# How I Make $75k/mo with a Clipping Agency

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mxo4-CLsN4E

[00:00] In this video, I'm about to show you.
[00:02] In this video, I'm about to show you exactly how I scaled my clipping agency from 0 to $75,000 per month.
[00:08] My agency, ROI Media, is the one that scaled with Bred Scales and Vincent Fischer.
[00:12] This is our website.
[00:14] And when these clients were working with us at the beginning, they were both at $100,000 in MR.
[00:19] Now, they both make around a million dollars per month.
[00:22] And I'm not saying that was all us, but we were definitely that top offunnel traffic.
[00:26] This is my W dashboard.
[00:28] We've made over $22,000 in the past 7 days, not including another $25,000 in wire transfers.
[00:34] I'll put up these screenshots.
[00:36] And that makes around $47,000 that we made just since September started.
[00:40] And that was around 11 days ago.
[00:43] So, as you can tell, this offer is absolutely ripping right now.
[00:45] And I'm about to show you exactly how I do everything.
[00:51] and I'm about to show you exactly how I get clients and exactly how I do my fulfillment for this offer.
[00:58] I'm going to give you guys all of this information for free, but all that I ask of you is to follow me on Instagram and
[01:01] of you is to follow me on Instagram and DM me if you guys have any questions.
[01:03] DM me if you guys have any questions about anything.
[01:05] Okay, so before I go straight into it, I want to give you guys a little bit of backstory on me.
[01:08] Before I started my clothing agency, I used to be a college student at Florida State University and I went to construction management because I wanted to start a business so bad.
[01:17] So, I actually dropped out of school so I could go into construction management.
[01:20] I was going to start a home building company, but I would do anything to start an online business just like most people nowadays.
[01:25] So, I was I tried day trading.
[01:29] I tried dropshipping.
[01:31] I tried everything under the sun and nothing worked as well and as quickly as this offer and selling this offer because right now this offer is selling so well.
[01:42] I saw Eddie Cumberbatch's Instagram post.
[01:43] I think I was honestly the first viewer of that post.
[01:46] It was almost it was it was God's plan, you know, and as soon as I saw that Instagram post, I immediately started outreaching to around, you know, 500 people.
[01:55] Um, my after my first 200 people that I
[02:01] after my first 200 people that I outreached to.
[02:04] Um, Vincent Fischer responded and then he closed around a week or two after his first response after I kept following up with him.
[02:11] Vincent Fischer was my first client and I got him over 150 million views in within those first couple months of working with him.
[02:17] When Vincent first started working with me, he was making around $100,000 per month.
[02:24] Now he's pushing around $750 to a million dollar per month.
[02:29] The results that I got for that client allowed me to build my business just strictly off of the referrals that I was getting because everyone wanted to work with the same people that were clipping for Vincent Fischer.
[02:39] Not to mention, I met Reza, my business partner.
[02:42] As soon as we partnered up, we 5xed our revenue.
[02:45] And I'm sorry if you guys can hear this rain.
[02:46] It's raining right now, and this is the best place for me to film.
[02:50] We've been working with Bred Skills and Vincent Fisher for around 7 months now.
[02:53] But it's not just the biggest influencers that are going to want this offer.
[02:56] You know, it's the smaller people that are that want to grow and become viral that also want this offer.
[03:01] Okay,
[03:02] viral that also want this offer.
[03:04] Okay, so without further ado, let's get right into it.
[03:06] First, we have to understand what we're selling here.
[03:08] So, we're building and managing a viral clipping army for a brand.
[03:10] They give us a pool of long form content and and a performancebased budget that we're going to distribute to the Clippers and then we manage the budget and payouts to the Clippers and make sure that the quality is upholding a certain standard.
[03:23] We recruit, onboard, and train this short form army inside of a private community that we're creating.
[03:30] Um, usually we're going to create this community on WAP.
[03:35] You can also use Discord, but Wamp is going to be the best because they made specific integrations just for building and launching clipping campaigns.
[03:42] You build the community.
[03:44] You onboard a ton of Clippers within the community and train them on how to launch pages that promote your client's brand.
[03:49] Your client gives you a budget that you're going to use to pay these guys out on a per thousand view basis.
[03:56] You're going to manually review every single video that these guys are posting and you're going to make sure that that submission has
[04:03] to make sure that that submission has hit a certain view count and is following all of the requirements that you have set in place to guide your community on creating good content for your client.
[04:13] Their budget only goes to clips that perform.
[04:15] So, you can charge around $3,000 per month for this service.
[04:19] One of the best ways to close this deal is on a three-month basis.
[04:21] you're going to charge $3,000 per month, but if they close with you for three months, you're going to close them for 7.5K at a discounted rate.
[04:31] Um, because obviously the first month of service when you're dealing with organic content is not going to be as good as the second and third month because these clippers are going to have to warm up their pages and really just launch the pages in that first month.
[04:43] So, that second and third month is really where, you know, your clients are going to see the best results.
[04:48] So, not only are you closing them for a bit more money, but you're also giving yourself a little more time to fulfill correctly.
[04:56] Not only do they have to give you the service fee, but they also have to give you an ad spend budget.
[05:00] Now, we recommend $10,000 if you really want to have the best shot of
[05:05] really want to have the best shot of getting the most clippers within your getting the most clippers within your community because the more money that you put in these budgets is the more enticing that it's going to be for these clippers to join your community.
[05:11] 5K is around the minimum that we really want for your clients to deposit here because anything less, you know, if your client is depositing $1,000, the Clippers are kind of going to look at that as not really the most long-term opportunity.
[05:26] You're going to set the CPM at $2 per thousand views.
[05:28] And since you have a max payout on how much a clipper can get paid for every single video, usually around $250, if a video goes parabolic, it hits a million, 2 million, 3 million views, you're getting a a ton of free viewership.
[05:43] So the CPM, the effective CPM is going to go down from $2 and you're going to want to aim for around 50 cents of effective CPM.
[05:49] When you're hitting these low CPM numbers, you have to realize that these guys are spending like seven to $10 per thousand views on ad spend and you're getting them organic viewership.
[06:02] Especially if you're working
[06:06] viewership.
[06:08] Especially if you're working with somebody where their offer is 5, $10,000, $20,000.
[06:12] If they get one person to sign, then they can pay for your whole service and have it be worth it.
[06:16] So, let's get into why this offer works so well.
[06:17] First of all, a lot of creators are sitting on so much unused content that you're going to go ahead and reutilize for them.
[06:22] It's so valuable for these creators to go ahead and repurpose all of the content that they filmed in the past.
[06:29] This is valuable content and nowadays output is everything when it comes to brand awareness.
[06:34] So being able to reutilize all of their prior content is extremely valuable.
[06:38] The second thing is your client is only paying editors on a pay performance basis.
[06:42] You're only going to accept clips that are going to convert for your client and those are the only clips that are going to be paid out for.
[06:47] The third thing is there's zero editing required on our end, the agency owner's end.
[06:53] We're delegating all these tasks to the clippers and we're training them and making sure they're upholding a certain quality, but us ourselves don't have to do any of the editing.
[07:02] The fourth thing is that it's fairly easy to find clippers nowadays since WAP has a
[07:09] find clippers nowadays since WAP has a builtin system that basically promotes your community as soon as you launch and your client deposits money within your group.
[07:16] As soon as your client deposits money, you're going to get thousands of clippers that are going to join your community.
[07:22] if of course your client has deposited a good amount of money.
[07:26] Five is since you yourself are manually checking and reviewing every single submission, your client is only paying for real organic reach.
[07:34] Okay, let's get into how we're actually going to obtain these clients.
[07:38] I'm on the fifth floor and there's dead ass a frog behind me ruining the video.
[07:48] All right. Hopefully that's hopefully he stops being loud.
[07:55] So the very first step here is you're going to want to build a prospecting list or build your lead list.
[08:03] How you build this lead list is by prospecting.
[08:04] You're going to want to look for creators, podcasters, coaches, YouTubers, or brands posting long form
[08:10] YouTubers, or brands posting long form content or short form content.
[08:12] You're going to want to prioritize people with decent reach.
[08:13] 10 to 500,000 followers is a pretty good range, but there's no set range here.
[08:18] You know, I've closed clients that have, you know, less than 5,000 followers.
[08:24] One of the greatest ways to prospect is just to press the suggested button on your favorite influencers Instagram page and it'll pop up with all of the related Instagram accounts.
[08:37] One of the second best ways to prospect and build your lead list is to just search how to on YouTube and then just see everybody that's launching an info product or a course and trying to sell a course on how to do something or how to launch an online business.
[08:54] These guys are usually making over $50,000 per month.
[08:57] Honestly, build your lead list as tall as you can possibly build it.
[09:02] You know, you want to have like 500 people on there so that you can just go ahead and rip outreach.
[09:08] Okay, so once you've built your lead
[09:10] Okay, so once you've built your lead list, you're going to want to send at least 50 DMs per day.
[09:14] I see a lot of people saying, "Oh, it's really difficult to get clients, but they're out their output is just so so low."
[09:21] So 50 plus per day is the golden number.
[09:24] you know, do as as you know, as many as you possibly can, but you the thing is you want to semi-personalize these messages.
[09:31] So, when you start getting into like the 200 per day range, um, not only are you going to most likely have to use multiple accounts to not get flagged on Instagram, but the quality is probably going to go down.
[09:43] The worst thing that you could possibly do is overthink your um, outreach message.
[09:49] The actual message itself doesn't really matter that much.
[09:52] The best thing that you could possibly do is use this three-part message structure.
[09:57] You want to start with a genuine compliment.
[10:00] So, um, when I closed BSM Fredo, I said, "Yo, Fredo, congrats on the new GLE, bro.
[10:05] Um, let me clip for you.
[10:07] I'd push 100 plus pages of on Instagram, Tik Tok,
[10:11] 100 plus pages of on Instagram, Tik Tok, and YouTube shorts.
[10:12] And then he replied, "Yeah, bro. I need that."
[10:14] You want to start with a genuine compliment.
[10:16] Uh, per this is this is the part of the message that's the personalized part.
[10:18] Then you want to tell them what you're doing and give them a little bit of value.
[10:19] So you want to say, "Hey bro, I love the content. Uh, let me clip for you. I push 100 plus pages."
[10:23] Um, that's kind of the structure of it.
[10:26] You can kind of, you know, create different iterations of that structure of message.
[10:29] The biggest thing though is you want to be original because I'm hearing that there is a good amount of people that are outreaching for this offer right now.
[10:32] So, if this person has been pitched before and you're using a copy and paste message like the message from one of my other YouTube videos, then they're just not going to even read your message.
[10:35] There is a secret outreach strategy that you can almost 100% of the time get in front of whoever you want on Instagram, but that's something that I only save for my students.
[10:37] So, if you want to join my mentorship, you can just DM me mentor on Instagram and we can see
[11:12] DM me mentor on Instagram and we can see what we can do there.
[11:13] If you want to work with me one-on-one, you can DM me mentor on my Instagram.
[11:19] Right here is a pretty decent outroots message, but I wouldn't copy it because, you know, if anybody else is watching this video and sends this message to the person that you're trying to close, then um they're just not going to read both of your your messages because it's a copy and paste message.
[11:36] One of the most important things here is following up because just because someone doesn't respond doesn't mean that they don't want to work with you.
[11:43] you know, these guys are just super busy.
[11:46] So, following up 2 to 3 days later on every single person that you've outreached to is extremely important and it's going to boost your close your um your rate of getting people to book a call with you.
[11:56] This is actually one of the worst ways you could follow up.
[11:58] I built this myro board, but then I had someone on my team go in and polish it and I think they kind of added this.
[12:04] This isn't really the best way you want to follow up.
[12:08] The worst ways you can follow up is by saying, "Yo, did you receive that message? yo, bumping on
[12:12] receive that message?
[12:14] yo, bumping on this like that is so annoying to these guys.
[12:15] The best way you could do it is just by swiping up on their Instagram saying, "Yo, like that's a sick video.
[12:20] Let's push this with clipping."
[12:22] Or, you know, find a reason to reach out to them.
[12:26] Don't just say, "Yo, read this message."
[12:28] You know, that's like the most annoying way to follow up and it's going to lower your your rate of getting these people on a call.
[12:34] When you're reaching out to these people, the main main goal here is just to get them on a call.
[12:40] So, this is something I like to call message efficiency.
[12:43] And it means that, you know, you want to say as little words possible to get them on a call.
[12:51] You don't want to be answering a 50 questions in the DMs.
[12:53] You want to be answering those questions on a call with them, you know, because you're going to be able to handle those objections a lot better on call with them.
[12:59] I will be making a a video specifically and only on outreach and how to get your first client because that is one of the number one questions that I've been getting recently.
[13:09] So, look forward to that video.
[13:11] But, let's get into how to actually fulfill for
[13:13] get into how to actually fulfill for your client so you're not just going to churn your client.
[13:16] So, you're going to need three things from your client.
[13:18] The service fee, the budget for to pay your clippers, and the a content drive of unedited footage that they're going to provide you.
[13:28] You're gonna go through and organize all this footage in a way that is going to be efficient for these clippers to just go in, see what they need to see, and take the footage out that they need to make their short form content.
[13:40] Once you have these three things, you're going to start setting up their W community.
[13:45] Within the W community, uh you really want to have these four tabs.
[13:50] The start here tab, the chat, the announcements, and the content rewards.
[13:56] And we have other uh uh channels like the examples channel and the courses section.
[14:01] Those are all extra and you guys can just go check out my uh campaigns that I run within Just go to the W discover and look at any of the ROI media campaigns.
[14:10] There's a ton on there and you can see the different channels that we have.
[14:12] But um the
[14:17] channels that we have.
[14:19] But um the this frog is riveting behind me right now.
[14:23] But these are the crucial vital four channels that you're going to need.
[14:24] four channels that you're going to need.
[14:26] So the start here tab, this is where you're going to have the basic instructions on how to launch the pages,
[14:31] instructions on how to launch the pages, how these clubs are going to launch their pages.
[14:32] how these clubs are going to launch their pages.
[14:34] Um, this is going to say h how to find profile pictures, how to set up their usernames, how to not get zero views on their first post and warm up their account and just all of that stuff on how to launch their page and get started within your community, your basic requirements and all of that.
[14:36] how to find profile pictures, how to set up their usernames, how to not get zero views on their first post and warm up their account and just all of that stuff on how to launch their page and get started within your community, your basic requirements and all of that.
[14:39] up their usernames, how to not get zero views on their first post and warm up their account and just all of that stuff on how to launch their page and get started within your community, your basic requirements and all of that.
[14:41] views on their first post and warm up their account and just all of that stuff on how to launch their page and get started within your community, your basic requirements and all of that.
[14:43] their account and just all of that stuff on how to launch their page and get started within your community, your basic requirements and all of that.
[14:44] on how to launch their page and get started within your community, your basic requirements and all of that.
[14:46] started within your community, your basic requirements and all of that.
[14:48] basic requirements and all of that.
[14:50] Then you're going to need a chat to have basic communication with these guys.
[14:52] basic communication with these guys.
[14:53] And you're going to want to keep this extremely active.
[14:54] extremely active.
[14:57] This is where you're going to hold giveaways.
[14:59] You know, send a video file that wows me in the chat and I'll send you $25.
[15:02] You know, bonuses like that that just gets the chat riled up and kind of just active.
[15:04] like that that just gets the chat riled up and kind of just active.
[15:07] Keeping the community active, especially early on, is one of the best ways you're going to find success for your creators because um you know, people are just going to be more enticed to stay longer with without
[15:09] community active, especially early on, is one of the best ways you're going to find success for your creators because um you know, people are just going to be more enticed to stay longer with without
[15:12] is one of the best ways you're going to find success for your creators because um you know, people are just going to be more enticed to stay longer with without
[15:15] find success for your creators because um you know, people are just going to be more enticed to stay longer with without
[15:17] um you know, people are just going to be more enticed to stay longer with without
[15:19] more enticed to stay longer with without making even money if the admins of the community are good.
[15:25] So um you're also going to want to have an announcements uh channel, and this is where you're going to announce where you're going to have meetings with these guys.
[15:31] So having live meetings with these guys at least once a week is extremely important.
[15:36] So you can talk to these guys live and tell them exactly what they're doing wrong and just answering their questions live.
[15:42] And this is really just going to, you know, motivate those top tier clippers that are really engaged.
[15:48] And um, you know, you four clippers can make your client million dollars.
[15:53] So, um, it's really just about capturing the core group of clippers within your community that are really going to push for your creator.
[15:59] And obviously for the content rewards, this is where your client is going to deposit directly within the community.
[16:07] You can actually make the client an owner of your and they can deposit directly into the content rewards channel.
[16:13] And within the content rewards channel, this is where you're actually going to be able to put any of your requirements that you want to the
[16:20] your requirements that you want to the Clippers to follow.
[16:23] Also, in the content rewards, this is where you're going to be manually reviewing every single submission.
[16:27] So, if a video has passed your uh minimum view count and is upholding all of your requirements and is a quality video, you're going to approve it or you're going to reject it and then give them a reason why and even go that extra mile and DM them and say, "Look, this is these are the things that you kind of need to do for us to start accepting your videos.
[16:45] You know, these are the types of things that are going to boost the quality of the submissions of your group.
[16:51] After you build your community, you're going to need to get clippers inside your community.
[16:52] So, the easiest way to do this is by having your client post on all of their main socials.
[16:57] Now, if they have a decent following already, then this is going to be the simplest way to, you know, get, you know, some really good clippers on your community to start because these clippers are going to be the ones that know your client the best.
[17:10] They're going to be fans of your client, you know.
[17:13] Um, so not only are when they're when they deposit are you going to get the clippers that just come from the W discover, but you're also going to have some clippers from the client's actual
[17:21] some clippers from the client's actual fan base.
[17:24] But don't worry if your client doesn't have a huge audience that discover is going to do wonders for you and also you can do clipper outreach.
[17:30] I'm not really going to get too deep into Clipper outreach just yet.
[17:34] I'm think I'm going to save that for my students.
[17:37] But you can kind of imagine what that looks like.
[17:40] And obviously um posting announcements and then just having a bigger budget in your content rewards is going to attract a lot more clippers within your community just with through that discover.
[17:49] By the way, if you can get your client to deposit 20K plus in the content rewards, then you're going to have a ton of clippers.
[17:57] These are the four basics on how to keep a client.
[17:58] Number one is keeping the community active.
[18:02] This is honestly the most important thing is keeping the community as active as you possibly can.
[18:07] Live streams, bonuses, keeping up with the chat, you know, hire a moderator if you have to.
[18:15] Um, second thing is giving fast and clear feedback on submissions.
[18:17] So, you're going to want to approve submissions fast.
[18:19] You know, your clip, if your clippers are waiting days and
[18:23] if your clippers are waiting days and days for approvals, your community is going to die out.
[18:24] days for approvals, your community is going to die out.
[18:26] You know, they need to be getting approved the same day or next day every single time.
[18:29] And then if their video isn't good enough to be approved, and you're going to have to give them feedback on why it shouldn't be approved.
[18:31] Feedback is super important because it motivates them when they see that there's somebody backing them and training them and just giving them that motivation.
[18:34] it just does wonders for your uh community success.
[18:35] Three is running those bonuses and giveaways.
[18:37] Giveaways are just super important, especially when your community is just seeming a little quiet.
[18:39] Giveaways is going to get everyone active within the community.
[18:41] So, do giveaways constantly.
[18:43] And then four, just make sure that you're keeping the chat moderated at all times.
[18:45] You're going to want to remove anybody that's just spreading negativity within your community or just posting super lowquality content because these guys kind of just spread a negative energy within your group that we don't want.
[18:48] We want high achievers within the community that are going to set the tone
[19:23] community that are going to set the tone for other people to go see that and want for other people to go see that and want to go do the same thing.
[19:28] All right, guys.
[19:30] That was the basics on how I run my clipping agency and how I make over $75,000 per month with my clipping agency.
[19:38] I would love to hear you guys' questions um about anything about fulfillment, how to get clients, how to frame the offer so that I can make videos that are just addressing those questions in specific.
[19:49] Next video is going to be an outreach video on how to obtain your first client.
[19:55] Um but it also might be a video on my uh my story and how I actually, you know, just an in-depth view of how I scaled the agency, like maybe like a story time.
[20:05] Um, so it'll either be one of those two videos, but you'll those are going to be the next two videos.
[20:10] And like I said, I'm giving you guys all this information and all that I ask you is just to follow me on Instagram and just ask me any questions in my DM.
[20:18] I do offer one-on-one mentorship.
[20:21] So if you want to work directly with me and scale your
[20:23] work directly with me and scale your agency directly with me, you can DM me
[20:25] agency directly with me, you can DM me mentor on Instagram. I'll see you guys
[20:27] mentor on Instagram. I'll see you guys on the next one. Peace out.
