[00:00] Hey everyone and welcome to Squid Bits,
[00:02] Hey everyone and welcome to Squid Bits, our second channel where we give people
[00:04] our second channel where we give people the best painting tips and tutorials on
[00:07] the best painting tips and tutorials on the freaking internet.
[00:11] And today I really want to give back to you guys
[00:13] really want to give back to you guys because I feel like we can do better.
[00:16] because I feel like we can do better.
[00:19] And that is because last year we released our paint sets and since then
[00:22] released our paint sets and since then we have done I think 30 or 40 painting
[00:25] we have done I think 30 or 40 painting tutorials.
[00:27] But we've never done a video where we cover the decisions behind
[00:30] where we cover the decisions behind [music] each selection of paint and how
[00:32] [music] each selection of paint and how you can get the most from it.
[00:34] you can get the most from it.
[00:34] And I hope to fix that with today's video.
[00:41] So the initial plan was with the three paint sets with 12 paints in every set,
[00:43] So the initial plan was with the three paint sets with 12 paints in every set,
[00:45] paint sets with 12 paints in every set, you can paint anything.
[00:48] And Lucas and I, we did extensive testing leading up to
[00:50] we did extensive testing leading up to making these [music] sets and making the
[00:52] making these [music] sets and making the selections.
[00:55] selections. And we started with this set, the essential paint set.
[00:57] And there is a reason why the paints [music] in this box isn't super flashy.
[00:59] is a reason why the paints [music] in this box isn't super flashy. It is
[01:01] this box isn't super flashy.
[01:04] It is because this set is pretty much a complement to any other paints that you buy.
[01:09] These are the paints that we use for any paint job.
[01:11] So no matter what you paint, [music] you are going to need the paints in here.
[01:15] And starting off, we have a white [music] and a black.
[01:17] And I don't think these need any further explanation.
[01:21] So, let's hop on to the next paints in the list.
[01:25] Okay, so the first paints in the paint set are the six colors we use for [music] any type of skin that we paint.
[01:33] Dark rust, burnt red, dark flesh tone, sunny skin tone, skin tone, and light flesh tone.
[01:41] And if we start with a basic Caucasian skin tone, Lucas and I, we usually start with a black [music] primed miniature and do a couple of things.
[01:51] We start by adding burnt red to our wet palette.
[01:54] This we need to get our [music] shadow tone in there.
[01:59] We can then go about it in two different ways.
[02:01] We either go with sunny skin tone or with the regular skin
[02:03] sunny skin tone or with the regular skin tone.
[02:06] Personally, I mostly go to sunny skin tone because it's a little bit warmer and makes the skin feel a little bit more alive.
[02:12] If you go to skin tone, you get a much paler skin tone.
[02:15] If you want to paint like something a little bit more pale, like a skin that's of a zombie or maybe a vampire, something like that, going to skin tone is going to give you a lot more desaturated skin tone.
[02:24] So, you take one part burnt red and one part sunny skin tone.
[02:30] Maybe a little bit more.
[02:32] Something like this.
[02:35] And that should be a perfect shadow tone for a Caucasian skin tone.
[02:38] Really, really good for that.
[02:40] It looks very similar when we add just regular skin tone as opposed to sunny skin tone, but it is a little bit more pale.
[02:47] So, it's going to look a little bit more desaturated, but still really nice looking.
[02:52] And then as we work our way up on the skin tone, we just add more and more of the sunny skin tone or more and more of the skin tone.
[03:00] So, you can see kind of a transition.
[03:02] We'd go from this dark red and then work our way up to
[03:04] dark red and then work our way up to this clean sunny skin tone.
[03:06] And then this clean sunny skin tone.
[03:09] And then just do the same thing for the skin just do the same thing for the skin tone.
[03:11] Start with the mix of the both and tone.
[03:13] Start with the mix of the both and then just work our way up brighter then just work our way up brighter [music] and brighter on our highlights.
[03:14] [music] and brighter on our highlights.
[03:16] The further up we go, we add more and more of the skin tone.
[03:18] As a final highlight, there's a ton of different colors that you can use.
[03:20] In the paint colors that you can use.
[03:22] In the paint set, we have light flesh, which is a great like paler skin tone, and [music]
[03:25] great like paler skin tone, and [music] it looks really, really nice as a final highlight using both of these two mixes.
[03:27] it looks really, really nice as a final highlight using both of these two mixes.
[03:30] If you want to do an even warmer skin tone, you can add something like an icy yellow.
[03:33] And we do have that in another one of the paint sets.
[03:34] [music] So, for this part, I'm just going to show you how it looks when you highlight up with this skin tone.
[03:36] And on the screen now, you might not see the biggest difference, but these two different color combinations, starting with burnt red and then working your way up either to skin tone or sunny skin tone is going to give you really, really beautiful skin.
[03:38] difference, but these two different color combinations, starting with burnt red and then working your way up either to skin tone or sunny skin tone is going to give you really, really beautiful skin.
[03:40] And then you top that off with just a tiny bit of light flesh to make it look really awesome.
[03:41] [music] When you want to paint like a darker skin tone,
[03:43] When you want to paint like a darker skin tone,
[03:45] When you want to paint like a darker skin tone,
[03:46] When you want to paint like a darker skin tone,
[03:49] When you want to paint like a darker skin tone,
[03:51] When you want to paint like a darker skin tone,
[03:53] When you want to paint like a darker skin tone,
[03:55] When you want to paint like a darker skin tone,
[03:56] When you want to paint like a darker skin tone,
[03:59] When you want to paint like a darker skin tone,
[04:01] When you want to paint like a darker skin tone,
[04:03] When you want to paint like a darker skin tone,
[04:05] want to paint like a darker skin tone, usually what I do is I start with dark rust.
[04:07] This is a really nice like shadow tone for darker [music] skin tones.
[04:12] as a midtone.
[04:14] Then I like to use dark flesh tone if you want a little bit of a warmer brown skin.
[04:19] And I think this one is really nice as like a a [music] midtone.
[04:23] And then as a final highlight, like when we paint Caucasian skin tone,
[04:27] the skin and sunny skin tone is sort of the mid tones.
[04:29] But with darker skin, you don't want to push the highlight quite as much.
[04:33] So either you use skin or sunny skin tone as the final highlight.
[04:36] But you can also be a little bit sneaky if you want more like the saturated darker skin tone.
[04:40] Usually we go from dark [music] rust and then just add sunny skin tone and just work our way up to like a cleaner sunny skin tone.
[04:50] So the first one is a lot more saturated.
[04:52] You have [music] more red tones in it and you highlight up to like a clean skin tone.
[04:58] [music] But with the second one, you get a more desaturated.
[05:00] So this one is closer to the one that Lucas did a tutorial of on Squiddly Bits where you go from dark rust to sunny skin tone.
[05:07] go from dark rust to sunny skin tone.
[05:09] And both look really really good as well.
[05:10] It's more about where do you place the highlights and how big a surface do you work with.
[05:14] You want to make sure that you have a large area that has the dark rust and then smaller areas with the highlight colors.
[05:19] Funny enough, when we paint non- metallic copper, we use actually the same kind of tones for as we do for dark skin.
[05:26] So, usually start with dark rust.
[05:27] We then hop on [music] to dark flesh tone and then we usually highlight with sunny skin tone.
[05:34] And that type of copper look actually really really nice.
[05:36] You just glaze in a little bit of hot orange in the end.
[05:38] That one is [music] part of the fantasy set.
[05:40] And when you do that, you have like a super beautiful copper non- metallic metal.
[05:45] And you can see that a lot of the paints that we use in this video are going to be repeating the same colors but for different ways.
[05:51] And then how you apply it on the miniature determines the look you're going to get.
[05:55] So you can get a super reflective metal color using the same paints as you do for a smooth dark [music] skin tone, which is kind of fun to see.
[06:04] But that's also one of the reasons why I think this set is so
[06:08] reasons why I think this set is so important because you see that you don't need a billion paints to get a certain look.
[06:12] You can use the same type of paints.
[06:13] Just apply them slightly differently and you're going to have a different look.
[06:19] And to the untrained eye, these two paints, burnt red and dark flesh tone, might look kind of similar, but there are two main differences in them.
[06:26] The dark flesh tone has a little bit more orange pigment in it.
[06:30] So, it has a little bit more orange to it, while the burnt red is way more red.
[06:35] It's like a super dark red.
[06:38] This one also has a little bit less pigments.
[06:39] So, when you start mixing it, this one has a more saturated outcome, while this one comes out a little bit more gray, which works out perfect for a dark skin tone.
[06:50] Both work fine, but for dark skin tone, I prefer this one.
[06:52] And for Caucasian skin tones, I prefer this one.
[06:54] Another thing that I would like to quickly mention before we hop on to the next set of paints in this set is that light flesh and sunny skin tone are two colors that we use to highlight pretty much everything.
[07:10] I would probably add ice yellow from dark future as well.
[07:12] These three paints, we highlight pretty much everything.
[07:14] If it's blue, if it's red, if it's orange, it's green, we use these three paints as our final highlight for about 80% of our paint jobs.
[07:24] And then ivory and white is used as the final highlight for the remaining 20%.
[07:28] So these paints are super versatile.
[07:32] And learning to mix these with other paints will be super valuable for you because if you're painting like a tree and you want to have highlight on the brown on the tree, well, sunny skin tone is going to be your best friend.
[07:42] Highlighting steel or orc skin, ice yellow is going to look amazing.
[07:47] Highlighting something like uh cold blue or uh red, then yeah, light flesh is going to make that look really, really nice.
[07:58] And you can mix around with these.
[07:59] You can highlight red with, you know, either one.
[08:02] So try it out and you're going to see that you have much more saturated paint jobs compared to highlighting everything with white and ivory.
[08:07] So let's talk about how to use
[08:10] ivory. So let's talk about how to use the main brown tones in the paint set.
[08:12] The dark rust we've already shown you guys how to use for skin tone, but this is one of those paints that we use for pretty much everything.
[08:15] It's the base color we use for leather, trees, horns, teeth.
[08:18] The list is going to be endless if I mention everything.
[08:21] This color is just amazing for the base coat for all of that kind of stuff.
[08:23] And the dark flesh tone is really beautiful for leather, but also for woods.
[08:26] And of course, we have the Japanese uniform, which I think is one of the nicest yellow brown tones.
[08:27] This one is going to be again perfect for leather stuff, key horns, anything that you want to look a little bit like worn and dirty.
[08:29] It is just a banger paint for that.
[08:32] And the coverage is really nice for this one in the set.
[08:34] And if you want to use it for even more, this paint can be used to shade yellow if you want like a more desaturated yellow tone.
[08:36] You can use it to make sandy bases as well.
[08:39] using this one and maybe mixing in a little bit of
[09:10] one and maybe mixing in a little bit of ice yellow or mixing in light flesh.
[09:12] ice yellow or mixing in light flesh tone, you're going to have a really nice tone.
[09:14] you're going to have a really nice Iraqi sand type color, which is super Iraqi sand type color, which is super useful to have in your paint mix.
[09:18] useful to have in your paint mix. Another thing that I really love doing with this one, if you want darker horns, mixing dark rust with Japanese uniform gives you this really like gray [music] brownish tone that is awesome for teeth and highlighting ropes and [music] leathers and all that kind of stuff.
[09:34] And then again, if we mix in a little bit of sunny skin tone, we're going to have like a super nice highlight color for ropes around a gargant or something like that.
[09:44] We have three more paints to talk about in this paint set. And the first one is Deck Tan.
[09:47] This color, I don't think I've painted something in the last like 3 years without using Deck Tan because it is such a versatile paint.
[09:58] This color might seem like just a gray, but here's the thing. It can be used for so much more than that.
[10:03] First of all, we use this as a midtone for pretty much any non-metallic [music] steel that we do because it's such a beautiful paint.
[10:11] do because it's such a beautiful paint, but we also use it to paint horns.
[10:13] I've used it to paint leather.
[10:15] I use it to paint stones and rocks.
[10:18] Another good use would be to use it to highlight skeletal bones.
[10:20] If uh you look at my Warhammer Underworlds war band that I did of the skeletons,
[10:24] and you can either start from like a dark brown or from a black and it's going to look amazing.
[10:30] And whenever I want to paint something that's going to look white, so like a white fabric or a white armor, usually what I do is I use dect tan as sort of my midtone and shadowish.
[10:38] I use this through the airbrush from above and then I just go in and highlight it using an even brighter tone.
[10:49] So I get a little bit of black kind of transition with the help through the airbrush and then we just go brighter and brighter from there.
[10:56] And lastly, another thing that I kind of want to talk about with this one is whenever you paint something that is going to be gray.
[11:05] You don't need to just use this one. Mixing this one with say cayman green or like a dark magenta to
[11:11] cayman green or like a dark magenta to just get a hint of a different tone in
[11:12] just get a hint of a different tone in there is going to be really nice for
[11:14] there is going to be really nice for something like steel.
[11:16] something like steel. So, let me just do a quick showcase.
[11:18] a quick showcase. We can speed it up and then you get to see how it's going to
[11:20] then you get to see how it's going to look when it's finished.
[11:23] look when it's finished. So I mix black, dect tan, and [music] green to make our
[11:26] dect tan, and [music] green to make our first layer of highlights.
[11:30] Live is love within.
[11:34] Live is love within. But I promise you [music]
[12:05] So guys, there you have it. Two quick versions of steel using black and deck
[12:07] So guys, there you have it. Two quick versions of steel using black and deck tan as our base and then just adding a
[12:12] tan as our base and then just adding a little bit of tones from different colors [music] just to add a little bit of a color reflection to it.
[12:18] It might make it match your army a little bit better.
[12:20] [music] And the last two colors in this paint set are two inks.
[12:21] And these two paints are often not used to
[12:26] And these two paints are mostly not used through the regular brush for two reasons.
[12:30] They don't have any medium, so they don't really stick as well to the miniature.
[12:36] [music] They are super viscous, meaning that they flow super well.
[12:41] But how do we actually use them?
[12:44] Well, 90% of it is [music] through the airbrush.
[12:47] This skin ink is sort of a yellowy brown [music] tone and I use it a lot if I want to make like a sunnier skin tone.
[12:53] So I paint with the skin tones that we already shown in this video.
[12:55] I then add this to the airbrush spray from below as sort of like a filter and the skin tones become a lot warmer.
[13:01] I did this for all my garens and I think they turn out amazing.
[13:03] I also
[13:13] I think they turn out amazing.
[13:13] I also use this a lot through the airbrush to use this a lot through the airbrush to filter over painted wood.
[13:18] filter over painted wood.
[13:18] So what I do is I go in and paint wood [music] texture.
[13:19] is I go in and paint wood [music] texture.
[13:21] I then just use the airbrush to shade using skin ink and it [music] comes out amazing in a very very short amount of time.
[13:24] shade using skin ink and it [music] comes out amazing in a very very short amount of time.
[13:26] Also really good for leather actually if you [music] want to like punch your leather a little bit more.
[13:28] leather actually if you [music] want to like punch your leather a little bit more.
[13:31] It added texture through the airbrush and it looks like leather.
[13:34] more.
[13:34] It added texture through the airbrush and it looks like leather.
[13:36] Boom.
[13:36] And the magenta ink works in a very similar way.
[13:38] Boom.
[13:38] And the magenta ink works in a very similar way.
[13:40] So I use it through the airbrush to maybe add rosy flesh tone to some areas.
[13:43] the airbrush to maybe add rosy flesh tone to some areas.
[13:45] If I want to add more vibrancy to blues, I might airbrush with a magenta in the shadow of the blue to just punch the colors a little bit more and add some contrast.
[13:48] more vibrancy to blues, I might airbrush with a magenta in the shadow of the blue to just punch the colors a little bit more and add some contrast.
[13:50] with a magenta in the shadow of the blue to just punch the colors a little bit more and add some contrast.
[13:52] more and add some contrast.
[13:54] This one color again, super versatile.
[13:57] If you want to get more vibrancy to your miniatures and get some tonal variation, maybe around the cheeks, the mouth, the tongues of your miniature, spraying with magenta is going to just make it pop a lot.
[13:59] want to get more vibrancy to your miniatures and get some tonal variation, maybe around the cheeks, the mouth, the tongues of your miniature, spraying with magenta is going to just make it pop a lot.
[14:01] miniatures and get some tonal variation, maybe around the cheeks, the mouth, the tongues of your miniature, spraying with magenta is going to just make it pop a lot.
[14:04] maybe around the cheeks, the mouth, the tongues of your miniature, spraying with magenta is going to just make it pop a lot.
[14:06] tongues of your miniature, spraying with magenta is going to just make it pop a lot.
[14:08] magenta is going to just make it pop a lot.
[14:08] So, two really nice colors.
[14:13] lot. So, two really nice colors.
[14:15] But now it's time for the second paint set and it's time for the second paint set and what is probably the most popular paint set of them all so far.
[14:21] This is the Dark Future paint set.
[14:27] And there are plenty of reasons to love this paint set, but I'm going to start with two kind of self-explanatory colors.
[14:35] And that is the true metallic metal colors, silver and dark gunmetal.
[14:40] We use these two colors for pretty much anything that's going to look like silver or steel or iron, anything anything steish.
[14:48] We usually base coat with this color.
[14:50] This is dark gunmetal.
[14:53] And depending on what type of metal that we want to paint, we then highlight it in different levels all the way up to silver sometimes.
[15:04] So, if we want to do like a more grim dark metal, usually we just do like dark gunmetal and then highlight it using a mix with maybe 80% dark gunmetal and just a little bit of silver.
[15:14] and just a little bit of silver.
[15:16] can work your way up to like a clean silver.
[15:20] And these paints mix super well.
[15:22] So, you pretty much just need two metal paints to make a really nice looking steel.
[15:27] And if you want to paint like a brighter sort of steel, you can do your base coat like a mix 50/50 steel and silver.
[15:35] And then you just highlight it using cleaner silver.
[15:38] Two metal paints.
[15:39] That's all you need.
[15:41] And if you want to have like a nice [music] metal color, you really need to learn to mix these two together and blend them to make a really nice transition between the dark and [music] the light.
[15:49] But we don't tend to use washes.
[15:51] Using the dark gunmetal as your base coat should be enough to give you a really nice looking metal color.
[15:58] But now, let's hop on to the one that all of you are asking for.
[16:00] It's the non- metallic metal colors.
[16:10] Non-metallic metal is where this set shines [music] because in my opinion, it
[16:14] shines because in my opinion, it is the best mix of non-metallic metal.
[16:17] is the best mix of non-metallic metal colors out there right now.
[16:20] So, let's start with the colors that we use for gold NN.
[16:22] gold NN.
[16:24] And you've seen us use this in uh I think maybe too many videos, so I'm not going to do too much of a deep dive, but we start with dark rust.
[16:28] we start with dark rust.
[16:31] We then usually highlight it with a clean parasite brown.
[16:37] brown.
[16:40] We don't do any mixing with our shadow tone. We just highlight it using a clean one of those.
[16:41] We then add ice yellow and we highlight up more in transitions.
[16:44] So this one is like you want to maybe add it in three different layers before you reach a clean ice yellow.
[16:48] So parasite brown and ice yellow is going to be the 90% of the work.
[16:50] And then we just finally highlight it using sun yellow, which I think is probably the nicest warm yellow I've ever tried.
[16:55] I mean there's a reason it's in set.
[16:57] You usually just glaze like a super thin down glaze of this and that's enough to
[17:16] down glaze of this and that's enough to make your gold look really rich.
[17:19] And if you look at Lucas Golden Demon [music] entry, all like the gold coins made on that one is made using this set which I think speaks volume for how good this set actually is.
[17:28] And we have of course already made a tutorial showcasing this.
[17:33] So you can go follow that tutorial.
[17:35] So now let's speak a little bit more about one of the paints in this set, Parasite [music] Brown, which I think is very overlooked because this color can also be used in pretty much the same ways that we talked about with Japanese uniform in the previous one, but you get slightly different tone.
[17:55] So this one is perfect for horns, for teeth, for you can use it for wood.
[18:01] I used it on my gardens for my leather as well.
[18:03] So, I start out with dark flesh tone and then work my way up to parasite brown and sunny skin tone.
[18:10] [music] And it's a really nice color to use for pretty much anything where you want like a warmer yellow tone.
[18:14] And Lucas also used this
[18:17] Yellow tone.
[18:17] And Lucas also used this one a lot to shade his yellow.
[18:19] So, if he's painting with like a sun yellow and maybe you're doing Imperial Fist, you can use parasite brown as a nice like slightly orangey yellow shade tone for your yellow.
[18:31] I don't know how to explain it, but it looks really nice as a shadow color for this yellow, which it's not to be underrated.
[18:40] And lastly, I think it also works really well for sort of like uh sun-kissed skin.
[18:46] So, if you want to experiment with it for skin tone, can also recommend it for that.
[18:51] For steel NMM.
[18:51] This set also has you guys covered because in here we got dark sea blue.
[19:02] And dark sea blue is another one of those colors that personally I use it far too much.
[19:07] I wouldn't say I use it in every paint job, but pretty much any paint job where I want something a little bit cooler to contrast with.
[19:12] I use it as my shadow color for the dark blue.
[19:15] And for
[19:17] color for the dark blue.
[19:19] And for steel non-metallic metal, obviously steel non-metallic metal, obviously there's a billion ways you can go about it.
[19:21] You can use brown as your darkest tone.
[19:23] You can use black.
[19:26] But what we love to do, and you've seen us do this in this tutorial, is we use dark sea blue.
[19:28] Mix in about 50% decan as our this will be our midtone for the highlights.
[19:36] And then the brighter we go, we just add more and more icy yellow until we reach like a clean icy yellow for the highlight.
[19:41] That's in my opinion probably the the best looking vibrant steel.
[19:44] If you want sort of like a fantasy steel that really stands out.
[19:46] If you want something a little bit more neutral, obviously you use black as your starting color, but personally this is my favorite.
[19:48] But that's not the only use for dark sea blue because we obviously have our turquoise colors and blues in there.
[19:50] Again, this paint set is based off the way that Lucas and I paint and the way that we like to teach how to paint.
[19:52] And when we paint blues, we like to use turquoises because they are just a lot more vibrant.
[19:55] You can,
[20:19] are just a lot more vibrant. You can, of course, use regular blues, but for a
[20:21] course, use regular blues, but for a majority of our paint jobs, like when we
[20:23] majority of our paint jobs, like when we paint ultramarines, we use turquoise.
[20:25] paint ultramarines, we use turquoise. Blue squigs, instead of painting them
[20:27] Blue squigs, instead of painting them blue, we make them go up to like the
[20:29] blue, we make them go up to like the warmer turquoise instead. It just adds a
[20:32] warmer turquoise instead. It just adds a lot more oomph to your miniatures. And
[20:35] lot more oomph to your miniatures. And on screen here you can see a bunch of
[20:37] on screen here you can see a bunch of different squigs or trolls that we've
[20:39] different squigs or trolls that we've used blues to paint and I think it looks
[20:41] used blues to paint and I think it looks amazing. Lucas [music] dragon as well we
[20:43] amazing. Lucas [music] dragon as well we can include in there. So usually we add
[20:46] can include in there. So usually we add turquoise as our midtone and then you
[20:50] turquoise as our midtone and then you have blue green will be your highlight
[20:52] have blue green will be your highlight and as like a final punch you can use
[20:54] and as like a final punch you can use ice yellow as well. Mixing these three
[20:56] ice yellow as well. Mixing these three paints going from dark sea blue to
[20:59] paints going from dark sea blue to turquoise and then going up to blue
[21:01] turquoise and then going up to blue green is going to make for really really
[21:03] green is going to make for really really nice paint job. And then as we said
[21:05] nice paint job. And then as we said finally we usually go up with like ice
[21:07] finally we usually go up with like ice yellow for the highlight but you can use
[21:09] yellow for the highlight but you can use ivory or any other like highlight color
[21:12] ivory or any other like highlight color light flesh. Depending on [music] what
[21:13] light flesh. Depending on [music] what the end tone you want to have you can
[21:15] the end tone you want to have you can use the final highlight whichever one
[21:17] use the final highlight whichever one you like.
[21:20] And lastly we have our magentas in this
[21:24] And lastly we have our magentas in this set. And I think this is the reason why
[21:26] set. And I think this is the reason why we decided to call the set the dark
[21:28] we decided to call the set the dark future because you can mix the blues and
[21:30] future because you can mix the blues and the magentas to make like a really nice
[21:32] the magentas to make like a really nice sci-fi color with them [music]
[21:34] sci-fi color with them [music] contrasting each other. And these ones I
[21:37] contrasting each other. And these ones I don't think need like a ton of
[21:39] don't think need like a ton of explanation. It's just like a super dark
[21:41] explanation. It's just like a super dark vibrant magenta and sort of like midtone
[21:45] vibrant magenta and sort of like midtone magenta and then the highlight magenta
[21:47] magenta and then the highlight magenta and then you can work your way up with
[21:49] and then you can work your way up with the highlights using these [music] three
[21:51] the highlights using these [music] three paints. And personally, when I paint
[21:54] paints. And personally, when I paint with magentas, my favorite color to
[21:56] with magentas, my favorite color to highlight with is sunny skin tone, cuz
[21:58] highlight with is sunny skin tone, cuz it just makes the magenta feel really
[22:00] it just makes the magenta feel really warm and maybe not look quite as pink.
[22:03] warm and maybe not look quite as pink. And one of the times when I used this
[22:05] And one of the times when I used this was when I painted my pink horrors, and
[22:07] was when I painted my pink horrors, and I think they turned out pretty amazing.
[22:09] I think they turned out pretty amazing. So, if you want to learn to paint non-
[22:11] So, if you want to learn to paint non- metallic metal [music] and do some
[22:13] metallic metal [music] and do some sci-fi stuff, this set is going to be so
[22:16] sci-fi stuff, this set is going to be so so good [music] for you. You should
[22:18] so good [music] for you. You should definitely check it out. But lastly,
[22:19] definitely check it out. But lastly, there is one paint I haven't talked
[22:21] there is one paint I haven't talked about, and [music] that is snake green.
[22:24] about, and [music] that is snake green. And this is an express color. And
[22:26] And this is an express color. And [music] we use it more like an ink. So,
[22:29] [music] we use it more like an ink. So, similar way that we do with magenta ink
[22:31] similar way that we do with magenta ink and the skin [music] ink in the
[22:32] and the skin [music] ink in the essential set, I use this through the
[22:34] essential set, I use this through the airbrush to shade miniatures, add greens
[22:37] airbrush to shade miniatures, add greens to areas, and add vibrancy to shadow.
[22:40] to areas, and add vibrancy to shadow. And since the paint is sort of
[22:41] And since the paint is sort of translucent, it does really well through
[22:44] translucent, it does really well through the airbrush, helping to blend different
[22:46] the airbrush, helping to blend different layers. So, if you want a smoother
[22:48] layers. So, if you want a smoother transition, thinning this [music] down
[22:50] transition, thinning this [music] down and spraying it sort of like a filter is
[22:52] and spraying it sort of like a filter is going to do a good job to blend
[22:54] going to do a good job to blend different colors for you and layers. And
[22:56] different colors for you and layers. And this is sort of like a cold green ink.
[23:00] this is sort of like a cold green ink. So, it can definitely read both as green
[23:02] So, it can definitely read both as green and blue [music] depending on what you
[23:04] and blue [music] depending on what you spray it on top of. If you want to, you
[23:07] spray it on top of. If you want to, you can spray it directly through the
[23:08] can spray it directly through the airbrush and it's going to look really
[23:10] airbrush and it's going to look really nice. You don't even need like an
[23:12] nice. You don't even need like an airbrush thinner. It's going to spray
[23:14] airbrush thinner. It's going to spray even without that. So, really cool
[23:16] even without that. So, really cool color. Definitely recommend to use. So,
[23:19] color. Definitely recommend to use. So, now let's hop on to the third set and
[23:21] now let's hop on to the third set and the one that I think has the coolest
[23:23] the one that I think has the coolest artwork. It's the fantasy paint set. And
[23:26] artwork. It's the fantasy paint set. And this paint set contains all the lovely
[23:28] this paint set contains all the lovely greens and oranges [music] and reds that
[23:31] greens and oranges [music] and reds that we use on a daily basis. But first,
[23:34] we use on a daily basis. But first, let's talk about one color that anyone
[23:37] let's talk about one color that anyone should have in their paint set, even if
[23:40] should have in their paint set, even if it's not in the essential paint set.
[23:42] it's not in the essential paint set. This is ivory. And this paint we use for
[23:46] This is ivory. And this paint we use for a lot of different things. This is sort
[23:48] a lot of different things. This is sort of like a final highlight color where
[23:50] of like a final highlight color where you want [music] something to be white
[23:51] you want [music] something to be white without it being a pure white. That's
[23:54] without it being a pure white. That's when we use ivory. It's more like an
[23:57] when we use ivory. It's more like an eggshell kind of tone which [music] I
[24:00] eggshell kind of tone which [music] I think can be really nice when you like
[24:02] think can be really nice when you like want to highlight the teeth or final
[24:04] want to highlight the teeth or final edge of a horn or something like that.
[24:06] edge of a horn or something like that. It can be used for most anything.
[24:08] It can be used for most anything. [music] And if you want to have like a
[24:09] [music] And if you want to have like a slightly more desaturated final
[24:11] slightly more desaturated final highlight as opposed to maybe light
[24:13] highlight as opposed to maybe light flesh or ice yellow, this one is the one
[24:16] flesh or ice yellow, this one is the one that you should go to. But now let's
[24:18] that you should go to. But now let's also talk about the gold colors. This is
[24:21] also talk about the gold colors. This is [music] tiny tin and glorious gold. And
[24:24] [music] tiny tin and glorious gold. And these are the two gold colors that we
[24:26] these are the two gold colors that we use for anything that we want to have
[24:29] use for anything that we want to have true metallic [music] gold. Usually what
[24:31] true metallic [music] gold. Usually what we start with is we shade it with tiny
[24:33] we start with is we shade it with tiny tin and then we go in with glorious gold
[24:37] tin and then we go in with glorious gold as our highlight. And these two,
[24:39] as our highlight. And these two, similarly to the metallic colors that we
[24:41] similarly to the metallic colors that we used in the dark future set, these mix
[24:43] used in the dark future set, these mix really well. So we used these for the
[24:47] really well. So we used these for the Warlord Python diarama and I was so
[24:49] Warlord Python diarama and I was so happy with how that came out, which is
[24:51] happy with how that came out, which is why these bad boys are in the paint
[24:53] why these bad boys are in the paint [music] set. I know Games Workshop as an
[24:55] [music] set. I know Games Workshop as an example, they often like to like edge
[24:57] example, they often like to like edge highlight gold with silver, but that
[24:59] highlight gold with silver, but that often just makes their gold look like
[25:02] often just makes their gold look like silver. You can use these and [music]
[25:03] silver. You can use these and [music] just have the glorious gold as the final
[25:06] just have the glorious gold as the final highlight and it's going to look really,
[25:07] highlight and it's going to look really, really nice as you can see by this space
[25:10] really nice as you can see by this space marine we've painted in the past and
[25:12] marine we've painted in the past and this massive warlord [music] titan and
[25:15] this massive warlord [music] titan and we did and I think it looks just
[25:16] we did and I think it looks just amazing. When it comes to true metallic
[25:19] amazing. When it comes to true metallic copper, as an example, Nurgal, we just
[25:22] copper, as an example, Nurgal, we just use tinitin. That is the only paint that
[25:24] use tinitin. That is the only paint that we [music] use. We just add one layer of
[25:26] we [music] use. We just add one layer of this and then we add the oxidization
[25:28] this and then we add the oxidization with like a turquoise and it just looks
[25:30] with like a turquoise and it just looks amazing with that. So you don't need a
[25:33] amazing with that. So you don't need a ton of metal colors to make things look
[25:35] ton of metal colors to make things look really beautiful. I have once used a
[25:38] really beautiful. I have once used a little bit of silver to the tinit and
[25:42] little bit of silver to the tinit and highlighted it with that. And I think
[25:44] highlighted it with that. And I think that looks okay as an highlight. Like
[25:46] that looks okay as an highlight. Like you don't want to go full silver, but
[25:48] you don't want to go full silver, but you can add maybe like 50% silver to it
[25:50] you can add maybe like 50% silver to it and it's going to look pretty okay.
[25:52] and it's going to look pretty okay. Personally, I just prefer not to
[25:54] Personally, I just prefer not to highlight it or use like weathering and
[25:56] highlight it or use like weathering and that's going to make it look really
[25:58] that's going to make it look really good. So, keep it simple to make it look
[26:00] good. So, keep it simple to make it look good. There is also a ton of greens in
[26:02] good. There is also a ton of greens in this paint set and [music] uh they are
[26:05] this paint set and [music] uh they are my favorite greens and as you guys know
[26:06] my favorite greens and as you guys know I paint a lot of green whether it's saf,
[26:11] I paint a lot of green whether it's saf, it is nurgal squigs, it is silven, I I
[26:16] it is nurgal squigs, it is silven, I I paint green. Let's just put it that way.
[26:18] paint green. Let's just put it that way. Usually when I want to paint green,
[26:19] Usually when I want to paint green, [music] I start with dark green. It's
[26:21] [music] I start with dark green. It's just the best shadow green that I've
[26:24] just the best shadow green that I've tried. And I then mix my way up. So I do
[26:27] tried. And I then mix my way up. So I do like a 50/50 mix of dark green and lime
[26:30] like a 50/50 mix of dark green and lime green, which gives you this sort of like
[26:31] green, which gives you this sort of like emerald green that is super good for
[26:34] emerald green that is super good for like orc skin or just as your midtone
[26:36] like orc skin or just as your midtone [music] as you work your way up to lime
[26:38] [music] as you work your way up to lime green. But once you reach the clean lime
[26:41] green. But once you reach the clean lime green, there's a couple of [music]
[26:42] green, there's a couple of [music] different roots that you can take. If
[26:44] different roots that you can take. If you want it to be super saturated, like
[26:46] you want it to be super saturated, like super vibrant, you highlight it with
[26:48] super vibrant, you highlight it with yellow green, which I think is a really
[26:51] yellow green, which I think is a really nice color [music] in the set. If you
[26:52] nice color [music] in the set. If you want to do a little bit more saturated,
[26:55] want to do a little bit more saturated, you can go to a
[26:56] you can go to a >> ice yellow
[26:56] >> ice yellow >> and highlight with
[26:58] >> and highlight with >> ice yellow.
[26:58] >> ice yellow. >> This one is a quite common way that I
[27:01] >> This one is a quite common way that I go. But if you want to go like full
[27:04] go. But if you want to go like full David Soaper style, closest way to get
[27:07] David Soaper style, closest way to get to his orc skin tone or Nurgle skin tone
[27:10] to his orc skin tone or Nurgle skin tone is to highlight it with ivory, [music]
[27:12] is to highlight it with ivory, [music] which I think works just as fine, but it
[27:14] which I think works just as fine, but it is even more desaturated. Uh, but I it's
[27:18] is even more desaturated. Uh, but I it's weird to explain because it still looks
[27:20] weird to explain because it still looks sort of like very orcy. Either one of
[27:23] sort of like very orcy. Either one of these ways are perfectly fine, but
[27:26] these ways are perfectly fine, but there's just like different ways to
[27:28] there's just like different ways to highlight it. And these greens are very
[27:31] highlight it. And these greens are very warm. Uh so we have one that is just a
[27:34] warm. Uh so we have one that is just a slightly bit colder which is called uh
[27:37] slightly bit colder which is called uh scorpy [music] green. It's just a little
[27:39] scorpy [music] green. It's just a little bit more towards like emerald green but
[27:42] bit more towards like emerald green but it's just a tiny bit less uh warm and
[27:45] it's just a tiny bit less uh warm and yellow than the lime green. So it's it's
[27:48] yellow than the lime green. So it's it's more like a personal preference kind of
[27:49] more like a personal preference kind of thing. Personally I use lime green most
[27:51] thing. Personally I use lime green most of the time and then sometimes I use
[27:53] of the time and then sometimes I use scorpie green. The last green that we
[27:55] scorpie green. The last green that we have in the set is Cayman green, which I
[27:58] have in the set is Cayman green, which I think is the perfect sort of military
[28:00] think is the perfect sort of military green color. If [clears throat] you're
[28:01] green color. If [clears throat] you're painting Imperial Fist or if you're
[28:03] painting Imperial Fist or if you're doing Nurgal, this color is really,
[28:07] doing Nurgal, this color is really, really nice. Like a more desaturated
[28:09] really nice. Like a more desaturated olive green. There's many different ways
[28:11] olive green. There's many different ways of making [music] military green. You
[28:14] of making [music] military green. You can also mix and dark rust with lime
[28:17] can also mix and dark rust with lime green and you're going to have like a
[28:19] green and you're going to have like a really nice olive green tone. It's very
[28:21] really nice olive green tone. It's very similar to Cayman green, but it has a
[28:24] similar to Cayman green, but it has a little bit more warmth to it. So, these
[28:26] little bit more warmth to it. So, these two are kind of similar, but this one
[28:28] two are kind of similar, but this one gives you more like pukeish green, and
[28:31] gives you more like pukeish green, and this one is more desaturated military
[28:33] this one is more desaturated military green. So, these greens will make you
[28:35] green. So, these greens will make you really, really happy. Another good thing
[28:37] really, really happy. Another good thing with cayman green as well that we use it
[28:39] with cayman green as well that we use it for is if you want to paint like a
[28:41] for is if you want to paint like a greenish wood. So, if you base coated a
[28:44] greenish wood. So, if you base coated a rat's [music] horn in dark rust, so it's
[28:46] rat's [music] horn in dark rust, so it's like completely brown. If you go in with
[28:47] like completely brown. If you go in with a clean cayman green on top of that, it
[28:51] a clean cayman green on top of that, it is going to read really well [music] as
[28:53] is going to read really well [music] as a horn, or if you paint it on top of
[28:56] a horn, or if you paint it on top of wood, it's going to read as wood. Just a
[28:57] wood, it's going to read as wood. Just a more like greenish hue to that wood. So,
[29:00] more like greenish hue to that wood. So, don't limit yourself to like, oh, my
[29:02] don't limit yourself to like, oh, my wood has to be brown or [music] it has
[29:04] wood has to be brown or [music] it has to be gray. You can use different tones
[29:07] to be gray. You can use different tones similar to cayman green to highlight
[29:09] similar to cayman green to highlight that type of thing as well.
[29:13] And lastly, let's talk about the red and
[29:16] And lastly, let's talk about the red and yellow spectrum colors we have in this
[29:18] yellow spectrum colors we have in this set. So, start with the two reds, gory
[29:21] set. So, start with the two reds, gory red and scarlet blood. So, whenever you
[29:24] red and scarlet blood. So, whenever you want to paint something really vibrantly
[29:26] want to paint something really vibrantly red, usually what we do is we start and
[29:28] red, usually what we do is we start and base coat on top of black with gory red.
[29:32] base coat on top of black with gory red. And then we just work our way up to
[29:34] And then we just work our way up to scarlet [music] blood. And these two
[29:36] scarlet [music] blood. And these two colors make for a really, really, really
[29:38] colors make for a really, really, really nice tone. but you don't quite reach
[29:40] nice tone. but you don't quite reach that like final punch contrast that you
[29:43] that like final punch contrast that you want on it. So then you can bring in
[29:45] want on it. So then you can bring in either hot orange or light flesh tone or
[29:49] either hot orange or light flesh tone or sunny skin tone, whichever one you you
[29:52] sunny skin tone, whichever one you you like.
[29:53] like. But highlighting scarlet blood with a
[29:56] But highlighting scarlet blood with a little bit of orange [music] and a
[29:58] little bit of orange [music] and a little bit of light flesh makes for a
[30:00] little bit of light flesh makes for a really really nice warm sort of
[30:02] really really nice warm sort of highlight tone. [music] And heck, you
[30:04] highlight tone. [music] And heck, you can even mix in a bit of sunny skin tone
[30:06] can even mix in a bit of sunny skin tone maybe to it depending on if you want to
[30:08] maybe to it depending on if you want to go super warm or a bit more towards like
[30:11] go super warm or a bit more towards like the classic colder red. Then you don't
[30:15] the classic colder red. Then you don't need to use the hot orange. You can just
[30:17] need to use the hot orange. You can just highlight scarlet blood with light flesh
[30:19] highlight scarlet blood with light flesh and it's going to give you a really
[30:21] and it's going to give you a really really nice tone. And these are super
[30:23] really nice tone. And these are super versatile. You can't just use it for
[30:25] versatile. You can't just use it for red. You can use it to like enhance skin
[30:28] red. You can use it to like enhance skin tones as well. If you want your skin
[30:30] tones as well. If you want your skin tones to be more orange, maybe mix in a
[30:32] tones to be more orange, maybe mix in a little bit of hot orange to that. If you
[30:33] little bit of hot orange to that. If you want it to be more rosy, mix in a tiny
[30:35] want it to be more rosy, mix in a tiny bit of Scarlet Blood into your skin
[30:37] bit of Scarlet Blood into your skin tones and it's going to be super pinkish
[30:39] tones and it's going to be super pinkish super quick cuz it's super dense in
[30:42] super quick cuz it's super dense in pigment. So, it covers really nicely for
[30:44] pigment. So, it covers really nicely for being a red this vibrant. It's just
[30:46] being a red this vibrant. It's just again my favorite red I think I've ever
[30:48] again my favorite red I think I've ever tried. It's just super beautiful. When
[30:51] tried. It's just super beautiful. When it comes to the orange, this again is a
[30:53] it comes to the orange, this again is a super nice color that you can [music]
[30:55] super nice color that you can [music] use in so many different ways. But
[30:58] use in so many different ways. But shading orange can a lot of times be
[31:00] shading orange can a lot of times be difficult for people to kind of know how
[31:02] difficult for people to kind of know how you want to shade it. Personally, I'm a
[31:04] you want to shade it. Personally, I'm a big proponent of shading orange with
[31:07] big proponent of shading orange with magenta. [music] We did this on the
[31:09] magenta. [music] We did this on the first Squidmar master class when we did
[31:11] first Squidmar master class when we did the octopus on the elf's shoulder. We
[31:14] the octopus on the elf's shoulder. We take [music] orange and then we use the
[31:16] take [music] orange and then we use the magenta to shade it down on the sides.
[31:18] magenta to shade it down on the sides. This keeps the orange super vibrant, but
[31:21] This keeps the orange super vibrant, but it also becomes a little bit colder in
[31:22] it also becomes a little bit colder in the shadows because the magenta [music]
[31:24] the shadows because the magenta [music] has more blue in it. You can also use
[31:26] has more blue in it. You can also use the skin tone ink through the airbrush.
[31:28] the skin tone ink through the airbrush. Like if you're painting, say orange
[31:29] Like if you're painting, say orange space marines, you do the hot orange as
[31:32] space marines, you do the hot orange as your base coat. You then use the skin
[31:34] your base coat. You then use the skin ink and shade it. And [music] for your
[31:36] ink and shade it. And [music] for your highlight, you just use hot orange and
[31:39] highlight, you just use hot orange and work your way up with a little bit of
[31:40] work your way up with a little bit of sunny skin tone. So maybe like a 30%
[31:43] sunny skin tone. So maybe like a 30% sunny skin tone to the hot orange. and
[31:45] sunny skin tone to the hot orange. and then do a final layer which is like 50
[31:48] then do a final layer which is like 50 60% sunny skin tone. And that's pretty
[31:51] 60% sunny skin tone. And that's pretty much all you need to have a really nice
[31:53] much all you need to have a really nice orange. We have one last color in here
[31:55] orange. We have one last color in here and this one don't need a ton of
[31:57] and this one don't need a ton of explanation. This is moon yellow. And
[32:00] explanation. This is moon yellow. And this one is pretty much just colder
[32:04] this one is pretty much just colder version of sun yellow. So sun yellow is
[32:06] version of sun yellow. So sun yellow is a very warm yellow. Moon orange is a
[32:08] a very warm yellow. Moon orange is a little bit colder. So, for Imperial
[32:11] little bit colder. So, for Imperial Fists, I'm a proponent of having [music]
[32:13] Fists, I'm a proponent of having [music] like a very warm yellow, but Lucas, he
[32:16] like a very warm yellow, but Lucas, he prefers having cold yellow in his
[32:18] prefers having cold yellow in his highlight. And these two just complement
[32:21] highlight. And these two just complement [music] each other depending on like if
[32:23] [music] each other depending on like if you want to go warm or if you want to go
[32:24] you want to go warm or if you want to go cold. Both are super vibrant and look
[32:27] cold. Both are super vibrant and look really nice. They have a really nice
[32:28] really nice. They have a really nice coverage as well, which not all yellow
[32:31] coverage as well, which not all yellow can can say that they have. But in
[32:33] can can say that they have. But in tandem, these two work perfectly. So,
[32:35] tandem, these two work perfectly. So, just remember moon yellow for when you
[32:37] just remember moon yellow for when you want to have a colder paint scheme and
[32:39] want to have a colder paint scheme and sun yellow when you want to have a
[32:40] sun yellow when you want to have a warmer yellow paint scheme. But as you
[32:43] warmer yellow paint scheme. But as you guys can see with these sets, they very
[32:45] guys can see with these sets, they very much complement each other. They have a
[32:47] much complement each other. They have a lot of like cross love. So, if you want
[32:49] lot of like cross love. So, if you want to be able to paint everything, you buy
[32:51] to be able to paint everything, you buy all three of these paint sets. But if
[32:53] all three of these paint sets. But if you just want to try something out like
[32:55] you just want to try something out like non-metallic metal, you buy the
[32:56] non-metallic metal, you buy the essential set and the dark future set
[32:59] essential set and the dark future set because in tandem, that's when you get
[33:01] because in tandem, that's when you get the most from your paint sets. And then
[33:04] the most from your paint sets. And then earlier this year, we released the
[33:07] earlier this year, we released the special effects paint set. And this is
[33:09] special effects paint set. And this is sort of like the next level set for
[33:12] sort of like the next level set for people that want to take their painting
[33:14] people that want to take their painting to the next level. The first three
[33:15] to the next level. The first three [music] are the ones you need to paint
[33:17] [music] are the ones you need to paint anything. And these are the ones you buy
[33:19] anything. And these are the ones you buy if you want to have a little bit more
[33:20] if you want to have a little bit more fun and maybe bring even more vibrancy
[33:23] fun and maybe bring even more vibrancy to your paint job. The special effect
[33:25] to your paint job. The special effect set is not nearly as important. This one
[33:27] set is not nearly as important. This one only contains the paints that like
[33:29] only contains the paints that like pushes your paint jobs to look more
[33:32] pushes your paint jobs to look more fancy. So, it's packed with eight inks.
[33:34] fancy. So, it's packed with eight inks. Anything from black ink all the way up
[33:37] Anything from black ink all the way up to orange ink that you can use through
[33:39] to orange ink that you can use through the airbrush or glazing in to make your
[33:42] the airbrush or glazing in to make your paint jobs more vibrant. They complement
[33:45] paint jobs more vibrant. They complement the the inks that we already have. So,
[33:47] the the inks that we already have. So, magenta green and skin ink. [music] And
[33:48] magenta green and skin ink. [music] And here you have saraf red, red ink, violet
[33:51] here you have saraf red, red ink, violet ink, dark turquoise ink, green ink,
[33:53] ink, dark turquoise ink, green ink, [music] sepia ink, and black ink and
[33:57] [music] sepia ink, and black ink and chameleon orange. And all these paints
[33:59] chameleon orange. And all these paints together with the inks in the initial
[34:01] together with the inks in the initial set will give you all the inks you're
[34:03] set will give you all the inks you're pretty much ever going to need. And
[34:04] pretty much ever going to need. And lastly in there, we also have four
[34:06] lastly in there, we also have four [music] fluorescent colors that I think
[34:09] [music] fluorescent colors that I think is the thing that can make your army
[34:12] is the thing that can make your army stand [music] out on a gaming table. So
[34:13] stand [music] out on a gaming table. So if you have a space marine army and you
[34:15] if you have a space marine army and you want to paint plasma coils or if you
[34:17] want to paint plasma coils or if you want to do lava weapons, getting
[34:19] want to do lava weapons, getting fluorescent [music] paints is going to
[34:20] fluorescent [music] paints is going to just make everything pop beyond what the
[34:24] just make everything pop beyond what the normal person [music] can do. I mean,
[34:25] normal person [music] can do. I mean, it's been a long video, but I think I
[34:27] it's been a long video, but I think I covered pretty much everything we use uh
[34:29] covered pretty much everything we use uh in the paint sets. And hopefully you can
[34:31] in the paint sets. And hopefully you can get a little bit more from the paints
[34:33] get a little bit more from the paints that you have now. Opening up your mind
[34:35] that you have now. Opening up your mind maybe on how to use some of the paints
[34:37] maybe on how to use some of the paints like Parasite Brown outside of painting
[34:39] like Parasite Brown outside of painting just gold. You can use it for leather
[34:41] just gold. You can use it for leather and for skin tones and for horns. But
[34:44] and for skin tones and for horns. But these paint sets, in my opinion, I feel
[34:46] these paint sets, in my opinion, I feel like we did a really good job because
[34:47] like we did a really good job because the last like three years, everything
[34:50] the last like three years, everything Lucas and I have painted on this channel
[34:52] Lucas and I have painted on this channel has been done using only these 36 paints
[34:56] has been done using only these 36 paints does the special effects and inks. Of
[35:00] does the special effects and inks. Of course, sometimes we pop in a color here
[35:02] course, sometimes we pop in a color here or there for a specific [music] paint
[35:04] or there for a specific [music] paint job. Save some time, but even then,
[35:06] job. Save some time, but even then, those colors that we use, you can mix
[35:09] those colors that we use, you can mix using these [music] paints. So, if you
[35:10] using these [music] paints. So, if you want to make your life easy, you want to
[35:12] want to make your life easy, you want to be able to follow our paint jobs and
[35:14] be able to follow our paint jobs and tutorials, [music] make sure to check
