[05:31] Why? Yeah, um, my dad loved it, okay? He, when he first came to Thailand as a young man, he visited Thailand many times.

[13:13] mental health for my physical health and receiving this award has changed everything because I believe this and this has been my journey my journey of self-confidence has been the only way to become more confident is by actively proving to yourself that you are not who they said you were and there may have been people in your life who said to you you're not good enough there may have been people in your life who said to you you're not a good-look person your teeth suck you're short you're ugly but as long as you are constantly laying out the proof to these people look I received a YouTube Gold Award look I received the tcore award look and it's not an egotistical thing it's a self-confidence thing right and and so for me that's why this event means so much because it's yet another piece of proof that I can lay before myself in my pursuit of confidence I I've heard stories kind of like this.

[14:16] Before and and don't be all because a lot of people go through the same kind of struggles.

[20:43] him he is like the most wonderful

[20:46] kind-hearted he's amazing person you're

[20:48] going to meet in your life and you know

[20:51] I say this because and this is something

[20:53] that I want the viewers to understand

[20:54] about me I don't compliment people

[21:00] relentlessly unless it's true and that's

[21:03] the kind of person that I am so what I'm

[21:06] saying now is

[21:08] true he fought for me he gave me my

[21:10] start he gave me an

[21:12] opportunity and I owe my career today to

[21:16] him and I'm thankful that I had the

[21:18] opportunity to work with him and so I

[21:21] got my professional start at angr and

[21:23] from then you know my brand has expanded

[21:25] and I'm still working with them in a

[21:27] very professional context so right now I

[21:29] am the senior partner at angz I look

[21:32] after the conversation and language

[21:35] alteration let's just say faculty or

[21:38] aspect of angr and um I take care of

[21:42] students when it comes to conversation

[21:45] and listening and accent adaptation you

[21:48] know these are the things that I let's

[21:49] just say take care of what I try to do

[21:51] is I try to develop equality I see in

[21:54] the classroom and I ask my students to

[21:56] tell me you know hey am I wrong did I

[21:58] make a mistake tell me and I don't take

[22:00] offense because I want to learn and I

[22:02] think as long as teachers approach

[22:05] education with that mindset true

[22:08] learning will take place yeah in my

[22:09] opinion not to be like a a lot greater

[22:14] than someone in order to have the right

[22:17] to teach them but it's more like

[22:19] learning together it's more like we're

[22:21] on a journey together when my students

[22:23] come to me what I tell them is this I'm

[22:25] here to learn as much as you are please

[22:28] teach me because my tie isn't perfect

[22:30] maybe as I'm teaching you I'm gonna make

[22:31] Mist your tie is perfect come on it's

[22:33] good enough let's just say I'm still

[22:35] learning you know um but like you know I

[22:37] ask my students like hey just tell me if

[22:38] I'm wrong and I would love to learn from

[22:41] you and I think when a student feels

[22:43] that Readiness from a teacher to learn

[22:47] to be better I think it opens their

[22:49] heart and it opens their mind and then

[22:52] real learning takes place yeah so cool

[22:55] just being down to Earth being their

[22:56] friend like if you as a teacher can be

[22:59] the student friend you've won yeah like

[23:02] you're not just

[23:24] like I'll give you an example I have the

[23:28] most lovely accountant in the world

[23:30] she's like my second mom I love her so

[23:32] much and um there was one day where I

[23:35] was feeling really really bad about

[23:37] myself and she gave me this

[23:40] wonderful little idea she said this to

[23:43] me she said

[23:44] David you may feel less than other

[23:47] people but they have not walked your

[23:51] path if you take the person that you

[23:54] compare yourself to and you say oh my

[23:56] God why are they so much better than me

[23:59] and I suck and what's wrong but you take

[24:01] that

[24:03] person and you literally put them in

[24:05] your shoes born to your parents with

[24:09] your family with your experiences you

[24:11] take their brain you take everything

[24:13] about them and you just you put them

[24:14] into your body could they have succeeded

[24:17] like you could they have come to the

[24:20] place you're at in many cases no and

[24:24] that just like blew my mind I was like

[24:27] that just destroys every idea of

[24:29] comparing yourself to other people

[24:31] because we always compare ourselves to

[24:32] other people you know we look at other

[24:34] people and we assume you're better than

[24:35] me yeah why why do I but no maybe that

[24:39] person got lucky maybe they're

[24:41] spectacular no judgment here but the

[24:43] most important thing is you shouldn't

[24:45] judge yourself because you with your

[24:49] experiences with what you've done you're

[24:52] spectacular yeah and you should always

[24:54] look at yourself that way so that's a

[24:56] beautiful example and I got that from my

[24:58] accountant so she was my Adan that day

[25:01] yeah she was my professor that day and

[25:04] so I've had so many experiences in life

[25:07] where I've learned so much from people

[25:09] of all walks of life that I've realized

[25:11] there is no

[25:13] Adan everyone is aan and as long as you

[25:16] want to succeed always put yourself in a

[25:19] learning position be ready to always

[25:23] learn new things from everyone and so

[25:26] that is the philosophy that my school

[25:28] tries to bring to the table that is our

[25:31] philosophy as an organization so yeah

[25:34] that is so great and when you mention

[25:36] like comparing yourself to others that's

[25:38] what we do to ourselves like e even even

[25:43] when we know that we shouldn't be doing

[25:45] that we can't help doing that sometimes

[25:48] right yeah especially when we always see

[25:51] other people's lives on like social

[25:53] media and stuff and we see that

[25:55] everybody's great everybody's successful

[25:58] but why not me why am I not there yet

[26:02] yeah we do that to to ourselves all the

[26:04] time but it's just a highlight real this

[26:07] is a wonderful vocabulary

[26:11] word it's just a highlight real it's

[26:15] just a

[26:18] facade facade it's just a facade it's

[26:22] not

[26:23] real like what I tell my students

[26:26] is what you see on social media is 1%

[26:31] not even imagine this think about

[26:33] yourself and how often you post photos

[26:35] come on you post a photo probably every

[26:37] three days that is not even 1% of your

[26:40] life the tears you've cried the emotions

[26:43] you felt the arguments you've had the

[26:46] pain you've been through you don't post

[26:48] that and actually I try to post some of

[26:51] my pain on social media because I

[26:53] believe that the reason I have struggled

[26:56] with social media in the past and mental

[26:58] health in the past and the reason other

[27:00] people struggle with it PB is because we

[27:04] just see this facade of a life and it's

[27:07] not real and it's not real and we just

[27:10] assume that everyone is spectacular when

[27:12] actually know everyone is going through

[27:16] something and that's why I feel like as

[27:18] a society what I hope can happen is I

[27:21] hope that we can begin to become more

[27:24] real you have a bad day today I'm having

[27:26] a bad day

[27:28] and my life sucks post that I challenge

[27:30] you and you know what will happen the

[27:32] other people on your social media

[27:34] platform will go oh me too and then you

[27:37] begin the walls begin to come down this

[27:41] crazy idea that we've created in society

[27:44] where you

[27:45] know only Perfection is worth looking at

[27:50] that is nonsense and I think the thing

[27:53] that makes life so beautiful is the pain

[27:57] is is the hurt and I think as a society

[28:00] if we can Propel ourselves toward this

[28:04] idea that pain is beautiful because pain

[28:07] creates Joy without pain you have no joy

[28:10] imagine this imagine you live in a world

[28:12] where everything is abundantly

[28:15] beautiful you would be depressed you

[28:18] would be depressed all the time yeah

[28:20] right because there's nothing to compare

[28:22] your joy too why do you feel Joy this is

[28:24] something I tell my students why are you

[28:26] happy t

[28:28] you're happy because you have compared

[28:30] said happiness to

[29:46] gain followers on of any platform to

[29:49] this day so if you were to ask me okay

[29:52] which platform makes you the most proud

[29:54] YouTube YouTube all the way MH because

[29:56] of their customer support because of the

[29:59] way they take care of their creators I

[30:00] mean literally you can talk to someone

[30:02] at Google in 5 minutes like that's

[30:04] insane if you're you know that's insane

[30:07] um other platforms don't have that but I

[30:08] do love the other

[30:09] platforms but also YouTube is the only

[30:11] platform that gives you an

[30:14] award and because of all these different

[30:18] points if I had to choose YouTube the

[30:21] community on YouTube also like yesterday

[30:23] I posted my award photo yeah my God like

[30:27] I went through the comments people are

[30:29] so

[30:34] nice so it's not just the platform but

[30:37] the people there it's a community

[30:40] wonderful people who follow me and I

[30:43] posted my award photo from tcore

[30:46] yesterday but YouTube was the platform

[30:49] where people wrote the longest messages

[30:51] some people wrote two paragraphs talking

[30:53] about how long they followed me and how

[30:55] much they love me

[30:57] I

[30:58] cried because I was like this makes my

[31:01] life worth it this makes all the pain

[31:03] I've been through everything worth it so

[31:07] in short the answer is YouTube yeah then

[31:09] Tik Tok I love Tik Tok Tik Tok is the

[31:12] future I believe along with YouTube um

[31:15] Facebook and finally Instagram I would

[31:18] say right how are you right now um in

[31:21] terms of creating new contents or

[31:23] enjoying your own content I love it I

[31:26] think what I tell people when I have

[31:29] other creators who talk to me about

[31:30] content creation how do you build a

[31:32] following what I say is this you have to

[31:34] be obscenely obsessed with it if you are

[31:38] not obscenely obsessed with it y you're

[31:41] going to fail and the the thing is this

[31:44] social media is like a

[31:47] game but you have to love it to win and

[31:50] if you don't love it you're going to run

[31:53] out of steam very quickly and for me my

[31:57] my all consuming identity my allc

[31:59] consuming passion is social media when I

[32:03] wake up every day the thing that excites

[32:05] me is the concept of making a new video

[32:07] P I want to I want to I love the process

[32:11] of coming up with an

[32:13] idea enacting that idea in the creation

[32:16] of a

[32:17] video editing that video and releasing

[32:20] that video and seeing the response I'm

[32:23] addicted to it I'm addicted to the idea

[32:26] that I can you know little me can create

[32:29] content that impacts so many people like

[32:31] for me that just excites me out of my

[32:33] mind every day and um that's the thing I

[32:37] love about it and what I tell other

[32:39] creators is even if no one watched my

[32:41] videos I would still make

[32:45] them because I feel like I just love it

[32:47] I just love making people happy making

[32:50] people laugh yeah you know yeah I wanted

[32:52] to know uh going back to um your early

[32:55] days yeah how did you know what to do

[32:58] who who taught you all these stuff or

[33:00] how do you like teach yourself to do all

[33:03] these things do you have your own

[33:04] formula you have um your own process

[33:07] what trial and error ah is the name of

[33:12] the

[33:13] game without trial and error I wouldn't

[33:15] have developed the content you see today

[33:18] if you go all the way back I've I've

[33:20] like deleted them already but if you go

[33:22] all the way back yeah to early like

[33:25] creations of mine what

[33:30] I think we're all like that yeah yeah

[33:31] yeah you know it was like so like

[33:33] abstract swey

[33:35] cup it wasn't me cringy right it so

[33:38] cringy yeah go and take a look at our

[33:40] old content it's like the epitome of

[33:43] cringy and you know I looked at it and I

[33:46] was like oh my God how could I have done

[33:49] that you know but here's the thing and

[33:51] and this is like really this is what I

[33:52] believe about social media okay yes

[33:55] there is a digital footprint at play and

[33:57] you do want to be careful what you

[33:59] release of course but what I tell

[34:00] creators is just make something just

[34:04] make something you never know what

[34:05] sticks and the best way to create a

[34:07] brand to create a business to create

[34:09] something that lasts is you have to just

[34:13] try

[34:14] it just do it and for me those

[34:19] first it was not me it was not me but

[34:22] but that was the perception like that's

[34:24] what I assumed people wanted so I gave

[34:27] it to them then I realized okay first of

[34:29] all it's not me secondly people don't

[34:31] want it so I changed it mhm and along

[34:34] the way I adapted my style and I slowly

[34:39] came into my own and today I'm

[34:41] completely myself I am who I am

[34:45] unapologetically and despite the

[34:48] bullying despite people who say you're

[34:49] not good enough and this makes you I

[34:52] don't care because something I believe

[34:54] is you have to be who you are yeah these

[34:57] people will always still be around like

[35:00] until the end of the world they're like

[35:01] cockroaches so just what can you do yeah

[35:05] just ignore them right like just put out

[35:07] content you know the world needs

[35:08] positivity that's what I believe the

[35:10] world needs Beauty the world

[35:12] needs

[35:14] gorgeousness and I think if we put that

[35:16] out on a consistent basis people are

[35:18] going to take notice of you and I really

[35:19] believe from a brand or at least as far

[35:23] as brands are concerned if you want to

[35:25] build a business today honeyy this is

[35:27] what I tell everyone if you want to

[35:28] build a business if you want to make

[35:30] money I don't want to give people advice

[35:32] whether to invest in the stock market or

[35:34] not that's not my area of expertise

[35:36] obviously but what I found is a YouTube

[35:39] channel with a million subscribers is

[35:42] worth 100 million bot eventually if you

[35:46] use it correctly and this is I believe

[35:50] that social media is the New Frontier

[35:53] social media and I think people and

[35:56] scientists and analysts they're not even

[35:58] quite realizing this yet but there's a

[36:00] lot of talk in educational circles as

[36:03] well that content

[36:05] creators are changing the world and

[36:08] there's so much value in attention

[36:11] wherever attention is that's where the

[36:13] money goes yeah and I think that's the

[36:15] interesting thing about social media

[36:17] that some people haven't realized is if

[36:19] you have attention money will follow you

[36:21] there don't pursue this is what I tell

[36:23] my students don't pursue money if you

[36:26] pursue money you're going to fail pursue

[36:28] passion pursue attention and if you can

[36:31] achieve those two things if your passion

[36:34] achieves attention money will follow you

[36:36] it will be a

[36:38] byproduct right of what you

[36:40] do but you you you also need to find

[36:43] your like Perfect Balance sure on on

[36:46] your own like um of course you you want

[36:49] quality content you don't want sucky

[36:51] content out there but you also need

[36:53] things to go viral for example and and

[36:56] you are very good at making things viral

[37:00] can can you teach us how how do you make

[37:01] things

[37:08] viral in your own quality way yeah right

[37:11] I mean for me here's what I think what

[37:14] would

[37:16] I let's just say this what content would

[37:19] I have to watch I try to think about it

[37:22] from my perspective I try to think about

[37:24] this I'm a busy person

[37:27] I don't have time I don't scroll on

[37:29] social media what title what piece of

[37:32] content would I feel like I must I must

[37:36] watch it and I think Mr Beast does this

[37:40] so well oh yeah and he is my inspiration

[37:43] in an interview he said this and I and I

[37:45] really took this to heart you just need

[37:48] to create the perfect thumbnail the

[37:50] perfect title and the perfect concept

[37:52] for a video there's no such thing and

[37:54] this is what I've learned in my career

[37:56] there there's no such thing as an

[37:58] algorithm oh the algorithm hates me and

[38:01] no one's watch what I tell creators is

[38:03] this and this is what I tell myself

[38:04] every day if I release a video and no

[38:06] one watches it it's not because of the

[38:08] algorithm honey it's because your

[38:10] content is not good enough that's it

[38:14] that's it like every algorithm is the

[38:15] same and you know my team has researched

[38:17] this I've spent a lot of time studying

[38:19] this it's all about watch time if you

[38:22] can achieve 80% to 90% watch time wow

[38:27] every video you create will go viral and

[38:30] it's a very simple formula you know so

[38:32] what I try to do is I try to remind

[38:34] myself of this and I feel like the

[38:36] tendency for a lot of creators is we

[38:38] love to blame the audience oh no one

[38:41] watches my stuff yeah you know they

[38:43] don't know what's good for them right

[38:45] they don't understand how amazing I am

[38:48] yeah right you know but it's not about

[38:49] the audience is that we as creators

[38:52] sometimes we suck and we have to be

[38:53] honest we're busy we're tired we create

[38:55] thousands of pieces pie of content so we

[38:58] blame ourselves if you were to blame

[39:00] yourself and that's what I try to do I

[39:01] always try to blame myself okay this

[39:03] content didn't do well it's because of

[39:05] me go back to the drawing board start

[39:07] again that's it and so my goal and I

[39:11] almost have achieved this is I release

[39:12] one video every day and almost every

[39:14] video goes viral and the word viral for

[39:17] me means more than 400,000 views per

[39:21] video if if a video achieves more than

[39:24] 400,000 views that's viral and I can't

[39:27] do this all the time but I would say at

[39:29] this point 80% of my content 80% of the

[39:32] videos I release achieves over 400,000

[39:36] views and what's the secret there is it

[39:38] the content is it the things you pick to

[39:40] talk about is it you yourself or the way

[39:44] you like Express things through your

[39:46] face your eyeballs your voice what okay

[39:50] that's a great question okay so here's

[39:51] the thing when it comes to the way you

[39:54] project yourself on the screen it's very

[39:55] important you have to remember people

[39:58] are tired someone the person you have to

[40:01] imagine the person and I think a lot of

[40:02] creators fail to do this you have to

[40:04] think about the person who's watching

[40:06] your

[40:07] content what are they feeling at any

[40:10] given point in time probably they're

[40:12] tired maybe their boss just yelled at

[40:14] them they want an emotional release they

[40:17] want that hit of dopamine which is what

[40:19] you get from social media right so our

[40:23] job as a social media influencer or

[40:24] Creator is you want to give people what

[40:27] they're looking for so you have to

[40:30] sometimes over project right so on my

[40:32] videos I'm like hello how you know but

[40:35] for the audience they feel like oh this

[40:37] is just about right for what they're

[40:39] experiencing at that time they feel like

[40:40] oh this is fun oh energetic you know

[40:43] right um but I think you always can't

[40:46] lose sight of the fact that you need to

[40:48] be yourself be yourself but um play it

[40:51] up a little bit play it up make people

[40:54] happy you

[40:55] know

[41:04] yeah but there cannot be just one side

[41:07] to social media which is the bright side

[41:10] and of course we all know that there's

[41:11] two sides to this I I want to know from

[41:14] from

[41:14] your point of view as a content

[41:18] creator or a Content consumer yourself

[41:21] how do you avoid that avoid the dark

[41:23] sides and uh don't let it be toxic to

[41:27] you so hard I'm I'm going to level with

[41:30] you PB and I'm going to level with the

[41:31] audience

[41:32] today recently I've struggled with panic

[41:36] attacks

[41:38] and this is when they take

[41:40] place I release a video at 4 p.m. every

[41:45] day across all platforms sometimes a

[41:48] little bit

[41:48] later the first 10 minutes of that video

[41:52] tell me what's going to

[41:53] happen that 10 minutes tells me and I

[41:57] know because I've seen thousands of

[41:58] videos through the years I know based on

[42:01] the performance of the first 10 minutes

[42:03] what's going to happen and that 10

[42:06] minutes is

[42:07] hell because you've worked like this is

[42:11] what I tell people one video that you

[42:13] see on Tik Tok one video that you see on

[42:15] YouTube or that's the product of five

[42:17] hours of work at least those little

[42:19] short form one minute videos 5 hours of

[42:21] research editing and I do it all myself

[42:25] because I want to control control the

[42:26] process and I know that if I do it I'm

[42:28] going to get what I want right so I do

[42:30] it myself when I release the

[42:34] video it's all on you I I just feel the

[42:37] weight of the world on my shoulders and

[42:41] it freaks me out if a video doesn't do

[42:43] well and I think a lot of creators who

[42:47] are watching this today probably

[42:49] identify with what I'm

[42:51] sharing what I've learned is

[42:54] this and this is this is a wonderful

[42:56] interview that I listened to from a very

[42:58] famous Sportsman and I forget his name

[43:01] now but he said this he was at an

[43:03] interview and he said or rather someone

[43:06] asked him this question a very rude

[43:07] question he had a Down Season and they

[43:09] asked him this they said hey do you feel

[43:12] bad your performance isn't good in

[43:15] comparison to the other players what's

[43:16] going on what's wrong with you he looked

[43:18] back at the interviewer and said excuse

[43:21] me what are you talking about I showed

[43:25] up in sports in any career regardless of

[43:29] what your career is just the fact that

[43:31] you show up to play You've Won already

[43:35] there's no way in any professional

[43:37] career that you are going to succeed

[43:39] 100% of the time there are 8 billion

[43:41] people almost n billion people on Earth

[43:44] how are you going to succeed 100% of the

[43:46] time the mark of a successful person is

[43:49] someone who shows up to play you don't

[43:52] succeed but you show up you feel bad but

[43:55] you show up you're you're hurt but you

[43:56] show up and you come back to you come

[43:58] back and that is why this guy said that

[44:01] is why I'm proud of myself

[44:05] today and that is what I try to remind

[44:08] myself

[44:09] of I released a video today I showed up

[44:12] to play that's it and it may not perform

[44:15] like I hope it performs but that's okay

[44:18] and the ethos the philosophy of success

[44:26] again and again and you'll succeed I

[44:29] think you need to develop a thick skin

[44:39] your own feeling of failure sure because

[44:43] like you said sometimes we suck yeah

[44:46] sometimes we fail at doing things that

[44:50] we know that this is the the best thing

[44:52] that I can do in my life but sometimes I

[44:54] can't even deliver yeah but you really

[44:57] need to learn how to cope with your

[45:00] feeling on those days too sure and and

[45:03] don't let it look at yourself as someone

[45:06] who's less

[45:07] than there are so many exterior factors

[45:09] that we can't control in life you know

[45:11] the way someone talks to you the way

[45:13] people respond to you and even the way

[45:14] your video performs right it it's not

[45:17] all about you this is what I try to

[45:19] remind myself it's not all about me
