# From Stuttering to Automatic Speech Stop Forcing Words (Deep Hypnosis)

[00:18] You may begin by simply allowing yourself to settle into a comfortable position.
[00:32] And there is nothing you need to force, nothing you need to try to make happen.
[00:47] Just allowing yourself to be here in this moment, listening to the sound of my voice.
[01:05] And perhaps you may begin to notice your breathing.
[01:13] Not changing it in any way,
[01:20] Just noticing it.
[01:23] The gentle rhythm
[01:27] of breathing in
[01:30] and breathing out.
[01:33] And sometimes
[01:36] when people begin
[01:39] to notice
[01:41] their breathing,
[01:44] the body naturally
[01:47] begins to soften
[01:52] and unwind.
[01:55] And you may or may not notice
[02:01] that happening
[02:03] already
[02:06] because the mind
[02:08] has its own way of learning to relax.
[02:15] And the body has its own natural
[02:21] intelligence.
[02:24] for letting go.
[02:27] So you might begin to notice the muscles around the eyes softening.
[02:40] The tiny muscles around your forehead unwinding as no a warm wave of comfort is gently spreading there.
[03:01] And you don't need to make that happen.
[03:08] Sometimes simply hearing the idea of relaxation allows relaxation.
[03:21] to happen all by itself.
[03:28] And as for the forehead softens, you may notice the jaw beginning to loosen, the tongue resting comfortably in her mouth, her cheeks softening.
[03:56] And that sense of ease can begin to flow slowly down through the neck.
[04:11] Some people imagine that feeling as a warm wave.
[04:19] Others notice
[04:22] it as a gentle heaviness.
[04:28] And however your body chooses to experience it, that is perfectly right for you.
[04:44] And that soft wave of relaxation may begin to move through your shoulders.
[04:57] Now where so many people unknowingly hold tension.
[05:05] And you might imagine no shoulders simply dropping even a few millm as now they are remembering
[05:25] How to rest again.
[05:30] And as the shoulders soften, that feeling can begin to drift down through the arms, through the elbows, the forearms, all the way into the hands, and even the smallest muscles in the fingers just begin to relax.
[06:12] And when the hands relax, it often becomes easier for the rest of the body to follow.
[06:29] So now you might begin to notice that wave of comfort moving slowly down through the chest.
[06:47] allowing the breath to become a little slower, a little deeper, or perhaps simply more comfortable.
[07:07] And that relaxation, that gentle relaxation may begin to spread through their stomach where many people carry stress without realizing it.
[07:33] And as that area softens, the body begins to remember something very natural.
[07:50] How to let go.
[07:54] And now that feeling can drift through the lower back, for hips, for thighs, slowly spreading through their legs, through their knees, their calves, all the way down into her feet.
[08:28] And the body may begin to feel pleasantly
[08:36] heavy or perhaps light and floating or simply calm.
[08:47] And the interesting thing is the more the body relaxes, the easier it becomes for the mind to relax too and the more the mind relaxes.
[09:15] the deeper the body can go.
[09:21] So there is nothing you need to do now.
[09:30] Allow that process to continue
[09:38] Naturally, effortlessly in its own time.
[09:47] And as the body continues to relax in its own natural way.
[09:59] You may begin to imagine something not because you have to but because sometimes the mind.
[10:18] Joys following a gentle image.
[10:25] You might imagine standing at the top of a staircase, a quiet staircase,
[10:40] safe,
[10:42] comfortable,
[10:45] leading down to a deeper level of calm.
[10:54] And there is no need to hurry because every step down simply allows the mind and body to drift deeper into comfort.
[11:19] In a moment, I slowly count from 10 down to zero.
[11:31] And with each number, you may allow yourself
[11:40] to drift down another step.
[11:47] or perhaps simply sink deeper inside.
[11:57] And whichever way your mind experiences it will be exactly right for you.
[12:13] 10.
[12:15] Beginning the gentle descent, taking the first step down and noticing how easy it is for the body to continue relaxing.
[12:41] Nine.
[12:44] Another step down.
[12:47] The mind beginning to drift just a little further inward.
[13:00] And with every step, it may become easier to let go of all unnecessary thoughts, allowing them to fade quietly into the background.
[13:28] Seven.
[13:30] drifting deeper now like floating gently downward into comfort.
[13:44] Six, halfway down already.
[13:52] And sometimes people notice that the deeper they go, the more peaceful everything begins to feel.
[14:11] Five, another step down.
[14:18] The outside world becoming less important as the inner world becomes quiet and calm.
[14:35] Four deeper now allowing the body to rest.
[14:46] allowing the mind to soften free and perhaps noticing how the breath naturally settles.
[15:08] Slow, comfortable, effortless.
[15:16] Two.
[15:18] Almost at the bottom now.
[15:24] Drifting.
[15:27] Floating.
[15:30] Letting go.
[15:34] One.
[15:36] Just one more gentle step down into that quiet place
[15:47] Inside zero.
[15:53] And now reaching the bottom of the staircase.
[16:01] When the mind can drift even deeper into calm.
[16:13] Into stillness.
[16:16] Into that comfortable space.
[16:23] Where change becomes easier.
[16:28] And from here, every word you hear can simply guide you deeper and deeper still.
[16:47] And now that you've reached the bottom of that staircase, you may begin to notice something interesting.
[17:06] When the body relaxes deeply and the mind becomes quiet, sometimes it can drift even deeper simply by allowing relaxation to happen again.
[17:39] So, in the moment, I'm going to invite you to briefly
[17:50] Imagine becoming just a little more aware and then relaxing.
[18:05] Game.
[18:08] And each time you relax again, the mind often goes twice as deep.
[18:23] So for a moment you might imagine gently becoming 10% more aware of the room around you.
[18:42] Not opening your eyes.
[18:47] Just noticing that the outside world
[18:52] still exists somewhere.
[18:58] And now let that awareness fade again as you drift much deeper down into comfort.
[19:18] Many people find that the second time they relax, it feels even easier.
[19:32] And once again, just briefly becoming slightly more aware of the room around you, for sounds,
[19:53] for space.
[19:56] And now allowing that awareness to fade again,
[20:06] drifting even deeper as now the body is sinking softly into the surface beneath you.
[20:25] deeper, heavier, balmer.
[20:33] And now perhaps noticing to very natural sensation beginning to develop.
[20:51] Some people notice
[20:53] a gentle floating
[20:57] feeling
[20:59] as though no the mind
[21:03] is drifting lightly
[21:08] and others notice
[21:11] a pleasant
[21:13] heaviness
[21:15] in their body
[21:19] as no Their muscles
[21:22] are melting
[21:24] into
[21:26] the chair
[21:29] or the bed.
[21:32] And the interesting thing is
[21:37] the mind
[21:39] can float
[21:42] while
[21:43] the body sinks.
[21:47] Floating
[21:50] and sinking
[21:53] at the same time.
[21:57] And as the body
[22:00] continues
[22:03] to soften,
[22:06] you might imagine
[22:08] yourself,
[22:10] resting
[22:12] on a calm, quiet
[22:16] cloud.
[22:19] A soft cloud
[22:22] of comfort
[22:25] drifting slowly,
[22:28] effortlessly
[22:31] across
[22:33] a peaceful sky.
[22:37] Nothing to do,
[22:41] nowhere
[22:43] to go.
[22:46] Just
[22:47] drifting.
[22:50] And every gentle breath
[22:55] allows
[22:57] that drifting
[22:59] feeling
[23:01] to deepen.
[23:04] Breathing in
[23:07] and drifting.
[23:10] Breathing out
[23:13] and sinking
[23:15] deeper.
[23:17] And the deeper you drift,
[23:22] the quieter
[23:24] the thinking mind
[23:27] becomes
[23:30] like ripples
[23:32] on a lake.
[23:35] Slowly
[23:38] smoothing out
[23:41] till
[23:42] the surface
[23:45] becomes calm,
[23:48] still
[23:51] peaceful.
[23:54] And from this calm place,
[23:59] the subconscious mind
[24:03] becomes
[24:04] naturally
[24:06] more open,
[24:09] more
[24:11] receptive
[24:14] to helpful
[24:17] ideas,
[24:20] comfort,
[24:22] and positive positive change.
[24:32] And now
[24:34] that you have allowed
[24:37] yourself
[24:39] to drift
[24:41] this deeply,
[24:45] you may begin
[24:47] to notice
[24:49] something
[24:51] interesting.
[24:54] When the mind learned
[24:58] how
[25:00] to relax
[25:02] like this
[25:05] each moment
[25:07] of relaxation
[25:11] can multiply
[25:14] almost
[25:16] as no firm mind
[25:20] discovers
[25:22] a life
[25:24] to go 10 times
[25:28] without effort
[25:32] and you don't need to make that happen.
[25:39] Sometimes
[25:41] simply hearing the idea of going deeper
[25:50] allows
[25:52] for mind
[25:54] to guide
[25:57] the experience.
[26:00] So in a moment
[26:03] I'll count slowly
[26:05] from one to five.
[26:10] And with each number
[26:14] you may allow
[26:17] the relaxation
[26:19] you are already feeling
[26:24] to multiply,
[26:27] expanding,
[26:30] deepening,
[26:33] spreading gently
[26:36] through the mind and body.
[26:41] One, allowing
[26:44] the relaxation
[26:47] you already feel
[26:50] to gently double
[26:55] softening the body
[26:58] even more.
[27:01] Two.
[27:03] And as the body relaxes,
[27:09] the mind
[27:11] can relax
[27:14] twice as deeply.
[27:18] Thoughts
[27:20] becoming slower,
[27:23] quieter,
[27:25] more distant,
[27:28] free.
[27:31] And now
[27:33] allowing
[27:35] that comfort
[27:37] to multiply
[27:39] again.
[27:42] As know the mind
[27:46] discovers
[27:48] a deeper level
[27:51] of calm
[27:54] underneath
[27:56] the one.
[27:59] You were already experiencing
[28:04] four
[28:06] drifting deeper still
[28:11] like sinking into a warm comfortable bed
[28:19] where every muscle
[28:22] can simply
[28:24] let go.
[28:27] Five.
[28:29] And now allowing yourself
[28:33] to go 10 times
[28:36] deeper
[28:38] into
[28:40] that quiet
[28:42] peaceful state
[28:45] where the body rests
[28:49] and the mind drifts.
[28:54] And from here
[28:57] many people begin to notice
[29:03] that faults
[29:05] come
[29:08] like clouds
[29:10] moving slowly
[29:13] across the sky.
[29:16] And there is nothing you need to follow.
[29:25] Nothing
[29:26] you need
[29:28] to hold on to.
[29:32] Faults
[29:33] simply passing,
[29:37] drifting.
[29:40] And the more the mind
[29:43] allows
[29:45] those thoughts
[29:47] to pass,
[29:50] the deeper the calm becomes.
[29:56] And now you might imagine
[30:02] a peaceful
[30:04] place
[30:06] appearing
[30:08] in your mind.
[30:11] A place
[30:13] that feels safe,
[30:16] calm,
[30:18] and comfortable.
[30:22] Perhaps
[30:23] a quiet beach
[30:28] where gentle waves
[30:31] move slowly in and out.
[30:37] Or maybe a peaceful forest
[30:44] where
[30:45] the air
[30:47] feels cool and still
[30:52] or perhaps
[30:54] somewhere
[30:56] entirely different.
[31:00] And whatever
[31:02] place appears
[31:06] is perfectly right for you.
[31:12] Because
[31:14] the subconscious mind
[31:17] often chooses
[31:21] the place
[31:23] where relaxation
[31:26] feels
[31:28] easiest.
[31:31] And as you imagine
[31:34] yourself there,
[31:38] you may notice
[31:41] the mind,
[31:44] drifting
[31:46] even deeper.
[31:50] The body resting
[31:53] even more
[31:55] completely
[31:58] as now.
[32:00] Every breath
[32:02] takes you further
[32:06] into
[32:07] that peaceful
[32:10] space.
[32:12] Breathing in
[32:15] calm.
[32:17] Breathing out,
[32:19] letting go.
[32:23] And from
[32:25] this calm and open place,
[32:30] the subconscious mind
[32:33] can begin
[32:35] to respond
[32:38] naturally
[32:41] to helpful
[32:43] ideas.
[32:46] ideas that support calmness,
[32:52] clarity,
[32:55] confidence,
[32:58] and the ability
[33:00] to allow
[33:02] the mind
[33:05] to settle
[33:07] easily
[33:09] whenever
[33:11] it chooses.
[33:14] Because the mind
[33:17] already knows
[33:19] how to do this.
[33:24] It is simply
[33:27] remembering.
[33:30] And now that you've
[33:33] allowed yourself
[33:35] to drift
[33:38] into this calm and comfortable state,
[33:46] you may begin to notice
[33:50] something gentle happening
[33:53] in the background
[33:56] of your mind.
[33:59] Faults
[34:00] may still appear
[34:04] from time to time.
[34:09] And that's perfectly natural
[34:14] because the mind
[34:18] is designed
[34:21] to produce
[34:22] faults.
[34:25] But something
[34:27] interesting
[34:29] often begins
[34:32] to happen
[34:35] during
[34:37] relaxation
[34:38] like this
[34:41] for thoughts begin
[34:45] to slow down.
[34:48] And when they slow down,
[34:53] they also begin to drift
[34:59] almost
[35:01] like clouds
[35:03] moving
[35:05] across
[35:06] a quiet sky
[35:10] appearing,
[35:12] floating slowly.
[35:17] and then fighting
[35:20] a why I again.
[35:29] And there is nothing you need to do
[35:36] about
[35:37] those thoughts.
[35:40] No need to follow them.
[35:45] No need
[35:47] to stop them.
[35:50] Just allowing
[35:52] them to drift
[35:56] just like clouds
[35:59] drifting
[36:00] across
[36:02] the sky.
[36:05] And the more you allow them to drift,
[36:11] the quieter the mind naturally
[36:16] becomes.
[36:19] And sometimes
[36:21] people notice
[36:24] that between
[36:26] those drifting faults
[36:30] there are small spaces.
[36:35] Little
[36:37] moments
[36:38] of quiet.
[36:41] tiny gaps of stillness.
[36:46] And those spaces
[36:48] often begin
[36:51] to grow
[36:53] a little longer,
[36:56] a little wider,
[37:00] almost
[37:02] as know the mind
[37:05] is remembering
[37:08] something
[37:09] very
[37:11] natural.
[37:14] how
[37:15] to rest.
[37:18] And you might notice
[37:22] that as the mind rests,
[37:27] the body can relax
[37:31] even more deeply.
[37:35] And as the body relaxes,
[37:41] the mind can drift
[37:45] even further.
[37:49] So the body
[37:51] relaxes
[37:54] and the mind drifts.
[37:58] And as the mind drifts,
[38:03] the body relaxes
[38:07] even more.
[38:10] Like two gentle waves
[38:15] moving together.
[38:19] relaxing.
[38:26] And perhaps
[38:28] you begin to notice
[38:32] your breathing again.
[38:36] A gentle rise
[38:39] and a soft
[38:43] release
[38:45] as you breathe out.
[38:49] Breathing in.
[38:52] Drifting
[38:53] deeper.
[38:56] Breathing out.
[38:59] Letting go.
[39:02] Breathing in.
[39:06] floating
[39:08] quietly,
[39:11] breathing out,
[39:13] sinking
[39:15] comfortably.
[39:18] And the interesting thing is,
[39:22] the more the mind drifts,
[39:27] the less effort
[39:31] anything
[39:32] requires.
[39:35] Thoughts drift.
[39:39] Breathing flows.
[39:43] The body rests.
[39:47] And you may find
[39:51] that the mind begins
[39:55] to wonder
[39:58] softly
[40:00] between the sound
[40:04] of my voice
[40:07] and the peaceful quiet inside.
[40:13] listening again
[40:17] and drifting
[40:18] deeper.
[40:21] And every time the mind
[40:25] drifts
[40:27] back
[40:29] to the sound of my voice,
[40:34] you may notice
[40:37] it feels
[40:39] even more relaxed
[40:44] than before.
[40:47] And so the mind
[40:52] continues
[40:53] to drift
[40:56] like a feather
[40:58] floating slowly
[41:01] downward
[41:04] through still air.
[41:08] drifting,
[41:11] turning gently,
[41:14] floating
[41:16] lower and lower.
[41:21] And every moment
[41:23] of drifting
[41:26] allows
[41:28] another
[41:30] layer
[41:32] of relaxation
[41:34] to unfold,
[41:37] deeper,
[41:40] calmer,
[41:43] quieter.
[41:45] And you may find
[41:48] that time itself
[41:52] begins
[41:54] to feel different here.
[41:58] Minutes
[42:00] can feel longer or shorter
[42:05] or simply
[42:07] unimportant
[42:10] because the mind knows
[42:15] that right now
[42:18] there is nowhere else it needs to be.
[42:26] nothing it needs to do.
[42:32] Just drifting,
[42:35] relaxing
[42:37] and allowing the mind
[42:41] to settle
[42:44] in its own natural rhythm.
[42:51] There is absolutely
[42:53] nothing
[42:56] You need to do
[42:59] nothing.
[43:02] You need to force
[43:05] and nowhere
[43:07] you need to go.
[43:11] Just listening.
[43:14] And sometimes
[43:17] simply listening is enough for the mind
[43:24] to begin changing
[43:27] all by
[43:29] itself
[43:32] because
[43:34] the mind
[43:35] already knows
[43:38] how to relax.
[43:42] The body
[43:44] already knows
[43:46] how to soften
[43:51] and the deeper mind
[43:53] already knows
[43:56] how to learn new patterns
[44:01] easily
[44:03] and naturally.
[44:06] So just
[44:08] allow your breathing
[44:11] to find its own gentle rhythm.
[44:18] No need to control it.
[44:23] No need to change it.
[44:28] Just noticing
[44:31] the quiet rise
[44:33] and fall.
[44:36] And as
[44:38] your breathing slows
[44:42] even slightly,
[44:45] many people
[44:47] notice
[44:49] something
[44:51] interesting.
[44:54] Your mind
[44:56] begins
[44:57] to loosen
[45:03] and that deeper mind
[45:06] begins listening
[45:08] in a different way.
[45:12] And you
[45:14] may have spent
[45:17] a long time
[45:19] trying
[45:20] to control speech,
[45:24] trying to monitor every word,
[45:30] watching
[45:32] each sound,
[45:35] wondering if a word will come out easily
[45:41] or heart.
[45:44] And when
[45:46] the mind watches
[45:49] too closely,
[45:52] speech becomes tight.
[45:57] Like trying to walk
[46:01] while thinking about
[46:04] every muscle
[46:07] or trying to breathe.
[46:12] while controlling
[46:15] every breath.
[46:18] But the truth
[46:21] is simple.
[46:23] Speech
[46:25] was never meant
[46:28] to be controlled consciously.
[46:33] Beach
[46:34] is automatic.
[46:38] Just like breathing,
[46:42] just
[46:44] like walking,
[46:47] just
[46:49] like laughing.
[46:52] And the moment
[46:54] the mind
[46:57] stops trying to control it,
[47:03] something
[47:04] very natural happens.
[47:09] Speech
[47:10] begins flowing
[47:13] again
[47:15] all by itself.
[47:19] And the first step
[47:22] is something
[47:25] surprisingly freeing.
[47:29] It is okay to stutter.
[47:35] Really,
[47:37] it is
[47:39] okay
[47:41] because stuttering
[47:44] is not dangerous.
[47:47] It is not
[47:49] a failure.
[47:53] It is simply
[47:55] a moment
[47:58] when the mind
[48:00] tried
[48:02] a little too hard.
[48:07] And the interesting thing is
[48:12] the moment
[48:14] it becomes okay
[48:17] to stutter up,
[48:20] the fear
[48:22] disappears.
[48:25] And when the fear
[48:29] disappears,
[48:32] the pressure
[48:34] disappears.
[48:37] And when
[48:39] the pressure
[48:40] disappears,
[48:43] speech
[48:45] becomes lighter,
[48:48] easier,
[48:51] more natural.
[48:54] So you might
[48:57] begin noticing now
[49:00] a new
[49:02] understanding
[49:04] forming.
[49:07] If a word pauses
[49:12] that is okay.
[49:16] If a word stretches
[49:20] that
[49:22] is okay.
[49:25] If speech
[49:27] slows
[49:29] that
[49:31] is okay
[49:34] because speaking
[49:36] does not need to be perfect.
[49:41] It only needs
[49:44] to be natural
[49:48] and natural speech
[49:51] clue
[49:54] forces
[49:56] breaths
[49:59] changing
[50:01] in rhythm
[50:03] just like normal
[50:07] conversation
[50:10] and the mind
[50:12] is beginning to learn something
[50:17] powerful.
[50:19] Beacon is safe.
[50:23] Beacon is easy.
[50:27] Beacon
[50:29] is natural.
[50:32] You do not need to force it.
[50:38] You do not need
[50:42] to monitor it.
[50:46] You do not need
[50:50] to control it
[50:53] because
[50:55] the subconscious mind
[50:59] already knows
[51:02] how to speak.
[51:05] Just like
[51:07] it already knows
[51:10] how to walk.
[51:13] You never think about each step when
[51:19] walking.
[51:21] You simply
[51:23] move.
[51:26] And speaking works the same way.
[51:32] When the conscious mind steps back,
[51:37] the subconscious mind
[51:40] takes over.
[51:43] And the subconscious mind
[51:46] speaks easily,
[51:50] automatically,
[51:53] naturally,
[51:56] in every.
[51:59] From
[52:01] this moment forward,
[52:05] the mind
[52:07] begins shifting
[52:09] something
[52:11] important.
[52:13] Instead
[52:15] of watching speech,
[52:19] you allow speech.
[52:23] Instead of controlling speech,
[52:29] you trust speech.
[52:33] Instead of forcing words,
[52:38] you allow
[52:40] words
[52:42] to arrive.
[52:45] Just like thoughts arrive,
[52:50] just like laughter
[52:54] arrives
[52:56] effortlessly.
[52:59] And when
[53:01] speaking
[53:03] with someone,
[53:06] you simply focus
[53:09] on the conversation,
[53:12] their meaning.
[53:15] the connection,
[53:18] not the mechanics of speech.
[53:24] Because speech handles itself,
[53:31] automatically
[53:34] without effort,
[53:37] without pressure.
[53:40] And many people
[53:43] discover
[53:45] something surprising
[53:49] when
[53:50] they stop trying to speak perfectly.
[53:57] Speech
[53:59] becomes easier
[54:02] when they allow speech.
[54:06] It flows
[54:09] because beach loves
[54:12] relaxation.
[54:15] Beach
[54:17] loves ease.
[54:26] Speech loves freedom.
[54:31] And your subconscious mind
[54:34] is now. Remembering
[54:39] how natural
[54:41] speaking
[54:43] really is.
[54:46] You may notice
[54:48] words
[54:50] coming more smoothly,
[54:54] more easily,
[54:57] more calmly.
[55:00] And even
[55:02] if a word pauses,
[55:07] there is no problem,
[55:12] no tension,
[55:15] just a gentle
[55:19] tinuation
[55:22] because
[55:25] you now know
[55:28] it is completely ly. Okay.
[55:33] And that knowledge alone
[55:37] removes
[55:39] the pressure.
[55:42] And from now on,
[55:45] your mind
[55:47] begins
[55:49] applying this everywhere.
[55:54] Talking with friends,
[55:58] talking
[56:00] with strangers,
[56:03] answering questions,
[56:07] making phone calls,
[56:10] speaking
[56:12] in groups.
[56:15] In each
[56:17] situation,
[56:20] you allow speech
[56:23] to happen
[56:26] automatically,
[56:29] without monitoring,
[56:32] without pressure,
[56:36] without fear.
[56:39] In each situation,
[56:43] you allow speech
[56:46] to happen
[56:49] automatically
[56:52] without
[56:54] monitoring,
[56:57] without pressure,
[57:00] without fear.
[57:03] And your subconscious mind
[57:06] handles
[57:08] the process
[57:11] smoothly
[57:14] and naturally
[57:17] just like it always did
[57:22] before the mind
[57:25] began overthinking.
[57:29] And something
[57:31] important
[57:33] is happening now.
[57:37] Your mind
[57:39] is shifting
[57:41] from
[57:43] trying
[57:44] to allow,
[57:47] from controlling
[57:50] to trusting,
[57:52] from monitoring
[57:55] to flowing.
[57:58] And this shift
[58:01] makes speaking lighter,
[58:05] freer,
[58:08] easier,
[58:11] more natural.
[58:14] From now on,
[58:17] you allow speech.
[58:22] You allow pauses.
[58:26] You allow rhythm.
[58:30] You allow
[58:32] conversation
[58:34] to unfold
[58:36] naturally.
[58:39] And when
[58:41] you allow speech,
[58:45] the subconscious mind
[58:48] does
[58:50] what it does best.
[58:53] It handles
[58:55] the process
[58:58] automatically,
[59:00] confidently,
[59:03] easily.
[59:06] And many people notice
[59:10] the less they think
[59:14] about speech,
[59:17] the better
[59:19] speech
[59:20] becomes.
[59:23] So allow yourself now
[59:28] to become comfortable.
[59:32] And as
[59:34] you listen
[59:36] to my voice,
[59:39] there is nothing
[59:41] you need to force.
[59:46] Nothing you need
[59:49] to try to do.
[59:53] Even relaxation
[59:57] does not need effort
[01:00:02] because the body already knows
[01:00:07] how to relax.
[01:00:12] Sometimes
[01:00:14] relaxation
[01:00:16] begins
[01:00:18] simply
[01:00:19] by noticing
[01:00:22] the breath.
[01:00:25] Nothing
[01:00:27] you need
[01:00:29] to try to do.
[01:00:33] Even
[01:00:34] relaxation
[01:00:37] does not need effort.
[01:00:42] because the body
[01:00:44] already knows
[01:00:46] how to relax.
[01:00:51] Sometimes
[01:00:53] relaxation
[01:00:55] begins
[01:00:57] simply
[01:00:58] by noticing
[01:01:01] the breath.
[01:01:04] Not changing it,
[01:01:07] not controlling it,
[01:01:10] just noticing it.
[01:01:14] Breathing in
[01:01:17] and breathing out.
[01:01:21] And as
[01:01:23] the breath moves
[01:01:26] in its own natural rhythm,
[01:01:32] many people notice
[01:01:36] something
[01:01:37] interesting.
[01:01:40] The mind
[01:01:42] starts
[01:01:44] becoming quieter.
[01:01:47] thoughts
[01:01:49] begin
[01:01:50] slowing down.
[01:01:53] The mind
[01:01:55] becomes heavier
[01:01:58] and a deeper mind
[01:02:01] begins
[01:02:04] listening.
[01:02:06] And you might
[01:02:08] begin noticing
[01:02:12] a gentle heaviness
[01:02:15] in the body.
[01:02:18] perhaps
[01:02:21] in the shoulders
[01:02:24] or the arms
[01:02:27] or around
[01:02:30] the eyes.
[01:02:32] And that heaviness
[01:02:35] is simply
[01:02:38] the nervous system
[01:02:42] allowing
[01:02:43] itself
[01:02:45] to slow down.
[01:02:49] Because
[01:02:50] when the nervous system
[01:02:53] slows down,
[01:02:56] speech
[01:02:58] becomes easier
[01:03:01] because relaxed mind.
[01:03:05] Oh juice,
[01:03:07] relax speech.
[01:03:10] And there is nothing
[01:03:14] you need
[01:03:17] to control here.
[01:03:21] You can simply
[01:03:24] drift.
[01:03:26] Many people
[01:03:28] who start
[01:03:31] do something
[01:03:33] interesting.
[01:03:35] They watch
[01:03:37] their speech.
[01:03:40] They monitor
[01:03:42] each word.
[01:03:45] They try to control
[01:03:49] each sound.
[01:03:52] But speech
[01:03:54] was never meant
[01:03:57] to be controlled
[01:03:59] consciously.
[01:04:01] Imagine
[01:04:03] trying to walk
[01:04:06] while thinking about
[01:04:10] every muscle in your legs.
[01:04:15] Walking would suddenly
[01:04:18] feel difficult,
[01:04:21] awkward
[01:04:24] and natural.
[01:04:27] and speech
[01:04:29] works the same way.
[01:04:37] When the conscious mind tries to control
[01:04:42] speech,
[01:04:44] speech
[01:04:46] becomes tight.
[01:04:49] But when the conscious mind
[01:04:53] steps aside,
[01:04:56] speech flows
[01:04:59] naturally
[01:05:02] automatically.
[01:05:05] So here
[01:05:07] is the first
[01:05:10] and most important
[01:05:12] shift.
[01:05:15] It is okay to stutter.
[01:05:20] Really,
[01:05:21] it is okay.
[01:05:26] If a word pauses,
[01:05:30] that is okay.
[01:05:34] If a sound repeats,
[01:05:38] that is okay.
[01:05:42] If speech
[01:05:44] slows down,
[01:05:47] that is okay
[01:05:52] because stuttering itself
[01:05:56] is not dangerous.
[01:06:00] The fear of stuttering
[01:06:03] is what causes
[01:06:07] or creates
[01:06:08] tension.
[01:06:11] And tension
[01:06:13] is what interferes
[01:06:17] with speech.
[01:06:20] So something very powerful happens
[01:06:25] when you allow stuttering.
[01:06:30] When you allow it,
[01:06:32] you remove the fear.
[01:06:37] And when the fear
[01:06:40] disappears,
[01:06:43] speech
[01:06:45] becomes easier.
[01:06:48] In fact,
[01:06:50] for a moment now,
[01:06:54] you can give yourself
[01:06:57] permission to start up.
[01:07:01] You can even
[01:07:05] imagine
[01:07:06] stuttering freely
[01:07:10] because something interesting happens
[01:07:15] when the mind
[01:07:18] stops trying to avoid stuttering.
[01:07:24] The pressure
[01:07:26] disappears.
[01:07:29] And when the pressure
[01:07:31] disappears,
[01:07:34] speech begins
[01:07:37] relaxing again.
[01:07:41] Because speech
[01:07:44] does not need control.
[01:07:49] Speech
[01:07:51] only needs freedom.
[01:07:55] And from
[01:07:58] this moment
[01:08:00] forward,
[01:08:03] something begins
[01:08:06] shifting.
[01:08:08] Instead
[01:08:10] of controlling
[01:08:12] speech,
[01:08:15] you allow speech.
[01:08:18] Instead of forcing
[01:08:21] words,
[01:08:24] you let them arrive.
[01:08:28] Just like thoughts arrive
[01:08:33] just like laughter arrives,
[01:08:38] just like breathing happens.
[01:08:42] speech
[01:08:43] becomes
[01:08:45] automatic
[01:08:47] again.
[01:08:50] Your subconscious mind
[01:08:53] already knows
[01:08:55] how to speak.
[01:08:58] It learned speech
[01:09:01] long ago
[01:09:04] without effort,
[01:09:07] without monitoring,
[01:09:10] without pressure.
[01:09:13] And when
[01:09:15] the conscious mind
[01:09:17] relaxes,
[01:09:20] the subconscious mind
[01:09:23] takes over,
[01:09:26] handling speech
[01:09:28] smoothly
[01:09:30] and naturally,
[01:09:33] just like
[01:09:35] it always did.
[01:09:38] Many people discover
[01:09:42] something surprising.
[01:09:45] The less they try to speak perfectly,
[01:09:52] the easier
[01:09:54] speech
[01:09:56] becomes.
[01:09:58] Because speech is not about perfection.
[01:10:06] Beach is about
[01:10:09] connection,
[01:10:12] conversation,
[01:10:15] meaning.
[01:10:17] And when you focus
[01:10:21] on the conversation
[01:10:25] instead
[01:10:26] of the words,
[01:10:29] speech flows.
[01:10:32] From now on,
[01:10:34] you no longer need to watch your speech.
[01:10:43] You simply talk
[01:10:45] just like everyone else.
[01:10:51] You focus
[01:10:53] on the idea,
[01:10:56] the message,
[01:10:59] the connection.
[01:11:02] And the subconscious mind handles
[01:11:06] the words
[01:11:09] automatically.
[01:11:12] You might
[01:11:14] imagine now
[01:11:17] talking with a friend,
[01:11:22] noticing
[01:11:24] how relaxed it feels
[01:11:29] when you are not monitoring
[01:11:34] speech.
[01:11:36] Words
[01:11:38] appear
[01:11:40] naturally.
[01:11:42] Sentences
[01:11:44] flow.
[01:11:47] Conversation
[01:11:50] moves easily
[01:11:54] because the mind is focused
[01:11:58] on communication
[01:12:02] not control.
[01:12:05] Now imagine
[01:12:07] making a phone call.
[01:12:11] In the past
[01:12:13] there may have been pressure
[01:12:18] but now something is different.
[01:12:24] You allow speech.
[01:12:28] If a word pauses
[01:12:32] that is okay.
[01:12:36] If speech slows
[01:12:40] that is okay
[01:12:44] because
[01:12:46] there is no pressure
[01:12:50] and without pressure
[01:12:52] speech
[01:12:55] becomes easier.
[01:12:58] Now imagine speaking
[01:13:01] in a group conversation.
[01:13:06] Your mind
[01:13:08] is relaxed.
[01:13:11] Your breathing
[01:13:13] is steady.
[01:13:16] You simply speak
[01:13:19] naturally.
[01:13:22] And the subconscious mind
[01:13:25] handles
[01:13:26] speech
[01:13:28] automatically.
[01:13:31] From now on,
[01:13:33] every conversation
[01:13:37] becomes easier
[01:13:40] because you
[01:13:42] are no longer
[01:13:44] trying
[01:13:46] to control speech.
[01:13:50] You allow speech.
[01:13:53] You trust speech.
[01:13:56] You let speech flow.
[01:14:01] And speech
[01:14:03] loves
[01:14:05] freedom.
[01:14:07] Speech
[01:14:09] loves
[01:14:11] relaxation.
[01:14:13] Beach loves
[01:14:16] ease.
[01:14:19] And something
[01:14:21] important
[01:14:23] is happening now.
[01:14:26] Your mind
[01:14:28] is shifting
[01:14:30] from
[01:14:33] trying
[01:14:34] to allowing,
[01:14:37] trolling
[01:14:39] to trusting,
[01:14:42] monitoring
[01:14:44] to flowing.
[01:14:47] And this shift
[01:14:49] makes speech
[01:14:51] lighter,
[01:14:54] easier,
[01:14:57] more natural.
[01:15:00] And here is something
[01:15:04] interesting.
[01:15:06] The more comfortable
[01:15:09] you become
[01:15:11] with the possibility
[01:15:14] of stuttering,
[01:15:17] the less it happens.
[01:15:22] Because when the fear disappears,
[01:15:28] the mind
[01:15:31] relaxes
[01:15:33] and relaxed minds
[01:15:37] produce
[01:15:39] relaxed speech.
[01:15:42] From now on,
[01:15:45] in every conversation,
[01:15:50] your mind
[01:15:52] remembers this.
[01:15:56] Speech
[01:15:58] is automatic.
[01:16:01] Beach
[01:16:03] is natural.
[01:16:05] Beach
[01:16:07] is safe.
[01:16:10] And your subconscious mind
[01:16:13] handles
[01:16:15] speech
[01:16:17] easily
[01:16:20] in every
[01:16:22] situation.
[01:16:25] Talking with friends,
[01:16:29] talking with strangers,
[01:16:33] making phone calls,
[01:16:37] answering questions.
[01:16:40] speaking
[01:16:42] in groups.
[01:16:45] Speech
[01:16:46] simply flows.
[01:16:50] And every time you speak,
[01:16:56] you allow speech.
[01:17:00] You trust
[01:17:02] speech.
[01:17:05] You let speech happen.
[01:17:10] Naturally,
[01:17:13] automatically,
[01:17:15] effortlessly,
[01:17:18] because
[01:17:20] the subconscious mind
[01:17:23] already knows how.
[01:17:44] And as you rest here,
[01:17:48] you may begin to notice something
[01:17:53] interesting.
[01:17:55] That part of your mind
[01:18:00] that tries to control speaking,
[01:18:06] that part that watches,
[01:18:10] monitors,
[01:18:12] holds back,
[01:18:14] can begin to relax now
[01:18:20] because
[01:18:21] it was only ever
[01:18:25] trying to help.
[01:18:28] And now
[01:18:30] it can step aside,
[01:18:34] not disappear,
[01:18:37] just step aside.
[01:18:41] Like a guard realizing
[01:18:44] it doesn't need
[01:18:47] to protect anymore.
[01:18:52] And as it steps aside,
[01:18:56] something else
[01:18:59] begins
[01:19:00] to take over naturally.
[01:19:05] You might begin to notice
[01:19:10] what it feels like
[01:19:13] to not hold back.
[01:19:18] Not holding back words.
[01:19:24] Not holding back feelings.
[01:19:29] As if a pressure valve,
[01:19:34] just gently opens.
[01:19:38] And there is nothing to push,
[01:19:44] nothing to force
[01:19:48] because words
[01:19:50] can begin to flow
[01:19:54] on their own.
[01:19:57] and your subconscious mind,
[01:20:01] that part of you that already knows how
[01:20:06] to speak,
[01:20:09] can begin to take over now
[01:20:14] effortlessly,
[01:20:18] automatically
[01:20:20] in every situation.
[01:20:25] And you don't have to make it happen
[01:20:30] because it already knows how.
[01:20:36] Just like breathing happens,
[01:20:40] just
[01:20:43] like walking happens,
[01:20:46] beacon
[01:20:48] can happen
[01:20:51] on its own.
[01:20:54] and something powerful begins to happen.
[01:21:00] If the conscious mind ever tries to
[01:21:05] interfere,
[01:21:07] tries
[01:21:09] to step in,
[01:21:12] tries
[01:21:13] to control,
[01:21:16] it simply recognizes.
[01:21:21] This is not needed
[01:21:25] and it relaxes again.
[01:21:31] And your subconscious mind gently
[01:21:34] overrites
[01:21:37] and continues speaking,
[01:21:41] smoothly,
[01:21:43] naturally,
[01:21:46] freely.
[01:21:48] And you may begin to notice
[01:21:53] that even the thought of speaking
[01:21:59] starts to feel different
[01:22:04] because the moment you think about
[01:22:08] speaking,
[01:22:11] your mind
[01:22:13] begins
[01:22:15] to relax.
[01:22:18] Your body softens
[01:22:22] and your subconscious
[01:22:24] takes over
[01:22:27] before
[01:22:28] you even
[01:22:30] say a word.
[01:22:33] And words begin to flow
[01:22:38] like a stream
[01:22:41] that no longer gets blocked.
[01:22:45] And the more you allow this,
[01:22:50] the easier it becomes
[01:22:55] and the easier
[01:22:57] it becomes,
[01:23:00] the more
[01:23:02] you allow it.
[01:23:05] And you don't need to know
[01:23:10] which comes first
[01:23:14] because both happen together
[01:23:20] automatically
[01:23:23] and somewhere deep inside
[01:23:28] a new understanding
[01:23:31] forms.
[01:23:34] I don't need to control speech.
[01:23:39] It happens through me.
[01:23:44] I allow it.
[01:23:48] And that feeling of freedom
[01:23:52] begins
[01:23:53] to grow
[01:23:56] quietly,
[01:23:58] naturally.
[01:24:01] And in the next conversation you have,
[01:24:08] you may notice something subtle.
[01:24:13] You begin speaking
[01:24:17] and it just happens
[01:24:21] without effort,
[01:24:24] without
[01:24:27] holding back,
[01:24:30] without
[01:24:32] interference.
[01:24:35] And that feeling
[01:24:38] continues to build
[01:24:41] each time.
[01:24:44] And something important begins to
[01:24:48] happen.
[01:24:50] Your whole system
[01:24:54] begins to feel safe.
[01:24:59] Not just here,
[01:25:02] but even at the thought of speaking.
[01:25:08] Whether you are talking to people
[01:25:14] or simply thinking about speaking,
[01:25:20] your mind
[01:25:22] remains calm.
[01:25:26] Your body remains
[01:25:29] relaxed.
[01:25:32] Your nervous system
[01:25:35] settles into
[01:25:38] A steady rhythm,
[01:25:42] a relaxed,
[01:25:44] safe
[01:25:47] state.
[01:25:49] And your breathing
[01:25:52] becomes slow,
[01:25:55] supportive.
[01:25:57] And you may begin to notice
[01:26:02] that your breath
[01:26:05] naturally
[01:26:07] supports speech
[01:26:11] like air carrying sound
[01:26:15] effortlessly.
[01:26:18] And now
[01:26:21] your mind can begin to let go.
[01:26:28] of something it no longer needs.
[01:26:34] That old habit
[01:26:37] of fearing the outcome of a word,
[01:26:43] that question,
[01:26:46] will this come out or not?
[01:26:51] can begin to fade.
[01:26:56] As if old memories
[01:27:01] of past
[01:27:04] blocks
[01:27:06] lose their grip,
[01:27:11] becoming distant,
[01:27:14] irrelevant.
[01:27:17] And now
[01:27:19] each word
[01:27:22] is new.
[01:27:25] Untouched
[01:27:26] by the past
[01:27:30] and something shifts.
[01:27:34] Even if anxiety
[01:27:38] appears,
[01:27:40] even
[01:27:42] if pressure tries to rise,
[01:27:48] your speech
[01:27:51] remains
[01:27:53] unchanged,
[01:27:56] still automatic,
[01:28:00] still flowing.
[01:28:04] Because speech
[01:28:07] no longer depends
[01:28:10] on emotion.
[01:28:13] And now your body begins to remember.
[01:28:21] Before speaking,
[01:28:23] a natural breath happens.
[01:28:29] gentle,
[01:28:31] automatic,
[01:28:34] and words
[01:28:36] begin
[01:28:38] to write
[01:28:40] on that breath
[01:28:44] without holding,
[01:28:47] without pushing.
[01:28:51] Your throat remains
[01:28:55] open,
[01:28:57] loose,
[01:28:59] free.
[01:29:02] and your focal cords,
[01:29:06] your tongue,
[01:29:09] your lips
[01:29:12] move easily,
[01:29:16] responding
[01:29:17] to fault
[01:29:20] without
[01:29:22] effort.
[01:29:24] Like walking,
[01:29:27] like blinking,
[01:29:31] speech becomes
[01:29:34] automatic.
[01:29:37] Okay.
[01:29:39] And all pressure,
[01:29:42] all force,
[01:29:45] all holding
[01:29:48] releases.
[01:29:51] And now something deeper
[01:29:56] begins to change.
[01:30:00] You no longer check words.
[01:30:05] You no longer test them.
[01:30:10] You no longer prepare.
[01:30:14] There is no scanning ahead.
[01:30:19] No searching for safe words.
[01:30:24] Instead,
[01:30:26] you begin to trust
[01:30:30] the very first word
[01:30:36] that comes
[01:30:38] to mind.
[01:30:41] And as that happens,
[01:30:46] your conscious mind
[01:30:48] can begin
[01:30:50] to step back,
[01:30:54] not disappearing,
[01:30:58] just no longer interfering.
[01:31:03] And your subconscious mind
[01:31:07] takes over
[01:31:09] completely.
[01:31:12] Handling speech
[01:31:16] effortlessly,
[01:31:19] automatically
[01:31:21] turning thoughts
[01:31:24] into sound
[01:31:27] instantly
[01:31:30] without
[01:31:32] delight,
[01:31:34] without
[01:31:36] interference.
[01:31:39] And that old habit
[01:31:42] of listening
[01:31:44] to your own voice,
[01:31:48] judging,
[01:31:50] analyzing,
[01:31:53] monitoring
[01:31:55] can now fade away
[01:32:00] because
[01:32:01] there is no need
[01:32:04] to observe something.
[01:32:09] that runs perfectly
[01:32:12] on its own.
[01:32:15] And you begin to feel comfortable
[01:32:22] with silence,
[01:32:25] with pauses.
[01:32:28] There is no rush,
[01:32:31] no pressure.
[01:32:34] Time slows.
[01:32:37] space opens
[01:32:41] and if anxiety
[01:32:44] appears,
[01:32:47] if the mind tries to interfere,
[01:32:53] your subconscious
[01:32:56] automatically
[01:32:58] overrites it,
[01:33:01] returning
[01:33:03] everything
[01:33:05] back to flow
[01:33:09] without effort,
[01:33:13] without
[01:33:14] disruption,
[01:33:17] and something deeper
[01:33:21] settles in. Now
[01:33:24] you no longer react
[01:33:29] to small pauses
[01:33:33] or imperfections.
[01:33:36] You simply continue forward
[01:33:42] because speech
[01:33:44] is no longer something to control.
[01:33:51] It is something
[01:33:53] that happens
[01:33:55] through you
[01:33:58] and a new feeling
[01:34:01] grows.
[01:34:03] Freedom to speak any word
[01:34:09] at any time
[01:34:13] without
[01:34:15] hesitation,
[01:34:18] without
[01:34:19] holding back,
[01:34:23] without
[01:34:24] fear
[01:34:26] of outcome.
[01:34:29] speaking becomes safe,
[01:34:33] easy,
[01:34:36] natural,
[01:34:38] and even
[01:34:40] enjoyable.
[01:34:43] And the next time you speak,
[01:34:48] you may notice,
[01:34:51] you begin.
[01:34:53] And it just
[01:34:56] flows.
[01:34:58] No checking,
[01:35:01] no pressure,
[01:35:04] no force,
[01:35:07] just
[01:35:08] automatic
[01:35:10] expression.
[01:35:13] And this continues
[01:35:16] naturally
[01:35:18] more and more
[01:35:22] each time.
[01:35:25] And the more you allow this,
[01:35:30] the easier it becomes.
[01:35:35] And the easier it becomes,
[01:35:40] the more
[01:35:42] you trust it.
[01:35:45] And the more you trust it,
[01:35:50] the more automatic
[01:35:53] it becomes.
[01:35:56] And it continues
[01:36:00] on its own.
[01:36:03] And as you rest here,
[01:36:07] you may begin to notice something
[01:36:12] interesting.
[01:36:14] That part of your mind
[01:36:18] that tries
[01:36:21] to control speaking.
[01:36:24] That part that watches,
[01:36:28] monitors,
[01:36:30] holds back.
[01:36:33] can begin to relax now
[01:36:38] because it was only ever trying to help.
[01:36:45] And now
[01:36:47] it can step aside.
[01:36:51] Not disappear.
[01:36:53] Just
[01:36:55] step aside
[01:36:58] like a guard
[01:37:00] realizing
[01:37:02] it doesn't need
[01:37:04] to protect anymore.
[01:37:09] And as it steps aside,
[01:37:14] something else
[01:37:16] begins
[01:37:19] to take over naturally.
[01:37:24] And you might begin to notice
[01:37:29] what it feels like
[01:37:32] to not hold back.
[01:37:36] Not holding back words.
[01:37:41] Not holding back feelings.
[01:37:46] as if a pressure valve
[01:37:50] just gently opens.
[01:37:54] And there is nothing to push,
[01:38:00] nothing to false
[01:38:04] because words
[01:38:07] can begin to flow
[01:38:11] on their own.
[01:38:14] and your subconscious mind,
[01:38:17] that part of you
[01:38:20] that already knows how to speak
[01:38:26] to take over now
[01:38:31] effortlessly,
[01:38:34] automatically
[01:38:37] in every situation.
[01:38:41] And you don't have to make it happen
[01:38:46] because it already knows how.
[01:38:52] Just like breathing happens,
[01:38:57] just
[01:38:59] like walking happens,
[01:39:02] beacon can happen.
[01:39:06] And something powerful begins to happen.
[01:39:12] If the conscious mind ever tries to
[01:39:16] interfere,
[01:39:18] tries to step in,
[01:39:23] tries
[01:39:24] to control,
[01:39:28] it simply recognizes
[01:39:31] this.
[01:39:34] This is not needed
[01:39:37] and it relaxes. a game
[01:39:42] and your subconscious mind
[01:39:46] gently overrides
[01:39:50] and continues speaking
[01:39:54] smoothly
[01:39:56] naturally
[01:39:58] freely.
[01:40:01] And you may begin to notice
[01:40:06] that even the thought of speaking
[01:40:11] starts to feel different
[01:40:16] because the moment
[01:40:18] you think about speaking,
[01:40:22] your mind begins
[01:40:26] to relax.
[01:40:29] Your body softens
[01:40:33] and your subconscious
[01:40:35] takes over
[01:40:38] before you even say a word.
[01:40:44] And words begin to flow
[01:40:50] like a stream
[01:40:53] that no longer gets blocked.
[01:40:57] And the more you allow this,
[01:41:02] the easier it becomes
[01:41:06] and the easier it becomes.
[01:41:11] The more you allow it.
[01:41:16] And you don't need to know
[01:41:21] which comes first
[01:41:24] because both happen together
[01:41:29] automatically
[01:41:32] and somewhere deep inside
[01:41:37] a new
[01:41:39] understanding
[01:41:40] forms.
[01:41:43] I don't need to control speech.
[01:41:48] It happens through me.
[01:41:53] I allow it.
[01:41:56] And that feeling of freedom
[01:42:01] begins to grow
[01:42:05] quietly.
[01:42:07] And in the next conversation you have,
[01:42:13] you may notice something subtle.
[01:42:19] You begin speaking
[01:42:23] and it just happens
[01:42:27] without effort,
[01:42:30] without
[01:42:33] holding back,
[01:42:36] without
[01:42:39] interference.
[01:42:42] And that feeling
[01:42:44] continues
[01:42:46] to build
[01:42:49] each time.
[01:42:56] And in the moment
[01:42:59] you can begin
[01:43:01] to return
[01:43:04] bringing this with you.
[01:43:09] One, becoming aware.
[01:43:13] Body returning.
[01:43:17] Three, breathing deeper.
[01:43:22] Four,
[01:43:23] feeling clear.
[01:43:27] Five,
[01:43:29] eyes open and ready.
