[00:28] As chairman of the National Committee on Energy Reform, he oversees key agencies driving Mongolia's economic reform and investment agenda, including the investment and trade agency, the Authority for Fair Competition and Consumer Protection, and the State Procurement Agency.

[01:26] And this year's theme strategic minerals strategic capital captures precisely where Mongolia sees its future.
[01:35] Mongolia is endored with the worldass reserves of copper elements and other critical minerals essential to the energy transition advanced manufacturing.
[01:47] As global demand accelerates, Mongolia has a clear role to play in a diversifying in the securing supply chains aligned with the United States and its partners.
[01:58] But the resource alone are not enough.
[02:02] Our priority now is to connect this strategic resource with the strategic

[02:42] The third, the strengthening partnerships with the US financial institutions, development finance tools and long-term investors to mobilize largecale capital into Mongolia.
[02:54] In this context, we welcome and encourage deeper engagement from American friends, investors.
