[00:03] Good morning.
[00:04] Good morning.
[00:04] Good morning.
[00:04] Good morning.
[00:08] Okay, this is 08-08-000087.
[00:12] Okay, this is 08-08-000087 case Mr. Pells and Ms. Brady.
[00:14] Mr. Pells appears.
[00:14] Ms. Brady appeared with counsel, Ms. Clevenger.
[00:18] Mr. Bohr appears on behalf of DCF.
[00:20] This is Mr. Pells' motion.
[00:22] My understanding is a counter motion as well.
[00:25] So, Mr. Pells, I'll let you start and then I'll hear from Ms. Clevenger and Mr. Bohr.
[00:29] Oh, well, um well, I well, I I.
[00:36] I I pretty much started this just because I I am like I have been trying and I've not been able to uh to actually one.
[00:51] one one be able to be able to actually attain a attain a attain a job within a job a job a job a job within the same.
[01:07] within the same uh within the same uh same realm at same realm at as what I had before.
[01:14] as what I had before.
[01:14] And I'm just trying to try to try to try to seek seek uh uh seek a little bit of seek a little bit of seek seek seek seek seek relief.
[01:31] seek relief.
[01:31] I've been I've been doing everything I can um uh uh to be fully uh fully honest with you,
[01:41] to be fully uh fully honest with you,
[01:41] I'm not exactly sure how all this goes.
[01:43] So, uh this is this is my first time uh this is this is my first time first time first time representing myself.
[01:53] first time representing myself.
[01:54] And you have Sometimes it's just I mean, I can just of ask questions to get information and figure out where you're where you're at.
[02:01] figure out where you're where you're at.
[02:01] Um all right, what kind of work are you doing right now?
[02:04] doing right now?
[02:05] Uh right now I have
[02:07] right now I have I have like four like like four four.
[02:14] four or five different jobs.
[02:18] four or five different jobs.
[02:19] Um I'm working I am working.
[02:23] I'm working I am working I'm working.
[02:25] I'm working working as.
[02:28] working as working as kind of.
[02:31] working as kind of kind of security.
[02:34] kind of security for a.
[02:36] for a kind of security for a couple.
[02:39] kind of security for a couple a couple events at four events at events.
[02:44] a couple events at four events at events at events at.
[02:46] at events at I'm sorry.
[02:50] Events at events at events at Azura.
[02:52] Azura.
[02:52] I'm working as a as a as a.
[02:57] I'm working as a as a as a mascot for.
[02:59] mascot for mascot for mascot for visit visit Kansas.
[03:03] mascot for mascot for visit visit Kansas City Kansas.
[03:05] City Kansas.
[03:05] Uh along with.
[03:06] Uh along with uh.
[03:07] uh along with along with along with what.
[03:10] along with along with along with what they call a what they call a what they call a what they call a what they call a viper, which is basically just going to going to events setting up a booth trying to tell them trying to tell everyone about about about KCK.
[03:26] Um
[03:29] I do
[03:32] I do I do some I do some gig some gig some gig work online.
[03:39] Um
[03:40] with a with with a with some gig work online with data with data data annotation and I do uh I do whatever kind of work that a couple of friends kind of asked me to help them out with.
[04:06] All right.
[04:21] Ms. Clevenger, what would you like to tell me?
[04:24] Thank you, Your Honor.
[04:26] I did email some exhibits to the court.
[04:29] Did you receive those?
[04:31] Okay.
[04:31] As far as going through the exhibits, do you want me just to share my screen or just refer to them?
[04:35] You're welcome just to refer to them if you want.
[04:37] Okay.
[04:37] Sure.
[04:37] Thank you.
[04:39] Um our exhibit one is records from the Kansas Payment Center.
[04:44] And I'm providing these because I think it's important for the court to note just how little effort Mr. Pelz has made to pay child support.
[04:54] If you go through the KPC records, first [clears throat] of all, he's about 9,500 in arrears.
[04:59] And then in 2025, he paid a total of $842.51 for the entire year, less than $1,000.
[05:09] That obviously is not acceptable.
[05:12] Um it it does not help in raising a 17-year-old teenager.
[05:16] >> Well, that's how much I My client Well, I that Well, like that is how much I I made though. Let let's
[05:24] is how much I I made though.
[05:25] Let let's hold on.
[05:25] Ms. Pelz, I'll give you a hold on.
[05:25] Ms. Pelz, I'll give you a chance to respond.
[05:26] I just want I just chance to respond.
[05:28] I just want I just want to make sure the record's clear, so we need to kind of take our turns, okay?
[05:29] we need to kind of take our turns, okay?
[05:31] Okay.
[05:31] Okay.
[05:33] My client receives food assistance from the state.
[05:36] The minor child qualifies for free lunches.
[05:38] The minor child is on Medicaid.
[05:41] So, this is a situation where we desperately need for support to be flowing to my client.
[05:45] flowing to my client.
[05:47] Um exhibit and move for the admission of exhibit one.
[05:49] exhibit one.
[05:52] Uh, that's it's admitted.
[05:54] Exhibit two is simply the child support worksheet we filed with our counter motion.
[05:57] motion.
[05:58] Uh, you'll see that we're asking the court to impute Mr. Peltz an income of $50,000 a year, and we believe it's appropriate to impute my client an income of 36,400.
[06:07] And I'll get to how I came up with those numbers, but exhibit two is the worksheet we're asking the court to adopt.
[06:16] adopt.
[06:18] Exhibit three is Mr. Peltz's tax return comparison.
[06:20] comparison.
[06:22] And if you look at it, you see in 2021, he earned $50,124
[06:24] he earned $50,124 that year.
[06:29] In 2022, he earned $48,753 that year.
[06:29] In 2022, he earned $48,753 that year.
[06:31] that year.
[06:34] 2023, it was down to 31,058,
[06:36] 2023, it was down to 31,058, but still significantly more than what he reports to make today.
[06:38] he reports to make today.
[06:41] And I'd move for the make today.
[06:43] And I'd move for the admission of exhibit three.
[06:46] Um,
[06:47] Um, I'll admit those.
[06:48] Exhibit two, is that the same worksheet that's attached to the county motion?
[06:50] Yes, your honor.
[06:52] the county motion?
[06:52] Yes, your honor.
[06:54] Okay.
[06:54] Um, exhibit four, these are the pay stubs that Mr. Peltz provided [clears throat] from his most recent employment, which was back in 2024.
[06:56] Um, exhibit four, these are the pay stubs that Mr. Peltz provided [clears throat] from his most recent employment, which was back in 2024.
[06:57] stubs that Mr. Peltz provided [clears throat] from his most recent employment, which was back in 2024.
[06:58] provided [clears throat] from his most recent employment, which was back in 2024.
[07:00] recent employment, which was back in 2024.
[07:01] 2024.
[07:03] And we can see at that point in time, uh, with this job, he was earning $45 an hour.
[07:06] uh, with this job, he was earning $45 an hour.
[07:08] So, as recently as 2024, he was earning a a fairly significant income.
[07:11] earning a a fairly significant income.
[07:13] And just to save some time, I guess I'll move for the admission of respondent's exhibits four through 15.
[07:15] move for the admission of respondent's exhibits four through 15.
[07:20] And that was just a contract.
[07:21] And that was just a contract.
[07:24] Okay.
[07:26] Okay.
[07:26] I'll admit those.
[07:28] I'll admit those.
[07:28] Exhibit five, this is Mr. Peltz's 2024 um, W-2, and we can see he earned over $30,000 that year, which is in line with what he he made pursuant to his task comparison we just went through.
[07:44] Exhibit six are his answers to interrogatories.
[07:48] And these are interesting because his answer to interrogatory number three that asked him to describe his skills, trainings, education, etc.
[07:57] He reports that he has a bachelor's degree in computer information systems.
[08:01] Um his main career focus is process improvement through VBA macros, supporting SAS code and data sets, coordination with ERP and CRM systems within an IBM mainframe environment.
[08:15] So these are some pretty um significant credentials that he has.
[08:17] He also notes that he has completed six sigma white through black belt training, which is
[08:26] through black belt training, which is uh a computer certification.
[08:29] uh a computer certification type of program that he was able to complete.
[08:31] type of program that he was able to complete.
[08:33] He also has a PL-500 certificate.
[08:37] Um so these are further credentials that support he could be earning a substantial income.
[08:38] further credentials that support he could be earning a substantial income.
[08:41] Exhibit seven, this is the uh six sigma certification overview.
[08:45] Exhibit seven, this is the uh six sigma certification overview.
[08:47] If you just go to their website, you can see what it is and you'll see that um their black belt certification, the average salary they purport that their graduates receive is 95 to 110,000 dollars a year.
[08:49] to their website, you can see what it is and you'll see that um
[08:51] and you'll see that um their black belt certification, the average salary they purport that their graduates receive is 95 to 110,000 dollars a year.
[08:54] their black belt certification, the average salary they purport that their graduates receive is 95 to 110,000 dollars a year.
[08:56] average salary they purport that their graduates receive is 95 to 110,000 dollars a year.
[08:59] graduates receive is 95 to 110,000 dollars a year.
[09:01] dollars a year.
[09:03] So six sigma claims that someone with that credentialing could be earning a substantial income.
[09:05] that credentialing could be earning a substantial income.
[09:07] substantial income.
[09:08] And then exhibit eight, we can see this is where Mr. Pelt has completed six sigma black, green, yellow, and white belts.
[09:11] is where Mr. Pelt has completed six sigma black, green, yellow, and white belts.
[09:15] sigma black, green, yellow, and white belts.
[09:16] belts.
[09:19] In his interrogatory answers, he uh basically says to go to glassdoor.com to see what these credentials can translate to in the workplace.
[09:21] basically says to go to glassdoor.com to see what these credentials can translate to in the workplace.
[09:24] to see what these credentials can translate to in the workplace.
[09:24] Uh
[09:27] translate to in the workplace.
[09:27] with >> So I did just that.
[09:29] So I did just that.
[09:31] So respondent's exhibit 10 is glassdoor.com and I just typed in jobs
[09:34] glassdoor.com and I just typed in jobs with six sigma certifications.
[09:37] Several popped up.
[09:39] Um one at Garmin, a process engineer two
[09:41] that earns $79,000 to $97,000, something
[09:44] in that range.
[09:46] Um there was another one
[09:48] uh part-time building product products
[09:50] inspector earning $30 to $42 per hour.
[09:54] So, these jobs are active um
[09:56] um right now in the Kansas City area.
[09:57] Exhibit nine are the Microsoft certifications that he has completed um
[10:00] Power BI data data analyst associates.
[10:02] He's got two of those.
[10:04] Um
[10:08] and then he also has his CPR training
[10:10] through the American Red Cross, which is found in exhibit 11.
[10:12] So, all of these support that he could be earning what we are requesting is an
[10:14] imputation of $50,000 a year based on his education level, um the
[10:28] his education level, um the certifications he has in the job market.
[10:30] certifications he has in the job market available today, we believe that's quite realistic for what he could be earning.
[10:33] realistic for what he could be earning.
[10:36] Regarding my client's income, um that is exhibit 12, her current pay stubs.
[10:38] um that is exhibit 12, her current pay stubs.
[10:41] stubs.
[10:42] My client works 10 hours per week as a crossing guard earning $17.50 an hour to do that.
[10:44] My client works 10 hours per week as a crossing guard earning $17.50 an hour to do that.
[10:48] Obviously, that's just a job during the school year.
[10:50] do that.
[10:52] Obviously, that's just a job during the school year.
[10:54] Um she does not work more than that currently because she is taking care of her mother.
[10:56] she is taking care of her mother.
[10:59] Her mother's had some pretty significant um issues with osteoporosis, osteoarthritis.
[11:00] issues with osteoporosis, osteoarthritis.
[11:04] She broke She fell and had a head injury about a year ago um that has led to some cognitive and memory issues.
[11:06] had a head injury about a year ago um that has led to some cognitive and memory issues.
[11:07] that has led to some cognitive and memory issues.
[11:10] She broke her back through falling just a few weeks ago.
[11:12] through falling just a few weeks ago.
[11:14] So, my client's her full-time caregiver currently to help her with mobility around the house as well as getting her to and from doctor's appointments.
[11:15] currently to help her with mobility around the house as well as getting her to and from doctor's appointments.
[11:17] around the house as well as getting her to and from doctor's appointments.
[11:19] to and from doctor's appointments.
[11:21] Uh my client does live with her mother.
[11:23] Her mother receives disability pay.
[11:25] So, between her mom's disability pay and her part-time job, they are able to make ends meet, although things are quite
[11:27] part-time job, they are able to make ends meet, although things are quite
[11:29] ends meet, although things are quite tight as you can imagine.
[11:32] tight as you can imagine.
[11:35] Um so, what I did for her income was I took her current $17.50,
[11:37] imputed that at a full-time wage, and that's how I came up with the 36,400
[11:42] that we believe is appropriate to impute to mother for support purposes.
[11:47] to mother for support purposes.
[11:47] Exhibits 13, 14, and 15 are my client's 2023, 2024, and 2025 W-2s.
[11:54] And you'll see that they reflect she earns only about 5,000 a year.
[11:59] Um I'm providing this to the court simply because I provided Mr. Peltz's historical income information, so I wanted the court to also have my client's uh historical income information as well.
[12:09] So, in conclusion, exhibit two, which is also attached to the counter motion, is the worksheet we are asking the court to adopt uh effective May 1, 2026.
[12:21] All right. Um couple of quick questions before I go back to Mr. Peltz.
[12:26] Um Lillian turns 18 in September, is that right?
[12:29] That's correct. Will she graduate
[12:32] right?
[12:32] That's correct.
[12:32] Will she graduate high school this year, or is it going to be 2027?
[12:36] 2027.
[12:36] Yeah.
[12:36] Okay.
[12:39] And um when you folks file your taxes each year, um are they alternating the tax exemption for Lillian, or is it like mom claiming it every year?
[12:47] Yes, they alternate.
[12:50] Alternate, okay.
[12:51] I assumed that looking at the worksheet, but I just thought I would have asked to make sure.
[12:55] Okay, Mr. Peltz, go ahead.
[12:57] I'm sorry.
[12:57] I'll give you a chance to respond.
[12:59] All right.
[13:02] So, so there
[13:02] So So, first off, there's like there's a lot of things here.
[13:07] Um
[13:07] Uh so, the
[13:10] So, the
[13:12] So, the So, first off, with the uh with the reference to reference to re- to the with the reference to Glassdoor, um
[13:25] uh I
[13:28] did actually reference Glassdoor, but
[13:33] But.
[13:36] But But.
[13:37] But But not in response to what I could make, but just like but just like what um.
[13:45] What like.
[13:48] What like What the job What the jobs I have.
[13:51] What the job What the jobs I have What the jobs I have been I have been applying for Um.
[13:57] applying for Um.
[14:00] That do kind of fit within my field. Um.
[14:01] Uh.
[14:03] Actually.
[14:04] Like actually earn. Um.
[14:08] And then uh.
[14:10] uh.
[14:11] And then some of the jobs that she mentioned.
[14:13] Uh.
[14:16] Uh are not exactly.
[14:19] Or not really in my.
[14:23] Like.
[14:24] Like.
[14:26] In my field or.
[14:28] In my field or In my field or require A different kind of.
[14:34] of Different kind of
[14:36] Different kind of Six Sigma
[14:38] Six Sigma Um
[14:43] Uh the uh
[14:46] Uh the uh The
[14:49] The The amounts she she The amounts
[14:53] The amounts she she The amounts The
[14:55] The The amounts she is referencing are from
[14:58] The amounts she is referencing are from are from when I was employed.
[15:03] The uh the
[15:06] Uh the
[15:08] Uh the Uh the $45 an hour that she referenced
[15:12] Uh the $45 an hour that she referenced was a
[15:14] was a was a
[15:15] Was like was a was a was a was a was a
[15:22] Was like was a was a was a was a was a contract job.
[15:25] was a contract job. Um
[15:27] Um that
[15:28] that it
[15:29] it a contract job that lasted uh
[15:33] a contract job that lasted uh just
[15:35] just that lasted just just a just a just a that lasted just just a just a just a little bit over 3 months.
[15:44] little bit over 3 months. Um
[15:49] and and for the response of that
[15:57] that um I probably should have taken notes, but
[16:03] I probably should have taken notes, but uh did you get my Did you get my uh did you get my Did you get my objection I did.
[16:06] objection I did. Yeah, and I you know, I I wouldn't make you repeat all that cuz
[16:11] I wouldn't make you repeat all that cuz it's all there. So
[16:14] it's all there. So
[16:14] [laughter]
[16:15] Okay.
[16:16] Um and then uh
[16:18] and then uh and then did
[16:19] and then did and then did you get my Did you get my
[16:23] and then did you get my Did you get my Did you get my exhibit list?
[16:27] Did you get my exhibit list?
[16:29] Uh I will have to look. I think I did, but I'll have to find it.
[16:31] but I'll have to find it. It is mainly to uh
[16:33] It is mainly to uh mainly to mainly to mainly to support uh
[16:39] Mainly to support, uh, support a lot of the support a lot of the a lot of the facts within there.
[16:44] A lot of the facts within there.
[16:51] Um.
[16:54] So.
[16:55] So, uh, so if.
[16:57] Uh, so if, so if.
[17:01] So if, if Ashley is claiming that she needs.
[17:04] If Ashley is claiming that she needs, she needs more.
[17:07] She needs more, she needs more income.
[17:09] She needs more income, uh.
[17:12] Uh.
[17:15] My.
[17:17] Like, my.
[17:19] Like, my, my.
[17:22] My.
[17:25] My main question there is I will.
[17:27] Well.
[17:27] Well, well, I've been trying and I've not been.
[17:28] Well, I've been trying and I've not been able to find.
[17:31] Able to find, find anything.
[17:33] Uh, find anything.
[17:34] Uh, if you know.
[17:34] If you know, if you know, um.
[17:37] If you know, um, if you know, if you know.
[17:40] If you know if you know if you know if you know Oracle is Oracle.
[17:43] If you know if you know Oracle is Oracle is like Oracle is Oracle is laying off.
[17:50] Is like Oracle is Oracle is laying off laying off 500 people here.
[17:54] Laying off 500 people here.
[17:57] There's been multiple number multiple number multiple numbers of multiple numbers of.
[18:01] Multiple numbers of multiple numbers of of multiple numbers of layoffs within.
[18:04] Of multiple numbers of layoffs within the last.
[18:05] The last couple years.
[18:07] Couple years.
[18:10] Uh so so so the job market is.
[18:12] So the job market is it's rough.
[18:15] It's rough.
[18:16] To say the to.
[18:17] To to just say the least.
[18:19] To just say the least.
[18:20] Um uh.
[18:22] Uh I have provided.
[18:25] I have provided a.
[18:27] A or um.
[18:28] Or um So.
[18:30] So um.
[18:31] Um So trying to attain that same level.
[18:35] So trying to attain that same level is difficult.
[18:37] Is difficult.
[18:38] Um the fact that she's only working.
[18:42] The fact that she's only working 10 hours a week.
[18:44] 10 hours a week um and has not really searched for.
[18:47] um and has not really searched for searched for for anything new within.
[18:51] searched for for anything new within like.
[18:53] anything recently.
[18:56] anything recently. I mean.
[18:58] I mean like and she.
[19:00] like and she like like.
[19:03] like like Uh.
[19:04] Uh to me that kind of sounds like she's she.
[19:06] to me that kind of sounds like she's she is fairly comfortable where she is or.
[19:10] is fairly comfortable where she is or she's not really wanting to put forth.
[19:12] she's not really wanting to put forth much effort to.
[19:14] much effort to to seek additional.
[19:17] to seek additional um.
[19:19] um uh what she did show was.
[19:23] uh what she did show was was just.
[19:25] was just was just.
[19:27] was just just.
[19:28] just just how much I've been making.
[19:31] just how much I've been making. I have been making besides the besides.
[19:34] I have been making besides the besides the actual gig work.
[19:36] the actual gig work um.
[19:38] um um.
[19:39] um which.
[19:42] which that which that which with that.
[19:45] which with that I with that I've not even been.
[19:48] I with that I've not even been I've not even been able to afford to.
[19:50] I've not even been able to afford to actually.

[20:06] Um uh.
[20:08] uh But anyways.
[20:10] But anyways, um.
[20:11] um if we go through.
[20:13] if we go through everything within my.
[20:15] everything within my findings it might take a little bit.
[20:17] findings it might take a little bit.
[20:22] Um so we've got.
[20:24] we've got uh.
[20:25] we've got uh the the the we've got the enforcement fee.
[20:28] the we've got the enforcement fee allowance from 2018.
[20:31] allowance from 2018 uh.
[20:33] uh showing a zero.
[20:35] showing a zero within my findings there.
[20:40] Um if you look at.
[20:41] If you look at A
[20:44] A one and two
[20:47] A one and two uh show that actually is
[20:51] like
[20:53] like not
[20:54] not actually it's not trying to
[20:57] do and
[20:59] do and do too much
[21:00] do too much uh too too much
[21:03] uh too too much too much
[21:04] too much too much as far as like trying to
[21:08] too much as far as like trying to get more
[21:10] get more like get more income.
[21:13] like get more income. Um
[21:19] Uh
[21:25] A3
[21:27] A3 uh shows that she is only claiming uh
[21:31] uh shows that she is only claiming uh only claiming
[21:32] only claiming only claiming child support as a
[21:36] only claiming child support as a as at as a as a as as a as a as a
[21:44] as at as a as a as as a as a as a additional income.
[21:47] A4
[21:49] A4 um
[21:50] um A4
[21:52] A4 uh
[21:53] uh actually lists
[21:55] actually lists that she has four
[21:57] that she has four different um
[21:59] different um four different types four different
[22:01] four different types four different types of accounts.
[22:04] types of accounts. Uh and then she lists off
[22:07] Uh and then she lists off um
[22:08] um four
[22:09] four four
[22:10] four four different account numbers
[22:13] four different account numbers for her.
[22:16] for her. And A A4I and then
[22:20] And A A4I and then uh
[22:21] uh And then after that she lists
[22:24] And then after that she lists three
[22:26] three uh
[22:27] uh different accounts as far as
[22:30] different accounts as far as as far as the amounts.
[22:32] as far as the amounts. And the
[22:35] And the And the amounts of
[22:38] And the amounts of uh the amounts of $73,000
[22:41] uh the amounts of $73,000 and
[22:43] and $69,000
[22:44] $69,000 are are
[22:47] are are are
[22:49] are are fairly high.
[22:51] are fairly high. Uh
[22:53] Uh Later on we can get into
[22:56] Later on we can get into how much how much interest that actually
[23:02] how much how much interest that actually actually can actually can add up to
[23:05] actually can actually can add up to uh
[23:06] uh especially given that
[23:09] especially given that it
[23:11] it it
[23:12] it especially given that
[23:14] especially given that given that uh
[23:16] given that uh given that they're all within the same
[23:19] given that they're all within the same within the same bank and uh
[23:23] within the same bank and uh and all but one of them is
[23:27] and all but one of them is all but one of them is
[23:30] all but one of them is is like is
[23:32] is like is is liquid
[23:34] is liquid and the fact that
[23:36] and the fact that uh she's missing
[23:38] uh she's missing one account within
[23:42] one account within uh
[23:43] uh within her within her high
[23:46] within her within her high within her within her high low
[23:49] within her within her high low which means that
[23:52] which means that honestly
[23:56] which means that one she
[23:58] which means that one she one she is not claiming
[24:01] one she is not claiming claiming claiming claiming the claiming
[24:05] claiming claiming claiming the claiming the claiming the interest that she is
[24:08] the claiming the interest that she is receiving
[24:10] receiving um
[24:11] um two
[24:12] two two like two she might be
[24:16] two like two she might be she might be able to actually receive
[24:18] she might be able to actually receive more
[24:20] more receive more
[24:22] receive more receive more interest and
[24:25] receive more interest and and um
[24:28] and um and with that I'm not
[24:30] and with that I'm not exactly sure um
[24:32] exactly sure um how much she
[24:34] how much she she
[24:40] she could be could
[24:42] she could be could could be
[24:43] could be could be or is making with her like with
[24:47] could be or is making with her like with just
[24:48] just with just with just interest alone
[24:53] with just with just interest alone um
[24:56] uh
[24:59] she uh uh with A6
[25:02] she uh uh with A6 uh
[25:04] uh she
[25:06] she she's been able to
[25:08] she's been able to been able to purchase a car while still
[25:11] been able to purchase a car while still not
[25:12] not still not uh
[25:15] still not uh uh
[25:16] uh still not receiving
[25:18] still not receiving full child support there.
[25:20] full child support there. Um
[25:25] which I mean which I mean that's
[25:28] which I mean which I mean that's that is
[25:29] that is that is
[25:31] that is which I mean which that is great for
[25:34] which I mean which that is great for her.
[25:35] her. Uh
[25:37] Uh like
[25:38] like like
[25:41] like love that for her.
[25:42] love that for her. Uh
[25:44] Uh with A7
[25:46] with A7 uh
[25:49] A7 she doesn't have any kind of
[25:51] A7 she doesn't have any kind of any kind of
[25:53] any kind of med
[25:55] med medical issues either, so yeah, we
[25:57] medical issues either, so yeah, we should actually
[25:59] should actually impute as well and like
[26:03] impute
[26:04] impute um
[26:07] and then
[26:09] and then B1
[26:11] B1 she says only 10 hours a week B
[26:14] she says only 10 hours a week B B2 she is not claiming any kind of
[26:17] B2 she is not claiming any kind of any kind of income income on income on
[26:22] any kind of income income on income on income on investments.
[26:25] income on investments. Um
[26:28] and

[26:33] and she is also stating also stating
[26:35] also stating uh
[26:36] uh stating that I am not
[26:38] stating that I am not working.
[26:40] working. So she knows that
[26:42] So she knows that So she knows that I'm she knows that I'm
[26:44] So she knows that I'm she knows that I'm going through
[26:45] going through and trying to

[26:50] uh trying to um
[26:54] trying to trying to gain employment is
[26:59] trying to trying to gain employment is just difficult and um
[27:03] and
[27:05] and and again and again and again she is
[27:09] and again and again and again she is she is
[27:11] she is she is potentially
[27:13] she is potentially potentially hiding
[27:16] potentially hiding hiding hiding income from investments.
[27:21] hiding hiding income from investments. Um
[27:24] And if you look at
[27:26] And if you look at uh
[27:28] uh C10
[27:30] C10 uh
[27:30] uh she is
[27:32] she is since she did list
[27:34] since she did list since she did list CDs
[27:36] since she did list CDs uh as one of her
[27:39] uh as one of her as one of her
[27:41] as one of her as one of her accounts uh I provided
[27:45] as one of her accounts uh I provided um
[27:47] um I provided a
[27:49] I provided a a list of a list of that bank's CD
[27:53] a list of a list of that bank's CD rates.
[27:55] rates. Um put
[27:57] Um put put the low end
[27:59] put the low end into low end into into into a
[28:04] into low end into into into a calculator.
[28:06] calculator. Uh
[28:07] Uh as to what she estates
[28:09] as to what she estates again again we don't know if this amount
[28:13] again again we don't know if this amount is in a CD or not.
[28:16] is in a CD or not. Um
[28:20] and the
[28:21] and the and the average monthly and and
[28:26] and the average monthly and and the the average monthly income is
[28:30] the the average monthly income is 183 the average yearly is uh
[28:35] 183 the average yearly is uh uh
[28:36] uh is 2200 for that
[28:40] is 2200 for that uh which
[28:42] uh which which could be potential could be
[28:45] which could be potential could be we don't know.
[28:47] we don't know. Uh
[28:48] Uh And then also And then also And then
[28:51] And then also And then also And then also also throwing that into the into
[28:55] also also throwing that into the into the into the high yield high yield
[28:58] the into the high yield high yield savings account.
[29:00] savings account. That
[29:03] that has a much higher amount as in in
[29:08] that has a much higher amount as in in as in in C20 and C21.
[29:12] as in in C20 and C21. Um
[29:14] Um yielding

[29:54] 5,000 a year. Um
[29:57] uh
[30:00] uh uh
[30:02] uh Let's skip over the
[30:05] Let's skip over the uh
[30:07] uh E's because
[30:09] E's because because we're not
[30:11] because we're not talking about that currently aside from
[30:14] talking about that currently aside from just
[30:15] just just trying to trying to go back
[30:18] just trying to trying to go back further.
[30:19] further. Um
[30:21] Um which
[30:24] which which I mean
[30:27] uh
[30:28] uh like like like per like per like
[30:32] like like like per like per like personally I would like to make this as
[30:35] personally I would like to make this as retroactive as possible because you know
[30:37] retroactive as possible because you know we've
[30:39] we've we've
[30:41] we've put we have put it off for so long

[30:47] or just you know
[30:48] you know pushed back for so long.
[30:50] pushed back for so long. Um
[30:52] Um and then and then
[30:55] and then and then and then as far as time
[30:59] and then as far as time uh as far as as far as parenting time
[31:02] uh as far as as far as parenting time goes
[31:03] goes uh
[31:05] uh like
[31:07] like like I have not I have not been allowed
[31:11] like I have not I have not been allowed to actually to actually to to actually
[31:16] to actually to actually to to actually to exercise any
[31:19] to exercise any any um
[31:21] any um any
[31:23] any any uh time I don't I don't want
[31:25] any uh time I don't I don't want parenting time to be relevant because
[31:26] parenting time to be relevant because your daughter's almost 18 years old.
[31:29] your daughter's almost 18 years old. So I mean I'm not I'm not going to
[31:31] So I mean I'm not I'm not going to penalize you if you're not able to spend
[31:33] penalize you if you're not able to spend time with her. Same time I don't know
[31:36] time with her. Same time I don't know that any of us have any control over
[31:37] that any of us have any control over that, you know. Yeah.
[31:40] that, you know. Yeah. I would assess that point in in you know
