https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4-raP0sBkvM

[00:02] Welcome to Deliver Me TTI.
[00:05] My name is Idry Thomas and I am the managing director of Deliver Me TTI.
[00:11] First of all, I'd like to thank you for applying to us to help you to earn more.
[00:19] We have reviewed your application and you have completed successfully the first stage of enrolling to be a driver.
[00:30] What I would like to do now is just simply give you a little introductory to our services so we understand each other.
[00:38] And you would understand how to navigate the app.
[00:43] Now currently, if you're enrolling right now, you will probably be on the old version.
[00:49] We are soon to be upgrading onto the new version where we're going to have some cool features for the driver.
[00:58] This is where you would be able to.
[01:04] See um, how many times uh rer road with us, so that's a real cool safety feature.
[01:12] And then also multiple stops, so an incoming ride is coming in, you would be able to see if it is this person has um is requesting more than one stop, all right.
[01:28] Now deliver me.
[01:30] Tit offers taxi services throughout the island.
[01:33] We are obviously more um populated in for popular sorry in the urban areas, right.
[01:43] Most of my drivers yes are along the east west Corridor and a lot of customers are there, then Central and then South, all right.
[01:58] It's not that we will tell you where you have to go and apply your trade, we don't do that.
[02:04] You can go wherever you want all.
[02:07] Right, if it is that is not popular or you're not earning to your full potential in one area, by all means we welcome you to go to another location where it is that you may get more traffic.
[02:21] So our Hub area that is known right here for the spin um Sanan Tuna, Puna, St. Augustine, Chaguanas, Sandu, all right.
[02:33] So I just gave you first of all East West Corridor always has rights, then Central, and then South.
[02:44] What I would say though for theiving me, we have a lot of part-time drivers.
[02:48] So if you're one that can outfit yourself in the morning, our peak times are from 5: to I would say about 9:9, and then you have in the evening when a lot of drivers come offline, so there's less competition if you wish, less.
[03:08] Traffic less, noise less, congestion on your roads.
[03:11] Um, it's not as hot.
[03:15] You will be able to use the service and earn quicker.
[03:24] All right, now at this stage we will, I will discuss with you how to use the app.
[03:31] You will be getting video tutorials once it is that you do agree to the service agreement.
[03:37] Um, you will get that via um our support team.
[03:43] We would share with you how to understand your wallet, how um your earning statement, how to make your commission payments, your cash out process.
[03:54] We will discuss the waiting policy if you had to take appointments.
[03:58] So there's a lot of juicy information.
[04:00] Okay, the key thing about this is is that when a ride comes in, in particular you have to be online, you have to have your on, you must be on duty.
[04:07] Okay, admin cannot remember all the.
[04:10] Drivers that we have, but the more presence that you show and the more appointments that you take, you are remembered, okay?
[04:15] So put on your app.
[04:21] We do get customers who, uh, um, using the app or they're communicating with us might by other means, and they may want to ride now.
[04:32] We are looking for the closest driver, and we will give, we will call you, we will call you via WhatsApp, we will call you, make a regular call to you and ask you if it is that you like to take the ride.
[04:44] So please don't ignore our number.
[04:46] You may get it from 683 7433, 688 4743, or maybe another number, but those are primary numbers, okay?
[04:58] Um, the key things that you will see: the pickup address, the drop address, how many kilometers you away, the type of car, it would say what is essential, premium, 7-seater, or Priet delivery.
[05:10] First thing to do is look and.
[05:13] At that, how many, how far, you, we, how many?
[05:15] Um, how many kilometers you are away?
[05:18] We generally try to tell drivers to stay under 10 km, all right.
[05:22] That way you can arrive quickly to your customer, all right.
[05:26] It's a higher probability that the rider would wait.
[05:32] Now, if it's peak time, traffic, you have to gauge that.
[05:36] And they may not be 10 km; it may be less, all right.
[05:40] But once you do accept the ride, the details of the customer will come up.
[05:43] Their name, possibly an image, not always guaranteed, and their telephone number.
[05:51] By default, you are to call the customer, yes.
[05:53] The app allows you to message the customer, but it's not safe, okay.
[05:56] Respectfully call the customer, introduce yourself, and ask relevant questions.
[06:00] Verify the pick-up address and the drop-off address.
[06:04] How many people will be in the car, because your car, if it's a min-seater or not, minis six?
[06:13] A SUV or sedan, it's full, so you want to make sure that you're not wasting your time.
[06:18] Some people make mistakes with the pick up on a drop address, you may have forers, so you want to verify that now.
[06:25] One thing though is that the DMTT does not necessarily promote that we pick up rights for somebody else, that's a safety reason.
[06:33] All right, now if it is a mother is asking to pick up her child, then that's different.
[06:38] If it is that you have a young adult who's asking to pick up a relative, that is different.
[06:44] Yes, you will go through and approve that.
[06:47] However, if you have a youngster between the bracket of 18 to 30 and they're asking you to pick up their friend, I, that's those are red flags for deliver me.
[06:56] All right, we, I'm not saying you're blacklisting, well, than I'm saying for you to be cautious.
[07:03] So you need to look at your app and ask and verify if this is a regular rider with us.
[07:08] All right, in the new version it will be stated, but if it's not in the old.
[07:14] Version it is not going to be stated all right.
[07:17] So you will have to call or message in telegram to the admin to ask quickly if this person has ever rued with us.
[07:24] We will tell you all right.
[07:30] So be aware if it is that they requesting a ride and they're trying to put you somewhere else.
[07:35] Be aware that if it is a young if it's a person requested ride but when it is a they didn't declare how many passengers but when you arrive you're seeing people looking suspicious or uncomfortable then don't proceed on your ride.
[07:52] Approach the customers with your doors lock okay and look carefully for the person.
[07:58] If is that as I'm saying it's not the person if you feel that this is not a job you want to do you are not obligated to do that.
[08:05] You are not obligated to go in high-risk areas either all right.
[08:10] But once you do accept.
[08:15] It, um, it's intended that you go straight to the customer.
[08:18] The map there is a icon, a pointer on the map that would activate Ways and Google Maps.
[08:30] Um, if you don't have Ways, you have to download it, and um, you can press that pointer; it will give you voice navigation to get to the customer, and you go there immediately.
[08:39] One pro tip I offer to drivers is: 3 to 5 minutes before you reach location, you call the customer and make sure that they still want the job, or whether they like to cancel, or whether they'll be late.
[08:56] That's critical, all right, um, because I have seen drivers get upset: they reach, and then the customer has long gone for whatever reason — they got on somebody else, they don't want it, to again, or whatever reason, all right.
[09:10] But it is an alert that you are coming, if it is that you have arrived.
[09:15] And the customer still has not come to the car after 3 to 5 minutes.
[09:19] You're within your right to call the customer and let them know and that we would have to start the app where the waiting fees would occur.
[09:27] Admittedly, some customers would not come up to the car because they don't want to pay that dollar a minute.
[09:33] Okay, um, so this is our guidelines to state 3 to 5 minutes before.
[09:40] All right, use your discretion.
[09:42] If it's a big job, don't become emotional and give it up.
[09:45] Do the job.
[09:48] We all understand that there's traffic on the nation's roadways that would help.
[09:51] Um, your fair estimate goes up if a customer has multiple rights, multiple stops.
[09:58] You do not stop the app if it is a customer going to multiple stops.
[10:05] You don't — the longer the C, the longer the time the customer is in the car with you, the more money you make.
[10:12] So if it is that they go over 20 km, your rate...
[10:15] The rate goes up for your car of which you can verify and your rate card is there for you to see.
[10:20] All right, so you don't want to do that.
[10:23] No matter how much they may encourage you to do that, you do not do that.
[10:26] So any customers, any car with you, politely verify where they're going.
[10:30] Some customers may change their mind, right?
[10:34] They may change their mind and you, um, what you want to say there?
[10:42] Yeah, they may, um, sorry about that, I just got distracted there for a second.
[10:49] So you're reverifying that customers, um, would like to accuse the company that we the drivers are taking the longest route possible, and you don't want something like that.
[11:10] Okay, and then you do your ride.
[11:11] When you do your ride, a customer...
[11:15] Has the option of paying via their debit, cash, or credit card.
[11:21] Drivers who are found to be interrogating a customer about their choice of payment from the time they accepted ride can be dismissed by the organization.
[11:32] By deliver me, it's not polite to ask people how they pay because we advertise that they can pay via cash or credit card.
[11:41] We are not forcing you, but we ask that you simply do not agree to our terms and conditions if that be the case.
[11:53] Okay, allow people to pay the way they choose.
[11:58] It's a contactless experience.
[12:00] We have cash out policies now.
[12:03] This being said, 'cause we do understand what it's like to take a ride that is $3, $400 and not receive any cash in your hands.
[12:14] What do we do in a situation like?
[12:17] That so if you see a ride as potentially a high earning job and you're say you're already in credit on your wallet you can ask for approval for a cash out we would gladly give it to you because we don't want to miss the opportunity of not having the customer or the customer leaving the service okay so bear that in mind okay.
[12:43] So once you do the ride and you end ride a custom it will come up in cash or credit card if it's cash you see a dollar value if it's um credit card it would see z0 all right.
[12:56] Now we have a video to help you understand your wallet and your credit card I understand that not many people would get it so once it is that your approved admin was would gladly share you those videos okay.
[13:11] Also drivers need to understand to be honest we are partnering.
[13:18] Together, okay? I am giving you jobs.
[13:21] You do the jobs and I make a commission off of it.
[13:24] If it's a cash arrive, you make a commission off of it.
[13:29] If it's a credit card, right?
[13:33] The purpose of you being here, yes, is also, um, to, to for you to earn.
[13:38] But it's not for you to attempt to take the Deliver Me customers.
[13:48] Yes, I do understand.
[13:51] With you being attractive, your car is attractive, you have great customer service, um, personality, you're warm, you're friendly, that customers make call you.
[14:04] We do understand that what you must do is always encourage and use the app, the Deliver Me app.
[14:11] It is for your safety.
[14:14] It is helping to monitor the rides and give proper pricing.
[14:17] Drivers who are found to be...
[14:22] Luring customers away from doing the right thing other than our policy accounts will be deactivated.
[14:30] All right, it's not because when things go wrong everybody understands now that social media is very public.
[14:38] It's a forum for people more and more these days to explain anything that is negative out there, anything bad publicity, and they are not afraid to put the company to shame or address driver to shame.
[15:00] I have seen it.
[15:02] I don't want to see anybody's name out there.
[15:04] All right, if you're having challenges with a customer then you go to support and you compose your message or send a quick audio in Telegram and you ask for assistance.
[15:14] That is what they're there for.
[15:16] We do not want you arguing with customers.
[15:19] It makes no sense, all right.
[15:23] Prefer it to us ask for some help and we would help you okay.
[15:27] So we went through a lot here and I know you've been listening for a long time and I thank you for that okay.
[15:41] At this stage, once it is that um admin is going to send you across your service agreement, we will get you activated and get you on into um our telegram group, send you the video tutorials, activate your account and then you're happy to earn.
[15:58] So I'm glad to see you on board and I thank you for applying.
[16:01] Have a good day, bye-bye.
