more in
[44:30] depth in the monetization secret in just
[44:32] a second. But the best way then to
[44:34] systematize your content is to use
[44:36] something called Trello. This allows you
[44:38] to manage your workflows for your
[44:40] channels and it allows you to create
[44:42] multiple different lists so you can keep
[44:43] track of where all of your videos are in
[44:46] the production line of making your
[44:48] videos.
[44:50] And my recommendation is using Upwork to
[44:52] hire freelancers. If you're going to be
[44:53] hiring people individually for this and
[44:56] to hire three people as a test for each
[44:58] position and then if you do work
[45:00] together longterm with those people,
[45:02] then you will just work with the
[45:04] absolute best one out of the test. So
[45:05] you might hire someone, for example, to
[45:07] do a test 30 second edit on a video. If
[45:09] they're really good, then you hire them
[45:11] long term. And if we work together, I
[45:14] can give you script templates for hiring
[45:15] people and everything else. And if we
[45:17] work together, you can just get access
[45:18] to my content team as well, and they can
[45:20] basically just make the videos for you.
[45:22] So, now let's talk about what to
[45:24] outsource first. My recommendation is to
[45:26] outsource the things that you absolutely
[45:28] hate the most first. For me, that's
[45:31] video editing. I hate editing videos
[45:33] manually. It's part of the reason I made
[45:34] Vid AI, honestly. But with video
[45:37] editing, you're going to pay anywhere
[45:39] from $50 to $200 per video. With
[45:41] thumbnail creation, it could be $10 to
[45:43] $40 each. For script writing, 10 to 50.
[45:46] For voiceovers, it depends. But as we
[45:48] mentioned, I just recommend using 11
[45:50] Labs for this. Same thing with
[45:51] thumbnails as well. My recommendation is
[45:53] just to use something like Nano Banana
[45:54] Pro, which is going to give you amazing
[45:56] thumbnails if you know how to prompt it
[45:58] correctly. And you can also just
[46:01] outsource everything to my team where
[46:03] we'll just do this all for you. So, if
[46:04] you want to have absolute god tier
[46:06] amazing videos that will do amazing on
[46:09] YouTube, but you don't want to have to
[46:11] edit them all, you know, yourself and
[46:12] everything else, and you don't just want
[46:13] to use AI tools, then you can get access
[46:16] to my team if we do ever want to work
[46:18] together, and they can just handle
[46:19] everything for you. The thumbnails, the
[46:21] video ideation, the actually making the
[46:23] videos, everything else. They can do
[46:25] that all for you where you literally
[46:27] just give them a title and they'll give
[46:28] you a finished video back. So the
[46:31] scaling strategy then for running
[46:33] channels like this is different than you
[46:36] might think of when it comes to doing
[46:38] YouTube. And the scaling strategy is to
[46:40] start with one educational channel which
[46:43] is your main money-making channel. And
[46:45] then if you ever make a second channel
[46:47] or a third or a fourth or a fifth
[46:49] channel, instead of just making new
[46:51] channels in new niches that who knows
[46:53] they're if they're going to do well or
[46:54] not, instead you make an entertainment
[46:57] channel in the same niche, but with
[47:00] broader appeal.
[47:02] So for example, if your main channel is
[47:04] about how to make money on YouTube,
[47:06] that's your main educational money
[47:07] channel. Your second channel then could
[47:10] be business success stories talking
[47:12] about famous business people that have
[47:14] lived. This is an entertainment channel,
[47:16] but the audience from that channel is
[47:18] likely all interested in starting a
[47:20] YouTube business themselves. So then you
[47:23] can link via end screens of all those
[47:25] other videos on your second channel to
[47:28] your first channel because they're
[47:30] related and the audience more
[47:31] importantly is related. And then if you
[47:33] make a third channel, you can talk about
[47:35] a related subniche. For example, you
[47:37] could do software tutorials or talk
[47:39] about related tools. and all of your
[47:42] other future channels that you start can
[47:44] all drive traffic back to your main
[47:47] channel, all to your main money video,
[47:50] which only lives on this channel right
[47:52] here. And this video will become
[47:53] overpowered due to the fact that you
[47:55] have so many different videos, not even
[47:57] on just one channel, but multiple
[47:59] channels, driving traffic to it, keeping
[48:02] people on the platform, giving you that
[48:03] session time, making it super easy to
[48:06] grow. This is the secret for growing
[48:07] insanely fast on YouTube.
[48:10] Because essentially what you do is you
[48:12] initially get search traction on YouTube
[48:15] and then you redirect that search
[48:16] traffic that you're getting. Even if you
[48:18] just get a very small amount, you
[48:20] redirect that to a super long video on
[48:22] your channel. It increases session time
[48:24] as we discussed. YouTube will see that.
[48:27] Even if you just get a tiny amount of
[48:28] views from search, those views will
[48:30] exponentially multiply if you do things
[48:32] the right way and you can grow a giant
[48:34] channel. This is how I've grown all of
[48:35] my channels to huge amounts on YouTube.
[48:39] So, here's a list of some of the tools
[48:40] and workflow that we talked about. As we
[48:42] mentioned, you're going to get Tube
[48:43] Magic 4 completely free just for
[48:44] watching this. Also, some other tools if
[48:47] you wanted to, for example, generate AI
[48:49] visuals for your channels. Cling is
[48:51] really good for that. And my
[48:52] recommendation is using Nano Banana Pro
[48:54] to generate the initial first frame and
[48:57] then use Cling to animate it. It's very
[48:59] cheap. You might be saying, "Okay, isn't
[49:00] Google VO cheaper?" Uh, sorry, not
[49:02] cheaper. Isn't Google VO better? Um,
[49:05] they're about the same in terms of
[49:07] quality, but Google VO is significantly
[49:09] more expensive. So, my recommendation is
[49:10] to use Cling if you're going to be doing
[49:12] AI visual videos. And then also for AI
[49:15] avatars, my recommendation is to use
[49:18] Infinite Talk or Hey Genen. It's a
[49:20] little bit more expensive. You can take
[49:21] a look at both of those, but I think
[49:22] Infinite Talk is better and it is
[49:24] cheaper. And then you have either Tube
[49:26] Magic or Claude for script writing.
[49:28] You've got Cap Cut for editing, Vid AI
[49:30] for video generation, and Trello for
[49:32] systematizing your content.
[49:35] Now, as we mentioned, if you don't want
[49:37] to do any of this, and this just sounds
[49:38] super complex, you just want to
[49:39] outsource this to a team that already
[49:42] does this and runs a bunch of my own
[49:43] channels for me, then you can just work
[49:45] with my content team. They'll do all of
[49:47] the work for you. And I'll be getting
[49:49] into how to work with them in just a
[49:50] second. But first, let's get into secret
[49:53] number five, which is the new way of
[49:55] monetizing on YouTube. So, let's take a
[49:58] look at what I like to call the
[50:00] monetization hierarchy. And that starts
[50:03] with the bottom, which is the base,
[50:05] which is ad revenue only. Even though I
[50:09] think the absolute best way of
[50:10] monetizing is to sell something from
[50:12] your channel, and I'll get into how to
[50:14] do that without hurting the performance
[50:16] of your channel. Even though I believe
[50:18] that, I do also believe that every
[50:20] single channel out there, even if
[50:21] they're selling something, should have
[50:23] ad revenue coming in as well. And that's
[50:25] the base of your channel. And ad
[50:28] revenue, you can make anywhere from $3
[50:30] to $25 per thousand views, depending on
[50:32] the niche that you're in and the
[50:33] subjects you talk about.
[50:36] So that's nothing when you compare that
[50:39] against the next rung up on the pyramid
[50:41] which is affiliate marketing where you
[50:44] can make $50 to $100 per thousand views
[50:48] and you can make a lot more money
[50:51] without the complexity of having your
[50:53] own product but the absolute pinnacle
[50:55] the apex if you want to make as much
[50:57] money as you possibly can from your
[50:59] channel potentially hundred to $1,000
[51:02] per thousand views that would mean
[51:04] having your own community or your own
[51:06] product. So, my personal recommendation
[51:10] is to do affiliate marketing for the
[51:13] majority of people due to the fact that
[51:14] it's the easiest to get started with and
[51:16] then eventually scale to having your own
[51:18] products.
[51:20] And this is the reason that most
[51:21] YouTubers stay broke. They rely only on
[51:23] ad revenue and they're giving all of
[51:26] their power and everything else to
[51:27] YouTube and they're putting all their
[51:28] eggs in that basket. And if something
[51:30] happens to their ad revenue, they get
[51:32] demonetized, um, or something else bad
[51:35] happens to their channel, they're
[51:36] screwed because they're put all their
[51:38] eggs in that basket. Instead, if you
[51:41] want complete control and maximum
[51:42] profit, it comes from either being an
[51:45] affiliate or even better, having your
[51:47] own products. That is where the
[51:48] millionaires are made on YouTube. So, as
[51:51] much as I recommend selling something
[51:53] from your channel, and we'll get into
[51:54] how to do that the right way, I think
[51:56] every single channel should also have ad
[51:59] revenue coming in. And ad revenue is
[52:01] going to differ a lot for different
[52:02] niches because different niches make
[52:04] different amounts due to the fact that
[52:06] they're just different advertisers
[52:07] targeting different keywords on YouTube.
[52:10] So, for example, some of the biggest
[52:12] advertisers on YouTube are companies
[52:14] like Expedia and Apple. Expedia, which
[52:17] videos and which keywords are they going
[52:18] to target? anything related to travel,
[52:20] which makes travel a pretty high RPM or
[52:23] a high CPM niche. What about Apple?
[52:25] They're going to be putting their videos
[52:26] likely on technology related videos. So,
[52:30] let's go over how you can maximize this
[52:32] revenue stream because I do believe that
[52:34] every single channel should try to
[52:35] utilize this fully. And the secret is
[52:38] something that I actually discovered
[52:40] from one of my students, which is the
[52:42] super long- form content hack. So, I was
[52:46] talking with one of my students and he
[52:48] was making $60 per thousand views from
[52:52] super long travel content that was like
[52:54] two to three hour videos similar to
[52:55] this. Wonders of Australia, Wonders of
[52:58] Germany, and stuff like this. And
[53:01] these videos right here, they were
[53:03] making 10 times the amount of money than
[53:06] the majority of other travel channels
[53:07] that I saw within my community. And I
[53:09] was like, how in the world are you doing
[53:10] this? And he showed me he's making these
[53:13] super long videos. And this allows him
[53:15] to put a ton of different ad breaks on
[53:17] his videos. At absolute minimum, you
[53:20] should make sure that your videos are at
[53:22] least eight minutes long. But you should
[53:26] also do occasional super long videos on
[53:29] your channel as well. By the way, this
[53:30] is not his channel. This is just an
[53:32] example. I don't want to show his
[53:33] channel. He didn't give me permission
[53:34] for that. However, this method works
[53:38] amazing. You might be saying, "Okay,
[53:41] Matt, but doesn't it take a super long
[53:43] time to make videos like that? You know,
[53:45] I don't want to be making three-hour
[53:46] videos for every single video that I
[53:48] do." Well, I actually found a hack that
[53:50] will allow you to make these types of
[53:51] videos with zero additional work on your
[53:53] part. And just in an effort to give you
[53:55] as much value as I possibly can, I want
[53:57] to go over that right here. And that is
[53:59] a strategy called the compilation
[54:00] strategy where you repurpose your own
[54:03] videos combining multiple different
[54:05] videos into an ultimate guide video, a
[54:08] compilation video, a super long video, a
[54:11] best of collection video, something like
[54:13] that. And I've actually done it on my
[54:15] personal channel right here. If I move
[54:17] myself out of the way, I've done so many
[54:20] videos on my channel, like for example,
[54:22] how to get 1,000 subscribers, how to get
[54:24] 4,000 hours of watch time, how to apply
[54:26] for monetization. These were all
[54:28] individual videos that were living on my
[54:29] channel that got a lot of collective
[54:31] views. But I thought one day, why don't
[54:33] I just combine a bunch of these videos
[54:35] into a single ultra-ong guide video and
[54:38] do a video like how to get monetized on
[54:40] YouTube complete guide. And that video
[54:42] right there is an hour long and it got
[54:44] over half a million views. So, this is a
[54:48] strategy that you can do every now and
[54:50] then on your channel. Basically, just
[54:51] putting together a bunch of your videos
[54:53] into an ultra-ong compilation video. And
[54:56] this works for any niche, by the way.
[54:58] And then you can repurpose the content
[55:00] that you're already uploading. So,
[55:02] you've already got the videos. Why not
[55:04] make use of them? They can work
[55:05] incredibly well. You can put a lot of ad
[55:08] breaks in on those videos and you will
[55:09] have a super high CPM on those
[55:11] individual videos. But that being said,
[55:13] on the majority of my videos, they're
[55:15] around 8 to 12 minutes long. I always
[55:17] try to shoot for at least 8 minutes so I
[55:18] can put multiple ad breaks on the
[55:20] videos. And then there's no cap on how
[55:22] long they can be, but for the majority
[55:23] of my videos, I just try to take the
[55:25] amount of time that it takes to give as
[55:27] much value as I possibly can. And then
[55:29] occasionally you do this method of doing
[55:31] these compilation videos. And these
[55:34] videos will make a lot more money per
[55:36] thousand views. Now, here's some high
[55:38] CPM niches as well. And the thing about
[55:40] these niches is that you can actually
[55:42] incorporate these even if you are within
[55:44] a low CPM niche. For example, if you're
[55:47] doing a general entertainment channel
[55:49] talking about different celebrities, if
[55:50] you did a video titled top 10 richest
[55:53] celebrities that make the most amount of
[55:55] money, having keywords like richest and
[55:58] money is going to drive up the CPMs on
[56:00] those individual videos and you'll make
[56:02] a lot more per thousand views due to the
[56:04] fact that those are very high CPM
[56:07] subjects. Low CPM subjects are like
[56:09] general entertainment, gaming,
[56:11] lifestyle. High CPM would be health and
[56:14] wellness, travel, education, software
[56:16] tutorials, and the highest is going to
[56:19] be stuff like finance and investing,
[56:20] business and entrepreneurship, real
[56:22] estate, insurance and legal, and
[56:24] high-end technology. So, those are the
[56:27] best CPM niches. By the way, since
[56:29] you're getting access to Tube Magic as
[56:30] well, if you go into Tube Magic and then
[56:32] go into the tools and then go down right
[56:35] here into the niche explorer, you can
[56:37] actually see a ton of different niches
[56:39] on YouTube. hundreds of different niches
[56:41] as well as their approximate how much
[56:43] they make per thousand views on the
[56:45] right hand side right here that that can
[56:47] basically let you, you know, see
[56:48] different niches, how much they're
[56:49] making, and plus the example channels of
[56:51] those niches. These are all niches, by
[56:53] the way, that I personally have found
[56:54] and that I personally can vouch for
[56:56] right there. So, yeah, let's jump back
[57:00] into here. So, the benchmark that I try
[57:04] to recommend every single channel that I
[57:05] work with and that I personally start is
[57:08] to shoot for making at least $100 per
[57:10] thousand views, which is a lot more than
[57:12] what the majority of channels on YouTube
[57:14] do. And the way that I'm able to do this
[57:18] is by selling something from the
[57:19] channel. And let me give you some of the
[57:21] math right here on how this is
[57:22] potentially possible.
[57:24] If you get a 100,000 views per month,
[57:27] which is another one of the benchmarks
[57:28] that I try to hit on every single
[57:30] channel, I actually consider this a very
[57:31] low amount of views per month. If you
[57:33] get that amount of views, you might be
[57:36] making 500 to 2,000 a month from ad
[57:38] revenue if you're lucky. However, if you
[57:41] use my method that I'm about to show
[57:43] you, I run channels where I make 10
[57:46] 20,000. In fact, I even had a channel
[57:48] where I made $27,000 in a month with
[57:51] only a h 100,000 views a month. But
[57:53] remember, it's going to be different for
[57:54] everyone. I can't promise those results
[57:55] or anything else, but this is proof that
[57:58] this works amazing. And the secret is
[58:01] selling a $500 digital product to just4%
[58:05] of the viewers. So then if you get
[58:08] 100,000 views and 4% of those people buy
[58:12] the product, that's 40 sales times $500
[58:15] is $20,000 per month. That's $200
[58:19] per,000 views, which is absolutely
[58:21] crazy. And it's 100% possible. And it
[58:25] doesn't just have to be a $500 product
[58:27] either. You can also sell products that
[58:29] will eventually add up to be $500. Which
[58:32] essentially means you can be an
[58:33] affiliate for recurring software. For
[58:35] example, you can be an affiliate for
[58:38] software that pays you every single
[58:40] month. For example, my software like
[58:41] Tube Magic and Vidai, we have affiliate
[58:43] programs that pay anywhere from 33 to
[58:46] 50%. And basically, you can make
[58:49] recurring income for life for every
[58:51] single person you get signed up for
[58:52] that. So, you might not make 500 the
[58:54] first month, but over time it can add up
[58:56] to at least that amount. So, recurring
[59:00] products are really good. In fact, I
[59:01] would only do recurring products or a
[59:04] one single highric product. Those are
[59:06] the best types of products you can
[59:07] promote, which are typically a course,
[59:10] an ebook, a guide, a community on
[59:13] platforms like school or moon. And also
[59:17] you can promote software solutions
[59:18] within your niche. And if you ever need
[59:21] to find affiliate products or anything
[59:22] else, my recommendation is just go on to
[59:24] an AI like Gemini, for example, and ask
[59:26] it, "Find me the absolute best affiliate
[59:28] programs for my personal niche and it
[59:32] can find them for you right there. And
[59:35] by the way, there are affiliate
[59:36] platforms or affiliate products rather
[59:38] in niches that you probably would never
[59:40] even guess. For example, the other day I
[59:42] found this one right here, which is
[59:43] called the Happy Cats affiliate program.
[59:46] And it literally just helps people raise
[59:49] better cats and they give 30%
[59:51] commissions on both onetime and
[59:53] recurring subscription fees that you can
[59:55] promote. So, if you're running a channel
[59:57] like for example that channel, the
[59:59] Purring Journal right here, you could
[01:00:00] easily promote this as an affiliate
[01:00:02] right there. So, there's tons of
[01:00:05] different products out there to promote.
[01:00:06] You can also make your own as well. If
[01:00:08] you make your own product, it is going
[01:00:09] to require a bit more work. So, keep
[01:00:11] that in mind. And one thing I wanted to
[01:00:13] mention as well is to make sure that
[01:00:15] you're building an email list from your
[01:00:17] channel also. And that's due to the fact
[01:00:19] that you can typically make, at least
[01:00:21] what I personally have seen, this is not
[01:00:22] a guarantee of income or anything, but
[01:00:24] what I personally have seen is that I've
[01:00:25] made about $1 per email per month per
[01:00:29] subscriber on my email list. So, if you
[01:00:31] get a,000 subscribers, that's $1,000 a
[01:00:33] month recurring. 10,000 would be 10,000
[01:00:35] a month. and you own the list, so
[01:00:39] YouTube can't take it away. So, god
[01:00:40] forbid anything happens to your YouTube
[01:00:42] channel or anything else, you own your
[01:00:44] email list and you have that. So, my
[01:00:47] strategy for this is essentially I
[01:00:50] create a bridge page from my YouTube
[01:00:52] channel and I put the link very low in
[01:00:54] my YouTube description. The first link
[01:00:56] is always going to be going back to my
[01:00:58] money video, but below that then I have
[01:01:00] another link that goes to a free
[01:01:02] resource that they can opt in for that
[01:01:04] then goes to the money video. So, you're
[01:01:06] giving them the money video in exchange
[01:01:08] for their email and then you capture
[01:01:10] their email and then essentially what
[01:01:12] you do is you send an email then every
[01:01:15] single time that you upload a new video.
[01:01:18] So, essentially you're sending people
[01:01:19] then back to the channel and it's a
[01:01:21] whole symbiotic system that feeds
[01:01:23] itself. And if we go over that system
[01:01:26] right here, you first and foremost you
[01:01:27] have an educational or an entertainment
[01:01:29] video that gets the initial view that
[01:01:31] people first enter your ecosystem from.
[01:01:35] And then an end screen directs people to
[01:01:38] your money video, which is the beginning
[01:01:40] of your flywheel. And then your money
[01:01:42] video sells the product. And even if
[01:01:45] they buy or they don't buy, at the very
[01:01:47] least, they're joining your email list.
[01:01:49] And then your email sequence generates
[01:01:51] additional sales. And it also sends
[01:01:53] people back to your channel. Every time
[01:01:55] you upload a new video, you send an
[01:01:57] email to your list. So it all feeds
[01:01:59] itself and it all helps itself grow more
[01:02:02] and more. And if we compare this system
[01:02:06] and this method right here to the
[01:02:07] traditional method, which is where you
[01:02:09] get a view, you hope maybe they click an
[01:02:11] ad, and then you make like 10 cents.
[01:02:14] That's the traditional method that most
[01:02:16] people are doing on YouTube. And it's
[01:02:17] not the best way at all for going about
[01:02:20] doing this. So now to answer what I
[01:02:23] promised you earlier, which is what if
[01:02:25] you, for example, you get the view,
[01:02:27] right? And then you want to sell
[01:02:30] something from your channel. How do you
[01:02:31] do it without it hurting your actual
[01:02:34] video's performance? The way that you do
[01:02:37] that is you send people to your money
[01:02:41] video and then they only will click the
[01:02:43] link in the description of that money
[01:02:45] video after they've watched the entire
[01:02:47] video. And so it won't actually hurt
[01:02:50] your channel's performance or your
[01:02:51] video's performance at all due to the
[01:02:53] fact that you're keeping people on
[01:02:55] YouTube for another hour before you sell
[01:02:58] your product. And that is the key for
[01:03:01] doing that. And then plus you got your
[01:03:03] flywheel money video making money in the
[01:03:05] background as well. And it's just
[01:03:07] continually running in the background in
[01:03:09] an evergreen way following that script,
[01:03:11] which again I can give you if we do
[01:03:12] happen to work together. You can also do
[01:03:14] this occasionally as well, which is a
[01:03:16] six video series. And I recommend doing
[01:03:18] this once you post like 12 to 24 videos
[01:03:20] on your channel, which is essentially a
[01:03:21] video series that then sells your
[01:03:24] product at the end of the entire series.
[01:03:26] One of my students, Musa, did this and
[01:03:28] made over 300 grand in just a few days,
[01:03:30] literally implementing this exact system
[01:03:32] that I showed him. Obviously, I can't
[01:03:34] guarantee you'll make anything near
[01:03:35] that. He did already have a big channel
[01:03:37] when he did this. I do have to give that
[01:03:38] disclaimer. And then if we compare the
[01:03:40] different revenue sources from YouTube,
[01:03:43] we have ad revenue, which is the worst.
[01:03:44] So, you have low to medium income
[01:03:46] potential. Um, it's out of your control.
[01:03:48] Again, if something happens to your
[01:03:49] YouTube channel, you're completely
[01:03:51] dependent on YouTube for that. We don't
[01:03:53] want to be dependent on YouTube at all
[01:03:55] for this process. That's why we're
[01:03:56] building an audience outside of YouTube
[01:03:58] on our own email list in addition to
[01:04:00] selling products from our channel as
[01:04:02] well. So, we're using YouTube instead of
[01:04:04] letting YouTube use us. And then there
[01:04:07] are sponsorships as well. This is
[01:04:08] something that's kind of out of your
[01:04:09] control as well. So, I put it pretty low
[01:04:11] in terms of control level due to the
[01:04:13] fact that sponsorships require you to
[01:04:15] have a good amount of subscribers before
[01:04:17] sponsors start reaching out. Not the
[01:04:19] best way of monetizing in my opinion.
[01:04:21] Then you have affiliate marketing, which
[01:04:22] is the best for the majority of people
[01:04:24] if they're just starting their channel.
[01:04:26] And then you have your own products,
[01:04:27] which is the best way of monetizing, but
[01:04:29] it's also the most amount of work. So
[01:04:31] for the majority of people, I recommend
[01:04:32] starting with affiliate marketing. And
[01:04:35] so now you know the five secrets for
[01:04:38] doing this. You know, the best YouTube
[01:04:39] business, the new way of doing YouTube,
[01:04:41] the best niches, how to generate content
[01:04:44] easily, and the new way of monetizing
[01:04:46] your channel. And at this point, you
[01:04:49] have two choices. Choice number one is
[01:04:52] to try to figure this all out yourself
[01:04:55] and spend potentially years of trial and
[01:04:57] error trying to figure everything out,
[01:04:59] looking for good freelancers, not
[01:05:00] knowing what to say in your flywheel
[01:05:02] video, not knowing what to do. And feel
[01:05:04] free to do that if you want. That's
[01:05:06] certainly a viable option. Or you have
[01:05:08] choice number two, which is if you want,
[01:05:12] for example, the script for the flywheel
[01:05:14] video, the six video series scripts,
[01:05:16] access to my content team at a
[01:05:18] negotiated price. Now, I do get a
[01:05:20] commission if we do that. However, it is
[01:05:22] pretty low. Access to me personally to
[01:05:26] ask any questions you have along the way
[01:05:27] doing this. Someone who's been doing
[01:05:28] this for over a decade at this point,
[01:05:30] who knows every single pitfall that you
[01:05:32] could potentially ever fall into. If you
[01:05:35] want access to me, access to one-on-one
[01:05:37] calls with my team, access to templates
[01:05:39] for doing this, and access to the best
[01:05:41] information for doing this, filling in
[01:05:43] every single little detail, then I would
[01:05:46] love to introduce you to Tube
[01:05:49] Accelerator. And Tube Accelerator is my
[01:05:52] flagship program that shows exactly how
[01:05:55] I run channels exactly like this and
[01:05:57] even how I run my personal channel as
[01:05:59] well to huge amounts and how I've scaled
[01:06:01] them to huge amounts getting millions of
[01:06:03] views and more importantly making tens
[01:06:06] of millions of dollars in the process.
[01:06:08] Again, I can't guarantee you'll make any
[01:06:09] money at all. These are my personal
[01:06:11] results. However, Tube Accelerator is
[01:06:14] much more than just a course. The course
[01:06:16] is just part of it. It's actual coaching
[01:06:19] and access to me. And I put together
[01:06:22] actual checklists, processes, and what I
[01:06:25] like to call a symbiotic system that you
[01:06:27] can follow for doing YouTube the right
[01:06:29] way for sure. Now, the program itself is
[01:06:33] split up into five different phases,
[01:06:34] which is the foundation, monetization,
[01:06:37] content, the business side of things,
[01:06:39] and then resources that you can use,
[01:06:41] done for you resources that you can use.
[01:06:44] And the course is just part of it. As we
[01:06:47] mentioned, it's way more than that. You
[01:06:49] also get access to my content team, my
[01:06:51] personal content team that makes my
[01:06:53] videos for my channels. You get access
[01:06:55] to with pre-negotiated pricing. You get
[01:06:57] direct support and direct access to me.
[01:07:00] And I'm happy to answer any questions
[01:07:01] you have along the way and even record a
[01:07:03] personalized Loom video for you if you
[01:07:05] request it. And I'm actively involved in
[01:07:08] the community every single day answering
[01:07:10] questions daily, unlike most program
[01:07:12] owners.
[01:07:13] And then we give a bunch of different
[01:07:15] bonuses as well. For example, we'll make
[01:07:17] your first video completely done for
[01:07:19] you. Also, we'll give you the flywheel
[01:07:21] pillar video template, the video series
[01:07:23] script templates, access to my content
[01:07:25] team, channel optimization checklist,
[01:07:27] YouTube video scripting checklist, my
[01:07:30] current gear sheet for both personal
[01:07:31] brand and faceless channels, everything
[01:07:33] that I use. And we throw in a bunch of
[01:07:35] different bonus courses as well,
[01:07:37] including the loweffort YouTuber course,
[01:07:40] my all my other courses as well that
[01:07:43] previously I've sold for thousands of
[01:07:44] dollars each, including Tube Mastery,
[01:07:46] Quantum Courses, that was a $5,000
[01:07:48] program right there, High Pay Partner,
[01:07:51] Shorts Mastery, and all of these courses
[01:07:53] right here are also included. And I've
[01:07:55] made the decision personally that I
[01:07:57] don't want to just sell individual
[01:07:59] courses anymore. I want to help people
[01:08:01] further in depth. And I do have to be
[01:08:03] transparent as well due to the fact that
[01:08:04] it is a better way of monetizing for me
[01:08:06] as well doing it this way of working
[01:08:08] with less people but helping them get
[01:08:10] much better results. It's better
[01:08:11] testimonials for me and allows me to run
[01:08:13] just a more fun business for myself
[01:08:15] personally. Also, you get mentoring as
[01:08:18] well, including an onboarding call where
[01:08:20] we'll go over your current situation and
[01:08:22] where you're currently at with
[01:08:23] everything and then help you choose a
[01:08:25] niche and action steps and give you a
[01:08:26] complete checklist of exactly what to
[01:08:28] do. You also get access to my team
[01:08:30] members who also personally run channels
[01:08:32] and who are helping me run my channels
[01:08:34] as well. So I decided why don't I just
[01:08:36] hire a lot of the people who have been
[01:08:38] on my team for the past, you know, 5 10
[01:08:40] years. Hire them as coaches. That's what
[01:08:42] I've done. And they'll answer any
[01:08:44] questions you have along the way. Make
[01:08:45] sure you get the help and the support
[01:08:46] that you need. So you have multiple
[01:08:48] different viewpoints because even though
[01:08:50] I've been doing this for a decade,
[01:08:51] sometimes I do disagree with my team
[01:08:53] about things. You know, I might see
[01:08:54] things one way, they see things another
[01:08:55] way. So you'll get a very diversified
[01:08:57] set of opinions on any decision that you
[01:08:59] make and we'll come to a conclusion on
[01:09:01] what the absolute best decision is for
[01:09:03] your channel. But trust me, we've seen
[01:09:05] it all and we can help you do this the
[01:09:07] right way. So if you want to work with
[01:09:09] me, I'd love to work with you. As
[01:09:11] mentioned, I don't just want to sell
[01:09:12] courses honestly due to the fact that a
[01:09:14] lot of people who join courses do
[01:09:16] nothing with them. People also need
[01:09:18] accountability and they need someone to
[01:09:20] be there with them for making sure that
[01:09:22] they do this the right way. So, I've set
[01:09:24] this up to help people more in depth.
[01:09:26] That way, I can build a great content
[01:09:28] team that helps me. It funds my software
[01:09:30] companies where we're trying to build
[01:09:31] world-class products. I built them for
[01:09:33] myself, but other people can use them as
[01:09:35] well. And ideally, I really want to work
[01:09:37] with people who are serious about doing
[01:09:38] this, which makes it fun for both of us.
[01:09:41] And so, if you're interested in doing
[01:09:42] this and you're serious about doing
[01:09:44] this, feel free to click the link. My
[01:09:45] team is going to put it in the chat
[01:09:47] right now. Chris and Neil, if you guys
[01:09:48] could drop the link in the chat right
[01:09:50] now to book a call for doing this. You
[01:09:52] can fill out a quick application and
[01:09:54] then book a call with my team. On the
[01:09:56] call, we can discuss your goals and we
[01:09:58] can see if my program might be a good
[01:10:00] fit and a good match for what you're
[01:10:02] looking to achieve. And we'll be honest
[01:10:04] also about whether we honestly think
[01:10:06] that our approach and the way that we do
[01:10:07] things and everything else is in
[01:10:10] alignment with your situation and your
[01:10:12] expectations. And to make this an
[01:10:14] absolute no-brainer as well, due to the
[01:10:16] fact that I've gone over a lot of
[01:10:18] amazing information in this training
[01:10:20] program, so we're not going to be
[01:10:21] starting from complete scratch with you
[01:10:22] if we do choose to work together. I'm
[01:10:25] choosing to give this for 20% off for
[01:10:28] anybody who's on this webinar right now.
[01:10:30] So, if you do book a call, just make
[01:10:32] sure to mention that you were on the
[01:10:33] webinar so you can get that 20% off and
[01:10:36] we'll make sure to give that to you. 20%
[01:10:38] off right now. So, if you're interested
[01:10:40] in doing this, now is the time. Feel
[01:10:42] free to click the link that's in the
[01:10:43] chat that Chris or Neil should be
[01:10:45] putting in the chat right now. I'd love
[01:10:47] to work with you if you want to work
[01:10:48] with me. We can absolutely help you
[01:10:50] crush it doing this. We've helped so
[01:10:51] many people doing this and I would love
[01:10:54] to help you out with it. I'm positive
[01:10:56] that we can grow your channel like
[01:10:57] absolute crazy. Now, a lot of people
[01:11:01] might be wondering, you know, how much
[01:11:02] is this? How much is this going to cost
[01:11:04] and everything else like that? Now, the
[01:11:06] program, it's not cheap. It's a premium
[01:11:09] program for action takers who believe in
[01:11:12] this business model, but I've done my
[01:11:14] absolute best to make it possible for
[01:11:16] you to start with financing and payment
[01:11:17] plans. So, the program itself requires a
[01:11:21] four-f figureure investment, which
[01:11:22] depends on your needs and goals. For
[01:11:24] example, if you need us to make, you
[01:11:25] know, 100 videos, it's going to be a lot
[01:11:27] more than if you don't need us to make
[01:11:29] many videos at all, or if you just want
[01:11:30] to get the information, whatever you
[01:11:32] need, we can tailor a program
[01:11:34] specifically for you. But also to make
[01:11:36] this applicable to as many people as
[01:11:38] possible, I've also teamed up with some
[01:11:41] flexible financing options for it to be
[01:11:43] possible for you to start for as low as
[01:11:45] a few hundred per month with financing.
[01:11:48] And we also have payment plans available
[01:11:50] as well. So I really try to build this
[01:11:52] to meet you where you're at. So no
[01:11:54] matter where you're at with this, we can
[01:11:55] meet you with almost any budget. So just
[01:11:58] want to throw out that out there as
[01:11:59] well. But if yeah, if you want to get
[01:12:01] that 20% off for webinar attendees, now
[01:12:03] is the time to do it because if you're
[01:12:06] interested in doing this, now is the
[01:12:08] time to do it. And on the call, we can
[01:12:10] discuss your goals and see if the
[01:12:11] program might be a good match for what
[01:12:13] you're looking to achieve. And we're
[01:12:14] going to be honest about that, whether
[01:12:16] we can actually help you or not. So, the
[01:12:19] link is in the chat. Feel free to check
[01:12:21] it out. Book your call. I'd love to work
[01:12:24] with you. If you want to work with me,
[01:12:25] we can help you crush it with this. Feel
[01:12:27] free to check out the link in the chat.
[01:12:29] book your call for Tube Accelerator. I
[01:12:31] would love to help you out. I'd love to
[01:12:32] be a part of your journey. It would be
[01:12:34] an absolute honor. And now just to go
[01:12:36] over some common concerns as well. You
[01:12:38] might be saying, "Look, Matt, I'm not
[01:12:40] techsavvy. I don't know if I could
[01:12:41] potentially do this." You really don't
[01:12:43] have to be. AI can help you do a lot of
[01:12:45] these things for you, but you do need to
[01:12:47] have a base level of knowledge of, for
[01:12:49] example, making a YouTube account, using
[01:12:51] the internet, and everything else. If
[01:12:53] you're here right here watching this,
[01:12:54] you probably have that knowledge,
[01:12:56] honestly. But I do want to throw that
[01:12:58] out there. And now you might be saying,
[01:12:59] "Look, Matt, I don't have the time to be
[01:13:01] doing this." Now, most of our students
[01:13:03] start off with one to two hours a day
[01:13:05] because one to two hours of focused
[01:13:07] effort where it actually matters on the
[01:13:10] things that actually matter is way
[01:13:11] better than spending all day grinding on
[01:13:14] things that you really don't have to due
[01:13:16] to the fact that you can use AI tools
[01:13:17] now. And you can also get access to my
[01:13:19] content team and everything else. So,
[01:13:22] this is not a job, but it's a system
[01:13:23] that we build gradually. And a lot of
[01:13:25] people do this either before or after
[01:13:27] work. You might also be saying, "Matt,
[01:13:29] isn't YouTube too saturated? Especially
[01:13:31] with AI now with it just becoming
[01:13:34] possible to generate amazing quality
[01:13:35] videos with very little effort. How am I
[01:13:38] going to know that this isn't just going
[01:13:40] to become saturated and I'm not going to
[01:13:41] be able to succeed with this?" The truth
[01:13:44] is that saturation up until a certain
[01:13:46] point can actually be a very good thing.
[01:13:49] And I know that sounds crazy, but I can
[01:13:51] actually back it up. And that's due to
[01:13:52] the fact that you can get in the
[01:13:54] suggested video feeds of other popular
[01:13:56] videos. and also you can then siphon the
[01:13:59] views from those videos to use it to
[01:14:01] benefit your channel. That being said, I
[01:14:03] do think there is such a thing of too
[01:14:05] much saturation on a certain niche that
[01:14:07] will make it harder to grow. However,
[01:14:09] the majority of people, even though all
[01:14:11] the tools and everything else is out
[01:14:12] there, the majority of people will not
[01:14:14] use the tools. They will not do things
[01:14:16] correctly. They will not have a system.
[01:14:17] They'll upload two videos and not see
[01:14:19] views and just give up. That's the
[01:14:21] majority of 99% of people. there's a
[01:14:23] much smaller amount of people who are
[01:14:25] going to use AI the right way to build
[01:14:27] really huge channels on the platform
[01:14:29] that stick with it and that have
[01:14:31] accountability and guidance there to
[01:14:33] help them do it the absolute best way
[01:14:35] possible.
[01:14:37] So you might also be saying look what if
[01:14:39] I've tried other programs before I've
[01:14:41] really tried to build this to be
[01:14:42] different and to really base it off of
[01:14:44] execution as well. So, you don't just
[01:14:46] get videos, but you get the tools, the
[01:14:48] templates, calls, direct feedback,
[01:14:50] dashboards from other students to learn
[01:14:52] from and everything else. And I'm not
[01:14:55] going to teach you to build an
[01:14:56] entertainment top 10 channel like the
[01:14:58] majority of channels out there are
[01:14:59] doing. I can show you how to get
[01:15:00] millions of views with that if you want
[01:15:02] to know how to do that. But the real
[01:15:04] money is in the educational channels as
[01:15:06] we discussed. So, I'm not going to be
[01:15:07] like most YouTube gurus and tell you the
[01:15:09] way you're going to make money is just
[01:15:10] uploading YouTube shorts and doing Tik
[01:15:11] Toks. That is not where the money is.
[01:15:14] They push these methods due to the fact
[01:15:16] that it's easy to get views in them. And
[01:15:19] people mistake views for money. Views do
[01:15:21] not equal money. If you want to make
[01:15:23] money from YouTube, this is the absolute
[01:15:25] best way. You might also be saying, I
[01:15:27] don't know what niche to pick or what
[01:15:29] content to create. We'll literally pick
[01:15:31] your niche for you if you want us to or
[01:15:34] we can do it with you so you can have
[01:15:36] the absolute best possible niche. And
[01:15:38] this also works worldwide. Yes. And yes,
[01:15:40] this can help with personal channels.
[01:15:42] And yes, YouTube is okay with AI
[01:15:44] content. In fact, the CEO has said that
[01:15:46] they're totally fine with it as long as
[01:15:48] it provides value and as long as it
[01:15:51] actually helps people in some way and
[01:15:53] it's valuable either entertainment or
[01:15:55] educational wise. So, YouTube is okay
[01:15:58] with AI content and AI just like
[01:16:00] anything else is a tool. Tools can be
[01:16:02] used for good things or bad things. They
[01:16:04] can be used to make super scammy,
[01:16:06] lowquality videos, but they can also be
[01:16:08] used to make really great quality
[01:16:10] videos. And it can be used to speed up
[01:16:12] the process significantly as to what it
[01:16:14] used to be before. So if we look at this
[01:16:17] logically, is this more costefficient
[01:16:19] than trial and error? Absolutely. You'll
[01:16:21] know exactly what to do and when. Can
[01:16:23] you actually do this? 100%. We've helped
[01:16:25] countless numbers of students do this as
[01:16:27] well. Can you make the right videos?
[01:16:29] Yes, we can. In fact, we can just make
[01:16:30] them for you as well. Can you build AI
[01:16:32] channels just like mine? Yes, you'll
[01:16:34] have a checklist. You'll have us there
[01:16:35] to help you set up the channel the right
[01:16:37] way from the start. And can you choose
[01:16:39] the right niche? Yes, we'll choose it
[01:16:41] with you or for you.
[01:16:44] So, compared to trial and error where it
[01:16:46] takes years of learning and not knowing
[01:16:48] what to do, spending tons of money on
[01:16:50] freelancers and wasting energy, getting
[01:16:52] burnt out before seeing any real
[01:16:53] success, not having guidance or support.
[01:16:56] When you compare that against Tube
[01:16:58] Accelerator, where you have a complete
[01:16:59] course, a community, software, bonuses,
[01:17:03] checklists, and all of the resources
[01:17:06] that we've put together for you to save
[01:17:07] an enormous amount of time, and you know
[01:17:10] exactly what to do and when. It'll save
[01:17:12] you countless hours by having proven
[01:17:14] systems. So, if you want to book your
[01:17:16] call and save your spot within Tube
[01:17:18] Accelerator, now is the time to do so.
[01:17:20] Feel free to click the link, which
[01:17:22] should be in the chat right now, to book
[01:17:23] your call. And honestly, I can't wait to
[01:17:25] get started working with you. Just feel
[01:17:27] free to click the link in the chat, book
[01:17:29] your call, and I would love to see you
[01:17:31] within Tube Accelerator and meet you and
[01:17:32] talk with you and learn about your story
[01:17:34] and help you out with this process. And
[01:17:37] now, as I promised, I'm going to be
[01:17:38] giving you your free gifts, which
[01:17:40] include the YouTube automation checklist
[01:17:42] and SOPs, the Tube Magic free trial, and
[01:17:46] the 2026 updates, which I'm going to be
[01:17:48] getting into as well of how this has
[01:17:49] changed in 2026, and some things that
[01:17:52] you really need to know in regards to
[01:17:54] doing this when it comes to AI and other
[01:17:56] things. So, first foremost, the
[01:17:59] checklist. Uh, Chris and Neil, if you
[01:18:01] could drop that in the chat right now,
[01:18:02] that'd be much appreciated. This is what
[01:18:05] it looks like right here. And within
[01:18:06] this checklist, my recommendation of
[01:18:08] what to do is to go to file and then go
[01:18:11] to make a copy. And then this will make
[01:18:13] a copy within your own personal Google
[01:18:15] Drive. So make sure you make a copy.
[01:18:17] That will then allow you to check off
[01:18:19] different boxes of this and everything
[01:18:20] else. Make sure you make a copy for
[01:18:22] that. Also, there's multiple different
[01:18:24] tabs here. So you have a video
[01:18:26] production checklist, a channel setup
[01:18:27] checklist, and other things. And then
[01:18:30] we've also got a link right here to join
[01:18:32] Tube Accelerator. And then if you want
[01:18:33] to claim your completely free trial of
[01:18:35] Tube Magic, you can click this right
[01:18:37] here. So yeah, that is the checklist.
[01:18:40] Chris and Neil will be putting that in
[01:18:41] the chat right now. And now I wanted to
[01:18:44] talk about the 2026 updates which are
[01:18:46] very very important to go over right
[01:18:48] here because a lot of people are really
[01:18:51] concerned about AI commoditizing content
[01:18:54] because they think that if anybody can
[01:18:56] generate amazing videos, want to make it
[01:18:58] impossible to grow if there's just like
[01:19:00] anybody's just generating hundreds of
[01:19:02] movie level videos on the platform. The
[01:19:05] thing is that most people do nothing
[01:19:06] with the tools that they have. Yes, it
[01:19:09] will be easier. Yes, there will be more
[01:19:11] channels. So you need to use AI yourself
[01:19:14] to stay competitive. Trust is also going
[01:19:17] to become a major differentiator. So my
[01:19:20] recommendation is to have an AI
[01:19:22] character on any channel that you start.
[01:19:24] So instead of just being a channel that
[01:19:26] can easily be commoditized with AI, have
[01:19:28] an AI character that people build trust
[01:19:30] with. That way you're building real IP
[01:19:33] with YouTube. And that's why I'm
[01:19:35] actually starting channels like this one
[01:19:36] called Stickman Matt right here where
[01:19:38] it's like a stick man version of me
[01:19:40] teaching YouTube due to the fact that
[01:19:42] that increases trust, it builds IP, and
[01:19:44] it builds a character that can live on
[01:19:45] beyond me. That is a an amazing idea
[01:19:48] right now on YouTube. And that is how
[01:19:51] you can basically futureproof your
[01:19:54] channel with all of the AI tools and
[01:19:56] everything else that's coming. And also
[01:19:58] making sure to use AI yourself and
[01:20:00] realize that most people don't do
[01:20:01] anything with the tools that they have.
[01:20:03] the tools of making YouTube channels and
[01:20:04] everything else have been around for a
[01:20:06] long time. Most people do nothing with
[01:20:08] them. And also another thing that's
[01:20:10] happening right now in 2026 is that TV
[01:20:13] viewing and content extremes are
[01:20:16] becoming more prevalent. Meaning our
[01:20:18] attention spans are becoming both
[01:20:19] paradoxically shorter and longer.
[01:20:23] Meaning longer content, especially since
[01:20:25] TV viewing is going up, is doing
[01:20:28] incredibly good. And YouTube wants to
[01:20:29] compete with platforms like Netflix and
[01:20:31] streaming services. So, they're pushing
[01:20:33] longer content a lot more right now. And
[01:20:36] the money is in the longer content.
[01:20:38] Shorter content, it's you can get a lot
[01:20:40] of views in it. A lot of people just
[01:20:42] scroll mindlessly through shorts all
[01:20:44] day, but you barely make any money per
[01:20:46] view. And that is not where the big
[01:20:48] money is when it comes to doing YouTube.
[01:20:50] The money is in the longer content. So
[01:20:53] the way you practically implement this
[01:20:54] is to make that pillar money video at
[01:20:56] least 30 minutes to an hour long. And
[01:20:59] then even if your other videos are
[01:21:00] shorter, you're going to benefit from
[01:21:02] increased session times because you're
[01:21:04] sending people to that long video. So
[01:21:06] make sure you have at least one very
[01:21:08] long video on your channel. Also, it's
[01:21:10] really important that we talk about
[01:21:11] keeping your channel safe as well. Due
[01:21:14] to the fact that YouTube has banned a
[01:21:16] lot of channels, including I found this
[01:21:18] article right here where they shut down
[01:21:19] some fake movie trailer channels on
[01:21:22] YouTube, you might be saying, "How do I
[01:21:24] avoid my channel getting banned or
[01:21:25] anything?" And the way to do that is to
[01:21:27] stop producing what a lot of people
[01:21:28] refer to as AI slop. So, avoid anything
[01:21:32] that could be seen as fake. For example,
[01:21:34] movie trailers, fake news, videos that
[01:21:37] portray people doing things that they
[01:21:39] didn't do. And the channels that got
[01:21:41] taken down right here as part of this
[01:21:42] news article were creating fake movie
[01:21:45] trailers. So obviously Disney or Marvel
[01:21:47] or whoever is making these movies is
[01:21:49] going to have an issue with that. So
[01:21:51] they're going to, you know, copyright
[01:21:53] strike those videos. YouTube is going to
[01:21:55] want to avoid a legal problem. So
[01:21:56] YouTube is just going to go ahead and
[01:21:58] take those videos down. Also, make sure
[01:22:01] that you do add human value in your
[01:22:02] videos. Make sure it provides genuine
[01:22:04] value, either entertainment or
[01:22:06] educational. Don't just copy paste
[01:22:08] information. Rewrite scripts either
[01:22:09] using your own words or use AI to
[01:22:11] synthesize multiple sources into
[01:22:13] something new. As we discussed, that's
[01:22:16] how you can keep your channel safe so
[01:22:17] you can be operating on YouTube for a
[01:22:18] long, long time in the future. Don't
[01:22:20] listen to all the fear-mongering out
[01:22:21] there that talks about like, oh, YouTube
[01:22:23] is over and everything else. YouTube is
[01:22:25] only going to continue to grow. People
[01:22:26] were saying the same thing back in 2014
[01:22:28] when I was starting to YouTube, how it
[01:22:30] was too late and everything else. I'm
[01:22:31] starting new channels right now all the
[01:22:33] time. I've got tons of students doing
[01:22:35] the same thing as well. YouTube, there
[01:22:37] is more potential than ever, but only if
[01:22:39] you do things the right way. And I
[01:22:41] really want to make sure you keep your
[01:22:42] channel safe and you don't listen to all
[01:22:44] these people teaching black hat methods
[01:22:45] and everything else. You want to do
[01:22:47] things the right way when it comes to
[01:22:48] doing this. So, your 2026 checklist for
[01:22:51] doing this the right way is to post an
[01:22:53] ultraong video on your channel. If
[01:22:54] you're running a faceless channel, make
[01:22:56] sure to make an AI avatar for it as
[01:22:58] well. Don't produce AI slop. There can
[01:23:00] be authenticity and automation, meaning
[01:23:02] having an AI avatar on your videos.
[01:23:05] focus on long form if you really want to
[01:23:07] make money from YouTube and sell
[01:23:09] something from your channel. That is the
[01:23:12] absolute best checklist that I can get
[01:23:13] into right there. And now that being
[01:23:15] said, we've gone over pretty much
[01:23:17] everything. So, I'm going to get into
[01:23:18] the Q&A right here. I know this is a lot
[01:23:20] of information, guys. And by the way, if
[01:23:22] you haven't yet booked your call, make
[01:23:23] sure to do that. Chris and Neils, put
[01:23:25] that in the chat right now if it's not
[01:23:26] there already. Make sure to book your
[01:23:28] call. I'm going to answer some
[01:23:29] questions. All right. Uh Brandon says,
[01:23:31] "I'm booking mine now." Awesome,
[01:23:33] Brandon. Can't wait to hopefully see
[01:23:34] inside of Tube Accelerator. I'd love to
[01:23:35] help you out with this. We can
[01:23:37] absolutely help you crush it, I'm
[01:23:38] certain. Um, all right. All right. We
[01:23:41] got Chris here says, "How do you find
[01:23:43] the perfect subniche within a larger
[01:23:45] niche?" That's a great question. First
[01:23:47] and foremost, you want to make sure that
[01:23:49] it's something that other videos on
[01:23:50] YouTube have already gotten a lot of
[01:23:52] views from. You don't want to choose
[01:23:54] something that nobody's ever done before
[01:23:56] or nobody's ever talked about on
[01:23:57] YouTube. And you don't have to
[01:23:58] necessarily find entire channels on that
[01:24:01] subject either. You just need to find
[01:24:03] videos that have gotten 50 to 100,000
[01:24:05] views on that specific subtopic. And I
[01:24:08] have a whole method of doing research
[01:24:10] and finding the absolute best subniche
[01:24:12] for you personally. But my
[01:24:13] recommendation is to go through things
[01:24:15] like Tube Magic since you're getting
[01:24:16] that for free. Go through the niche
[01:24:18] explorer, see all of the different
[01:24:19] subniches. In fact, within Tube Magic,
[01:24:21] if we go open it right here, I actually
[01:24:23] structure it. So, we have the overall
[01:24:25] niche like health right there. And then
[01:24:27] we have all the subniches within health.
[01:24:29] And then we have wealth and all of the
[01:24:31] subniches within that in psychology and
[01:24:33] so on. So then you can find a bunch of
[01:24:35] different subniches within those overall
[01:24:38] niches right there. That is a fantastic
[01:24:40] question. All right, let's go through
[01:24:43] here. We got a bunch of questions coming
[01:24:44] in here. Uh we also have Rachel saying,
[01:24:47] "What is your process for validating a
[01:24:49] niche before starting?" Well, basically
[01:24:52] what you want to do, as I mentioned um
[01:24:54] to Chris, you want to find a subniche
[01:24:57] that has videos getting at least 50 to
[01:24:59] 100,000 views. That is the best way of
[01:25:02] validating that a niche has potential
[01:25:04] before you start. It's a great question.
[01:25:06] You can look for lower views than that
[01:25:08] as well. In fact, I actually know
[01:25:10] channels that get 3,000 views a video or
[01:25:13] less that make over $100,000 a year. So,
[01:25:17] you don't need crazy amounts of views to
[01:25:19] potentially make a lot of money. But, I
[01:25:21] recommend trying to find subniches that
[01:25:23] have a little bit more views than that
[01:25:25] because most people aren't selling
[01:25:26] something that's $1,000 from their
[01:25:28] channel, like that channel that I was
[01:25:30] telling you about that gets barely any
[01:25:32] views per video, but makes a lot of
[01:25:34] money per thousand views. That's a great
[01:25:37] question. All right. Lisa says, "Filling
[01:25:40] out application now." Awesome, Lisa.
[01:25:41] Awesome. Kevin says, "Just booked my
[01:25:43] call. So excited." Sweet, Kevin. Well, h
[01:25:45] happy to hopefully have you within the
[01:25:47] program soon. I'd love to help you out
[01:25:48] with everything. And yeah, awesome.
[01:25:51] Andrew says, "Uh, should I batch create
[01:25:53] my content or should I create one video
[01:25:55] at a time?" Fantastic question. My
[01:25:58] recommendation is to do one video at a
[01:26:02] time in the beginning, but eventually
[01:26:04] get to a point where you're batch
[01:26:05] creating. And that's due to the fact
[01:26:07] that you can a lot of times lose
[01:26:09] interest or lose motivation or lose the
[01:26:11] momentum that you have if you, you know,
[01:26:13] are just making video after video before
[01:26:15] you ever even upload a single video.
[01:26:17] I've gotten to a point now where I kind
[01:26:19] of like to batch create and then upload
[01:26:21] due to the fact that, you know, it gives
[01:26:24] me a breathing room on the channel so I
[01:26:26] can then schedule videos to be uploaded
[01:26:28] and it is the most efficient use of
[01:26:30] time. That being said, it can really
[01:26:32] throw things off in the very beginning
[01:26:34] of a channel just waiting and waiting
[01:26:36] and waiting for the perfect time to
[01:26:37] upload. So, my general recommendation
[01:26:39] for most people is to make a video and
[01:26:41] then upload it. Make a video, upload it,
[01:26:43] and then get to a point where you then
[01:26:45] batch create content. But that's if
[01:26:47] you're doing everything yourself. If
[01:26:48] you're hiring people, if you're using
[01:26:50] AI, that's a different story. If you're
[01:26:51] using AI, for example, then sure, yeah,
[01:26:54] batch create several videos because
[01:26:55] every video can be made in like 30
[01:26:57] minutes to an hour. So, you don't
[01:26:59] necessarily have to be doing every
[01:27:00] single one, but that's just how I
[01:27:02] personally like to look at it right
[01:27:04] there. That's a great question. Vanessa
[01:27:06] says, "Just click the link, booking
[01:27:07] now." Awesome, Vanessa. Hope I'll see
[01:27:09] you inside Tube Accelerator soon. Sweet.
[01:27:13] All right. Uh Patrick says, "How do you
[01:27:14] set up affiliate links properly?" Great
[01:27:17] question. Do you mean like Well, what I
[01:27:20] personally do with affiliate links is I
[01:27:22] use a platform called Rebrandly. And
[01:27:24] rebrandly.com
[01:27:26] allows you to put in a link and it can
[01:27:28] be an affiliate link, for example,
[01:27:29] because affiliate links are typically,
[01:27:31] you know, super long and they're
[01:27:33] typically kind of ugly and you don't
[01:27:34] just want them taking up a huge amount
[01:27:35] of your YouTube description. But another
[01:27:37] problem with them is that you can't
[01:27:39] change all of the links on all of your
[01:27:41] videos at the same time if the link ever
[01:27:43] changes. So then the question is, what
[01:27:45] do you do in regards to that? And what I
[01:27:48] recommend doing in regards to that is to
[01:27:52] use Rebrandly, which allows you to then
[01:27:55] change the link within Rebrandly. So
[01:27:57] Rebrandly will give you a shortened link
[01:27:59] to then put in the description of all
[01:28:01] your videos. So you only have one link
[01:28:03] in the description of your videos. And
[01:28:05] if you need to change it, you just
[01:28:06] change it in Rebrandly. And also keep in
[01:28:09] mind as well that the majority of people
[01:28:10] who click your link will only be doing
[01:28:12] it through your money video. So keep
[01:28:14] that in mind as well. the majority of
[01:28:16] people will come through the money
[01:28:17] video. That's a great question, though.
[01:28:19] All right, Cameron says, "Bookie mine
[01:28:20] now." Awesome, Cameron. Hopefully, I'll
[01:28:22] see you inside. All right, Amber says,
[01:28:25] "Where do you find good video editors?"
[01:28:26] Well, I personally use Upwork for that
[01:28:30] um for hiring all of my team members and
[01:28:32] everything else. Upwork is amazing. Now,
[01:28:34] that's a great question. Uh but if you
[01:28:37] work with my team, you'll get access to
[01:28:38] them as well.
[01:28:40] And the thing about video editors though
[01:28:41] is just make sure that you make sure
[01:28:44] that you vet them before you hire them
[01:28:46] long term. Make sure you hire three as a
[01:28:48] test and then hire the best one long
[01:28:49] term. That's how I found the absolute
[01:28:51] best god tier editors that I I still
[01:28:53] work with to this day and everything
[01:28:55] else.
[01:28:57] All right. Um let's see here.
[01:29:01] Destiny says booked. Let's go. Yeah,
[01:29:03] let's go, Destiny. That's awesome.
[01:29:05] Sweet. Julian scheduled call. Awesome.
[01:29:07] and Julian, hopefully I'll see you
[01:29:08] inside. Um, Savannah says, "How does
[01:29:12] YouTube SEO work in 2026?" Uh, basically
[01:29:15] the same way that it has worked for a
[01:29:16] while, but there are several key
[01:29:18] differences now in 2026. So, number one,
[01:29:21] you want keywords that people are
[01:29:22] actually searching for in your title, in
[01:29:24] your description, and your tags. Tags
[01:29:26] matter a lot less now than they ever
[01:29:28] have. Um, that being said, it is really
[01:29:31] important, in my personal opinion, for
[01:29:32] YouTube SEO to use something called
[01:29:34] chapters. And that's due to the fact
[01:29:36] that if you search anything on YouTube
[01:29:38] right now, chapters can actually be
[01:29:40] indexed by YouTube directly. Now, if you
[01:29:41] don't know what chapters are, don't
[01:29:42] worry. Chapters are basically timestamps
[01:29:45] that you put in your YouTube videos
[01:29:46] descriptions that then can get indexed
[01:29:48] in search. So, in my opinion, it is a
[01:29:50] really good idea to use them. Um, now
[01:29:52] some people do say like with chapters
[01:29:54] that it will encourage people to just
[01:29:57] skip through your video and miss certain
[01:29:58] aspects of your videos. Make sure you
[01:30:00] put chapters in a very strategic way.
[01:30:02] Don't put, for example, if you're
[01:30:04] talking about like five secrets for
[01:30:06] growing on YouTube, don't give the
[01:30:08] actual secrets in the chapter names.
[01:30:09] Instead, just say secret one, secret
[01:30:11] two, secret three, and so on. So, people
[01:30:13] have to actually watch the videos to get
[01:30:15] those secrets. Uh, that's a great
[01:30:18] question. Also, YouTube is putting uh AI
[01:30:20] now on YouTube. So, people can like ask
[01:30:22] AI about videos and they can click the
[01:30:24] Gemini button on YouTube and so people
[01:30:26] could ask like, "What is the best secret
[01:30:28] from this video?" But what's cool about
[01:30:30] Gemini, what I've noticed is that it
[01:30:31] generally will give the people who ask
[01:30:33] that a timestamp so then they have to
[01:30:35] watch the video. So YouTube's smart with
[01:30:37] this and they know that they're
[01:30:38] implementing AI in a certain way to keep
[01:30:40] people watching the video. That's a good
[01:30:43] question though. Very good question. All
[01:30:44] right, we got so many right here. I wish
[01:30:46] I could answer all these, but uh we got
[01:30:48] uh what is your multi-channel strategy?
[01:30:50] Sierra asks, "Well, basically it's just
[01:30:53] having multiple channels that are
[01:30:54] somewhat related to each other so that
[01:30:57] you can drive views from one channel to
[01:31:00] the money video on your main channel."
[01:31:02] So, making sure that every new channel
[01:31:03] that I start is related to one of my
[01:31:05] money channels. That is one of the
[01:31:07] biggest secrets that I can give you for
[01:31:08] uh running multiple different channels.
[01:31:11] All right, Miranda says, "Booked. I'm so
[01:31:13] pumped." Awesome, Miranda. Can't wait to
[01:31:15] hopefully get started working with you
[01:31:16] soon. Sweet. Preston says, "Application
[01:31:18] done. Call scheduled." Let's go,
[01:31:20] Preston. I can't wait to hopefully see
[01:31:21] you within there. Awesome. Awesome,
[01:31:24] guys. Sweet. Uh, we got some questions
[01:31:28] here about thumbnails. Uh, Jared says,
[01:31:30] "Do you AB test thumbnails?" Yes, I do.
[01:31:33] Um, and that basically, just for people
[01:31:35] who don't know what that is, is
[01:31:37] essentially allows you to put in
[01:31:39] multiple different thumbnails and then
[01:31:41] YouTube will test them. They'll AB test
[01:31:43] them for you against different amounts
[01:31:45] of viewers and then they'll find the
[01:31:46] best thumbnail that you keep longterm.
[01:31:48] So, yeah, I do that. Typically, I have
[01:31:49] my thumbnail artists make a couple
[01:31:50] variations or I'll take just get one
[01:31:53] variation, put it in Nano Banana Pro. I
[01:31:55] know it's a funny name, but it's the
[01:31:56] best AI out there. And then you can go
[01:31:59] ahead and generate other variations of
[01:32:01] it. So, you can say like, give me a red
[01:32:02] shirt in this one or make the person,
[01:32:04] you know, bigger in this one or so
[01:32:06] forth, whatever you want to do for that.
[01:32:09] And yeah, I see a couple questions on
[01:32:11] thumbnails. Text on thumbnails, yes or
[01:32:13] no? Dalton says it depends. So, if you
[01:32:17] are, for example, doing a um educational
[01:32:21] type of channel, typically these types
[01:32:22] of channels will have text in the
[01:32:24] thumbnails. But my general
[01:32:25] recommendation is to see what's working
[01:32:28] in your niche on YouTube and then
[01:32:30] basically replicate that for yourself.
[01:32:32] And you can also do that method that we
[01:32:34] talked about, the combination method,
[01:32:35] where you're combining a thumbnail type
[01:32:36] that has worked on another similar niche
[01:32:39] and then with your idea type, and you
[01:32:41] can change little aspects and variations
[01:32:43] in it and everything else. Yeah,
[01:32:46] Valyriia says, "Just booked my call."
[01:32:47] Awesome, Valyria. Hopefully, I'll see
[01:32:49] you inside of a Tube Accelerator. Sweet,
[01:32:51] sweet, awesome, awesome, guys. Awesome.
[01:32:55] Tons of great questions here. I wish I
[01:32:57] could answer them all. I do have to go
[01:32:58] very soon right here. But, uh, to
[01:33:00] everybody who's booking calls and
[01:33:01] everything else, I just want to say I
[01:33:03] can't wait to get started working with
[01:33:04] you. I will help you absolutely explode
[01:33:06] your channel if you do want to work
[01:33:08] together. And if not, I hope you got a
[01:33:10] ton of value from this regardless. Um,
[01:33:12] make sure to get your checklist link,
[01:33:14] get your replay link, save your the link
[01:33:16] for your checklist as well. So, if you
[01:33:17] go into the checklist, make sure to save
[01:33:19] this link right here. At least bookmark
[01:33:21] it or make a copy of it. That way, you
[01:33:23] can make sure you get the replay. I want
[01:33:24] to make sure you get that as well as
[01:33:26] your tube magic free trial and
[01:33:28] everything else. And yeah, feel free to
[01:33:31] book your call if you're thinking about
[01:33:32] doing YouTube and we will help you out
[01:33:34] with this like crazy. I also put some
[01:33:37] presubmitted Q&A right here, but
[01:33:38] honestly, it's kind of basic like how
[01:33:40] long to get monetized. With our method,
[01:33:42] you can start making money from the
[01:33:43] first video because you're selling
[01:33:45] something from your channel instead of
[01:33:46] waiting for YouTube's 1,000 subscriber
[01:33:48] requirement. Obviously, this doesn't
[01:33:50] guarantee you'll make money from the
[01:33:51] first day, but you set yourself up for
[01:33:54] the possibility of doing so. So, yeah, I
[01:33:57] just have some Q&A like this, but we
[01:33:58] basically gone went over everything in
[01:34:00] this training. I do have to go here in
[01:34:02] just a second, but I appreciate
[01:34:04] everybody here so so much. Um, Manuel
[01:34:07] says, "Just book. Let's build." Let's
[01:34:08] go, Manuel. Let's go. Naomi. Naomi,
[01:34:12] awesome. Awesome. Raphael says, "How do
[01:34:14] you validate CPM for a niche?" Great
[01:34:18] question. Um, I look at it from my own
[01:34:21] personal experience and then also people
[01:34:23] that I've worked with. So, I've worked
[01:34:25] with thousands of different channels at
[01:34:27] this point. I've seen so many different
[01:34:28] data points. CPMs also vary as well.
[01:34:30] During certain seasons, certain niches
[01:34:32] are going to have higher CPMs due to the
[01:34:34] fact that people are spending more. So,
[01:34:36] it's going to depend on a lot of
[01:34:38] different factors, but in general, like
[01:34:39] the stuff I put in Tube Magic and the
[01:34:41] niche explorer, this is going to be
[01:34:43] based off my own personal experience as
[01:34:45] well as working with tons of different
[01:34:46] channels as well. But yeah, that's
[01:34:48] that's a great question. Pedro, awesome,
[01:34:51] awesome, Pedro. Happy to hear it. Uh,
[01:34:53] Emry says, "Application done. So
[01:34:55] excited." Sweet, sweet, sweet, guys.
[01:34:57] Awesome.
[01:34:59] All right, Javi, hope I'm pronouncing
[01:35:02] that correctly, says branding strategy
[01:35:04] for faceless channels. Yes. Uh, well, as
[01:35:07] we mentioned, having some type of brand
[01:35:10] or an IP associated with your channel is
[01:35:12] a really good idea. So, my in my
[01:35:16] opinion, the best way of doing that is
[01:35:17] to have a character that is basically
[01:35:20] the face of your channel. That's that's
[01:35:21] the best way in my personal opinion.
[01:35:24] Awesome, Violet. Awesome, Violet. Edgar,
[01:35:28] yes. Yes. Norah says, "What about
[01:35:29] channel art?" Well, basically channel
[01:35:32] art, you want to um definitely use it.
[01:35:34] You know, channel art, it's basically
[01:35:36] the stuff that shows in the background
[01:35:38] of your channel when people go on it.
[01:35:39] Make sure to have something
[01:35:40] professional. You can generate it with
[01:35:42] Nano Banana Pro, honestly. And you can
[01:35:44] have something that looks really, really
[01:35:46] good. Great question. Great questions,
[01:35:48] guys. Wish I could answer all of these.
